"Minos-san! H-Hap-Happy Valentine's day!"

A box of chocolates was suddenly shoved towards the tall Minotaur in disguise. Asterios could only look somewhat confused at the offered box.

The student could only smile nervously as she continued to hold out the box towards the taller student, her arms actually starting to shake the longer she was holding it.

Asterios tilted his head.

"It's a box of chocolates, just take it Asterios." Koneko suddenly walked up behind the girl, startling her enough to almost drop the box.

"oh, okay." And without a word, using his taller height, Asterios reached over and plucked the box from the confused girl's hand.

There was a moment as Koneko stared into the increasingly scared face of the girl that had just offered the box, her yellow eyes piercing her even if there was no (obvious) glare.

Eventually it was too much for the girl, who quickly bowed, said "I hope you enjoy them Minos-san!" and then ran away as fast as she could from the two.

All the while Koneko yellow eyes stared at her retreating figure, a pout almost noticeable on her face.

She turned away to see Asterios looking over the box, before shaking it. He paused when he saw the pout on her face. "you want it koneko?" He asked "you like chocolate right?"

From the corner of her eyes she could see that the girl had fully left, and was peeking around the corner. She could sense the absolute despair radiating off from her. And she wasn't even being metaphorical.

Part of Koneko really wanted to accept the chocolate. Just to assert dominance.

But another part of her knew that was a total dick move.

"Nah, it's for you." She pushed it back.

Despite herself she felt just a bit proud of herself when the despair turned to relief and happiness.

"but… I got three already…"

And that pride immediately gave way to frustration.

[Scene]

"Here you are Asterios. Happy Valentine's day!"

There was a pause as every other student in the middle of PE watched Tsubasa Yura, rather shamelessly, walk up to the tall First Year and held out her hand.

Asterios eyes widened a bit as the blue haired student passed a small bag, the small bag looked even smaller in his hands.

He looked up from the bag to Tsubasa.

Slowly he nodded his head "thank you very much tsubasa." He said earnestly, earning a bright smile from the Student Council member.

Both of them were unaware of the simultaneous envious glares given to Asterios and to Tsubasa.

Lifting up the bag, his red eyes narrowed "what kind of… chocolate…?"

Tsubasa's smile turned just a bit shy and the Third Year looked to the side "It's homemade," she giggled and held up her hands "It was my first time, so I got pretty dirty making them. Wished you could've seen it." The shy smile vanished and once more the confident smile of the Third Year returned "Hope you enjoy eating it as much as I enjoyed making them."

The glares intensified, and this time they were all aimed at the taller student.

"Welp I interrupted your class enough," and just like that the blue haired Third Year walked away "Bye bye Asterios!"

Without really thinking much of it, the tall student waved her away.

He kept waving even as the frowning face of Koneko walked up next to him and glared at the small bag in his hands. Then her glare moved up to the owner of the hand. She crossed her arms "You're popular today, how many is that?"

"there's three of them…" Asterios shook the bag.

"No," Koneko sighed "I mean how many gifts have you gotten now?"

"oh…" There was a pause as Asterios tilted his head "eight gifts… seven of them were cho-co-late."

Koneko raised an eyebrow "What's the other one?"

Asterios shrugged "aika gave me… something that i don't know."

Exhaling out her nose, the shorter of the two glared in the general direction of the school "Hopefully that's the last gift you get today!"

[Scene]

"Open wide Asterios, here's my valentine's gift to you!"

"I'm right here!" Koneko grumpily exclaimed from her spot on Asterios thigh.

"Oh?" Akeno paused her action of feeding a piece of chocolate into the, waiting, mouth of Asterios "Did you some chocolate to Koneko?" She smiled sweetly "I'm afraid I made only enough for Asterios."

The third year had to lean back a bit before the first year could bite the finger she was using to try and feed Asterios.

Across from the three, Issei let out a sigh "Man, Asterios' been getting gifts all day. He's so freakin' lucky!"

"Trust me Ise," Yuuto smiled from his spot on the couch, the blonde had dozens upon dozens of boxes around him "At a certain point, getting all of those valentine's gifts stop mattering and it ends up as a hassle."

"I can't believe that I've hung around you so much that I can understand your point, instead of just cursing you out for your luck." Issei signed.

"Thanks," Yuuto's smile grew confused "I think?" He looked at the two occupied hands of the brunette and pointed at them "Ise you got some Valentine gifts to didn't you?"

"Yeah but it was from Asia and Prez," Issei replied "And they gave it out to everyone, even if I am thankful for it."

There was a combined sigh of frustration from the two girls in the room.

"And here you go!"

"Damn it!"

Meanwhile the other two girls had concluded their small scuffled with the taller of the two tossing the chocolate into the open mouth of the Minotaur.

"mmmm… tasty!"

[Scene]

"koneko?"

The white haired devil let out a sound as she leaned against the head of the Minotaur, partially burying herself in his hair.

"are you upset?"

"Hmmmm…" Koneko let out a longer noise before letting out a simple "No."

"oh…"

There was silence between the two as the Minotaur continued to walk towards their house.

"because you looked upset… when i got the gifts…"

Koneko grumbled out a bit more, and merely buried herself further into his hair.

Asterios was quiet for a moment.

"is it because you wanted the cho-co-late?"

Koneko sighed.

"i can give them to you, if you want them…"

"No Asterios," Koneko shook her head "I'm not upset about the chocolates, or that you got them." There was a pause, before the Devil clarified "Actually I am kind of upset about you getting the chocolates, but that has nothing to do with you, trust me."

"oh… ok… then why are you upset?"

Koneko sighed "Because I thought saving my Valentine's gift last would be special, but now seeing you get so much today makes me jealous." She pouted and grabbed the Minotaur by the cheek, turning his head to face her "You're mine, remember that."

Red eyes blinked in confusion, before their owner nodded his head.

"i understand…"

"Good." Koneko nodded satisfied.

"what did you get me?"

Koneko smiled as she heard the excitement in the question "Two whole boxes, so we can just pig out when we get home."

"ohhh… sounds great. thanks koneko."

The smile turned soft as Koneko released her grip on his cheek and leaned back into his hair "You're welcome Asterios. Happy Valetine's Day."
