Of Beleriand and its Realms
We now come to another avalanche of names, except this time they are the names of places rather than people. However, these places are all either mentioned elsewhere or never mentioned again, and they are all listed on the map of Beleriand that you can find in a copy of the Silmarilion or online. Thus, rather than translating this as a chapter, the relevant characters and their current locations will be given in list form.
Morgoth: Plotting in Angband
Thingol and Melian: Ruling their hidden city in the realm of Doriath
Fingolfin: Acting as high king of all the Noldor
Fingon (Fingolfin's eldest son): Helping his dad keep the peace
Turgon (Fingolfin's second son): Ruling the hidden city of Gondolin (at this moment it's still being built, but he will be ruling it soon)
Finrod (Finarfin's eldest son): Ruling the hidden city of Narogthrond
Orodeth (Finarfin's second son): Helping Finrod with his kingdom
Galadriel (Finarfin's daughter): In Doriath, learning from Melian
Feanor's sons: In the east and not far enough away from the sane people
