Chapter 175 Maxibaker

I don't own Kamen Rider Ryuki or Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.

At the store theres seem to be less business and theres a reason for it, Jin was looking outside a window and saw a new bakery in the distance.

"Of course they have to compete." He frowns.

Tom was not feeling so well while Roland stares at the other store with anger.

"They dare build a new store here. This is disrespectful." Roland said.

"Don't worry dad. We'll find a way." Tom said.

The owner of that one comes out being a man wearing a black suit with slick back hair called Maxime.

"Well that store will run out of business in no time." he chuckles.

Jin comes down as Tom goes to get some more ingrdients.

"There has to be a way to beat that guy?" Jin said.

"Yes, Jin you have a bright clear mind. Do you have an idea?" Roland asked.

Jin thinks of something before his mind clicked as he remembered something from Japan. "I think I might."

He then explains something to Roland about his plan.

"And if we do this, we can sell bread around the entire place in Paris, what do you think?" Jin said.

Roland has a hand on his chin thinking about it. "Hmmm, will they stay hot?"

"Yes, me and Marinette will even get more." Jin said.

"Then do it, we cannot let these intruders attack our home." Roland said.

Later

Many are going to school and Kim was walking towards the school before he stops to see a vending machine next to the entrance, and it was for baguettes with Marinette's store on the side.

"Huh, baguettes made by Marinette's family." He puts a coin and a hole opened and he pulls one out. "And it's warm."

He smiles taking it with him.

Marinette comes by and she saw it. "What?"

"Hey nice idea of your family giving everyone nice warm bread." Kim said before going inside.

"Who made this?" Marinette said.

Jin comes out from behind. "Me, I had this idea."

"Jin! You thought of this?" She said.

"Yes, with some connections I managed to get vending machines that sells baguettes made from our shop, all around Paris." He said.

"Wow, you even put one here in school." She said.

"Of course, you can eat a baguette alone for a quick snack." He said. "The principal didn't mind as he got hungry for something fast."

"Is it because of the store that opened nearby?"

"Yes, I talked with grandfather and this will make sure those guys don't surpass us." Jin said.

At the other store Maxime comes out. "Well those dupains will soon be out of business, as I am the best..."

He then saw another vending machine in the distance.

"What's that?"

He checks and saw it was the same machine that sells bread. "What?! They did vending machines for they're bread!"

He saw others with many people trying to get more bread.

"They're spreading they're business without opening another store, well two can play at that game!" He rushes.

At the Mayor's office.

"I can't make one!" Maxime said.

"I'm sorry, but it's been trademarked by the Dupains, they are the only ones that can make bread vending machines. While many can make vending machines they found the type they can trademark." He said.

"But that is not fair!" Maxima slams his fists down.

"I cannot do anything, they thought of it first." Mayor said.

Maxime growls and goes out.

He watches as many people buy they're bread like that.

"I have the best bread, with the best quality and yet these simple minded fools get bread from a vending machine!"

At Hawkmoth's lair

"Yes, it seems this rival baker wishes to surpass his enemy, a good one for my akuma." he makes a akuma evil and sends it. "Fly my little akuma and evilize him!"

It flies towards Maxime as it attaches to a badge, the symbol appears on his face.

"Maxibaker, I am Hawkmoth, I can grant you the power you need to destroy your rivals! All I ask is for the miraculous of Ladybug and Cat Noir!"

"You can count on me."

He transforms into a warrior made from break, like a knight with a sword with his badge as a cherry.

He then attacks the vending machine making many run away.

"Away with these pests!"

Jin was walking down the streets before he got shocked to see Maxibaker attack the machines.

"Oh great." He goes inside a alley.

He then comes out as Imperer.

"I cannot let him destroy our hardwork."

He charges as he takes out a card.

SPIN VENT!

He gets his weapon and attacks making Maxibaker block it.

"You dare stand in my away!"

"To protect others yes." Imperer said.

Alternative and Jurassic came as they attacked too making the villain got back.

"We heard trouble." Alternative said.

"Then let's get him." Imperer said.

The three attacked Maxibaker as he blocks with his sword, he shoots seeds at them making the group dodge as it made holes on the ground.

"He's using seeds as bullets?" Jurassic said.

"Yeah strange." They saw Cat Noir come down wit Ladybug.

"Well good thing you came just in time."Imperer said.

"So what are we dealing? A another bread warrior." Ladybug said.

"It's most likely that Maximus guy from the other bakery with the way he's attacking the machines." Imperer said.

"Yeah that makes sense." Cat Noir said.

He attacks and slashes at them. "I will get the miraculous and my business will be the most powerful in existance!"

"It is him." Ladybug said.

He then hits them back and charges forward, they went back while attacking from all sides.

"He won't give up." Cat Noir said.

"Yes, but Ladybug uses a lucky charm right away, we can't take anymore damage to the city." Imperer said.

"Your right." She raises her yo yo up. "Lucky charm!"

Then from it came a water jug. "A water jug?"

"Oh, we're making him soggy." Cat Noir guessed.

"It would make some sense." Alternative said.

They dodged another slash as he shoots another sword from his arm, it misses and hits his store that was nearby.

"No! My shop!" He yelled in anger.

A paper flies by as Roger hides but then it hits his face.

"Huh?" He reads it.

They dodged as Ladybug looks around, she saw her yo yo, Imperer's weapon and the jug.

"Of course." She takes them.

"Hey!" Imperer said.

She makes a improved sling shot, then she gives it to Jurassic.

"Hold it well!" She said.

He grabs it as she stretches the string before shooting the jug at the villain, he slashes it but then the water spills all over him.

"No! My body!" He said.

"The badge, it's the most obvious spot!" Imperer said.

"Cataclysm!" Cat Noir charges and touches it.

It then breaks releasing the akuma.

No more evildoing for you, little akuma!" She open the yo yo. "Time to de-evilize!" She then captures it. "Gotcha!" She frees it. "Bye-bye, little butterfly."

"Miraculous Ladybug!" She uses her powers to fix the entire damage as Maximus changes back.

"Pound it!" They fist bumped.

"What am I?" He looks around.

He heard a cough and Roger shows the paper with a frown. "What is this?"

"Uh." Maximus got nervous.

"You've been getting materials illegaly." Roger said.

"No, it's a mistake!" He said.

"Tell it to the judge." Roger puts cuffs and takes him away.

"Well that's another problem taken care off." Imperer said before they went off.

The rival shop was closed since the owner used illegal ways to get it.

The family were watching it from the news.

"Well that is why you should never cheat." Roland said. "But good job Jin."

He smiles as his family hugs him, since his push helped save the business.

Note: heres another original villain as it was a rival baker against the Dupains, which ended when Roger discovered illegal things happening in that other store.
