AN: Hello fellow readers! With My Hero Academia Season 7 released and X-Men '97 being amazing, the next chapter is here! Sorry this took a while to update. I had some medical issues that needed to be taken care of.
The wave of nostalgia continues as Kang begins his invasion of New York. This chapter still follows how the episode went with extra content I added in. Let's get on with the chapter!

Damocles Base
Kang looked out on the planet earth. Thinking about the encounter he had with the Avengers and the class 1-A students.
"Lord Kang, we are ready for your order to begin the conquest of the 21st century."
Kang only smiled in response as the conquest was about to begin.
Midtown High School Cafeteria: Afternoon
"I'm sorry, you want me to do what?" Peter Parker asked a certain group in front of him. "Could you repeat what you said to me, Flash?"
Flash Thompson gritted his teeth as he explained again. "I said, can you tutor me and the group to help us with science?!"
Peter is having a slight chuckle at his amusement. "Okay why? Some of you are smart enough to maintain grades. Don't you and the others have good grades to stay in the Football team?"
"Yes but some of our grades started to slip." Flash said. "I want my report card full of good grades. Besides, you owe me for the whole Spider-Man's identity fiasco!"
Sally Avril spoke up in frustration. "Look, Parker! You're the last person we would ever come to for help! But since you helped Liz to get her grades improved, we have no choice but to go to you."
Peter took a deep breath knowing either he'll get bullied for the rest of his school life or become an acquaintance to the most popular clique in high school. "Okay…I'll tutor all of you."
"Good! We'll let you know when we're ready." Flash said in approval. "You better not let us down, Puny Parker."
Flash's group take their leave as Peter himself felt happy and surprised by this momentous occasion. While Peter was lost in his thoughts, his friends Harry, Mary Jane, Gwen, and Liz began walking towards him. They overheard on what transpired with Flash and his group and began to congratulate the residential Midtown High Nerd.
Harry was the first person to speak in amazement. "Wow, Pete. You are actually going to tutor Flash's group!"
"Yeah… I think I need a moment to cherish this." Peter said as he sat down in his seat.
"I never thought Flash and his group would go to you for tutoring," Mary Jane said.
"Yeah…They were hesitant about asking you to tutor them." Liz explained. "Both myself and Sha Shan said it's best to have you tutor the group."
"So Peter, where will you be tutoring them?" Gwen asked. "You could tutor them at ESU. I'll help you with the lessons."
Peter thought about it and replied. "Maybe. I don't know yet. Thanks for the suggestion, Gwen."
While his friends were busy with their own conversations, Peter heard a sound and grabbed his bag. He went through his belongings and saw his Avengers ID card going off. 'I wonder what's going on? Is it an emergency assemble?'
"GUYS, ALIENS! WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!"
The entire Midtown High School looked to see giant UFOs in the air and began firing meteor-like objects towards the city. The entire school began to evacuate to safety from the supposed alien invasion. During the evacuation, Flash Thompson saw his group as well as Peter's friends but noticed someone was missing.
"Hey! Where's Puny Parker?" Flash asked as he saw one person missing.
The rest of Flash's group noticed their school nerd is nowhere to be found. Gwen, Mary Jane, Harry, and Liz noticed it too.
"Peter?" Gwen said as she tried to find her childhood friend.
"Where did Peter go?" Mary Jane asked.
The Streets of New York
"Oh, man. Oh, man." Spider-Man said as he's swinging through the streets while looking at the destruction. "That explains the assemble call. What the hell did I miss!? An alien invasion? Hope the Class 1-A kids are alright."
"HELP!"
Spider-Man heard the cry for help and saw two boys falling down on the ground as debris was about to crush them. Spider-Man quickly swings in and grabs the two boys, avoiding the debris. Spider-Man put the two boys in a safe place. The two boys thanked the Web Slinger as a giant yellow clawed robot appeared. The giant robot began to fire towards Spider-Man and the two boys. Spider-Man was able to grab the boys and move them away from the blast.
Spider-Man landed but saw another robot appeared and was about to open fire. Spider-Man was too late to dodge until Captain America appeared and blocked the laser fire. Captain America then threw his shield at the robot, destroying it. The shield returned back to the captain and cried out.
"Avengers Assemble!"
After the cry, the giant robot looked at both Captain America and Spider-Man. The robot was about to attack until someone big landed on top of the machine. The robot went down and it suddenly opened as The Hulk makes his appearance well known. Another machine appeared next to the Hulk and attempted to attack. Suddenly an explosion blew off the robot's arm as Bakugo swooped in and blasted an AP shot to the robot, taking it out.
While Bakugo and Hulk are fighting the giant robots, Spider-Man asks Captain America. "Hey, Cap! What did I miss?"
"A lot of things, son. We'll fill you in on what happened." Captain America said as he began explaining.
Meanwhile in another street of New York, one of the giant robots was destroyed as Ant-Man got out of the robot with an army of ants. Ant-Man looked around to see more giant robots appearing in front of him. The giant robots were about to grab him until a soundwave blast intercepted them. Some of the robots were launched to a wall and shattered. Several other giant robots turned their attention to Jiro.
The giant robots were about to attack the student until they suddenly felt someone touching them. One by one the giant robots began to float in the air as Uraraka landed near Jiro. While the robots were in midair, Uraraka used the wires in her gauntlets to grab a couple of the machines. She later launched them onto the other giant robots, destroying them. Uraraka then noticed a few giant robots firing lasers towards her in which she dodged.
After Uraraka dodged the laser fire, she noticed more giant robots appearing beside her. The giant robots were about to grab Uraraka but were suddenly pulled out of harm's way by Asui with the help of her tongue. Asui noticed the giant robots were attempting to grab her so she hopped out of the way. She later jumped on one robot and lunged at the other with a kick, breaking the robot's chest.
Several giant robots continued to march forward until ice began appearing, stopping them in their tracks. The giant robots looked to where the ice came from and spotted Todoroki. A few of the giant robots began to fire at Todoroki but the latter created an ice wall to block the shots. He moved away from cover and released a wall of flame, taking the giant robots out.
A few giant robots turned their attention towards Todoroki and began to fire lasers at him. Todoroki was able to dodge it and went to cover. While the robots were firing at Todoroki, one of the robots was suddenly shot by a cannon. The other robot turned to where the shot came from and was hit by the same thing. The robots then looked to find Yaoyorozu with artillery cannons on a rooftop.
Yaoyorozu fired another shot at the giant robot, taking it out. She later saw a couple of giant robots fired their lasers at her. Yaoyorozu barely evaded the lasers and created a shield to use as cover. While in cover, Yaoyorozu created another canon and moved away from her position. Yaoyorozu managed to avoid another laser fire and found an opening. She fired her cannon and took out three robots in a row.
Another set of giant robots continued to march down the street as they attempted to go where the other heroes were. They were getting close until one of the robot's head was caved in with a kick. The rest of the giant robots looked to find Iida running around. The machines began firing lasers towards the class rep. Iida maneuvered around avoiding the laser fire and headed towards the robots. Iida jumped and delivered powerful kicks to the robots, destroying them.
While the robots were looking to where Iida was, an engine was heard in the streets. The other robots were intercepted by gun fire as they saw Black Widow coming in with her motorcycle. The Giant Robots began to fire lasers at her. Black Widow manages to evade the oncoming laser fire with her bike. Black Widow pressed a button which released a few rockets unto the robots.
After destroying the robots, Black Widow stopped her bike and used a sniper rifle to take out more of the robots. She managed to take a few out but suddenly felt a rumble near her. Black Widow looked behind her and saw a giant robot appeared from the smoke. The robot fired a laser but Black Widow evaded it although her motorcycle was destroyed. The giant robot was about to fire on her again until…
"St. Louis Smash!"
Midoriya jumped over Black Widow and delivered the attack. One giant robot was launched into another, destroying it. Midoriya landed and used Blackwhip to launch himself onto a bunch of giant robots, delivering a Detroit Smash. Suddenly his Danger Sense activated as Midoriya ducked from a laser fire. Midoriya jumped up and fired Delaware Smash: Air Force at the robots, knocking them down. Midiroya later ran to the streets to find more of the robots.
"So much destruction." Midoriya said as he continued running through the streets. "Why would someone do this?"
Hawkeye appeared next to him dodging blasts and shooting a couple of arrows. ""Why?" I'm still working on "what?" Any guesses what these things are? Uravity, Froppy, and I say it's Aliens."
One giant robot was sliced open as Black Panther appeared. "Unlikely, given the Egyptian styling to them. More likely this is Kang."
Black Panther jumped out of one giant robot and slashed the other one in half. As soon as Black Panther landed, other giant robots attempted to grab him but the Wakandan King leaped out of the way. Black Panther then threw his energy daggers at a couple of robots, taking them out. He later turned his daggers into a staff. Black Panther jumped and clawed one robot in half while throwing the energy staff to the other robot, which exploded on impact.
A few of the giant robots begin to march down as they see Black Panther in their sights while the latter is battling the other robots. One robot was about to fire its laser until Kirishima gave it a shoulder block, crushing it. The other robot looked to find Kirishima but the hero charged in and punched the robot. Kirishima landed and saw a giant robot fire a laser towards him. Kirishima used his quirk to block it but the laser fire had more power, thus launching him into a car.
One giant robot was looking down on Kirishima, attempting another laser blast. Until…*SNIKT!* The giant robot was sliced in half as Wolverine landed in front of the machine. Once the giant robot was down, Wolverine looked to find more robots in front of him. Wolverine lunged at the first robot while stabbing its face off. He later lunged at another robot stabbing it again. Wolverine saw another robot attempting to fire but dodged it.
New York Sky: Midday
Several more ships have begun to launch towards the city as Thor throws his hammer at a bunch of flying ships, destroying it. Other ships began to turn their attention towards the thunder god. Suddenly a flurry of flechettes destroyed the ships as Falcon flew in. Falcon flies through multiple ships dodging and weaving while firing his flechettes.
"Truly this is a battle the likes of which Midgard has ever seen." Thor said as he threw his hammer. "How fare thee, Wasp?"
Wasp flew past Thor and fired her stingers at the ships. But the stingers were not affecting the ships which frustrated the female Avenger. "Agh! I need bigger stingers."
While Wasp was firing her stingers at the ships, multiple ships began to maneuver around and attempted to attack her. The ships were about to hit Wasp until a claw attack destroyed them. The explosion cleared as Tokoyami with Dark Shadow flew over to Wasp.
Dark Shadow began to ask. "Are you okay, Wasp?"
"I am now. Thanks, Dark Shadow. And you too, Tsukuyomi." Wasp said as both Tokoyami and Dark Shadow nodded.
Tokoyami then looked out the sky view to see Falcon and Thor battling ships. He later asked Wasp. "Do we have a plan about this? Where's Iron Man?"
SHIELD Helicarrier: Command Deck
As SHIELD battles the unidentified forces, Nick Fury looks throughout his command deck. He sees SHIELD agents fighting the unknown forces. Suddenly the Helicarrier began to take hits as well. "Report!"
"Sir, The Helicarrier is taking heavy fire from multiple unknown contacts." One SHIELD Agent reported. "Shielding is ineffective."
"And I just got this ship back in the air." Nick Fury said. "I ain't letting it fall down again."
"Director Fury, this isn't just an attack on SHIELD. The United Nations is under attack. We are getting distress calls from all over." Another SHIELD agent said and asked. "Sir, What are your orders?"
"Someone get me the Avengers!" Nick Fury ordered. "Return fire!"
"Sir, the weapon systems are offline! We can't-" the SHIELD Agent said. "Director! Incoming!"
The SHIELD Director looked out and saw a few ships coming towards the command deck head on. The ships were then intercepted as Iron Man appeared and fired his unibeam, destroying the oncoming ships.
"What took you so long?" Nick Fury asked annoyingly as he saw Iron Man appear.
New York Sky
"Hey, traffic's worse than normal." Iron Man said while blasting ships in the air. "The Helicarrier is a sitting duck out here, Fury. You need to get clear of the city. The Avengers will handle this."
"Yeah? Wanna tell me how you intend to do that?" Nick Fury questioned Iron Man.
"Sure. Once I figured it out myself." Iron Man said as he continued to fire repulsor blasts on the ships.
Soon as the Helicarrier left, Iron Man heard multiple ships destroyed as Mjlonir flew through each one. The hammer then returned to Thor who appeared next to the Armored Avenger.
"The Hulk, Dynamight, Red Riot, and Wolverine boasted that they would smash more machines than I. They are sorely mistaken." Thor said proudly.
"You idiots are having a bet? Now?" Iron Man asked in annoyance. "Could you guys at least act worried about this?"
Thor was about to say something until a group of enemy ships were heading towards them. Thor was about to throw Mjolnir until the ships were intercepted by Dark Shadow. Dark Shadow took out the ships and retracted back to Tokoyami. The young student then saw a ship coming towards him. The ship was suddenly intercepted by a flurry of flechettes from Falcon. Tokoyami and Falcon then flew to Iron Man and Thor.
"This is insane! I've never seen this much of an attack." Tokoyami said in shock as he saw the invasion. "I don't think the pro heroes in our universe have ever faced this type of encounter."
"Sadly, I have faced such odds before in the defense of Asgard." Thor commented.
"Well, welcome to what the Avengers had to deal with on occasion." Falcon said to Tokoyami. "Although I don't know who's responsible for this."
While Thor, Tokoyami, and Falcon were looking at the invasion, Iron Man began to scan one of the flying ships. He immediately reacted to those ships' technology. "Oh you have got to be kidding me?"
"I kid thee not." Thor said not knowing what Iron Man is talking about.
"What is it, Iron Man?" Tokoyami asked.
"It's these robots and the ships." Iron Man explained as he motioned to the aerial battle. "I know this tech. The person behind this invasion…"
Suddenly Kang's projection appeared in front of Iron Man, Thor, Falcon, and Tokoyami. "Do you really think you have defeated me?"
"Kang." Tokoyami said as he saw the villain.
Kang began explaining. "I told you, Avengers, that I would save this world. Under my rule, Earth will be strong. It will survive the coming onslaught. I have been learning your era's defense strengths and weaknesses. And now, the true conquest begins."
Streets of New York
Midoriya just took out a couple of robots and suddenly felt his Danger Sense activated in his brain. He looked to see Spider-Man landed next to him and noticed his Spider-Sense tingling.
Spider-Man turned to Deku and asked. "Tell me you sense that too, Deku."
Midoriya nodded in response as the giant robot's lights began to flicker. Hawkeye, Yaoyorozu, and Asui looked around the destroyed area and noticed the robots were reactivated. The robots also began to repair themselves while standing up.
"Uh, oh." Hawkeye said as he saw the lights on the robots.
"What's happening?" Uraraka asked as she saw the robots moving.
"They're regenerating. They're self-repairing. This was all an act." Giant-Man said. "We never even made a dent."
The robots began to heat towards Giant-Man. Giant-Man began to fight off the robots but he's easily getting out numbered. Soon several giant robots began to pile on Giant-Man. While Giant-Man was struggling with the giant robots, Midoriya, Todoroki, Iida, Wolverine, and Spider-Man were suddenly surrounded by several other giant robots.
Captain America began to give out orders. "Hawkeye, Widow, Earphone Jack, Froppy, Panther, Creati fire at will. Hulk, Dynamight, Red Riot, Uravity free Giant Man. Move!"
Everyone began their assignments. The Hulk made an attempt to free Giant-Man but was intercepted by a flying ship. Bakugo looked to where Hulk went to but spotted more giant robots crashing in the streets. Bakugo and Kirishima evade the oncoming robots while Uraraka makes her way to where Giant-Man was with the other giant robots.
Once she was where the pile of robots were, Uraraka began to touch the robots around and on top of Giant-Man. One by one the giant robots floated in the air as Giant-Man transformed back into Ant-Man. While the giant robots were in mid air, Asui jumped up and used her tongue to throw the machine onto her targets, taking them out.
More giant robots began moving towards Jiro when she released a sound wave through her leg amps. While Jiro had the robots in the sound wave, one giant robot appeared behind and was about to grab her. Suddenly the robot was intercepted by a slash from Black Panther. Black Panther landed and threw a couple of energy daggers at the robots, taking them out.
Hawkeye shoots a couple of arrows into a couple of robots taking them out. He later noticed more incoming projectiles hitting the streets. "Oh, come on."
The battle continues on as The Hulk punches a few robots out and proceeds to find more. Black Widow and Yaoyorozu battle through with their weapons against the robots. Iida ran around in different streets trying to take out the giant robots as much as he could. Asui hopped around the street, avoiding the laser fire. And Todoroki releases a Flashfreeze Heatwave on the robots clearing out the streets.
Several robots were suddenly sliced to pieces as Wolverine finished up. He then noticed more giant robots rising up from the floor. Wolverine lunges at one robot and slashes its face off. He jumped off the robot and lunged at another one. Wolverine cuts through the robot with the latter sliced open and explodes. After slicing the robot in two, he saw another robot attempting to fire at him but it was intercepted by a swing kick from Spider-Man.
Spider-Man landed and spotted more robots coming towards him. The webslinger jumped over the robots and landed in the middle of them. He later sensed the robots about to fire lasers at him in which he dodged but also released a web line to one. Spider-Man then thwips a web line to the surrounding robots. After getting all the robots, Spider-Man jumps up in the air which pulls the robots together in one spot. As soon as the giant robots were at one spot, Midoriya charges in and hits a shoot style kick, destroying the robots.
Captain America blocked a blast from one giant robot but it pushed him back into an intersection. He noticed the giant robots walking towards him so the captain took a step back. Captain America then notices Hawkeye, Todoroki, and Iida back to each other and in the same predicament.
"Captain America, we have a problem." Iida said. "They seem to be corralling us."
"I know, Ingenium." Captain America said. "We need to set a rally point and regroup."
"Agreed. I can create a path for us to the rally point with my ice." Todoroki said as he looked at Hawkeye. "I need your help on this, Hawkeye. Do you have any more explosive arrows?"
"Good idea. Although, I'm out of arrows." Hawkeye said. "I could throw rocks if you want."
Suddenly a Quinjet appeared and began firing towards the giant robots. The other heroes wanted to know who's flying the quinjet until they heard someone on their comms.
"I found bigger stingers." Wasp said while piloting the quinjet. "You boys might wanna duck."
The Quinjet began to descend and fired lasers towards a bunch of giant robots, destroying them. After destroying the robots, Wasp noticed multiple ships behind the Quinjet. The Quinjet began evading the laser fire from the ships. However, a ship managed to hit the Quinjet and attempted another laser fire.
Suddenly the ships were then taken out by another flying ship that was shaped like a bat. Wasp looked out to the side of the Quinjet and saw Batman in the Batwing firing at the ships while dodging and weaving.
"Wasp, are you alright?" Batman asked.
"I'm good. Thanks, Batman." Wasp thanked him as she saw the vehicle her fellow Avenger was flying. "Honestly, it's so cool to see you fly that."
Meanwhile in the streets, The Hulk was under a pile of giant robots. He was trying to get out until the robots were suddenly covered in ice. Hulk broke out of the ice robots and landed next to Todoroki and Asui. Several more giant robots appeared in front of them going in for another attack. The giant robots were then intercepted by missiles as Iron Man flew over firing more missiles, destroying the other robots.
Spider-Man, Asui, and Midoriya ducked and weaved from the oncoming lasers. Asui hopped over one giant robot and kicked the other one. Midoriya jumped over Asui and delivered a shoot style kick, taking out a few robots. Spider-Man swings past Midoriya and fires his webs at the robots, connecting to one of them. The webslinger then ensnares the robot and swings it around in overhead circles a few times before slamming it into the other machines.
Jiro and Yaoyorozu were running down the street until a giant robot appeared behind them. The giant robot suddenly exploded as Mjlonir appeared and returned to Thor. The Thunder God uses his lighting to attack a few more ships before joining the two students who are running in the streets with the other Avengers and Class 1-A students.
"Is everyone okay?" Iron Man asks as he, Thor, Tokoyami, Falcon, Bakugo, The Quinjet, and the Batwing are flying while the other heroes are running in the streets.
"We don't have time not to be." Captain America said as he used his shield to block and attack. "These things are moving to the city block by block. We need to divert them."
"It's Kang." Iron Man said. "The ships, robots, everything. It's all Kang."
"That blue face extra?" Bakugo said as he blasted forwards while dodging a laser. "He's responsible for this invasion?"
"Make sense now. Kang did say this invasion was going to happen." Midoriya said as he fired a Delaware Smash: Air Force. "I didn't expect him to do it quickly. He's invading the city."
"Not exactly, Deku." Nick Fury spoke through the Avengers Communicator. "We learned that tactical targets are being hit all along the eastern seaboard."
"Wait? Did I hear that right?" Spider-Man asked as he's swinging in the streets. "Tactical targets? All of the eastern seaboard is being hit?"
"Why New York then? Are there any tactical targets here?" Iida asked while running.
"The Avengers are a tactical target." Batman simply said as the Batwing did a barrel roll.
"There's more. This isn't just happening here." Nick Fury said as he sees Kang's forces in different areas of the world. "It's happening all over the world. Kang isn't just invading New York. He's taking the entire planet."
Avengers Mansion: Assembly Hall Conference Room
Midoriya, Iida, Yaoyorozu, and Todoroki looked at the screen, seeing Kang's invasion of many cities. From New York, Egypt, China, Japan, Wakanda, London, and even Genosha. They realized now that the war against Kang is going to be tough. The four students looked to see Iron Man, Batman, Ant-Man, Captain America, Black Panther, and Wolverine staring at the various screens of the invasion.
Nick Fury appeared on the big screen. "Agents informed me that every major city is under attack by Kang's forces. Several have already fallen. Even more are surrendering. If we're gonna turn this around, we don't have much time."
"I never thought a villain would be capable of doing this." Midoriya said, looking at the invasion. "This is madness."
"Agreed. We fought villains before but this feels new." Iida said worryingly.
"It could probably take all of our effort to defeat him." Todoroki said.
"There's so much…" Yaoyorozu said as she saw the destruction in Kang's invasion. "How are we supposed to fight this?"
Batman had a thought and began asking the SHIELD director. "Fury, what about those UFO-like armada ships in the sky? Any luck?"
"Conventional weapons aren't making a dent." Nick Fury replied back. "We were hoping Stark might have some ideas."
"There was a back door in Kang's tech I was able to exploit when we first met him." Iron Man explained. "He managed to close it off. I'm still analyzing the data I got."
While Iron Man began going through data, Black Panther saw Kang's forces invading the country. As Black Panther watches his country, Captain America notices the King of Wakanda's reaction.
"Your people need their king. You should go, T'Challa." Captain America said.
Iron Man was about to say until Wolverine spoke up. "No need to worry about that, bub. Look."
The heroes present looked at the screen of Wakanda and saw something unexpected. They saw a dark cloud hanging over the country as lightning bolts struck Kang's forces. After the lightning bolt, a red concussion beam also hit some of Kang's forces. The heroes looked as they saw a few members of the X-Men are in Wakanda helping the country repel the forces.
"Storm, Cyclops, and the X-Men are in Wakanda!" Midoirya said excitedly.
"Wait? Why are the X-Men in Wakanda?" Ant-Man asked.
"Before Kang's invasion happened, Storm was visiting her village in Africa." Wolverine began explaining. "The others went with her to see the sights. I already filled the X-Men in about what's going on. They'll hold the line in Wakanda."
Black Panther turned to Wolverine and said. "Thank you, my friend. Wakanda now owes the X-Men a debt."
Nick Fury began to speak again. "We have to do something. We're hopelessly outnumbered here. Our forces are barely holding out."
"Then there's only one way to stop this." Batman said. "We have to find Kang."
"Batman's right. We stop Kang, we end this invasion." Captain America said.
"But do we have any idea where he is?" Todoroki asked.
"No. My tech couldn't trace his communications. He could be on any one of those ships, anywhere on the planet." Iron Man said.
"The Avengers have to get back out there. People need our help." Captain America began to leave the Assemble Hall. "We'll buy you as much time as we can. Find Kang. You're the only one who can do it, Tony."
"I really hate him, when he's right." Iron Man said as Captain America left. "Hell of a motivation speech, though."
"That's how the rest of us feel about you. Good luck, Tony." Ant-Man said as he, Wolverine, Black Panther, and Batman left.
"You can do this, Mr. Stark!" Midoriya said as he and his three classmates left the Assemble Hall Conference Room.
The Manhattan Bridge
"There's more heading for the Manhattan Bridge." Wasp said as the Quinjet flew over the bridge.
Several of Kang's giant robots began to land at the bridge, destroying the area in the process. Civilians began to flee the scene as the destruction continued. During the destruction, one of the robots was suddenly crushed as the Hulk landed on it. The Hulk jumped off the robot and smashed onto another one.
"Goldilocks, Little Man, Red Head, and Stupid blast man thought they'd smash more robots than me?" Hulk said as he attacked the robot. "Stupid men. I'll smash more!"
While Hulk was smashing the giant robot, another giant robot appeared behind him for an attack. The giant robot was then intercepted by an explosion from Bakugo. Other giant robots began to fire at Bakugo in which the latter dodged. Bakugo fired an AP Shot: Auto Cannon, destroying the giant robots.
After destroying the robots, Bakugo turned to the Hulk and said, "Like hell you'll smash more robots than me! I'll destroy all these robots more than you or anybody else!"
Bakugo suddenly felt a rumble as a couple of giant robots appeared behind him. The giant robot attempted to fire but was stopped by Kirishima who broke through the machine's chest. Kirishima then jumps and delivers a powerful punch, leaving a hole in the middle.
"As much as I may not have the power to smash more robots than the both of you or Thor or Wolverine, I'll do my best to win this manly bet." Kirishima exclaimed proudly.
Suddenly a couple of giant robots appeared behind the three heroes. Before the three heroes reacted, the giant robot was shot by an arrow. Hulk, Bakugo, and Kirishima looked to see Hawkeye, who was very annoyed.
"Hey, instead of you three focusing on the bet, focus on what's going on?" Hawkeye said scoffingly. "We need to hold out until the bridge evacuates. Also, I honestly can't believe you five agreed to do a ridiculous bet. I've taken down more of these than you or the others combined."
Suddenly an army of giant robots appeared in front of Hawkeye, Bakugo, Kirishima, and Hulk. Hawkeye went to say. "I'll take on all of them. How about you three rest?"
After Hawkeye finished his sentence, the giant robots began to stack up as high as the height of the bridge. Hawkeye was shocked by this while Bakugo, Kirishima, and the Hulk were amused.
"Hmm. Maybe I will rest now. Good luck." Hulk said as he walked away.
"Same." Bakugo said as he followed the Hulk.
"Hey, wait guys?!" Kirishima exclaimed as he saw Bakugo and Hulk leaving. "He was just kidding!"
After Kirishima finished his sentence, the big robot opened its mouth and fired a laser towards the heroes below. Hawkeye and Kirishima evaded the laser but it hit the Hulk in the back as he and Bakugo were launched a few feet away.
"Great. Now I have to save the Hulk and that idiot Bakugo." Hawkeye said in annoyance.
"What do we do now, Hawkeye?" Kirishima asked.
Hawkeye was about to say something until the giant robot's claws began reaching for the two heroes. Both Hawkeye and Kirishima evaded the claws while the former began shooting arrows towards the arms.
While Hawkeye and Kirishima are handling the tall robot, Bakugo and The Hulk recovered and saw the two battling the machine. Bakugo blasted ahead to help Hawkeye and Kirishima. The Hulk grabbed a car and was about to throw it at the monster. Just before Hulk did anything, the tall monster fired a laser cannon at the Hulk.
Kirishima punched away a claw hand but was caught from behind by another one. Bakugo aimed his hand towards the claw where Kirishima was but got caught by another claw hand. Hawkeye saw the two students and attempted to free them but a different claw caught him as well.
The claw hand that grabbed Hawkeye was suddenly cut off by a shield. The shield returned to an arriving Captain America along with Giant-Man, Black Panther, Todoroki, and Midoriya. Black Panther threw his daggers at the claw hands, freeing Kirishima and Bakugo with Giant Man catching them.
Todoroki placed his foot down creating an ice wall, freezing the bottom area of the robot. He then noticed the robot's hand coming towards him. Todoroki releases a fire blast, stopping it. Midoriya moved past Todoroki and delivered a Detroit Smash on the frozen area of the tall robot. Once the smash connected, the tall robot exploded into pieces.
After the tall robot is destroyed, Midoriya looks to see his classmates and the rest of the Avengers, minus Iron Man, together and regroup on what to do next in this chaos.
"So what now?" Wasp asked as she looked at everyone. "I think there's only 700 million left."
"That's a lot of robots left on the planet." Jiro commented.
"Enough for me to take them all down on my own!" Bakugo exclaimed.
"We might need to check up on Tony. See if he has found Kang." Black Widow said.
Batman nodded and began contacting Iron Man. "Tony, it's Bruce. Any luck?"
"If I'd found him, Bruce, I'd have given you, the team, or even the kids a ring." Iron Man said in frustration through the comm link. "I'm connected to every satellite in the world and I can't detect Kang anywhere! All this technology is useless!"
After Iron Man yelled in frustration, Batman hung up and looked at the others. "...He's still working on it."
"Well that's wonderful." Hawkeye said sarcastically. "Maybe Kang will let us call a timeout until we find him."
"I won't he don't it but it'll be nice." Spider-Man said as his phone began to ring. "Oh crap, Aunt May's calling me. I got to take this."
As Spider-Man answers his phone call, Midoriya notices Captain America staring at the warzone city. "Captain America?"
Everyone present turned their attention towards Captain America as he began to say. "This is war. And we need an army."
Jiro suddenly had a thought after what Captain America said. "In our universe, I remembered that hero agencies request other heroes to help or even gather all the heroes together for one big mission."
"Yeah! We should assemble an army of heroes here in New York." Kirishima said.
Spider-Man was the first to speak. "As much as I would love to team with the other heroes here, we can't. Before we got here on the bridge, Falcon and I went around the city to see if the other heroes could help us. We got no dice. Seems Kang's invasion of the city made everyone busy. Doctor Strange included."
"With the Fantastic Four in the earth's core and the X-Men in Wakanda. We're on our own." Falcon added in.
Wasp looked at Ant-Man for a second and bit her lip knowing that her boyfriend might not like this idea. She began saying to everyone. "I know where you can find an army."
The Negative Zone: Prison 42
The door opens as Captain America, Wasp, Ant-Man, Yaoyorozu, Midoriya, and Iida walk through and see an army of robots guarding prison cells. They later see a robot standing in front of them.
"What do you call these things?" Captain America asked as he looked at the robot.
"Ultron." Wasp simply said.
"Just for the record, I'm not comfortable with this." Ant-Man said. "The Ultrons have a built-in weapons system that Iron Man designed. But I've disabled everything except a simple stun blast."
"A unique design." Iida commented as he looked at Ultron and Prison 42. "Both the robot and the prison in general."
"People's lives are at stake, Dr. Pym." Captain America said. "If you have a better idea, I'm open to it. But as it stands, these Ultron robots of yours are our only chance to even the odds. The world is counting on us."
Ant-Man swallowed a hard pill and began to go to Ultron. He started to tinker the main core in Ultron's head.
"Dr. Pym, what are you doing?" Yaoyorozu asked with curiosity.
"I'm calibrating the system for Ultron to learn violence." Ant-Man said as he finished tinkering Ultron.
Ultron began to reset as the other Ultron robots began to change their eye color into red. "Programming accepted."
The Streets of New York
The giant robots manage to take down Thor and Hulk. Several Giant robots began firing lasers at Kirishima and Bakugo. Bakugo blasted away from the lasers while Kirishima took one up front although he was launched to a semi-truck. Bakugo later fired an AP Shot at one robot and blasted another one. He was later grabbed by a giant robot and thrown into a bus. Bakugo later saw the giant robots going for the final blow until the robots exploded. Bakugo wondered what happened until he saw a familiar object in the sky.
Kirishima recovered and began to notice a familiar object as well. "Are those…?"
"Ultrons." Bakugo simply answered.
The Ultron robots began to fight Kang's forces. Although some of the ships manage to take out a few of the Ultron robots, the new forces manage to thin the herd on Kang's forces as well.
While the aerial battle is going on, Todoroki releases an ice wall thus freezing the robots in place. Spider-Man swings in and delivers a kick, breaking through the iced up robot. Spider-Man landed in front of the robot and began to web the eyes. Once the robot's eyes were blinded, Spider-Man uses his webs to launch himself to deliver a swing kick to the face, taking it down.
Asui hopped on one robot and lunged at another with a kick, destroying it. Wolverine jumped over Asui and lunged at the robot, slicing it to pieces. Both heroes looked to see more giant robots marching down the streets. They were ready for another fight until the giant robots blasted by a sound wave from Jiro.
Jiro then noticed Black Panther and Tokoyami were being outnumbered on their side with the robots. She went to go to the two heroes here until a couple of giant robots appeared in front of her. Just before anyone began to take action, the two giant robots were suddenly hit by explosive arrows. Jiro knew who did it and saw Hawkeye, Iida, Midoriya, Yaoyorozu, and Captain America drop off from the Quinjet.
"Take 'em down, Avengers." Captain America said as he threw his shield and the heroes who arrived charged in to even the odds.
New York Sky
Meanwhile a Quinjet, the Batwing, and Falcon flew past the aerial battle and headed to one of the big Armada ships. The Quinjet began to go a little further while the Batwing and Falcon hung back to handle the flying ships.
"Wasp, Ant-Man, you know the plan." Batman said as the Batwing flew off to the side.
"We're good to go, Bats." Wasp said as the Quinjet was getting closer to the big ship.
Uraraka was in the seat behind Wasp and said. "Um Wasp…You seem to be really excited about this."
"I'm an extremely positive person, Ochako." Wasp said.
The Armada ship began to notice the Quinjet and began firing a laser canon towards it. The Quinjet evaded the blast a few times. The laser cannon fired one more time and it hit the Quinjet, exploding it to pieces. However, following the explosion, Wasp and Ant-Man appeared out of the smoke along with Asui and Uraraka who used the latter's quirk to float in mid air. Uraraka also used her grappling hook attached to the Armada ship as her and Asui began heading towards there.
"See? According to plan." Wasp said as she carried her boyfriend.
"You know those Quinjets cost Tony about $20 million a piece, right?" Ant-Man said, pointing it out.
"Well, it wasn't my plan." Wasp said as she got closer to the Armada ship. "Alright, Uravity, Froppy go find another way in the Armada ship. We'll meet you inside."
Uraraka and Asui nodded as they went to a different area of the Armada ship while Wasp and Ant-Man went to one of the launch pods.
Inside one of the Armada Ships
A Kang soldier was pressing a few buttons making for the Armada ships and subordinates working normally. Suddenly someone appeared behind him as the soldier saw Wasp in front of him.
"Hi." Wasp said before zapping the soldier down.
After taking care of the soldier, Ant-Man, Uraraka, and Asui appeared next to Wasp. They saw the entire ship's technology. Ant-Man later began to look at a certain area where the soldier was and analyzed the technology.
"Wow. This is more advanced than the UA's support classrooms, the Baxter Building, and Ant-Man's Lab. *Ribbit*" Asui said as she looked around the interior of the Armada Ship.
"This is of similar design to portions of Kang's Time Chair." Ant-Man said as he analyzed the machines. "Iron Man, Batman, Black Panther, and I theorized that Kang's equipment must have some kind of a temporal stasis device, something that allows it to remain in this era, like an anchor. If we destroy that anchor the ship, theoretically, would return to its own time."
"Good thinking, Hank. Now, I'm gonna blast it." Wasp said as she fired her stinger to the machine.
After Wasp zapped the machine, everyone noticed the Armada Ship began to disappear slowly with the other ships and robots.
New York Sky
One of the Armada ships disappeared leaving Ant-Man, Wasp, Uraraka, and Asui in mid air. Everyone except for Wasp began to fall down. Wasp managed to catch Ant-Man while both of the female hero students were caught by Falcon.
"Are both of you okay?" Falcon asked.
"Yeah. Well, that worked." Uraraka said.
"You said it." Wasp said as Asui responded with a ribbit.
"Cap, this is Ant-Man." Ant-Man began communicating. "Tell the others the plan worked. They're cleared to proceed."
The Streets of New York
"You heard the man, Avengers." Captain America said through the communication link.
Once Captain America finished his sentence, Thor flew to one Armada ship. Minutes later, the Armada ship disappeared except the thunder god himself. Hulk jumped past Thor and landed on a different Armada ship. The ship disappeared as well with the exception of the Hulk. Soon Bakugo, Tokoyami, Falcon, and Ultron went to the other Armada ships. One by one the Armada ships began to disappear along with the robots. The New York civilians cheered on as the heroes won this battle.
As the crowd cheered on this victory, Spider-Man landed next to Captain America, Midoriya, and Bakugo while he began to speak. "And that ladies and gentleman is how you free New York from an invasion of time-traveling robots. Courtesy of the ten class 1-A students and The Avengers."
"This was just a battle. There are hundreds of ships all over the world." Captain America said as he looked up in the sky. "Thousands of robots. The war will never end until we find Kang."
Midoriya thought about what Captain America said and admittedly he's right. The teen hero then spotted Iron Man leaving Avengers Mansion, heading up into space. "Where's Iron Man going?"
"I hope he found that time traveling extra." Bakugo said as he punched his fist. "If he did, I'm blowing Kang to hell!"
Outer Space
Iron Man activated his boosters to pass the upper atmosphere. When Iron Man reached up into space, he saw Kang's spaceship in full view. "This is Iron Man to the Avengers. I've got him."
AN: And done! This passes the previous chapter of being the longest as of writing! You probably know where the next chapter is heading next. The ten class 1-A students are going to space to fight Kang. I know they don't have space training but they'll be fine. They will also don those space suits that appeared in EMH's Episode 19. I would love for someone to draw the ten class 1-A students in those space suits. If you can, go ahead. If you can't, that's fine.
I did make some changes compared to the actual episode. Like for example, Black Panther left to go and defend Wakanda but in this one The X-Men are there to defend it while their king saves the world.
Next chapter will conclude the Kang arc. As mentioned before, the united heroes will go to space to bring the fight to Kang.
