Hey there, everyone. Warmachine375 here and I have made a Gundam U.C. x Transformers crossover fic titled "Gundam of Cybertron".
Synopsis: "Killed by Jerid Messa, Four Murasame was reincarnated as a Cybertronian through one of the Protoforms guarded by Yoketron. Taken in by the Cyber-Ninja Corps master, she adjusts her new life as an Autobot and volunteers to take part of the war against the Decepticons to repay the debt. She will show them why the Gundam was feared as she is literally one now."

Chapter 1
At Mount Kilimanjaro, Titans Base, Earth, U.C. Universe
In the midst of the the raging battle waged by the Anti-Earth Union Group and Karaba against the Titans, Four Murasame, a Cyber Newtype pilot, was caught prey to the conditioning that took her over despite Kamille Bidan trying to tell her to fight it. Throwing the blue haired young man aside, she used her powers to summon the MRX-009 Psycho Gundam that was drawn to her via the Psycommu System before boarding it inside.
"You guys came to bully me! It was you who took my memories from me!", she yelled as she opened fire at the AEUG and Karaba mobile suits with the full beam barrage of her gigantic Gundam's Mobile Armor form, shooting them down as a result.
"Four, stop! Don't fight!", Kamille pleaded as he piloted the MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam in its Waverider form to expertly dodge the Diffuse Mega Particle Cannons firing at him and transformed in mid-air to get closer to Four.
The Zeta Gundam managed to maneuver through the beam barrage and latch itself behind the Psycho Gundam's back. "Four! You mustn't fight! You're not well!", the ace pilot of the AEUG tried to reach out to her.
"There you are, Zeta Gundam!", a sneering Four turned around to see her enemy behind before transforming her Gundam from Mobile Armor mode to Mobile Suit mode.
She confronts Kamille but is then attacked by Amuro Ray in his MSK-008 Dijeh, using the Dodai Kai to carry him in the skies. However, the Anti-Beam Barrier of the Psycho Gundam easily withstood the blasts. "Kamille, stay back!", the former RX-78-2 Gundam pilot ordered, attacking her with his beam rifle.
"Captain, please don't do it! Don't attack her!", the Zeta Gundam pilot tried to dissuade him through the comm channel.
Incredulous, Amuro asked, "What do you want me to do?!"
"I'll persuade her!", Kamille responded as he tried again to talk Four down but then is interrupted by Jerid Messa who had recently boarded the RX-160 Byarlant to use and attack him head on, pushing him away from Four as a result.
Kamille was forced to clash with Jerid in beam saber melee combat.
On the other hand, Four received orders from the Titans higher ups that she must protect Jamitov Hymen's shuttle as the launch pad is about to send it to space. Due to the conditioning imposed on her, she obeyed and stood her ground against the AEUG-Karaba offensive trying to break through and stop the founder of the Titans from fleeing for his life.
Quattro Bajeena, the second alias of Casval Rem Deikun in the AEUG, in his MSN-00100 Hyaku Shiki tried to get close but was immediately repulsed by Four in her mobile suit and her abilities. "What is this? Is this pressure coming from the Cyber Newtype, Four?", he wondered to himself with cold sweat on his face. "I'm sorry, Kamille... But she's too dangerous to be kept alive and needs to go!"
He knew that it would take one good shot or a beam saber thrust right towards the head cockpit of Psycho Gundam to kill her.
But then, the shuttle of Jamitov began to launch as its high powered rocket thrusters activate and it began its ascension to the skies while the Psycho Gundam provided covering fire. Not wanting the despicable old man escape from him, Quattro yelled, "You're not getting away, Jamitov!"
The former Red Comet piloted the Hyaku Shiki to fly up as fast as it can and aimed its beam rifle at the shuttle, pulling the trigger to fire several shots. But then the Psycho Gundam's finger beam cannons at him. He could have dodged out of the way backwards and let his prey escape to get another chance. However, he decided to improvise instead. "Let's see how you like it when you get shot down by your own Titans Gundam, Jamitov!", he said, deliberately moving his mobile suit around to get as close to the shuttle as he can, letting Four to follow his movements and keep shooting at him.
Despite its gold beam resistant coating, Hyaku Shiki ended up losing a left arm and a right leg because of that but Quattro's gambit had paid off. Few of the Psycho Gundam's powerful beam attacks struck Jamitov's shuttle from behind, severely damaging it and then it detonated in a massive fiery explosion in the skies of Earth.
The elderly man had few seconds of disbelief before he was engulfed in flames.
Jamitov Hymen, the founder of the Titans, unceremoniously perished.
His death shocked the Titans forces who saw the shuttle exploding before their eyes while the members of the AEUG-Karaba force were relieved that they have succeeded in crippling the self-proclaimed Earth Federation elite military force with the demise of their leader.
"Oh no!", Four shouted in shock that her attacks had killed Jamitov, realizing she had failed her order to protect him.
"NO!", Jerid screamed after he saw the shuttle got shot down by the Psycho Gundam and blew up. Then he glared at the gigantic black Gundam responsible for it, gritting his teeth angrily and gripping his mobile suit controls. "You traitor..."
Quattro managed to direct the damaged Hyaku Shiki to be picked up by Amuro's Dijeh on the Dodai Kai. "Char, are you okay?", he asked his former fellow rival, assessing the damage done on the gold-colored mobile suit.
"I'm fine, Amuro! At least with Jamitov gone, the Titans will be weakened without his leadership and connections in the Earth Federation, and his twisted schemes died with him*...", the blonde pilot reassured him before muttering in relief, remembering the AEUG founder's unjust assassination by Jamitov's hitmen and his failure to protect the man he respected. "Blex Forer, you've been avenged..."
"Not only that, our assault force succeeded!", Amuro noted after seeing the Kilimanjaro base exploding from underground, destroying more of the Titans forces caught in the blast.
One of the underground explosions had knocked back the Psycho Gundam, causing Four to lose her balance and end up hitting her on the head. Seeing Jerid standing in shock and briefly distracted by another explosion, Kamille seized the moment to fly his Zeta Gundam and latched on the back of Four's Gundam to try reach out to her again. Through their close psychic connection as fellow Newtypes and also a headache from the brief disorientation, Kamille managed to snap her out of the conditioning and Four regained herself.
The pilot of the Zeta Gundam then tried to tell Four to open the cockpit and leave it behind. So that she will board his mobile suit and he will take her in as part of the AEUG this time.
Unfortunately, fate was cruel as the recovered Byarlant charged at full thermonuclear jet thruster speed towards the two Gundams!
"DIE, TRAITOR!", Jerid Messa screamed in fury as he brandished Byarlant's beam saber to kill her.
Believing that her fellow Titans comrade was aiming for Kamille to kill, Four motioned the Psycho Gundam to get up, which threw back the Zeta Gundam, and punch the Byarlant with its right manipulator. But Jerid's mobile suit was too fast and thrusted the beam saber towards the head of Four's gigantic Gundam. The beam saber penetrated through the Psycho Gundam's head like a hot knife through butter.
Within the Psycho Gundam's cockpit, Four Murasame was directly pierced by the Byarlant's beam saber and her entire body obliterated from existence*, destroying the head of the giant mobile suit. "Kamil-", she said her last words before receiving oblivion.
The Psycho Gundam's headless body then collapsed, struck down by the Titans' recent experimental high-mobility mobile suit.
"FOUR!", Kamille yelled in shock, sensing her life being snuffed out so quickly.
Even worse, he couldn't sense her last thoughts through their Newtype connection, fully severed. It's as if Four had never existed.
Then, Kamille in his tears of rage had the Zeta Gundam fire its beam rifle at the Byarlant in retaliation. Jerid Messa was too caught up on his successful execution of Four Murasame for shooting down Jamitov and avenging the Titans founder, ending up being killed in an explosion after his mobile suit got directly struck down by Kamille.
After that, the Zeta Gundam landed next to the fallen Psycho Gundam and knelt down. Kamille let go of the pilot controls and let out his grief for Four's undeserved death. He was so close to getting her out of the Titans but he failed miserably.
Meanwhile, Dijeh landed behind the kneeling Zeta Gundam. To ensure that there are no other Titans mobile suits appearing out of nowhere and take advantage of the vulnerability to end up like Four Murasame's brutal demise. While the Hyaku Shiki remained on the Dodai Kai due to its missing limbs it sustained and landed next.
"People end up making the same mistakes... It's ridiculous!", Amuro Ray lamented, understanding how Kamille felt.
Observing the aftermath of Four's death, Quattro agreed, "The same mistake... At least her soul is no longer bound by Earth's gravity and the Psycho Gundam threat had been neutralized."
"Lieutenant Quattro! Secondary explosions are shaking the fortress! Momentarily, the whole summit will blow up!", the AEUG soldier informed him.
"Alright. All mobile suits, make your way to the Audhumla! We'll be on our way shortly!", the blonde pilot ordered all surviving AEUG-Karaba forces to withdraw as soon as possible and live to fight another day. Turning to the Zeta Gundam's direction, he called out. "Kamille! It's too dangerous out here! We're retreating!"
Using the Dijeh's manipulators, Amuro tried to rouse his fellow Gundam pilot to move his mobile suit and get out. "Kamille, what are you doing? You'll be swallowed by the explosion!"
Quattro spoke up as he tried to snap out of the stupor from the young man whom he saw like a son to him, "Kamille! I feel for you, but you can't die here! Amuro, grab the Zeta Gundam and bring it to the Dodai Kai!"
The White Devil agreed with him as he had the Dijeh tuck away its beam rifle and seized Kamille's Gundam with both manipulators before flying away with it from the collapsing Titans base. Then the Dijeh flew towards the Dodai Kai with the Hyaku Shiki motioning its remaining manipulator to receive the Zeta Gundam and give a seating space. After that, Amuro let go before making way to the Audhumla with Quattro keeping up behind him.
Hearing Kamille's cries, the former Red Comet solemnly consoled him. "Warriors are destined to fight as long as they live."
The three mobile suit pilots boarded the Audhumla which the huge aircraft then left Mount Kilimanjaro that was consumed in a massive nuclear explosion.
At the Cyber-Ninja Corps Dojo, Cybertron, Transformers Animated Universe
Within the main chamber of the Cyber-Ninja Corps Dojo, Yoketron, the wise master of many Cybertronian martial arts, was in the middle of meditation to commune with the Allspark even though it had been sent away from Cybertron that can never found by Megatron. He had been tasked by Ultra Magnus, the Supreme Commander of the Autobots, to guard the Matrix Chamber that contains a large cache of Protoforms and ensure that the Decepticons won't find it to seize them.
They are Plan B in case Project Omega fails.
In his honest opinion, Yoketron hoped that Project Omega will succeed so that the Protoforms will instead the future of Cybertron where the next great generation of Transformers will help rebuild the world and many other worlds affected by the Great War. Better to use the colossal Omega Sentinels than throw young bots to the scrap grinder.
Suddenly, Yoketron felt a large spike of power that he was unfamiliar of and it broke him out of his meditation, standing up in alarm.
"What is this? This strange energy... It came from...", the leader of the Cyber-Ninja Corps said before widening his optics in shock upon looking down below. "The Matrix Chamber!"
He quickly ran to the chamber containing holographic busts of his greatest students as fast he can and used his processor-over-matter, an advanced Cyber-Ninja technique, to open the far wall of the chamber with the power of his mind, revealing a greater chamber beyond, its walls lined with Protoforms. There, Yoketron saw one of the Protoforms glowing with great energy and is starting to form a new Transformer before his optics.
The Protoform then began to grow steadily bigger and taller, slowly towering over Yoketron and dwarfing him and the other unborn Protoforms.
"I must send you out of the Matrix Chamber before it's too late!", Yoketron immediately used his processor-over-matter to seize the rapidly forming Protoform and with a mighty effort, he sent it to the skies of Cybertron.
Then, a massive flash of bright blue light burst out, getting the attention of all of the Autobots where they saw a large figure fall from the sky and crash down to the ground. They also saw the huge hole on the top of the Cyber-Ninja Corps Dojo with a smoke coming out from it and wondered among themselves.
"By the Allspark, what was that?!"
"Was it the Decepticons?"
"They might be bombing us again!"
"Not again!"
"Those scrapheads don't know when to quit!"
"Call the Elite Guard!"
On the other hand, Yoketron went outside of his dojo, relieved that the cache of Protoforms was saved, and that dojo can be repaired. He transformed into a Cybertronian race car towards the crash site of the recently born Transformer. When he arrived, he transformed out of his alt-mode to see a 131 feet tall bot with blue optics and is in black and red color scheme. She had a V-shaped sigil at the center of her processor. His audio receptors also informed him that the Transformer is a femme after hearing her appearing lost and confused.
"Kamille! Where are you?! Where am I?!", she screamed, frantically looking around to see a very unfamiliar world before her optics.
Filing away the name of this Kamille in his processor, Yoketron gently approached the gigantic femme. "It's alright, young one. You're safe."
Turning to the source of the voice, she looked down and saw a samurai-looking machine. "Who are you?... Are you an enemy?"
"No, I am not. My name is Yoketron. I am your friend.", the Cyber-Ninja Corps leader reassured with a kindly face to not give the newly formed Transformer a bad impression.
The giant femme noticed her arms to be different and checked to see that her entire body is all metallic. "What is this?... What am I?..."
Yoketron explained, "I understand your confusion, young one. But you have been brought forth to this world somehow as a Transformer, a race of mechanical beings. There is nothing to be afraid of."
"I'm... a Gundam!", the femme widened her optics in shock of what she was before fainting and collapsed on her back, her massive body causing the ground to shake and crack.
The Cyber-Ninja master jumped out of the way to not get caught in the shockwave of the giant Transformer's fall. "Gundam? Is that her name?", he wondered aloud.
Hearing newcomers, Yoketron turned around to see the alt-modes of Ultra Magnus and his retinue of the Elite Guard and following them were the Autobot citizens of Iacon who had volunteered or were drafted to join the war effort to oppose the Decepticons. They were curious of the recent phenomenon happening on Cybertron and wanted to see it for themselves. They all transformed out of their vehicle forms and saw the unconscious femme in black and red armor laying down on the ground.
"Oh scrapbaskets! That bot is huge!"
"Yeah, the largest Cybertronian ever protoformed was Blackout of the Decepticon Heavy Brigade!"
"Not anymore it seems!"
"Bet those Decepticons are gonna be leaking oil if they see the new guy in the field!"
"They're scrap I can tell!"
"Do you think the bot gonna turn into a giant car?"
"Or maybe a giant truck."
"How about a giant jet? It'd be nice to have a flying Autobot on our side for once and give those Decepticons a taste of their own medicine."
"That's ridiculous! It's a common fact in the history of Cybertron that we Autobots can't fly!"
The cy-gar chomping Kup ordered them, "Alright, rookies! Break up the peanut gallery! Form up a perimeter and stand on guard!"
"Sir, yes sir!", the Elite Guard soldiers all obeyed and made sure the entire area won't be too overcrowded by the citizens of Iacon to allow the giant Transformer to be given wide space.
"Master Yoketron, report.", the Supreme Commander of the Autobots demanded as he approached with the Magnus Hammer in his right servo.
The Cyber-Ninja Corps leader explained to his superior officer, "Supreme Commander, one of the Protoforms was born underneath my dojo with strange energy, bringing her to life. I had to use my processor-over-matter to get her out before she collapses the entire chamber underneath."
Ultra Magnus's optics widened in shock, "How was it possible? The Allspark was lost in the far reaches of space after we sent it away to deny the Decepticons from claiming it for their evil purposes and you need to bring a Protoform to Vector Sigma to bring it to life with a spark."
"Agreed. There must be a logical explanation behind it. This requires further research to discover what exactly happened to bring the Protoform to life without the power of the Allspark or Vector Sigma.", Perceptor emotionlessly stated as he scanned the unconscious femme's massive Cybertronian form.
It disturbed Yoketron after knowing the head of Autobot Ministry of Science had deleted his emotions and personality to make room in his hard drive so he could be even smarter. That never sat well right with him but the dojo master kept his opinion to himself because Perceptor was one of Cybertron's finest minds and he took part of the ongoing secret Project Omega.
Yoketron stated, "We must move Gundam to the maintenance facilities of The Metroplex. She was disoriented and in need of adjusting after she recently went online."
"Gundam? Is that the new name of this femme?", Highbrow Prime questioned with a raised right eyebrow in fascination.
Because, it's standard procedure of new mechs and femmes having to undergo Autobot boot camp where the trainers like Kup would give them individual names based on their personality and actions that they observed there. Which their names would stick with them for the rest of their lives and it defined them of who they are.
And now the giant femme had apparently given herself a name herself.
"Yes, Highbrow Prime. She called herself Gundam before fainting.", Yoketron replied to the head of Cybertronian Intelligence.
Ultra Magnus nodded in agreement, "Very well, Master Yoketron. We will move her as soon as possible after we contact Alpha Trion to send in the cargo ship to carry her massive frame to The Metroplex. Hopefully, Gundam will eventually wake up so that we can ask questions from her later."
Meanwhile, Four Murasame, who had been reborn from human to a Cybertronian, remained motionless after finding out she is not on Kansas anymore.
Author's Note: Okay, Chapter 1 of "Gundam of Cybertron" is done and I hope you like it. Four Murasame accidentally kills Jamitov after Char in his Quattro alias tricked her to shoot him but dodged to hit the shuttle instead but then dies to Jerid, whose beam saber striking the Psycho Gundam's head cockpit vaporized her to oblivion. In retaliation, Kamille kills him immediately and grieved for Four before being taken away by the two One Year War veterans. On the other hand, Yoketron sensed a new life forming from one of the Protoforms and got to calm her down before Ultra Magnus showed up to assess the recent situation.
*With Jamitov Hymen dead and gone, Paptimus Scirocco will seize the opportunity to rally the Titans under his command earlier than canon. Nice Job, Breaking It, Hero moment by Quattro Bajeena.
*I find it absurd that Jerid managed to stab the Psycho Gundam's head cockpit where Four Murasame is but she wasn't vaporized. Instead, her body was left perfectly intact for Kamille to recover and mourn in the aftermath of Episode 36 of "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam" show. So here, Four end up vaporized like what happened to Yun Sanho, a Zeon pilot of the Southern Cross Corps, by Amuro's beam saber in "Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's Island" movie.
