"Lord Hireashi, you must know this!" cried a voice as it ran into the dark room of the Press Society, "I think you may want to know this before we-!"

"What? Listen, Zundar, I am very busy doing very busy things for the program." A goldfish spoke as it jumped out of the fish bowl it was in. "Did your team win finally?"

"No!" Zundar groaned and ignored the look of disapproval his boss gave him quickly, "But Lord Hireashi, Maximum Gorar has a brother!"

"A brother? What, someone we can just get rid of, just like how you got rid of your marriage?" Hireashi laughed, he recalled the day when Zundar came into work all happy because his divorce went through. He shook his head and turned back to his phone, "What, like Gorar's brother is going to stop you?"

"Um…"

"Um, what Zundar?"

"His brother...is Battle Lover Scarlet…"

The fish froze as he dropped his phone onto the table he was on, "What...did you say?"

"The Battle Lover's leader...is Maximum Gorar's brother."

"And...when did you find this out, Zundar?"

"Just recently...during the latest fight that we just finished! He ran up to his brother and called out his name and I could see it was Maximum Gorar himself."

Hireashi turned and Zundar looked at him as a deep chuckle tore from the fish's throat.

"REALLY?! That Wombat was so stupid as to use Gorar's brother as his own hero! How wonderful…!"

"Really?" Zundar questioned as he walked up to Hireashi, "How is this going to work? Maximum Gorar defeated you easily!"

"Yes, but that was Gorar. His brother...Scarlet, you said? We could easily...have some fun brotherly spat." Hireashi grinned brightly, "Turn either one into a monster, have the other fight. It would bring the ratings up for sure...and if we were to win…"

"Lord Hireashi, how will we do that? We'd have to lure him out and—"

"Easy! Use that Aurite of yours, we all know those silly Battle Losers won't be able to resist a good fight. Maybe if Gorar's brother is in danger, he'll come out!"

"And if he doesn't?"

"Oh, he will, Zundar. He will."

As Zundar left, Hireashi grumbled to himself, he had seen how Battle Lover Scarlet fought. How he could defeat even Zundar's strongest creations with basically a snap of his fingers. How that he could easily overpower attacks without breaking a sweat.

How had Hireashi never noticed this? Surely, he would have remembered Maximum Gorar having a brother from Can I Destroy the Earth I , but somehow he couldn't recall. Maybe he would have to check the archives or maybe they cut scenes for his brother since Gorar's brother had to have been a mere child when he was creating CIDE I.

Hireashi had no clue, but he knew he had to beat this twerp! If he failed once more, he was going to have CIDE II canceled and he'd lose his job.

The goldfish groaned as he grabbed a remote and replayed some of his last episodes of CIDE II, he watched intently at the footage he had captured and kept an eye on their leader. He put a fin to his face and pulled it downwards...he knew he was in a bad spot. That kid was tough and he knew it.

Hireashi huffed and turned the footage off quickly, he knew what he had to do. Exactly like he told Zundar, lure Maximum Gorar out, turn Earth's Hero into a monster, get the ratings back up, maybe let the Battle Lovers taste a bit of defeat, and then destroy Earth! It was a flawless plan…

Until it wasn't.

Hireashi screamed as Gorar's brother floated in front of him. Directly in front of him. "Zundar, keep firing off the missiles!"

"S-sir…" The hedgehog gasped out, "We...we're fresh out."

"NO!"

"I'll tell you why you were canceled!" Scarlet's voice spat and Hireashi's eyes narrowed as he looked at the boy in the eyes. Hireashi would remember Scarlet's face if he had to. Surely, this child would be a threat to those who would also attempt to do what he attempted twice. "Evil cannot conquer love. For you cannot comprehend the meaning of love!"

Hireashi screamed in anger once more, he hated losing, this was supposed to be his chance and now two Hakones ruined that chance! He could see Gorar's face in Scarlet's, he was basically taken back to that same time where Gorar defeated him all those years ago. He should have been smarter then but he somehow wasn't.

Soon, he found himself on the ground with Zundar, bowing to the Battle Lovers and Caerula Adamas.
"I...promise...I won't come to try to take over again." Hireashi grumbled as he looked down. He would surely tell everyone back at the TV station about this boy and how he should be watched. Gorar's brother and his team were almost unstoppable.

Wombat glared at him, "Do you actually promise or are you going to come back in a few weeks and attack my princes again?"
"Your princes?" Hireashi spat, "Maybe I don't have to, others probably will you know. They all watched CIDE II and can see how your silly little team is."

Wombat growled and grabbed a bag, Hireashi screamed as Wombat threw him in it with Zundar. "You overgrown rodent!"

"Hmph, should have thought about that before insulting them!" Wombat growled and shook the bag.

Scarlet and the others exchanged looks, they all turned and walked away for they had things to attend to for the festival.
Hireashi grumbled in the bag, Zundar sighed, they failed. Hireashi didn't want to imagine what would happen next…

He didn't expect to be moved to…

"The DVD Department!?" He screeched, "This is an outrage, don't you know who I am?!"

Zundar sighed, "Lord Hireashi...we'll get them back!"

"Oh, we better…" The fish growled and Zundar shook his head. At least...he was getting somewhat vacation time…
