The FBI was having a hard time catching Vermouth, the cold witch with thousand faces of the Black Organization, especially after Akai Shuichi was exposed.
So, they find themselves forced to ask for help from the BHA, the Bounty Hunter Association, and they end up having to work with the troublesome reckless team named Bepop.
And the most annoying and the laziest member of the team; Spike Spiegel (AKA Cowboy), succeeds in infiltrating the Blac Organization as Jason Navas, earning the codename Cognac, working with Vermouth.
And Vermouth finds herself for the first time wanting to kill an agent, because of how Cognac irritates her to no end.
But Vermouth never thought that she would fall in love with someone like him, and that her feelings won't change a bit even when she finds out he is a bounty hunter.
