No-One But You (The Star Child's Eclipse)

Chapter 28: The Futurist (Part 8)

Tony Stark didn't realize how distracted he actually was until he got himself ready for sleep and he finally rest his weary head on a very familiar pillow.

His brain was going crazy since the "collide" took place in Manhattan, and…

Steve Rogers just gave Tony a gentle smile. He was ready for sleep as well, lying next to him, and…

Their eyes finally met too, and Tony looked pretty devastated after the moment between them was finally processed.

He inwardly told himself that he was a horrible person, and deep down he held the opinion that he was still a fucking immature… self-serving… nightmare.

Tony had to do something with his hands too, so he friggen covered his face.

"I am SO beyond the levels of being lame… and I am SO sorry, Steve. Wowww… I really managed to ruin an entire evening, and I dragged you through a bunch of shit…"

Steve's gentle smile remained there for some time, and he thought over what Tony said. The blonde didn't necessarily feel "dragged" through anything.

In fact, he asked for the punishment… if you recall.

Honesty was always the best policy whenever Steve Rogers was in the mix, so he took a moment and shared a comment on what Tony had to say about their evening.

"I'd say it was a bit more informative than I had planned, but… I wouldn't say the entire evening was ruined."

Steve's smile widened up, and Tony's eyes slowly located him through the gaps between his fingers. OH the blondie boy was always way too friggen nice.

His saving grace demeanor made Tony smile tho, and he chuckled a little after Steve gave him that polite response.

"And, your plan? What did you have planned before … I ruined it."

Tony was curious, and he eventually moved his hands away and he stopped hiding his face. Steve managed to inch his way in a little closer to Tony after that, and he contemplated his "plan."

It was simple really, so he gently touched his "little red corvette"… and the blonde pulled him into a quiet kiss.

Everything felt super soft all of a sudden, smooth, easy going… and Tony thought that was the strangest thing.

Steve Rogers always had some sort of natural calming effect that Tony couldn't friggen calculate. It felt like a super power, or something.

It kinda washed over his troubled soul as well, and Tony never felt prepared for it.

That kiss picked up between them, and somehow Steve managed to move in even closer.

He wanted Tony on top of him too, so… the gentle blonde made that happen with one simple gesture.

Uhm, side note… when they were at the club in Manhattan earlier… Tony was hellbent on letting Steve do as he pleased.

It felt like they were alone out there too, up until the unexpected collide took place…

Tony had his own plans in mind as well… when the evening got started. Remember?

It's comical now, because the brunette told himself that he'd be "a million and one percent present" for his super hot date before the collide… and that plan obviously failed.

To make up for it, Tony let that golden thing kiss him even harder, and he let those hands move him around on their bed.

Going forward, Steve was the only person who got to touch him, move him, and use his body however he wanted.

Tony told himself all the time that he was all his, and… he really meant that.

Also… truthfully speaking, that "feisty" brunette was actually a huge sucker for that big… beautiful blonde, so he looked down at his "date" and he gave Steve Rogers a flustered grin.

Their behavior picked up where it was left off in Manhattan, and that's all you need to know about that…
