Karen (opening the door): Hello, Peyton. I assume you have come to pick up Sawyer. I thank you for telling me that your work day ended early. I hope your prenatal checkup went well.

Peyton (taking Sawyer out Karen's arms): I thank you for babysitting Sawyer while I am at work. I am sure Luke appreciates the help as well.

Karen: You are welcome

Peyton: I want to discuss with you about something. I am glad that Luke is working at the moment.

Karen (invites Peyton to sit down on the couch): Please sit down on the couch
