"All right everyone ready?" Rouge asked

"Yup!" Toga said

"Yes." Shadow said

"AFFIRMATIVE." Omega said

"You two got your chaos emerald?" Rouge asked holding out her yellow one

Omega showed his red Chaos emerald while Shadow held out his green Chaos Emerald

"Great!" Rouge said, "We'll meet back here assuming none of us got arrested."

And the group split off

Rouge and Toga flew towards the main HPSC headquarters

"All right first things first." Rouge said "Here."

She gave Toga a communication device

"Welcome to your first team dark mission." Rouge said

they landed on the roof where Toga put her communication Device on

"Alright, there should be a weak point..." Rouge said as she tapped her foot on the roof "Here!"

She stomped on the weak point and made a hole which they entered

They snuck through the upper levels

"Alright If I'm a Gambling gal, I'd say all the juicy stuff is on the lower levels," Rouge whispered

Just then Omega's voice came on the comms

"ROUGE, SHADOW. THERE IS ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE IN THE USJ WHICH MEANS I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOU." Omega said,

"Okay, omega We're in the building now." Rouge said

"That's fine! I'll send big yellow your way!" Shadow said,

"All might?" Rouge asked

"Yes him!" Shadow Said

"Alright, good luck." Rouge said

They began to sneak through the levels avoiding cameras

"Why don't we just get rid of all of them at once?" Toga asked,

"Because removing all cameras is more suspicious than just avoiding them." Rouge said as she knocked out a guard and stole his key card

They continued to avoid the rest of the guards before reaching an elevator which required a card

Rouge swiped the card and the elevator opened

"Alright, then time to go to the Bottom floor." Rouge said

they entered the bottom floor and saw a massive hallway with many different entrances to many different rooms

Rouge picked the first door and saw a computer

"Jackpot." Rouge said as she entered the room

she quickly put a decryption program into the computer

She began to see lots of the stuff the HPSC was hiding

"Bingpot!" Rouge said

"Uhhh mom? You may want to see this." Toga said from one of the other rooms

rouge entered the room and saw something that made her sick to her stomach

A dozen children in glass cells

"Oh, my Gaia..." Rouge said

there were many different restraints on them but one made her heart break

A silver-haired boy with a muzzle on

"Toga try to decrypt the doors. I'll grab all of the data." Rouge said before going back to the computer room

she grabbed the downloaded data before hearing the presence of someone behind her

"BAT GUARD!" Rouge yelled creating a shield of mini bats that blocked the incoming attack

it was a giant feather that was as long and as sharp as a sword

and wielding it was a blonde man with red wings

"You shouldn't be here." He said

"Neither should you." Rouge said, "Considering you're the number 3 hero: hawks."

Hawks gave a scowl

"Oh unless you're their lapdog!" Rouge said

"Shut up." Hawks said gritting his teeth

"Awww no quips?" Rouge asked, "Based on what I saw I thought I had found a kindred spirit."

Hawks tried to slash at Rouge only for her to throw a smoke bomb in his face

"Aww is the little birdy Getting upset?" Rouge taunted

"Stop playing hide and seek you bitch." Hawks said

"You know I could set you free with this info You'll never have to work for her ever again." Rouge said

Hawks stopped for a moment but quickly regained focus

"You know this won't stop her." Hawks said

"No, but the kids will." Rouge said

the smoke cleared and Rouge was right behind Hawks

Hawks tried to stab her only for her to catch the blade

"Is that the best you got?" Rouge asked before snapping the blade

she then pulled out her shock gun and electrocuted him

"You won't get far!" Hawks said preparing to trip the alarm

then the silver-haired boy walked into the room

he looked hawks dead in the eyes and said:

"Sleep."

and like magic hawks was out cold

"Not bad kid." Rouge said

"Thank you." The boy said not looking her in the eyes

rouge was a bit confused about that

"Don't mind him it's just his quirk." toga said handing her a file

rouge read it thoroughly

Zorne Yabaki

Quirk: Absolute Command

"If Zorne makes direct eye contact and says a command the victim's body will follow that command no matter what. Even commands such as "Die" or "Explode" will work. This doesn't work if the victim is blind or deaf or Zorne cannot see both eyes, if a person has multiple sets of eyes only the original set that they had before their quirk will work."

"So that's your deal." Rouge said, "You command people."

Yabaki nodded

"Well then you're mog gonna be stuck here any longer." Rouge said pulling out her chaos emerald "round the rest of them up."

soon toga grabbed all of them

"Let's hope this works." Rouge said before holding up the emerald

"Chaos control!"

and they vanished

They managed to chaos control out of the building

"toga take them to a police station." Rouge said

"You got it, mom!" Toga said

one of the younger kids walked up to Rouge

"Thank you miss." She said

"You're welcome." Rouge said

and then Toga left with the kids in tow

rouge activated her comms

"Alright boys My job is done I'll meet you at the rendezvous point." Rouge said

no response from Omega

(He must still have electromagnetic interference) rouge thought to himself

"Okay, rouge." Shadow said, "I got All Might to go to the USJ I'm hiding in an alleyway now."

just then a high-pitched ringing came from the comms which caused Rouge to take her communication device off

when she put it back on it was silent

"Shadow?" Rouge asked

no response

"I hope nothing bad happened to him." Rouge said

after about 30 minutes toga came back

"Hey, Mom I have a question about something I heard on the comms." Toga said

"What is it?" Rouge asked

"Who's Maria?"
