CHAPTER 3
WORKOUT part. 2
The gym area is very cold and dark with a lot of the typical equipment, machines, and mats you'd see in any other gym, but all of them are now unoccupied, waiting to be used once more. Outside of the gym there are a couple of inhuman presences that are looking around but then their neon green glowing eyes catch the door of the gym in their sight, and they open it up.
As they do, the two creatures are looking throughout the gym with their barred teeth drooling and ready to sink into their next victims. Their neon glowing eyes survey the entire room, but nothing catches their sight. As they continue suddenly, they spot a heat signature that is captured from their neon glow. They see it's a door that is opened, but the inside emits a powerful but comfortable heat rate, and they see there is some vapor smoke that is coming out of it. Both creatures give a soft growl and they both walked in a hunched motion, ready for anything to come out but ready and anxious for the prey that might be hiding inside. Both move near the doorway, and they slowly creep inside.
In the giant shadow near the doorway, two presences open their eyes, their eyes are human, but the rest of their bodies are like a part of the shadows as they're barely visible. Matt and Gloria go to the door and then both slowly without making much of a sound they slowly close the door and then they quickly lock the door. Both then start to hear and see the lock of the door is starting to be jimmied but with no results as the doorway remains completely in the same position. The inhuman screeching shrieks which could cut anyone's ear drums they start to grow louder and more hostile.
Matt and Gloria back away from the door slowly and both are in different places, Matt comes to one of the arm pulley machines, takes the key out of the weights attached, extends the pulley handle to expose the wire. Matt, he brings out the nail clipper and he moves with his right thumb in clockwise motion a small file blade attached to the back potion of the nail clipper. He then uses the file to cut thought the protective sheet of the wire. Meanwhile, Gloria goes to a rack which has a lot of jump ropes, she takes one of them and runs to one of the machines.
Both vampires soon crash though, turning the door into splinters, and they are both roaring with overwhelming rage. They sweep with their neon glowing eyes to find the presences that tricked and locked them in, they are still unable to find the presences. Both Matt and Gloria are extremely still but both keep their eyes on their two opponents.
The vamps constantly survey with frustration, despite their eyes not sighting anything; they refuse to believe there was no cause for their trap. Then both creatures close their mouths, where their fangs slide down slowly, and their lips fold back covering them, which makes both look slack jawed. Both then turn their heads to the left and then suddenly their ears then twitch and as they do suddenly their ears pick up a sound. It's the sound of breathing and it's not alone as there are two kinds of breathing but also, they even hear the rhythm of heartbeats. Both vampires then turn their heads as focused on the directions their big bat ears can detect the breathing.
One of the vampires they then open their mouth, once more barring it's two razor sharp teeth rows, bends down, opens his wingspan arms and then pounce forward. It goes into a midair glide, zeroing in on the target its ears pick up on. Matt then Matt he then moves to the left and extends the steel wire from the handle. The vampire then goes through the wire, its head flies off but its body flies in midair with a stump that shoots out neon green blood as it continues forward and then suddenly it contacts the wall and explodes which paints the wall with neon green glow in the dark blood but also entrails, innards and other matter sticking to its wall.
Matt, he then removes one dumbbell, the light one and then he throws it, and the dumbbell crashes the window. The vampire looks and runs toward the crash and during the crash both Gloria and Matt run toward the door. But as they do suddenly both feel a sudden impact that makes both fly in different directions. Gloria she then falls to the floor, but she quickly gets up and she shakes his head trying to orient herself again. She looks in the direction where he's been kicked and as he does, he sees the door they were trying to escape from was closed but she looks up and sees there is a window from above the door that's been smashed.
Gloria gets up and then suddenly sees the creature just pop up in front of her as if almost there was some trap door below. The bald albino humanoid bat creature then makes its moves on her as it tries to swipe her with its claws. Gloria blocks every one of them and dodges the swipes until she finds her opportunity as there is one swipe to her left. She blocks it and quickly does a double clap on the vampire's head which hits both its ears and then turns both her hands palms up vertically and executes a double knife hand strike that hits the small side bone, near the eye sockets
The vampire is staggered by this and then Gloria takes a step back but then suddenly something grabs her and pulls her up. Gloria is struggling as she is being pulled in midair. She sees one of the vampires that are on the ceiling feet first upside down. The vampire then opens its mouth real wide, and Gloria sees the two rows of teeth top to bottom. As she moves more into the throat of the vampire. She is in a position where she can't escape as her arms are being pinned down by the vamp's grasp, which is like a vice squeezing into her.
She struggles but it's futile as she sees the vampire is now barring its teeth at here about to sink then into her flesh and suck her dry. But there is a small barbell that has been thrown onto the back of its head. The vampire is staggered from the blow, and it looks in the direction of the thrown weight and sees its Matt. It then drops her, and she is on the floor, meanwhile the vamp upside down then jumps off and turns right side up to swoop down on Mat in midair.
Matt is tackled down but Matt he at the right moment, he drops to the floor just as it has its hands on his shoulders to pin Matt down. Matt is on the ground and suddenly he sees the vamp's head come back much like how a scorpion's tail it moves back ready to make its thrust. The vamp then comes down with its head quickly zeroing in toward Matt's head. At the moment the fangs come near almost inches away, he suddenly draws two five-pound dumbbells and then smashes them to the skull of the vampire.
Matt feels some of the bone, mushy brain matter, and neon blood. Matt does this a couple more times and the parts of the vampire head slide off and there is nothing but a mushy stump. The vampire then gets up with its stump gushing some of its neon green blood out and then suddenly jumps backward flying and then when it hits a wall it just explodes in pieces. Painting the wall with neon green blood and body parts including wingspan flying different places of the room.
Gloria she can put some distance, and she stands in front of something. As she does suddenly the vampire as it recovers sees her and then flies toward her. As it does she then moves to the left and the vampire then suddenly bangs it's head on the solid bar of the machine. Gloria then takes the jump rope attached to a machine and immediately jumps on the vampire's back. Same with Matt as he helps her.
Both are struggling, Matt is having a hard time holding it down on it's back, like trying to hold down two rioters at once. Gloria holds it down with her knees hard as the vamp is wiggling hard to shake both off its back. But Gloria quickly wraps up the end of the jump rope on the vampire's neck and ties it off.
The vamp then shakes both off its back successfully, it then gets up and sees both and it looks toward Matt who's on the ground and decides to come after him first. Gloria on the ground she quickly rolls forward, gets up and then goes to the machine the jump rope is attached to and then turns on the power button and then turns the dial up to maximum.
The treadmill treads start to rotate faster and faster, as it does the jump rope it starts to reel into the machine's gears. As it does the vamp just when it tries to take more steps toward Matt, suddenly it feels the tug on its neck. The vamp tries to tear off the material that is holding it back but it's too late as it suddenly jerks the creature down on the ground and reels it toward the treads. It then grasps onto the supports of the treadmill's rails, trying to pull itself back but it just makes it worse as the jump rope then starts digging thought the vampire's neck, neon green blood circular line forms.
Matt and Gloria run out of the gym and as they leave, the jump rope and tread mill do their job as the jump rope cuts right though the neck completely. The stump and the head of the vamp just shoot up neon green blood like geysers and as they paint the gym floors with neon green color, suddenly the treadmill has a small explosion from the jump rope jam. The body and head of the vamp is taken from the fire of the machine.
