THE LION GUARD: BONGO THE SLYEST
RETURN OF THE ROAR, EPILOGUE.

HERE COMES THE LION GUARD

The sun arose over of the Pride Lands from behind the horizon, signaling the beginning of the new day. The upbeat tune filled the air as one by one the Lion Guard members awoke for their first day of duty.

Whoa oh oh oh oh

Kion ran across the grass fields from the Pride Rock to meet up with his friends, while Bongo climbed on top of the hill overlooking Gome Pit and ran downhill.

Oh oh oh oh oh

Bunga ran from Hakuna Matata Falls where he lived with his uncles Timon and Pumbaa, while Fuli speeded across the tall grass field, creating the dust cloud in her wake.

Whoa oh oh oh oh

Beshte got ashore from the pool inhabited by his home pod of hippos and ran off after saying quick goodbyes to his fellow hippos, while Ono glided across the sky.

Oh oh oh oh oh

The six animals' silhouettes figures met in middle of the savannah, standing against the rising sun, before they charge together forward (and towards the camera), starting from Beshte in the far left, then Bunga, then Ono, who flew overhead of the hippo and the honeybadger, then Kion, then Bongo and finally Fuli in the far right.

There's a time in life, when you may get a great calling

And it seems so big at times, you feel like you may be falling

Camera pulls out from the Lair of the Lion Guard, with Kion racing out of the Lair and away from the Pride Rock towards the savannah, followed by Bunga, Bongo, Fuli, Ono and Beshte, to start their patrol across the Pride Lands, while King Simba, Nala amd Kiara stand on the peak of the Pride Rock, looking proudly at Kion and his team.

If you believe in who you are, there's no need to go running

You found your place and with your friends the adventures keep on coming

Ono flew ahead and overhead of the team, scouting the Pride Lands for any sign of trouble. After seeing one such, he immediately reported the situation to Kion and led the Guard to the scene.

At the scene, the landslide has buried the burrow of the cape vixen. Beshte helps to push the debris out of the way while the rest of the members of the Lion Guard save Ono are trying to dig the burrow open, with Ono's trying to keep a distressed vixen. With the burrow dug open, Kion, Bongo, Fuli and Bunga each pick up one of the four cape fox puppies and put them gently down in front of the pups' relieved mother.

Looking after the Pride Lands

Staying strong and united

And no matter where we stand

We'll never be divided

All of the lions in the sky

Always keeping a watchful eye

Fierce, fast and brave and strong

Including sly and keenest of sight

Look out, here comes the Lion Guard!

The Lion Guard then continued their patrol, until Ono spots something else. The hyenas, Janja, Nne, Cheezi and Chungu are invading the Pride Lands and attacking the herds again and the Guard rushes to confront the hyenas.

So any time that trouble comes, there's a new team waiting

To take a stand and fight, to keep the Circle of Life from breaking

The Guard faces the hyenas as they are chasing down the group of hyraxes. However, the Lion Guard stands up for the small animals who run past the Guard to safety, forcing the four hyenas to skid to stop. Despite it being six-on-four, the hyenas stand their ground, until the clouds mass up behind the Guard before Kion opens his mouth wide and unleashes the Roar, which blastes the hyenas back to the Outlands.

Throughout their patrol, the Lion Guard helps various animals in their needs: Beshte helps to pick a wildebeest calf that is stuck in the deep mud pool up with his snout, Ono and Fuli herd together the herd of buffaloes safely away from the falling rocks, Bongo lowers his head so the baby monkey can hop on before he stands up against the tree and lifts the baby up with his head so its mother, who was hanging from a tree branch by her tail, can retrieve her baby, Bunga picks up the eggs from the ground that have fallen out of the nest and climbs up into the tree to return them to the nest owned by the mother bee-eater, and Kion is keeping order at the Watering Hole, where the herds of zebras, elephants, giraffes, armoury or aardvarks, sounders or warthogs and the troop of baboons can drinks in harmony with each other.

Lion Guard then gathers up around of some rocks overlooking the Pride Lands, with Kion standing proud and tall on top of the tallest rock, while Beshte, Ono, who is standing on the hippo's back and Bunga stand on his right and Bongo and Fuli stand on his left.

Look out, here comes the Lion Guard!

Wide view of the bright yet cloudy sky behind the Guard, before the bright heavenly light bursts through of the clouds before Mufasa's spiritual head appears, looking proudly down at his grandson and his Lion Guard as they are about to embark their journey as the Lion Guard.

Look out, here comes the Lion Guard!

THE END?

NOT YET!

"Look out, here comes the Lion Guard! Whoa! Look out, here comes the Lion Guard! Whoa!" Bunga chanted as he walked ahead of the rest of the Lion Guard waving his paws in the air, before turning to his friends and began to swing his hips.

His friends laughed, amused by the honey badger's performance.

"Maybe we should've changed his title into, I dunno, Merriest in the Pride Lands." Bongo sain in suggestion, glancing at Kion.

The prince laughed as the wild dog howled in laughter.

Ono then suddenly stopped laughing when he saw something before them. "Hapana! Bunga! Look out!" the egret warned worriedly.

"That's right, Ono! Look out, here comes the Lion Guard! Whoa! Look out, here comes the Lion Guard! Whoa!" Bunga kept chanting, oblivious that he was walking backwards directly towards the termite mound.

"No really! Look out!' Ono cried in urgency, whilst spreading his wings.

The warning came too late as Bunga tripped up a small termite mound and flew backwards, letting out a surprised yelp as he did.

"Bunga!" the rest of the Guard gasped and rushed to their friend's side, finding the honey badger having had his head completely immersed in the mound, whilst trying to pull his head out.

"Hang on, Bunga! I got this!" Fuli said and grabbed Bunga's mane in her teeth before the cheetah plucked him up and dumped him down to the ground.

Bunga then stood up and looked at Fuli and the rest of his friends, until the cheetah's eyes went wide and she recoiled in disgust at the sight of Bunga's face. "Ewwww!" the cheetah groaned.

"What?" Bunga asked obviously, before the honey badger noticed that he had got his face full of the crawling termites, before he casually picked one from his right cheek.

"Termites? Yummy!" he explained happily, before he threw the termite into his mouth and ate it with one gulp.

The rest of the Lion Guard cringed WITH disgust at Bunga's appetite of bugs as always. "Yeah... that Bunga." Bongo said with disappointed tone.

NOW... THE END.
