Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here back with another story, this one about Warhammer. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I do not own Warhammer, Gameshop does.

Nakht looked upon what had to be dozens and dozens of dead bodies. Those of rebels who had decided to rebel and those of the scum dogs who had been killed attempting to retake the planet.

Nakht sighed and then shook his head, looking at the time being as he was able to relax.

With them being the Thousand Sons? They were ready to figure it out for now. It was enough for them to deal with for now.

Nakht hummed and distracted himself by holding up a book using his powers. He knew that such work would have helped once more in the end.

It was enough to drive him. He was a son of Magnus and the Red King? Well, he amused the rest of the galaxy. They were the soldiers.

They were the most powerful legion in terms of warp power, they were some of the best strategists when it came crashing down onto the ground.

It was something to deal with work once more and enough to make the legion blush if they could now.

Nakht was curious as he thought of his next move. It was what the legion always thought of. They were always eager to get to work now and it was always going to be enough now.

The sons of Magnus craved knowledge at all costs… Which had led to many decisions when they were working for the Imperium.

But this move had stymied the legion. They chafed under the edicts of the emperor and his ideas.

Something like this was… Enough as it would have been enough if they were allowed to explore and study the galaxy.

They could not, they would not have allowed such knowledge to occur without studying it.

And it was this that pushed them to study more, to understand what was coming next.

This led to a time of insecurity… When they had talked to the emperor about Horus.

Well, their Primarch would. The Red King was far more eager than he wished to speak to the emperor. He was their father but he did not know the man.

They knew Magnus when it came to work but the emperor was slowly starting to push them down a road they could not understand.

Something inside them seemed to snap. This had led the Thousand Sons to reinforce their home, anyone who was not guarding the planet worked their power upon the warp.

It was something else for the time being. They had plenty of work once more to deal with and as an officer of the Thousand Sons? He would take care of his brothers as much as he could have.

Nakht turned and motioned for a pair of the Spire Guards to move as they bowed.

The kingdom of the Primarch would survive. They would prepare for combat if they had to yet he wished only to figure something out.

The Scum Dogs appeared to be busy screwing over the Thousand Sons… he finished dealing with preparations he wondered why the Primarch did not dispose of the criminals.

Then again? War was part plotting and part pain.

Nakht was a soldier and a scholar. The warrior in him told him even the worst criminals were useful.

"My lord?" Nakht heard as he turned to another pair of Spire Guards. "We have secured the flanks against the enemy." Nakht heard as he hummed.

The Thousand Son Astartes nodded; he was curious as to what this would have been like.

They had work left to do and Nakht was curious.

He paused to try and think of what was happening now.

It was too odd once more. Then again? The odd soldier was curious about what they would be doing as the Thousand Sons prepared for combat and the rest of the soldiers with them.

He was curious now for a good reason.

Something that the Thousand Sons would have been proud of when it was different from now and for a good reason.

It was too much to deal with for now at the time.

He sighed, twirling his staff as he slowly started to walk away, he paused, preparing for the next part of the plans he and the others had made.

Soon? Work would become an adventure.

Author Notes

Phew. The first chapter is done! I decided to revamp this story after playing the Space Marine 2 game… I will be making some changes to the Thousand Sons and such but not many… Also? No, I do not want anything made of this story. The next chapter will set up the crossover… I want you guys to tell me if it is a crossover with RWBY, Star Wars, Or Mass Effect. Until the 900–6500-word chapter in 2-10 months, Lighting Wolf out!
