Opposing Forces of Destructive Nuclear Power
He rammed into the King of The Monsters, like a bull ramming the wall with its head. Gamera slammed his spinning body against his enemy's stature, and Godzilla's knees began to buckle.
The radioactive dinosaur reached out to grab Gamera, and he toppled over, smashing a four-story building under his weight. The nuclear giant bellowed with annoyance, watching his nemesis flying above the city, and Godzilla slowly recovered. He rose to his feet, determined to see the battle end on his terms.
Fire burned in his eyes, and Gamera circled around, ready to knock down the atomic kaiju again.
Godzilla summoned his radioactive strength, and a blue light covered his dorsal plates like before. Radioactive energy blanketed the surrounding cityscape, and the menacing dinosaur-turned behemoth exhaled, firing off a burst of his irradiated energy breath towards the incoming Gamera.
A fiery blast lit the air, and the titanic turtle landed upon a street corner before standing straight with a defiant, hard-pressed howl.
Godzilla stepped forward with a menacing bellow, making a beeline for Gamera, and the Atlantean goliath's mouth opened for a stream of fire to shoot forth once more. Godzilla countered, shooting back with his atomic ray, and the turtle shrieked as the beam of blue energy tore at his face.
Rubble flew everywhere around the clashing giants, the ground rumbled, and debris rose into the air in differing directions as Godzilla and Gamera battled over the streets of Tokyo.
Violent explosions shook the cityscape, fires raged, and the sound of wailing alarms carried through every district.
In the subways beneath the streets, civilians shuddered, and dust fell from the ceiling.
Up above, Godzilla made a grab for Gamera, and brought up his claws before slashing at the turtle's face. The titanic fire-breather of Atlantis snarled, and green blood rolled down around his eyes and cheeks.
Gamera ignored the pain, and pushed back against Godzilla. He thrust himself forward, and his head slammed against the King of The Monsters' jaw. The surprised leviathan fell back, and Gamera spat out a pair of fireballs upon his nemesis, knocking Godzilla down even harder.
The claw marks upon the turtle's visage faded, leaving a slight scar around Gamera's eye, and the ancient titan let out a great roar that shook the ravaged cityscape.
Without warning, a burst of blue energy slammed into his face, and Gamera stumbled backward, crying out as the flesh on his face burned away. Half-blinded by the atomic attack, the fire-breather smashed into a computer office, with his shelled back ripping into the building's upper floors.
Sparks flew, and an explosion of fire shook the decimated structure. The titanic turtle beast's vision healed, and he stared at Godzilla with unrelenting determination. Godzilla, who was equally determined, began advancing towards Gamera once more.
He reared back, his dorsal plates flashing, and charged up another nuclear blast.
Gamera breathed in, preparing to unleash all the fire he had, his mouth glowing orange. The glow of Godzilla's dorsal plates became brighter, and Gamera's mouth became hotter.
Godzilla's mouth opened wide. Gamera's jaw lowered, and his mouth hung open.
A white-hot stream of energy shot forth from the maw of Godzilla, aimed right at Gamera. In that moment, a large burst of fire erupted from Gamera's lungs, and flew towards the face of the atomic dinosaur.
Nearby structures charred and melted, and Gamera's flame slammed into Godzilla's face, scorching the flesh around the gargantuan dinosaur's mouth and eyes. And, in that precise moment, Godzilla's super-charged stream of atomic power burned into the turtle kaiju's neck.
An injured Gamera toppled over, and Godzilla retreated to let his face heal. Before landing on his back again, the ancient Atlantean beast utilized his fiery strength, and took flight once more.
Jets of fire shot forth from the areas where his legs and tail were located, and Gamera hovered into the sky before staring down at Godzilla. The burn wound in his throat healed, and Gamera snarled before diving towards his nemesis, shooting volleys of fireballs down upon The Big G as the turtle goliath came down.
The fireballs landed upon various buildings in Godzilla's vicinity, and the structures were reduced to flaming ruin. To the eye of the observer, the battle was ravaging Tokyo, more so than Godzilla's individual rampage.
Godzilla roared, and the behemoth began to siphon and channel every ounce of radioactive energy he'd consumed over the years. From his upper tail to his neck, the King of The Monster's dorsal fins began flashing blue and orange at the same time.
Moments later, a massive orange-colored ray of concentrated nuclear energy erupted from Godzilla's maw. The beam of atomic fire shot into the air towards Gamera, and the Atlantean reptile shrieked as another devastating explosion illuminated the skyline above Tokyo.
