Chapter 46!
The next morning we had no sign of Kiba which was good.
Homeroom was fun with Sai, Choji and Naruto in there. We all worked on this survey Iruka gave us then had permission to move around and socialize.
"How are you holding up Naruto?" Asked Choji.
I'm assuming he meant by the incident with Kiba.
Naruto shrugged and fell back to his chair. "Well what can I say? I'm not happy about it and as much as I really wanna do something, I won't."
"How did you find out? Who told you?" I asked Choji.
"Shino did. He came over with Temari to eat dinner with us after dropping Sai off and he told me everything." He answered. "Ino joined us later on and we seriously had to tackle her down from getting to the door to leave to Kiba's house to kick his ass after we told her."
"Oh God how did that go?" I said.
"Well," He sighed. "She was cursing so loud and going crazy to the point where I had to hold her."
"Hold her?" repeated Naruto in confusion.
"Yeah. We do this thing where if none of us can get her to calm down, we have Choji grab onto her arms to get her to stop moving" Sai explained. "It usually works when she starts getting mad and complaining about Choji not letting go and forgetting about what she was pissed off about in the first place."
"Plus I'm the only one who's strong enough to get her to stop moving completely." Said Choji.
"What are we gonna do if we see him though?" I asked. "I mean the guy came up to my sister like some creep offering her icecream."
"Honestly", spoke up Naruto. "I really wanna do something. Like first he came up to you and Sakura and forced a kiss out of you when you two went with Neji grocery shopping. And now he comes up to your sister basically looking for trouble? I mean it amazes me how stupid he is. The first time went bad and the he goes and tries again?"
"He's got a lot of nerve." Said Sai raising an eye brow. "Some people never learn."
As we continued to talk for the remaining of the period, the bell finally rang & we were off to our other classes. No sign of Kiba at all. Only evil glares from Karin and her group as she walked passed us. She was still a little scratched up.
Lunch finally came and Neji, Naruto and I walked to the pizza line.
"Can one of you carry my tray to the table? I wanna drop my textbook off at mt locker. It's too heavy to be carrying around all day." I asked the boys.
"I'll carry it" Smiled Naruto. "You want anything else from the snack bar?"
"Hmmm... Some grapes and a bag of Doritos please." I said.
"Hinata." Sighed Neji. "You know its uncomfortable having you walk alone right?"
I rolled my eyes at him. "I get it, but my lockers literally behind the building from the pizza line. I'm just dropping my book off and I'll be back."
He closed his eyes then took a deep breath. "Just hurry. It's annoying as hell just to think that he's still trying."
I assured Neji I'd hurry and made my way passed a bunch of people.
I got to my locker and unlocked my combination and began to put my text book in my locker.
As i placed it inside, I noticed a small blue envelope with my initials on them.

I looked around and only saw a few people eating by their lockers and getting stuff in and out of them. Who could it be? But to be honest I already had an idea.
I opened up the envelope and took out a white piece of paper with messy hand writing i recognized.
Hinata,
look I know Neji must have told you about
what had happened at the mall. I just want to
tell you that I had no intention in causing trouble. I
saw Hanabi and she noticed me and came up to
me and said Hi so i bought the kid an ice cream.
Then you probably know the rest but I mean,
I tried to ask for forgiveness from your cousin and
the rest and I completely understand why they
wont accept it, but I'm really sorry. I haven't
been more sorry about something in my life.
Not only am I sorry for that, but I'm sorry for
everything I've done. Please if you accept my
apology, leave a response in my locker. I
won't come up to you. I really want to be
there to celebrate your birthday. Again
I'm sorry.

I slowly put the letter back in its envelope and put it in my pocket.
I closed my locker and began to make my way back to my friends. Sai and Naruto scooted to make room for me and I thanked them with a smile as I sat down.
"What's the matter Hinata?" Asked Neji.
DAMNIT! Why the hell does he have to always know when somethings up?!
From the lack of responding right away, everyone looked my way.
"What's wrong?" Asked Naruto looking concerned.
I scratched the back of my head. "Well... I went to my locker and found something."
"Like what?" Asked Temari.
I took the blue envelope out and placed it in the middle of the table.
"It's from Kiba." I said.
Sasuke reached for the envelope and took out the letter and began to read it as Sakura and Gaara looked at it as he held it in the middle of them.
Sasuke smirked in the middle of reading it and looked up at me and shook his head.
"What's it say?" Asked Neji impatiently.
"Forgiveness." laughed Sasuke handing it to him.
As soon as Neji read it, he passed it on to Naruto and then Gaara, then Tenten, etc.
As soon as the envelope got back to Sasuke he looked at me and handed it back to me in my hand.
"Well what are you gonna do?" He asked raising his eyebrow.
I reached for it and sighed.
"Honestly you guys, like why am I gonna involve myself and the rest of you guys with something so negative? Like I said back at the hospital, I hate him. And as all of you have said, he is dead to us. I plan to keep it that way. He expects a response. A response that entitles me to forgive him. Well I honestly don't forgive him. You just don't do that. Especially to people you consider as your friends."
"There's always that one friend." Said Shikamaru shaking his head.
Sakura looked over at me, "So no response?"
I shook my head no. "Not at all. Plus he said he wouldn't come up to me so that's something."
The bell rang several minutes later indicating that lunch was over.
We picked up our trays and dumped them in the trash with Kiba's letter along with it. He doesn't deserve it.

Once school was over Neji and I made our way to the parking lot to get to the car and leave.
"Hey Neji wait up a second!"
We both turned and saw Naruto running up to us.
"What's up?" Answered Neji taking his keys out.
"I was wondering if I could take Hinata out for an ice cream. Is that cool?" He asked giving Neji a smile.
Neji had a forever resting bitch face and twirled his keys around.
He looked over at me then at Naruto again and began opening up his car door.
"Don't bring her home late." He said. He got in his car and turned it on and we stepped aside as he backed up.
He gave a slight wave to us and drove off.
"Ready?" He smiled down at me. "Let me carry your backpack."
"Why do you ask him first instead of me?" I said feeling a bit annoyed as we walked to his car.
"Oh shit my bad, did you even wanna come? I'm so sorry I can take you ho-"
"No I'd love to go. I just don't get why you asked him as if he were my.. my"
"Dad?" he asked opening my side of the car door.
"Yes!" I said getting in.
Once Naruto got in and buckled up he began again.
"I'm sorry. it's just that... well I know how protective Neji is over you. I mean I know you both are cousins but, he really sees you like a sister. To both you and Hanabi. After everything that's happened with you and the shit with Kiba, he's concerened." He began to turn the car on and back out. "I mean, I don't have sisters or anything like that. But if I did, I know I'd be protective of them too. Like we have a housekeeper who has a daughter who's our age. I've known her almost all my life and one day she went out with Kiba and I warned her about him. I was just trying to protect her. So in a way, I sort of understand the worry Neji has. But I'm sorry. Next time I'll tell you if you wanna hang out or something before I ask Neji. I just wanted to see you and saw both of you in the parking lot and just asked Neji once and for all."
"No I'm the one who's sorry. I didn't know you thought that way." I said. And it was true. Naruto's point of view on the whole thing just made him 5 times more attractive. He was understanding and wants to show Neji that he can trust him. "Thank you for making me understand your intention with asking him and all."
"Don't thank me on that. Thank me for this amazing ice cream we're about to have" He laughed.
We arrived at the Ice cream parlor and made our way in.
The cool air conditioning welcomed us in along with the cheerful workers smiling Hello at us.
"Hello! Welcome to Ice Cold! What can I get started for you?" Said one of the female workers grinning at Naruto. She was a honey colored big eyed girl with black hair tied in a pony tail, button nose, pink lips and an admirable jaw structure. She was definitely pretty, but the way she was looking at Naruto was Not.
"WE'LL both have vanilla and pistachio ice cream in a large cup with sprinkles, hot fudge and 2 cherries on top. Oh and don't forget our TWO spoons. Thank you." I smiled taking a hold of Naruto's arm. "Does that sound okay to you?" I asked looking up at him realizing that I just totally ordered for him too.
He had this surprised smile on his face and nodded. "It sounds pretty good to me. We'll have that please."
Naruto's POV
She TOTALLY GOT JEALOUS JUST NOW! Ohhh myyy gosh.
I knew that flirtatious look and smile that girl was giving me. She only asked me what I wanted even though Hinata was right next to me and Hinata pulled the whole polite yet "step off bitch." kind of attitude while she ordered for us.
It caught me off guard and made me secretly happy how she got jealous and held onto me like that for the girl to realize that she's here with me.
As we went down the aisle watching her scoop up the flavors, Hinata never let go of my arm and gave an evil stare to the girl every time she looked up at us.
Once I paid, Hinata gave a fake smile and said "Thank you." blankly and took our cup to sit down.
"What was that all about miss Hyuuga?" I smiled once we found a spot and sat down.
"What do you mean?" She said while taking a bite out of the ice cream.
"You seemed a little bothered back there."
I noticed those cheeks getting red.
"I just got annoyed how I was standing right next to you and she didn't even ask what I wanted." She said glaring back at the girl over her shoulder.
"Well are you satisfied with what you got us?" I smiled knowing that wasn't the whole answer.
She nodded and took my spoon and filled it with pistachio and a little bit of vanilla and laughed.
"Make way for the airplane!" She said making swirls in the air with the spoon.
I laughed at how cute and lame she was being. I opened my mouth and in came the icecream.
We both couldn't control our laughter.
"You're a cute one Hinata." I said while digging in for more ice cream.
She smiled and looked up at me. "You are too."
Her birthday was almost here. I originally planned to tell her right then and there towards how i felt about her, but she's so beautiful I want to tell her now. I've been wanting to tell her every day!
Her bangs fell upon a little above her big gorgeous eyes, her hair rested bellow her chest, her lips-God how I wanted to kiss those pink soft lips .
Her necklace I got her shined just as bright as her smile. She looked at me and giggled.
"You look like you're so in love with this ice cream" She said poking my nose with her spoon.
But fuck I was so in love with her and nothing more.
"It's amazing." I smiled actually talking about her in general. "I want it for the rest of my life."
"Man I sure am the best then if I made you love it that much!"
I couldn't help but smile so big at her and hold her hand on the table. "I agree with you so much on that."

We finished our ice cream in less than 20 minutes and spoke for a long time before we went back to my car to leave. She asked in a sort of concerned matter if I was going to take her home yet and I said No.
It was 5:30 and the sky was turning orangish and pink already.
"Where are we going?" She asked.
"You'll see" I smiled.
She grabbed my hand as she noticed how I like driving with one hand and squeezed it.
We arived at a place I knew she'd like.
I turned to her in excitement. "Let's go!"
We both got out and she looked confused.
"Naruto, what are we doing at the park?"
I opened my trunk and pulled out Sasuke's blue blanket he kept forgetting in my car. "We're going to the spot!"
I grabbed her hand as I held the blanket with the other and pulled her to the way.
We crossed a bridge and i noticed how she smiled at the ducks. We passed a tennis court, a small river with kids trying to catch tadpoles, and finally got to a walk way that lead to many locations to the park, but I was aiming for one specific place.
I looked at her and she smiled at me.
"We're almost there." I said.
We followed the trail and came across two dragon flies which I was surprised she wasn't scared about. There was many wooden posts with arrows pointing to either left or right with names and pictures. We walked a little further and finally found the post i was looking for.
Flower Paradise
Is what It said along with two flowers carved underneath the name.
"What's Flower paradise?" She asked feeling the carving on her fingertips.
"Well the name is pretty self explanatory but why don't you take a look." I said.
There was a wooden gate that said Welcome with its white paint chipping off.
I opened it for her and saw her face glow in awe as I walked behind her.
I was baffled by the place too.
there is nothing but flowers blooming from beneath your feet.
Daisys, Pansies, Tulips and roses from every color imagined covered the whole entire place from head to toe.
Hinata walked carefully on them. There was hardly and grass. This was literally indeed Flower Paradise!
Hinata's smile dissapeared and she looked down.
I walked over to her carefully and brought her chin up.
"Hinata what's wrong?" I was starting to get worried. Her eyes were shut. She honestly looked like she was about to cry.
"Hinata please! what's wrong?"
A tear rolled down from her left eye and she slowly opened them. "This place is beautiful." She whispered.
"It is, I know but tell me why are you crying. Im getting worried here." I said wiping her cheek.
She brought my hand down away from her face and looked away.
"I'm just wondering if I'm one of the many other girls who you've brought here to such a gorgeous place."
My heart dropped and I pulled her into a hug.
"Hinata where is all this coming from?"
"I don't know?" She huffed. "A guy just doesn't come here by himself you know? He's obviously coming here with a girl to woo her with this amazing place."
I let go of Hinata and spread the blanket out and sat down. I reached for her hand. "Sit with me please."
She took my hand and sat down.
"Well," I began feeling a little sad that she's feeling this way. "First off I had no intention to hurt you with this place and especially see you cry. I would never do anything to hurt you. Secondly, the reason I know about this place is because when my dad and I used to go hiking in this park, he wanted to show me where he took my mom on their last date before he asked her to marry him. I swear I have never stepped foot in this place until now and none other than with you."
I still had her hand in mine and gave it a light squeeze.
She looked up at me and appeared sadder than before and tackled me so hard into a hug to where I fell over and had her sobbing on top of me.
"I'm so fucking sorry!" She cried. "Im so so so sorry! I was just thinking about how I couldn't have been the first girl who you've brought here."
"Hinata look at me." I said softly.
She brought her face away from my neck and now several inches away from mine.
I brought my hand to her bottom eyes and cheeks and wiped away her tears.
"Please stop crying. You're a thousand times more beautiful than these flowers to be sad and shedding tears."
"Why did you bring me here?" She whispered.
Her nose almost touched mine and her breath hit my lips.
"Because I wanted to bring a beautiful girl to a beautiful place." I replied rubbing my nose with hers gently.
"This place is beautiful." She said moving her face closer to where our lips were almost touching.
"Not as beautiful and breathtaking as you are" my lips brushed up against hers as I spoke and I had the biggest temptation to kiss her.
"Do you want to kiss me?" Her lips swept with mine.
My heart raced in my chest. Did I hear that correctly?!
"Do i-i what?" I asked.
She leaned me upward and stood on her knees and held my face and brought my forehead to touch hers.
"Close your eyes." She said.
I have to be dreaming. I just had to.
I did as she said and felt her arms around my neck and her sweet kisses all over my cheeks, nose and chin. As she kissed my cheek, she brought her lips closer and closer to kissing my lips. I brought my face closer and began to kiss her cheeks as my eyes were still closed and brought her closer to me with my hands. I rubbed and felt her back as she continuously kissed my face. I had to open my eyes to know this wasn't my mind playing tricks on me. But it wasn't. She was still here in front of me looking right at me too looking so perfect. My hands roamed around her back. She was real.
It was her.
"Let me kiss you." I said sounding probably sounding desperate.
She smiled. "Well what are you waiting for?"
I cupped her chin and leaned in and felt those precious lips kiss mine.
Her kiss was so soft, so delicious, so addictive, I pulled her face closer and closer with mine.
Hinata brought her tongue to play with mine and began to kiss me harder.
We fell back onto the blanket and I sucked onto her bottom lip and she giggled. She gave me 3 more big kisses and finally kissed my nose.
"I know who you are." She said beginning to cry again. "I remember you so much now."
A grin swept across my face to the sound of that to the point where a tear rolled down my face of pure happiness as i embraced her.
"Don't ever forget me again" I said.
