a/n: I'm a Miguel/Sam, Robby/Tory & Hawk/Moon shipper… since we're waiting on Part 3… I think that I'm just going to write a Fanfiction of them haha…
Summary: Kwon has passed away… but it must go on….
Chapter Two – Home Again
"Hello competitors," Gunther said. "Thank you for joining us although yesterday was a tragic time," he said. "But the show much go on. Cobra Kai Korea has stepped down from the competition, and will be heading back to being said, we have a new team taking the place of Team Cobra Kai USA," he finished.
The room went silent as everyone looked around.
"So for now we're going to take a break and reconvene in three months in Los Angeles California," he said. "Til then, I suggest everyone enjoy their last week in Barcelona, spend time with your friends and family and we will all see each other in three months' time," he said. "Thank you for all the hard work you all have put in. We will restart the tournament in Los Angeles, thank you," he said and walked away ignoring the murmurs and looks.
Miyagi-do and potential Cobra Kai fighters looked at each other.
"Ok, well lets start gathering our things and go home," Daniel said.
The others looked at each other and headed to their rooms. Daniel, Chozen and Johnny decided that it would be better to just head home instead of finishing the week. The kids nodded and headed to their hotel rooms to pack their things.

Axel was walking by and shoved Miguel, knocking him back.
"Really?" Miguel asked. "Again?"
Axel looked at him and sneered.
"Look man, I did nothing to you," Miguel said as Samantha gently pulled his arm.
"Ignore him Miguel," she said pulling him.
Robby was ready to defend mode if Miguel needed him.
"I'll see you soon Sam," Axel said and gave a look to Miguel one more time and walked away.
Miguel stepped up and Robby pulled him. "Keep walking man," he said to Axel as they convinced Miguel to turn.
"We need to pack dude," Robby said.
Miguel sighed and Sam held out her hand. He took it and they continued down the hall to the elevators.
"Was that necessary?" Zara asked.
"What?" Axel asked looking at Zara.
"Picking on him? You do know he won every one on one fight he had, right?" she asked. "Even some 2 on 1."
He pulled the front of his gi, "Not against me," he said as they both headed down the hall to their elevators.

(One week later)
Miguel was laying on Sam kissing her, and he pushed himself up. "I should go," he said.
"Nooo," she whined, pulling him back down.
He chuckled, "I don't want too."
There was a knock on the door. Miguel looked up.
"That's my cue," he said.
Sam sighed, "Okay," she said as he stood up grabbing his clothes and putting it on.. She sat up holding the sheet to her chest.
"Anthony," she called out.
He peeked in, "Mom and dad just went into their room," he said.
"Thanks," Sam whispered.
"I'll help you out," Anthony said to Miguel.
Miguel nodded, and went to kiss Sam again. "I'll see you tomorrow," he said. "Lets go dude," he said.
Anthony nodded and closed the door.
Sam sighed, laying back. She smiled. Being with Miguel was always right for her. They had grown apart and grown together. She gave him props for the maturity he handled it when she told him that Axel tried to kiss her. She closed her eyes deciding she should go to sleep as school was tomorrow.
….
Miguel, Sam, Robby and Tory were sitting in the cafeteria together with their food.
"It's crazy about Kwon huh?" Robby asked.
"He was a dick, but he wasn't a bad guy," Tory said. "I think he was more lost than anything."
"Did you talk to him?" Miguel asked.
"Not really. I avoided them most of the time," she said. "Just didn't care too much to be around them. Just went to show up."
"At least they're able to bring Kwon's body home," Sam said.
"Well, on a better note, at least the fight is here and we'll be in town for graduation," Miguel said.
"Yeah, something to look forward too," Tory said.
"I wonder how we are splitting things up," Robby said.
"Meaning?" Miguel asked.
"Well, you and Tory are in Cobra Kai. Does that mean you guys will be taking people from Miyagi-do?"
"I don't think that's the plan," Tory said. "Right?" she asked.
"We're all together in this," Sam said. "It makes sense to ask since it's almost split on who we trained with."
The friends nodded in agreement and continued lunch and talked about today's dojo meeting.

Daniel was in his office looking at his computer clicking through the inventory when there was a knock on his door.
He looked up, "Johnny," he said. "I was wondering when you were gonna have a break."
"LaRusso," Johnny said, closing the door. "We need to talk about how we're splitting everyone," he said.
"We just need six kids on both sides," Daniel said.
"Okay. So I'll take Miguel, Tory, Devon, Kenny, and I'll leave the last two to whoever want it."
"Okay we'll let the kids decide," Daniel said.
"Alright, I just made another sell," Johnny said. "Amanda is finishing the paperwork," he said heading towards the door.
"Good job," Daniel said. "We need to see where their heads are at too," he added.
"What you mean?" he asked
"They saw a kid die. We need to talk to them about grief."
"And pussy them up some more," Johnny said.
"No, but we need to keep their head in the game if they want to win in three months."
"Alright LaRusso," Johnny said and walked out.
Daniel sighed. He was not making this easy.

Miguel was driving with Sam and Anthony. He had picked them up to take them to Miyagi-Do.
"I can't believe you guys are bringing back Miyagi Do," Anthony said.
"I guess Kreese gave it back to Sensei Johnny before he went to Korea," Miguel said
"That's cool. Can I join?" Anthony asked.
Samantha scoffed, "Yeah, like dad would let you Anthony."
"What if I want to learn offense?" Anthony asked.
"He gave me hell for it, he will give you hell for it too," she said.
"The teams need to be 6 per team. So you never know," Miguel said.
Samantha gave a look to Miguel, "Babe, stop giving him hope," she said. "He's Miyagi-Do."
Miguel chuckled, "Listen to your sister Anthony. Miyagi-Do is actually a good thing for you."
"So El Serpiente and Queen Cobra are back huh?"
He smirked, "Yeah well that's what we're called."
"Who was King Cobra?" Anthony asked.
"Robby," Miguel responded.
Anthony leaned back, "Ohhh," he said as Miguel pulled into the driveway of Miyagi-Do.
…
Everyone was warming up Johnny, Chozen and Daniel walked to the back joining them.
"Hey guys line up," Johnny said.
Everyone stood in a line, Sam and Miguel standing next to each other, Robby, Tory and everyone lining up with them.
"We know what happened in Barcelona was the last thing we expected," Daniel said, "And we know that grief happens in different ways, if you guys need time to think about what happened. Take the time to reflect and think and we can meet here again in a week."
"Dad," Sam started to say.
"Of course we need to talk about where we're going to go from here. As Johnny got Cobra Kai back," Daniel continued. "For the time, reflect, regroup, and we'll see you all next week," Daniel said.
Everyone looked at each other completely confused as the three Senseis left.
"So…." Demitri said, "I guess we do our own thing?"
Tory sighed, "I gotta go. I have to pick up my brother from the neighbor's," she said.
"I'll take you," Robby said.
The two left.
Sam looked at Miguel. "Inn n out and beach?" she asked.
He smiled, "Sounds good to me. Anthony you coming?" he asked.
"Hell yeah," Anthony said, grabbing his stuff and leaving with them.
…
Robby pulled up to Tory's apartment building. He turned off the engine and turned to look at her. "Are you okay?" he asked.
She sighed and nodded, staring out the window not making any move to take off her belt. "It doesn't feel real," she said softly.
"I don't know what you're going through Tory, but I'm here for you," Robby said.
She slowly looked at him, and gave him a small smile, "I know, thanks Robby."
"You can call me at anytime okay?"
She leaned in and kissed his cheek, "Thank you Robby. I mean it," she said and unbuckled her belt.
"Do you need anything?" he asked.
"No. I just-" she sighed. "I have court for custody of Brandon in two weeks."
"Nervous?" he asked.
"Sort of. Being in Spain kept me away from here. Away from here, and I need to find a job so I would get guaranteed custody of Brandon. I am NOT letting him go to my aunt and I'm not letting him go to foster care."
"It's a lot," he said.
"Yeah, well. That's my life Robby," Tory said. "It always was going to be."
He reached out placing his hand on hers, "Hey," he said.
She looked up.
"I'm here for you," he said.
She leaned in and kissed him lightly on the lips, "Thank you Robby," she said.
He smiled a bit.
"I'll see you later," she said and got out of the car.

Miguel and Sam were sitting on the beach towel as Anthony was doing his own thing. They just finished eating.
"I got into Santa Monica," Sam said.
Miguel looked at her, "What? You didn't tell me."
"I just got the letter when we got back from Barcelona."
"That's great, babe. At least we're going to be together," he said, kissing her lips.
"Yeah, and when you get into Stanford, I'll be up there with you."
He smiled as they kissed again.
Just as they pulled away something like a ball hit him.
He looked up confused, and closed his eyes. He opened it staring at the person responsible. "Sam, your boyfriend is here," he said in irritation.
Sam looked at him confused then look where he was looking. Not too far from where they were were Axel and Zara.
Sam sighed, and looked at Miguel. She turned his face to look at her, "Hey. I love you," she said staring into his eyes seeing his dead stone eyes soften.
He licked his lips, "I love you too babe," he said leaning in to kiss her again.
"Oh goodness, get a room," Anthony said, joining them with Kenny, Devon, Hawk, Moon, Demitri, and Robbie.
"Did you know that Thailand machine is here?" Hawk said as they joined the couple.
"Yeah I thought they wouldn't be here til before the tournament."
"He is good looking without a shirt though," Devon said tilting her head watching him take his shirt off by the water.
"I second that thought," Moon said, letting it slip.
Hawk gave her a look, "I don't get why they're here."
"As long as they don't bother us, we don't bother them," Robby said. "Axel caused enough trouble with El Serpiente here," he said sitting down.
"Why, what happened?" Moon said sitting next to Sam.
"That big goon there," Demetri said, "Feel in love with Sam in all of what? Thirty minutes of talking with her while Miguel was on the way back here for his mom."
"No," Moon said looking at Sam, "You didn't tell me that. You told me about you and Miguel-"
Sam nudged her, and she stopped smirking at Miguel and then cleared her throat, "exploring Spain," she said. "But not about this."
Sam shrugged, "There's nothing to tell."
Demetri scoffed, "Nothing to tell when this guy spent all of the day glaring, and shoving Miguel until that free all brawl. Miguel was going to defend Robby because Kwon elbowed him in the ribs, and Miguel was going to stop it when big guy shoved Miguel sending him to the ground."
"That was insane," Devon said.
"All because Sam talked to him?" Moon asked.
"Well, he tried to make a move on Sam and she pulled away saying she had a boyfriend," Hawk said. "He figured out who her boyfriend was, and Miguel was targeted."
"Yeah but why are they here?"
Kenny shrugged, "Probably something to do with Silver. He has connections everywhere."
"And Zara that girl there, is into Robby and is Tory's enemy numero uno," Demetri said.
"You guys really made friends there huh?" Moon asked.
Miguel chuckled, "I guess you could say that. Somehow those two targeted Tory and I in their own twisted ways."
"So you gonna fight him?" Moon asked.
Miguel chuckled, "I'm pass all that jealousy shit," he said. "Besides, my girl is right here," he said, wrapping his arm around Sam.
Sam smiled, "And you're my El Serpiente," she said teasingly as she pecked his lips.
"It's weird hearing it from you."
Robby groaned, "Get a room you two."
"Hey, how's everything with Tory?" Miguel asked.
"She's going through a lot," he said, "I just wished she'd let me in."
"Give her time," Sam said.
"Oh great," Demetri said.
They looked at him.
"Here they come."
They followed his glance to see Axel and Zara heading towards them.
Sam felt Miguel tense up, and she squeezed his knee.
"Well, not surprised to run into Miyagi-Do's here," Zara said.
"Can't say the same for you," Robby responded eyeing Axel. "What are you guys doing here anyways."
"Our sensei thought it'd be best for us to train on new grounds to get our footing," Zara said airly. "I don't see your girlfriend here, did you two break up already?"
"It's none of your business."
"You didn't say it that night," She said.
Robby got up and Miguel got up holding his hand up.
"Cool it," Miguel said. "We don't need another brawl."
"Scared to get thrown around again?" Axel asked.
Miguel looked at him, "You're in our territory, I would be careful if I were you."
Sam stood up, "I think you two should leave," she said. "We've all gone through enough already."
Axel smirked, "You look good Sam," he said eyeing her. She was in a tank top and shorts with a string bikini under.
Miguel stood in front of her, "You should leave," he said his eyes cold and empty.
Axel eyed him, "I'll see you soon," he said as he turned and walked away.
Zara blew a kiss at Robby, and turned and followed him.
"The nerve," Devon said shaking her head.
"Big brute," Demetri muttered.
"He's getting abused," Sam said softly as they all turned to her. "That's why he likes me. I guess I'm the first person that ever sympathized with him."
"Abused? No one can land a hit on him," Hawk said.
"Remember when my dad was missing after we lost that first match. I was walking from the locker room, and I heard punching. I went to check it out, and he was training with his Sensei. He wasn't training well, and his sensei started punching him and made him do it again. I saw the scars that night on the beach."
"Wow, that changes everything about him," Devon said.
"Still, one side beefin?" Robby said. "Miguel didn't even know him."
"Only seen his fights," Miguel said.
"Well, how about we all get in and enjoy the rest of our day?" Hawk asked pulling off his shirt, and standing up and holding out his hand to help Moon up.
The gang got up, and started to take off the clothes they didn't want wet and they all ran to the beach.
Zara and Axel were watching from a distance.
Zara looked at him, "I thought you'd be over your little crush on that girl," he said.
Axel stared at them, "I want her," he said.
"She doesn't look like much."
He looked at her, "You don't know her."
"Neither do you."
"I know her," he huffed.
She rolled her eyes, "After years of training with you, I still don't get you," she said, and went on her phone to go Live.
….
Miguel lifted Sam and swung her around into the water.
"Miguel!" she squealed as he laughed putting her down. She turned and wrapped her arms around his neck. "You and me," she said.
"Always," he said leaning down to kiss her.
"Sttoooop already, we know you two love each other," Anthony said. "Especially since I have to cover you guys like three times a week."
Sam laughed, "Because you love me little bro," she said, breaking away from Miguel and splashing him.
Robby joined Miguel as Sam got into a water war with Devon, Moon. Kenny and Anthony were doing their own thing.
"So, you guys seem to be in a good place," Robby said.
Miguel looked at him, "Better than ever. I don't know, all those years we spent time breaking up and getting back together, and fighting. I know, she's the one," he said. "We had to grow up apart to get where we are."
"I know man, and I'm happy for you guys."
"That means a lot bro."
"You and I had our issues. Maybe you just gotta understand Axel's issues?" Robby asked.
Miguel scoffed, "I don't know the guy, but he's acting like I'm the one Sam is cheating with or she's his ex girlfriend and I'm the enemy."
Hawk, and Demetri joined them.
"Our man will have his time with him on the mat," Hawk said, wrapping his arm around Miguel's shoulder. "Captain El Serpiente."
Robby chuckled, "IF he beats me," Robby joked.
Miguel looked at him, "If we fight again, I'll be locked in."
Robby got in a grapple stand, "Lets go El Serpiente," he said smiling.
Hawk took his arm off Miguel.
"Lets goo," Miguel said.
"Are we doing this?" Demitri asked.
"Hell yeah," Hawk said.
The guys all started playing around.
…
Moon, Sam and Devon were watching.
"Boys will be boys," Devon said.
Sam laughed, "Yeah."
Moon looked at Sam, "So how is he?" she asked.
Sam looked at her, "What?" she asked.
"Miguel. How is he?" she asked.
Sam blushed and looked down.
"What do you mean," Devon asked, and paused. "Ohhh."
"Does he, you know?" Moon asked.
Sam looked up, "He's everything," she said. "Our first time was so gentle and perfect," she said.
Devon blinked, "Honestly, I thought he'd be aggressive."
Sam blushed, "Okay, I really don't want to be talking about this."
"You already told me," Moon said. "I told you about Hawk."
Devon tilted her head, "When was your guys first time?"
Sam licked her lips, "It was um, after we got the All Valley tournament re-instated."
"Is he your first?"
Sam looked down pushing a strand of hair behind her ear, "Yeah."
"Are you his?"
"I think Hawk said him and Tory," Moon began to say but stopped.
Sam looked at Moon, "What?" she asked.
"I-I thought you knew."
"No," she said, looking away. "I didn't know."
The girls fell silent.
"Well, this is awkward," Devon said.
"No, it's fine," Sam said, pushing her feelings aside. "I mean he and I weren't together, and he could do whatever he wanted then."
"But he should have told you," Moon said. "That's a conversation you guys should have had."
"I just," she said sighing. "I didn't know he and Tory were that serious."
"I mean, it makes sense why Tory was so angry at you for kissing Miguel," Moon said.
"I guess," Sam said watching the boys again as they had stopped grappling and were just talking. Miguel looked up and smiled at Sam.
Sam gave him a tight smile and he tilted his head. She mouth 'later' and he nodded. Then went back to his time with the boys.
"Are you okay?" Moon asked.
Sam looked at Moon, "Yeah. I will be," she said.
"I hope I didn't make this whole thing awkward for you guys."
"It's on him Moon, not you," Sam reassured her.
…
"Thanks for the ride Miguel," Anthony said opening the back car door and getting out. Miguel shut off the car. Daniel taught him to drive, and helped him get his license. Daniel had given him an 2023 Acura from the lot.
Sam unbuckled her belt and Miguel did too. They got out of the car and he walked her to the door. "You coming in for dinner?" she asked.
"Yeah sure," he said.
She opened the door and he followed her in.

Robby and Eli and Moon walked into the apartment he now shared with Miguel. Johnny moved in with Carmen and Rosa in the three bedroom apartment so there was space for the baby, and Miguel moved in with Robby. Hawk would spend a lot of time there and took over the living room when he would sleep over. Robby was holding two boxes of pizza, and Hawk was holding a Wingstop box.
"It's just us," Robby said. "Miguel texted saying he was having dinner at Sam's then coming home."
"Alright," Eli nodded as they settled on the table.
"So I think Miguel is in the hot seat with Sam," Moon said.
"Why?" Robby asked. "They're stronger than ever right now."
"I kind of let something slip," Moon said as Eli handed her vegan entree to her.
Eli froze, and looked at her. "You didn't," he said.
Robby looked confused, "Didn't what?"
"Tell Sam about Miguel and Tory," Eli said.
Robby looked at Moon, "You did what?"
"I-I thought she knew," Moon said opening her container.
"Of course she didn't know Moon. Why would he tell her?" Eli asked as he got up to take out two plates and Robby went to grab two cans of coke from the fridge.
"Why wouldn't he?" Moon asked.
"Because guys only tell guys but not girls. Especially their girl," Robby said.
"It NEEDS to be told," Moon said. "I'm sure you would have told me, right Hawk?" she asked looking at Eli.
Hawk just filled his plate as Robby did too.
"Hawk," Moon said.
"Huh? What? Yeah, of course," he responded.
Moon sighed, "Why don't I believe you."
"Moon, it's just a guy thing," Robby said. "He doesn't want to hurt her, so why would he tell her. Unless she asked."
"If he doesn't want to hurt her, then he should tell her," Moon said.
"See, that's where guys differ from girls," Eli said. "We don't want to be punched or punished for something that was meaningful at the time. So if the girl wants to believe in the fantasy, why not let her."
Moon glared at Eli, "So, if we weren't each other's first. You would have put me in that fantasy?" she asked.
"No, of course not," Eli said.
"Then?" she asked.
"All we're saying is, Miguel wouldn't voluntarily tell her," Robby said, trying to reason with Moon. "IF she asked, I'm sure he would tell her."
"I hope so," Moon said as they began to eat.

Miguel and Sam walked out of the house after dinner. They stopped at the porch.
"Today was a good day," he said wrapping his arms around her waist from behind.
She leaned into him, "Yeah," she said softly.
He stood up, "What's wrong?" he asked.
She turned to face him, "Can I ask you something?" she asked.
He tilted his head, "Yeah of course."
"Don't get mad that I'm asking."
"Why would I get mad?" he asked.
She licked her lips and looked away, "Well," she said looking at him. "I-I was talking to the girls, and well," she said not getting the words.
"Babe? Everything okay?" he asked.
She sighed, "Did you and Tory have sex?" she asked.
He stepped back slightly surprised. "What?" he asked.
"I-I mean, it's okay if you guys did. It's just- I just thought you'd tell me."
He licked his lips looking away. He cleared his throat, "I-" he began to say and sighed. "I-I didn't know how too Sam," he said looking up into her eyes. "It was a long time ago."
"Almost two years ago isn't too long," she said.
"In my world it was. Sam, you and I," he said, stepping forward grabbing her hands. "You and I are now. I'm only focused on you and me."
"Okay," she said smiling. "Just don't hide things from me."
"Never," he said. "But I should go, it's getting late and I gotta finish my English paper," he said.
She nodded as he leaned in and kissed her. "See you tomorrow," she said.
"I'll be here to pick you guys up," he said.
She nodded. "Love you."
He looked at her, "Love you," he said, kissing her again, and headed down the walkway to his car.
Sam sighed watching him get into his car. She waved as he pulled out the driveway. "You can get over it," she told herself as she turned and opened the door. "Of course I can," she said to herself as she walked into the house. This was Miguel after all.

Miguel walked into the apartment seeing Eli and Robby sitting on the couch watching tv.
"Hey," he said joining them, and sat in between them.
"Hey," Robby said. "How was dinner at the LaRussos?" he asked.
He shrugged, "It was cool," he said. He looked at Eli, "Anything you want to tell me?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Dude, Moon slipped," Eli said.
Miguel's eyes widened, "How does Moon know?"
"Well, I told her," he said looking away.
Miguel scoffed and sat back, "Well, I hope she believes me when I told her she's all I want."
"Of course she does," Robby said. "She wouldn't have done all she done to not be with you."
Miguel gave him a side look, "Sorry about that man," he said.
Robby shrugged, "Got over it a long time ago."
"Good. Well, I'm going to be in my room working on this stupid paper if you guys need me," he said getting up and headed to his room.
"Later," Robby said. His phone rang, and he looked at it seeing it was Tory. He looked at Eli, "Hey man, it's Tory. You'll be okay here?" he asked getting up and answering the phone.
"Yeah," Eli said grabbing the remote and laying down as Robby walked down the hall to his room.
