A/N: I am doing an story, that is borrowed from another author here on fanfiction, whose name is keitaya, who wrote Eating?, a story about Ronald's eating habits, and it just struck me of doing one aswell, but with slighty different storyline and pairings. Bashings of Ronald, Severus, Molly and others that might come in as such. Set in 1st year of Hogwarts. Who Hermione ends up with, will not be Ronald or Draco, but someone else that you can help me choose to be. But not Harry either like keitaya did. Now onto the story shall we?

Part 1 - Complainment and Reactions

Hermione sat sighing again at the lunch hour, watching with greenish tint on her face, Ronald's horrible eating habits, and she felt she had enough, so she got up after drinking the last of her milk, as she always drank milk over those what they usually served in Magical World.

She then walked up towards the teacher's table, and said when Albus said

"Ms Granger, whats wrong?" Hermione sighed before she said

"Could I talk to you, Professor McGonagell and Madam Pomfrey in your office as soon lunch is over with, please? I have some things to talk to you about that can't be talked about here."

At that he nodded with a smile, and said

"Of course, and my password to my office is Cauldron Cakes, Ms Granger."

Hermione smiled, nodded and then left them alone by a soft 'I'm Sorry to have disturb you' look on her face, and they all nodded, as she turned and walked off towards Dumbledore's office, and as soon she was there, she said the password for now, and went inside, and sat down on a chair across from Dumbledore's chair. And she took a peak around, and saw Fawkes there, and it made her smile, and say in soft voice

"Hello Fawkes." He crowed and nodded his head back at her in greeting her, before he placed his head under his wing and went back to sleep. Hermione just smiled at him doing so, and looked away. Not too long after this, the door opened behind her, in came Madam Pomfrey, Professors Dumbledore and McGonagell, who all sat down around and before her now.

Albus soon after said

"So you had a need to talk to us, why us for?"

Hermione sighed, then said

"I want to complain of a student's horrid hygiene and table manners, as it turns out he has none of it."

"He, who is this student, Ms Granger?"

"It is Ronald Weasley, and not only that, he is very one rude and horrid boy to be around, as he is not kind anyone who doesnt talk about the same things as he wants to talk about, or try to bully someone into doing his homework for him, so he can go and goof off or just follow Harry Potter around like a love-sick to fame-hungry fool. I am tired of feeling ill during aswell after each meal and he sits near me, as Harry Potter wants to sit near me aswell, which makes Ronald sit near Harry like so, and I get so sick, that I have puked a few times, not only for he speaks before swallow his food, or it is his digusting odor, as it seems he doesn't know or really care about taking care of his own hygiene and body odors, Professors, Madam. If you don't, I might end up changing house, as I know it can be done too."

At that the three of them sat in shock, horror and absolutely stunned of what she said last, and Madam Pomfrey turned to Minerva, and said

"When do you have her year in your class?"

"Here, after lunch and break is over, Why?"

"Well, when it begins, give a note to Mr Ronald Weasley, aswell follow him to my Wing, I will do some charms, to check him over, as it seems to be the truth, as I have heard from others, that suffers the same as Ms Granger, including his own siblings that are here this year with him."

Minerva nodded, and Albus said

"Ms Granger, thank you for coming and telling us this personally, and as Minerva and Poppy just said, they will deal with Ronald, and you do not need to fear a thing, as I will also get his parents on this, and let them know everything that we just heard, but we will not tell who complained on him, as they have no business to know who did it. Now I believe it is time for your transfiguration lesson, so you and Minerva can go together. Poppy, please let me know as soon you know what is going on with young Ronald Weasley."

Poppy nodded and promised so, and left first, then Minerva and Hermione stood up, and the two left after Hermione thanked him for listening again on her, and he gave her twinkling smile, and the two left after that, Minerva gave her points for coming forward to her, Albus and Poppy about this, and Hermione gave her a brilliant smile.

When Hermione came into the classroom of hers, she went straight and took a seat, away from both Potter and Weasley boy, and Minerva walked over to where Ronald sat, and said

"Mr Weasley, you are required to go to Hospital Wing, as Madam Pomfrey has requested your presence there, for what I do not know. Now go on!"

And with that she pulled the said boy up despite his yells and such, and dragged him over to the door, and left a note in his hands, and he had no choice to go where he was told to, and Harry in the meantime tried to ask about it, but Minerva said nothing back to him and began the lesson.
