Clark found himself floating above Lana's bed watching her sleep. He smiled. Lana opened her eyes. "It's all your fault Clark" she said. Clark looked at her confused. Lana closed her eyes.

"Clark" Clark heard his mother call out. He jolted awake and fell on top of his bed heard enough to break the front of the bed. The back of the bed broke too. "Clark we're leaving for the farmer's market in 15 minutes and you haven't done your chores yet" Martha called out.

"OK I'll be right there" Clark called back out.

"Check on your brother. He's not answering. He's probably still asleep" Martha called out.

"OK" Clark called out. Clark got up and walked across the hall to Oliver's room. He knocked on the door. "Oliver. Mom said we're leaving for the farmers market in 15 minutes" Clark said walking into the room. Clark laughed to himself at what he saw.

Oliver was still asleep but he was on his stomach and he was spread out across the whole bed. The blanket was barely covering his back and his leg was hanging off the bed. He had his mouth open with drool coming out of it and he was letting out a little snore. His hair which was normally perfectly in place was all messed up. Oliver was always a heavy sleeper and Clark remembered his parents having trouble with him getting up for school when he was a teenager in high school. If only everyone who was always going on and on about how cute and attractive and perfect his older brother was could see him now. Then he got an idea. He ran out of the room and came back with his mother's make up that she only wore on special occasions. He would say this was a special occasion. He pulled out red lipstick. He started putting it on Oliver's lips. Oliver smiled in his sleep.

"Felicity, you're lips are so soft" Oliver said in his sleep. Clark let out a laugh. They would always prank each other growing up. Usually Oliver always won their prank wars but Clark thought he might have had Oliver this time. Besides Clark still had to get him back for the time Oliver hit him with the hose in his pants and told everyone he peed himself. Both Clark and Oliver knew these pranks were in good fun and they had to continue to find ways to one up the other. It was a Kent brother tradition. Clark then clipped a pairs of earrings to both of Oliver's ears. Oliver turned over in his sleep and Clark thought he was going to wake up. He didn't. He just kept sleeping. "Oh Felicity" Oliver moaned out. Clark continued to laugh. Clark took out nail polish. He painted Oliver's finger and toe nails. Oliver moved a little bit but he stayed asleep. Oliver was sleeping like a baby. Then Clark put blue eyeshadow on Oliver's eyes. Clark smiled, put the makeup away and put it back into his mother's room. He got his phone. He snapped a bunch of pictures of Oliver sleeping. Clark laughed to himself. He walked over to Oliver and shook him. Oliver opened his eyes and saw Clark standing there.

"Hey Sleeping Beauty, time to wake up. Mom says we're leaving for the farmers market in 15 minutes" Clark said laughing.

Oliver wiped the drool off his mouth and sat up. "What's so funny" Oliver asked.

Clark shrugged his shoulders. "Nothing. You just look so pretty right now" Clark said bursting out laughing.

"What are you…" Oliver started to say but then saw himself in the mirror. He jumped up out of the bed and ran to the mirror. "Clark I'm going to kill you" Oliver said.

Clark was laughing so hard tears were coming to his eyes. "I think everyone in Smallville would love to see what football star and homecoming king, Oliver Kent, looks like as a pretty princess. I guess we'll have to call you Olivia Kent from now on" Clark said still laughing.

Oliver looked at his brother seriously. "What do you mean everyone in Smallville" Oliver asked.

Clark was still smiling. He took out his phone and showed Oliver the pictures he took. "You had your own photoshoot while you were sleeping" Clark said.

Oliver ran over to Clark but Clark supersped out of the way. "Delete them" Oliver said.

Clark shook his head. "I think I'll keep them for when you're really annoying" he said. He started to walk out of the room. "Consider this revenge for making everyone think I peed myself" Clark said.

Oliver shook his head. "That was funny but this is going too far" Oliver said.

Clark walked out of the room. Clark laughed again. "Come on Oliver it's pretty funny" Clark said.

"I fail to see the humor in this" Oliver said.

Clark smiled again. "I think most people will see the humor in this especially Felicity, who had what was it again…oh yeah soft lips. Guess I know what you're dreaming about" Clark said making kissy faces. "Oh Felicity, your lips are so soft" Clark mocked Oliver.

Oliver glared at his brother and threw a pillow at him. "It's times like this I really wish I was an only child" Oliver said. Clark just burst out laughing again. Oliver slammed the door and Clark walked downstairs still laughing.

At the farmer's market, Oliver walked up to where the rest of his family was carrying a crate of oranges. He put them on the table. Martha and Chloe were going through the fruits when they looked up at Oliver. "Well look who decided to join us" Martha said.

Clark tapped him in on the shoulder. "Yea bro what happened? Have a hard time waking up and getting yourself together" Clark asked laughing. He walked over to a pole and put up a sign with Pete that said "Kent Organic Produce".

Oliver glared at his brother. "Well you know I'm not use to waking up this early anymore after being in the big city and getting to sleep in" Oliver said.

Martha let out a little laugh. "It wasn't just in the big city. Trying to wake you up when you were a teenager to get ready for school was a battle" she said. Chloe noticed that Oliver was wearing black leather gloves.

"What's with the gloves Oliver" Chloe asked. Oliver looked over at Clark who was finishing hanging the sign and still laughing. Clark drove the nail into the sign with his thumb.

"Well you know trying out a new look" Oliver said. The truth was he was having a hard time getting the nail polish off. Now he had to go to the store to get nail polish remover. He was so going to get Clark back and it was going to be 10 times worse then this. Chloe walked over to Oliver. She studied his face. "What" he asked feeling weirded out.

"Are you wearing…eyeshadow" Chloe asked.

"WHAT" Oliver asked. He took out his phone turned the camera on and saw that he missed the eyeshadow when he was cleaning himself up. His face turned red. He walked over to Clark and leaned in close. "Watch yourself Clark. Sleep with one eye open" Oliver whispered. He walked away to his car and Clark just burst out laughing.

"What did you do to your brother" Martha asked Clark.

Clark shrugged his shoulders. "Nothing. I just gave the prince over there a little makeover while he slept. He might want to start calling him Olivia Kent" Clark said as Oliver walked up to them wiping at his eye.

"Did I get it all off" Oliver asked.

Chloe examined his face. She nodded. "It's gone" she said.

"I believe I'm the winner of the Kent brothers prank wars" Clark said.

Oliver turned to his brother. "For now but I promise I'll get you back 10 times harder" he said.

"Boys come help me set the fruits out" Martha said.

"OK mom" they both said at the same time. They walked to the table and someone tapped Oliver on the shoulder. Oliver turned around and saw a man and woman standing there.

"Hello Mr. Kent, can we get a picture with you" the couple asked.

"Mr. Kent is my father. Call me Oliver" Oliver said smiling for a picture with the couple. Oliver was the golden boy of Smallville. Everyone loved him. He was popular when he was in school, quarterback of the football team, homecoming king, prom king. All of the cheerleaders wanted to be with him. Everyone was excited when they had heard that Oliver Kent was coming back to town even the mayor who wanted to have a town celebration for him but Oliver refused. He was humble about it all and wasn't the biggest fan of all the attention. Sure it was nice and all sometimes but he just wished sometimes he could just be out with his family without getting stopped by someone from the town but he handled it gracefully. Clark looked up to his brother in more ways than one. Oliver had a huge heart and was a good person who just wanted to help people.

Oliver was also very protective of his parents and Clark. No one could pick on Clark except for him but that's what older brothers were for. The pranks were just a way for them to have fun with each other. Neither one of them took it seriously. Oliver was very charming, good looking and he was very good at talking to people. Clark watched as Oliver had directed the couple over to the fruits. The three of them started to laugh.

"Clark Kent" Clark heard someone call his name. He turned around and saw one of the cheerleaders Madison Williams was standing there.

"Hi Madison" Clark said awkwardly. What could she possibly want?

"Clark you know how much I've always appreciated you right" Madison asked.

"We've never had a real conversation. I didn't even know you knew my name" Clark said.

Madison started to fake laugh. Madison playfully hit his shoulder. "Of course I know your name, Clark. I was wondering if you could introduce me to your brother" she said.

Now it all made sense. Clark looked back at Oliver who was talking to other people who had approached him. "You know you can get in line for the apparent meet and greet" Clark said seeing that there was actually a line to meet Oliver.

Madison shook her head. "I thought since you had the inside scoop into Oliver maybe you could talk to him for me" she said.

Clark realized that Madison was looking at Oliver like how he would sometimes look at Lana. "Madison you wouldn't happen to have a crush on Oliver would you" Clark asked.

"Of course I do. He's so dreamy with those eyes and those big muscular arms…" she said.

"OK I get it" Clark said interrupting her. This wasn't the first time someone came up to him to try to get him to put in a good word with Oliver about something. He was used to this but that didn't mean he wanted to hear about how "dreamy" his brother was. "Madison, you are aware Oliver is 21 right" Clark asked.

Madison looked at Clark almost as if she was offended. "So" she said.

"So, you're 15" he said.

"Who cares" Madison said.

Clark rolled his eyes. "Oliver's not interested. Trust me" Clark said walking away and joining his family. Oliver was busy talking to a group of girls who were laughing and twirling their hair. Lana and Whitney were walking up.

"All hail the homecoming King and Queen" Chloe said as she spotted Lana and Whitney.

Lana looked over at Clark. Clark looked back at her. "Clark, I didn't see you at the dance last night" Lana said.

"Oh I was…" Clark started to say but then he looked over at Whitney who looked back at him silently asking him not to say anything about what happened. "…a little tied up" Clark finished saying. Lana looked over at Whitney who didn't look at her.

"Finally I get a second to breathe" Oliver said walking over to Clark with Jonathan.

"Hey congratulations. That was one heck of a game" Jonathan said shaking Whitney's hand. Clark just looked at his father. "I haven't seen an offence that good since my boy here played" Jonathan said wrapping his arm around Oliver.

"Thank you. It's nothing compared to Oliver though" Whitney said holding out his hand for Oliver to shake. Oliver shook it. "I'm a big fan" Whitney said.

"Yea who isn't" Oliver said under his breath. Clark rolled his eyes. If Oliver knew what Whitney had done to him the night before he would be pissed.

Oliver wasn't a fan of bullying. When he was going to school the rest of the football team participated in the scarecrow event but he refused. He didn't think it was right. He actually went and untied Thomas Martin, who they picked as the scarecrow and drove him home. Oliver made it very clear that if they picked on Thomas they would have to deal with him. Clark didn't need Oliver getting into a fight with Whitney or something. That would just make his life worse. "I'll get the rest of the boxes out of the truck" Clark said. He walked away from the group.

"I'll help" Whitney said. He left to go help Clark.

Jonathan picked up an apple. "Lana" he asked.

"Thank you" she said taking it from him. She turned to Oliver. "Welcome home" she said.

Oliver smiled at her. "Thanks" he said.

"Oliver could you help me with this" Martha asked from behind him.

"Sure mom" he said walking over to his mom.

"Kent" Whitney called out to Clark chasing after him. Clark ignored him and kept walking. Whitney caught up to him. "You realize last night was just a joke right" Whitney said. Clark didn't respond. Whitney grabbed his shoulder. "Hey" Whitney said. Clark stopped walking. "I need that necklace back" Whitney said.

Clark turned to Whitney. "I don't have it" Clark said.

"Look it's Lana's favorite so…" Whitney started to say.

"So then you better go out to that cornfield and find it" Clark finished for him. Clark walked away leaving Whitney standing there.

Oliver walked over and saw Whitney standing there. "Where's Clark" Oliver asked.

"What" Whitney asked.

"Clark? Where is he? You were supposed to be helping him get the boxes out of the truck" Oliver said.

Whitney nodded. "Right he went over to the truck" Whitney said pointing to Jonathan's truck.

"Thanks" Oliver said.

Lois was walking around the farmer's market looking at the stain glass butterflies. Someone approached from behind her. "Beautiful isn't it" Greg asked her.

Lois turned around and looked at Greg. He smiled at her. She looked at him trying to remember him. Then it clicked. He was the guy from last night. "It's…Greg right. I almost didn't recognize you without your glasses" Lois said.

Greg turned to the butterflies and pointed at one of them. "Do you know the average butterfly only lives for eight hours" Greg asked.

"I didn't. You're really into bugs aren't you Greg" Lois asked.

He nodded at her. "Hey Lois I was wondering if you would be interested in helping me study. I've never really been good at school and I figured maybe we could help each other out" Greg said.

"Homework giving you brain freeze" Lois asked.

"Yeah, it's kicking my ass" Greg said.

"Something we can relate to Greg. I'm not really the best at school either" Lois said.

"Well maybe we could help each other" Greg said.

Lois thought for a moment. "Sure, why not. You're the most interesting person I met in this town so far" she said.

"How about my house, after school" Greg asked.

"Actually I have this thing where I don't just go to strangers houses when I don't really know them. Library might be easier" Lois said.

"It's a date" Greg said nodding.

"I'll see you there Lois Lane" Greg said walking away.

Lois watched him leave and turned around and saw Chad Reed standing there. "Hello Lois" Chad said.

Lois rolled her eyes. "Hi Chad" she said walking away. She was trying to find Chloe.

Chad followed her. "So about our dance last night. I had a good time" he said.

"Really? I didn't really think anything of it" she said. She walked away from him leaving him standing there.

Chad ran up to Lois and grabbed her arm stopping her. "Come on Lois give me a chance" Chad said.

Lois turned around and looked at Chad. "Chad I'm sure you're a nice guy and everything but it was just a dance. That's all" Lois said.

"It doesn't have to be. Trust me. If you give me a chance I won't disappoint you" he said.

Lois sighed. "Why do you want this to happen between us so much? I mean I'm sure there's a cheerleader somewhere that you could have your fun with" Lois said.

"All the girls in Smallville are the same. You're different" he said.

"I'm not your type" Lois said.

"How do you know" he asked.

"Something tells me your type is a blonde bimbo who likes to shake her pom poms" Lois said.

"No. It's not. Just give me one chance and if you don't like me by the end, I promise I'll leave you alone" Chad said.

Lois sighed. "Fine but you get one chance" she said.

Over by Jonathan's truck, Clark was watching this interaction. What was going on between Lois and Chad? He saw them dancing at the dance and that upset him though he didn't know why. It was weird. For whatever reason, he couldn't get Lois out of his head. He saw Chad touch her shoulder and this made Clark angry. He was obviously hurting her. He had to do something about it. "You know, you kind of look creepy just standing there staring like that" Oliver said from behind Clark.

Clark jumped a little and turned around to see his brother standing there. Clark smiled at him. "Well hello your highness" he said bowing.

"Maybe we should go get you a pretty dress to go along with those nails" Clark said laughing.

Oliver rolled his eyes and shook his head. "OK I'll admit it. You got me. It was pretty funny" he said.

"Looks like there's a new king pranker in the family" Clark said.

"For now. Until I get you back" Oliver said. Clark just continued to laugh until he turned back around. The smile faded off his face really quickly. Lois and Chad were hugging.

Oliver looked at Clark with a knowing look. "So Lois huh" Oliver said.

Clark looked back at his brother. "What" he asked.

"You like Lois" Oliver said.

Clark shook his head rapidly and laughed nervously. "No I don't. Me and Lois. She's just a friend and we're barely even that. No I can't like Lois because…well because…because I just can't" Clark spoke really quickly.

Oliver let out a little laugh. "Yea that was really convincing Clark" Oliver said.

Clark glared at his brother. "I don't like Lois" he said defensively.

Oliver nodded. "Yea sure you don't" Oliver said picking up one of the empty boxes from the truck.

"What's that supposed to mean" Clark asked.

Oliver shrugged his shoulders. "Nothing just that the puppy dog eyes you were just giving to her tell a different story" he said.

Clark shook his head. "I wasn't…" he started to say. "…Was I" Clark asked.

Oliver nodded. "It's been obvious ever since you were six and she was seven. You like her and she likes you. Personally I say go for it. You can do a lot worse then Lois Lane" Oliver said.

Clark looked back at Lois and Chad who were still talking. How long was that guy going to talk to her? "She's talking to Chad Reed. What kind of a name is "Chad Reed" anyway" Clark asked.

Oliver smiled at his brothers jealousy. Oliver put the box back down. He put a hand on Clark's shoulder. "Well whatever you decide to do about your crush on Lois I'll support. Now if you'll excuse me Mom wants me to bring this box over to the table" Oliver said.

"Tell mom I'll be there soon" Clark said.

Oliver nodded. "I'll just tell her you're standing here waiting for Lois and Chad to finish their conversation" Oliver said.

Clark turned back to his brother. "I mean what could they possibly be talking about. I can't imagine it's a particularly interesting conversation. Lois must be dying having to listen to whatever "Chad" is saying" Clark said saying Chad's name with venom.

"After I bring this box to mom, I think I'm going to leave. I have to go to the store and fix this" Oliver said taking off the glove on his left hand showing Clark the nail polish still on his fingers. Clark smiled at him. Oliver put the glove back on and held out his fist. Clark fist bumped it. "Kent bros for life" they both said together. This is something they had been doing since Clark was four.

Oliver quickly ruffled Clark's hair. "See you later, squirt" Oliver said.

"Oliver not in public" Clark said looking around embarrassed making sure no one saw fixing his hair.

Oliver laughed picking the box up again. "Still funny" he said walking away. Clark rolled his eyes and looked back over at Lois and Chad. They were walking away from each other. Finally Clark thought.

Lex and Felicity walked up to Clark. "Hello Clark" Lex said. Clark looked back and saw Lex and Felicity standing there.

"Hi Clark" Felicity said hugging him.

Clark hugged her back. "Hi Felicity" he said.

Felicity looked around. "Is Oliver here" she asked.

Clark nodded. "He's helping our mother" Clark said.

She nodded. "So how are you Clark" she asked.

Clark looked at Lex. Did he tell her about last night? "I'm fine" he said.

Just then her phone rang. She turned to Lex. "Excuse me. I got to take this. I'll be back" she said giving him a kiss.

"Take your time" Lex said.

"What happened last night" Lex asked.

"It was just a stupid prank" Clark said.

"You were tied to a stake in the middle of a field. You could've died" Lex said.

"I appreciate it. I just want to forget it" Clark said.

"What's the holdup? We're about to wrap up here Oliver is bringing back some of the boxes" Jonathan asked putting a box in his truck.

"Mr. Kent, it's good to see you" Lex said holding out his hand.

Jonathan shook it. "Lex. Clark we've gotta finish up and you've got to help your brother" Jonathan said.

"Ok, dad" Clark said. Clark looked over at Lex.

"At least I got a handshake this time" Lex said. Clark smiled at him and walked away. Oliver walked up to the truck putting a box in the back. He saw Lex standing there.

"Hello Oliver" Lex said holding out his hand. Oliver reluctantly shook it. He went to leave. "Oliver about what happened in Metropolis. I'm sorry" Lex said.

"I get it Lex" Oliver said turning around to look at Lex.

Lex looked at him shocked. "You do" he asked.

Oliver nodded his head. "You were just doing what daddy told you to. It doesn't matter that people lost their jobs or their homes. It doesn't matter that I got evicted because you made a phone call to the bank and it doesn't matter that because of that I was homeless until I moved back here" Oliver said.

Lex shook his head. "I know we got off on the wrong foot but why don't we start over" he asked.

Oliver walked up to Lex. "I don't know why you're here but I'm not going to let you do what you did to the people in Metropolis, to the people here. These are hardworking people who don't deserve that" Oliver said.

"I have no intention of doing that here. I'm not here to hurt anyone" Lex said.

"I've fallen for your lies before. Stay away from my brother and don't hurt Felicity" Oliver said walking away.

Oliver and Clark walked to Oliver's car with boxes of fruit. Oliver opened the trunk and they placed them in there. Oliver and Clark hugged and then Oliver closed the trunk. "Oliver Kent" someone called out behind him. Oliver jumped and turned around and saw someone he never saw before. "Sorry I didn't mean to scare you. Greg Arkin. Big fan" Greg said holding out his hand.

Oliver shook his hand and smiled at him. "No problem. I just didn't see you there" he said.

"You're kind of my idol" Greg said.

Oliver laughed. "Trust me there are better idols you could find out there but thank you" Oliver said.

"You're a hometown hero though" Greg said.

"Yea don't remind me" Oliver said under his breath. He looked over at his car and saw a spider on the rear windshield. He opened his car door, turned the car on, turned on the back windshield wipers. They crushed the spider.

"Did you just kill that spider" Greg asked.

Oliver nodded his head. "I hate spiders. I had a bad experience with them when I was younger" Oliver said. This made Greg mad. How could Oliver just kill that spider like that? Didn't he know how important they were to the environment? Greg looked at Oliver who was turning off his car. He wondered how Oliver would feel getting crushed like a bug.

"Listen I don't mean to be rude but I really…" Oliver started to say but stopped when he realized Greg was gone. Oliver looked around and didn't see him anywhere. That was really weird. Oliver went to get in his car.

"Oliver" he heard someone call.

Oliver rolled his eyes. Couldn't he just leave in peace without having to entertain anyone else? "Listen, I'm sorry but I really got to…" he stopped talking when he saw who was standing in front of him.

"Felicity hi" Oliver said. He closed the car door.

She smiled at him. "Hi" she said. They both just stood there for a second not saying anything. "I just wanted to say…" they both said at the same time. They both laughed and stopped talking. "I just wanted to say sorry" Felicity said.

"Really" Oliver asked.

Felicity nodded. "I wanted to find out what happened that night so bad that I thought you would too. I didn't think about how you might feel about it and that it might bring up bad memories for you. I'm sorry" she said.

Oliver walked over to her and put a comforting hand on her shoulder. "It's OK. I might have over reacted a little bit. I just feel like it's a miracle we survived and we shouldn't question it. What's important is we're alive" Oliver said.

Felicity smiled at him. "Oliver if you're protecting someone or something I understand" she said.

"I'm not protecting anyone or anything. I really don't know how we survived but I'm grateful we did" Oliver lied. It was hard for him to lie to her but he had to. She couldn't find out about Clark. He just hoped she bought it.

Felicity studied Oliver's face and knew he was lying but she decided not to push it. She didn't want to lose Oliver as a friend. Hopefully someday he would trust her enough to share whatever secret he was holding onto with her. She looked at Oliver. "I was so scared I might have lost you forever" Felicity said looking away from him.

He put two fingers under her chin and moved her head so she was looking him in the eyes. "You'll never lose me. You're the most important person to me, next to my family, in my life whether or not we're together" Oliver said. They just stood there staring at each other. Oliver had to fight the urge to kiss her right there.

"I should…uh…probably get going" Felicity said flustered. She felt the chemistry that was between them still and she wanted nothing more then to kiss Oliver right there and now but she couldn't. She was with Lex and she loved him. Felicity hugged Oliver. "I'll see you later" she said. Oliver pulled back and nodded. Felicity went to leave.

"Felicity wait" he called out.

Felicity turned back around. "Yes Oliver" she said.

Oliver looked around to make sure no one was listening. He walked over to her. "About what I told you the other night about my biological parents, that has to stay between us. Noone can know" he said.

Felicity took his hand. "Of course. I wouldn't tell anyone" she said,

"Thanks" he said.

"Is everything OK" she asked concerned.

Oliver nodded. "It's just no can know Oliver Queen exists" he said.

"Your secrets safe with me" she said.

Oliver and Felicity said their goodbyes and Oliver left. He was driving home to drop off the fruit then he had to go to the store to get the nail polish off his nails. He laughed to himself thinking about how Clark did get him good. Oliver turned up the music and was bopping around in his seat to the music. A little up ahead, Greg climbed up a tree and waited for Oliver to come down the road. He wanted to crush bugs like that maybe Oliver was right. Maybe there were better icons for him to look up to. He saw Oliver coming up the road. Oliver was thinking about his conversation with Felicity. He still loved her, he probably always would but they couldn't be together now. She was engaged after all to Lex Luthor. Lex Luthor of all people. He wished he didn't have to lie to her but he had to protect Clark's secret no matter what.

Greg watched as Oliver's car passed under the tree and he jumped on top of the car. Oliver jumped a little bit and looked up at the roof of the car that had a big indent in it now. Something banged into the roof. It banged into it again. Whatever it was kept banging into the roof. Oliver looked around not sure what was happening. Something kept banging on the roof. Then all of a sudden the window was smashed in. Then the car flipped over and Oliver hit his head hard against the steering wheel knocking him out. The airbag activated and the car slid down the street with Oliver unconscious in it while Greg watched. Now Oliver Kent was the bug and he was about to get crushed. Greg cracked his neck. He walked over to the car and smiled at what he saw. Oliver was laying there unconscious blood coming out from the side of his head.

Greg looked over and saw a truck coming up the road. He ran away. Oliver Kent was dead and he needed to get away from the scene of the crime. Jonathan, Martha and Clark were in the truck coming up the road. Martha saw a car turned over. "Oh, my God! Jonathan" Martha said. She got a good look at the car that was turned over. "Jonathan is that…" Martha started to ask.

"Oliver's car" Clark finished. Jonathan pulled over and Clark jumped out before Jonathan had even come to a complete stop. He couldn't lose Oliver. He couldn't lose his brother. Jonathan stopped the car and him and Martha got out. Jonathan grabbed a small fire extinguisher he had from behind his seat. Clark ripped the windshield off the car and saw Oliver's unconscious body laying there. Clark pulled the seat belt out of the car and threw it, then he grabbed Oliver. Jonathan started to run over until he saw Oliver's car leaking gas. Clark dragged Oliver away from the car.

"Clark" Jonathan yelled as the car exploded. Jonthan pulled Martha back away from the explosion while Clark put Oliver's body underneath him. The explosion covered Clark and Oliver. Jonathan and Martha hid behind their truck. They got up and started to run to where their two sons were. "Clark, Oliver" the concerned parents called out. They saw Clark laying on top of Oliver. Jonathan grabbed Clark but his hand got burnt. Both parents looked at their sons concerned. Neither one was moving. Finally after what seemed like forever Clark raised his head. He looked at his parents.

"Is Oliver…" Martha started to ask. Oliver wasn't moving at all.

Clark checked his pulse. He looked up at his parents. "He's alive" he said. Jonathan and Martha sighed in relief. Both there sons were Ok but that was too close for either of their likings.

"Clark you need to get Oliver to the hospital fast. Take him but make sure no one sees you. We'll be right behind you" Jonathan said.

Clark looked up at his parents and nodded. He picked up Oliver's unconscious body into a bridal carry. Oliver's head lolled against Clark's chest. Oliver would have definitely made some smart comment about this if he was actually conscious. Clark super sped to the nearest hospital. He stopped in the parking lot where no one was. He ran into the hospital normally. "Help please. My brother needs help" Clark said to a nurse.

A couple of the hospital staff took Oliver's body from Clark and placed him on a gurney. One of the nurses gasped. "That's Oliver Kent" she said.

One of the nurses walked up to Clark. "Your brother will be in the best care. He is our number one priority" the nurse said to Clark.

Clark nodded. "Thank you" he said.

About 20 minutes later, Jonathan and Martha ran into the hospital. They found Clark sitting in one of the chairs reading a magazine. They ran over to him. "Have you heard anything on Oliver" Martha asked hopeful.

Clark shook his head. "Not yet but don't worry they guaranteed me he is their top priority. They're not going to let Smallville's golden boy die. Even in the hospital with him unconscious everyone is fawning over Oliver" he said.

"Well let's just hope we get good news soon" Jonathan said.

Just then, as if on cue, the nurse who from before walked up to the family. "You're Oliver Kent's family right" she asked.

Jonathan nodded. "We're his parents and this is his brother" he said.

"Well Oliver is going to be fine. He has a few cuts and bruises but other then that he is fine. We would like him to stay in the hospital over night just to make sure everything is OK" she said.

"Can we see him" Martha asked.

The nurse nodded. "Of course but I must tell you your son has quite the fan club" she said.

"Oh trust me we know" Clark said. Jonathan and Martha just looked over at Clark.

"Follow me" the nurse said. The family followed the nurse to Oliver's room. When they got there they saw people taking pictures with him.

"Thank you again Oliver. My daughter's going to love this" a nurse said.

"No problem. Say hi to Katie for me" Oliver said. The nurse smiled and left the room.

"Oliver your families here" the nurse that lead them into the room said.

Oliver smiled at them. "Mom, Dad, Clark, hi" he said. They all walked up to Oliver's bed.

"Is there anything else you need Oliver" the nurse asked.

"No Janet I'm fine. Thanks for everything" he said.

"Just buzz me if you need anything" she said.

"Will do" he said. Janet left the room leaving Oliver alone with his family.

Martha walked up to Oliver and hugged him. "I was so worried. How are you feeling" she asked.

"I have a little bit of a headache but other then that I'm fine" he said.

"So what happened" Jonathan asked.

Oliver shrugged his shoulders. "I was just driving and then something smashed my car and then next thing I know I'm waking up here" he said.

"Yea well you're lucky we left soon after you. Your brother pulled you out of the car before it exploded" Martha said.

Oliver looked over at Clark. "You saved me…again" he said.

Clark smiled. "What else is new? You'd be lost without me there to save your life. I also super sped you here but it was no big deal" he said.

"You see that's why your my favorite brother" Oliver said.

"I'm your only brother" Clark said.

Oliver nodded. "Which kind of narrows down the field don't you think" Oliver said. They all laughed.

"Do you guys think this is going to leave a scar" Oliver asked pointing at the cut on his forehead which the nurses stitched up.

"Let's just be happy you're alive" Jonathan said.

"Yea I'm sure your adoring fans will still worship the ground you walk on" Clark said.

"Well it better not. This…" Oliver said motioning to his face "…is my moneymaker" he finished. Clark just rolled his eyes. Same old Oliver. He even had to find a way not to take a scary situation where he almost died seriously.

Janet walked into the room. "Oliver there is someone named Felicity Smoak here to see you. She claims she's a friend. Should I send her away" she asked.

Oliver shook his head. "No you can let her in" he said.

"Wow news must have spread quickly of what happened to you" Martha said.

Clark nodded. "Mom he is the town celebrity. He can't poop without everyone knowing he's taking a poop" he said.

Just then, Felicity ran into the room. She saw Oliver sitting in the hospital bed. "Oliver" she said running over to him. She hugged him. He hugged her back and closed his eyes taking in her scent. "I was so scared something serious had happened to you" she said.

He pulled back and looked at her. "No I'm fine" he said. They continued to stare at each other.

Jonathan looked at Martha and Clark. "Were going to go" Jonathan said.

Martha hugged her son again. "We'll be back tomorrow to take you home" she said.

"I could do it" Felicity offered. They all looked at her. "I'll come here tomorrow and drive him home" she said.

Oliver looked at her. "Won't your fiancé have an issue with that" he asked.

Felicity shook her head. "Actually no. He was going to offer to pay for a doctor to come check you out but he figured you'd say no" she said.

"Well he was right" Oliver said crossing his arms over his chest. Felicity ignored him and turned to the rest of his family. "You guys can go. I'll look after him and I'll bring him home tomorrow" she said.

Jonathan smiled at her. "Thank you Felicity" he said.

Felicity nodded. "It's my pleasure" she said.

"Bye honey" Martha said.

"Bye mom" Oliver said back.

"Bye Oliver. Don't give Felicity too much of a problem" Jonathan said.

"I won't dad" he said.

Clark held out his fist. Oliver fist bumped it. "Kent bros. for life" they said together.

"We love you" Martha said as they were leaving.

"I love you guys too" Oliver called out.

Felicity turned to him. "I love your family" she said taking a seat in a chair next to the bed.

"They love you too" Oliver said. He took her hand. "Thank you for coming. You don't have to stay" he said.

Felicity looked down at Oliver's hand then back up to him. "I want to" she said.

Felicity helped Oliver get the nail polish off his nails. "Thank you for this" Oliver said.

Felicity smiled and shook her head. "I can't believe you and Clark are still doing these pranks to each other" she said.

Oliver shrugged his shoulders. "It's a Kent brother tradition" he said.

"Well it looks like Clark might have won" she said.

Oliver shook his head. "Not for long. The good thing about being in this hospital is I got time to think about ways to get him back" he said.

Felicity shook her head. "I remember when Clark got you by putting worms in your sandwich and you didn't realize until you got to school and bit into it" she said.

Oliver nodded. "Then I switched out his shampoo with mayonnaise. I'll get him back" he said.

"I'm sure you will" Felicity said. After about two hours Felicity looked at her phone and saw the time. "I've got to go. I'll see you tomorrow when I pick you up" she said.

"OK bye" Oliver said.

At the Kent house, Clark was standing on the porch looking down at his arm. He couldn't believe that he had survived that explosion without so much as a scratch. Jonathan walked out onto the porch. "I just got off the phone with your brother. Besides being annoyed that he has to stay there for the night he's fine. Felicity left and he asked me to bring him some clothes and food. Apparently he won't eat the hospital food. Says he would rather starve then eat the hospital food" Jonathan said.

"I don't blame him" Clark said.

Jonathan smiled at his son and nodded. "Neither do I" he said.

Clark looked over at his mother who was getting on a tractor. "I think you need to talk to mom. I think we really freaked her out this time" Clark said.

"You also made her really proud Clark and she's just happy Oliver's OK" Jonathan said.

Clark walked over to Jonathan. "Dad something else happened to me this morning" Clark said. Jonathan just looked at his son curious. "When I woke up, I was…kind of floating" Clark said. Jonathan thought for a moment.

"Floating" Jonathan said. He slowly walked away thinking.

Clark followed his father. "As soon as I woke up, I crashed. Dad what's happening to me" Clark asked.

Jonathan shook his head. "I honestly don't know. As soon as you start breaking the law of gravity we're definitely in uncharted territory" he said.

"I just wish it would stop" Clark said sitting down on the railing.

"Look Clark, I'm your father. I'm supposed to have all the answers. It kills me that I don't but… you gotta have faith that we'll figure this thing out together" Jonathan said putting a comforting hand on Clark's shoulder.

"I do but this is happening to me and I'm scared" Clark said. He got up and walked into the house.

Felicity arrived home at the Luthor Mansion and walked into Lex's office. She saw him standing at the window looking at something. "Lex" she said. He jumped a little bit and looked over at Felicity. She walked over to him. "Sorry I didn't mean to scare you" she said. She gave him a quick kiss.

He shook his head. "It's fine I just didn't expect you home so soon. How's Oliver" Lex asked walking over to his desk.

Felicity followed him. "Oh you know a little shaken up about what happened but overall fine" she said. Lex took a seat at his desk. Felicity looked at his hand. "What's that" she asked.

Lex held up the necklace. "A necklace" he said.

Felicity took it and held it up. The sunlight shined off it making it sparkle. "It's pretty. Where'd you get it" she asked giving him the necklace back.

"I found it in the cornfields" Lex said.

Felicity looked at him curiously. "What were you doing out there" she asked.

He smiled at her. "I had some business to take care of" he said.

Felicity looked at him suspiciously. She walked over to him and sat down on his lap and kissed him. "Lex if there was something going on you would tell me right" she asked.

He smiled at her and kissed her passionately. "Of course. I promise. I had business to take care of about the power plant that my dad left me. It's right outside the power plant. I needed some air and I decided to go walking through the cornfield and this necklace caught my eye. I was going to see if I could find the owner" he said.

Felicity just studied his face. She couldn't tell if he was lying or not. She decided not to push the issue. She kissed him again. "I'm going to take a bath. I love you" she said getting up.

"I love you too" he said. She started to walk toward the door. "Oh don't forget the wedding planners will be here tomorrow at around 2" he said.

Felicity nodded. "OK I'll be here" she said. She walked out of his office. Lex grabbed a lead box he had on his desk. He opened it and held up the necklace. He looked at it one last time before he put it in the box. She shut the box and leaned back in his chair. He needed to find out who it belonged to and why it was around Clark Kent's neck the other night.

At the hospital, Jonathan had just left with clothes for Oliver and some food. Finally he'd be able to get out of the hospital gown and into actual clothes. He was staying in the hospital for the night at least he would be comfortable now. He went into the bathroom and changed into the pair of jeans his father bought him, then he put on the white t shirt and the button down shirt his father got him. He left the two buttons unbuttoned and walked back out into the room and was going through the bag of food his father brought him when there was a knock on the door. "Oliver Kent" he heard someone say.

Oliver turned around. "Yea that's me. I was hoping for…" Oliver started to stay but stopped his sentence when he saw who was standing in the doorway. A tall older man with greying hair was standing in the doorway. He smiled at Oliver. Oliver recognized him. "Matt Hansen" Oliver said not believing it. He looked just like the man in the photos he saw except a little older.

Matt nodded. "I think we have a lot to talk about" Matt said. Oliver just stood there stunned. This couldn't be happening, could it?
