It was a typical day in Lumiose city. The sun shone bright as Clemont worked on his latest invention. Just then Bonnie walked into the room. She inspected the robot carefully and saw that it looked just like ash. "Huh, I didn't know Ash was gonna show up for a tune up today," said Bonnie. ""What, oh are you referring to my latest project?" asked Clemont. "So you finally managed to make your own Mewthree ey?" asked Bonnie "Yep got the same parts and everything, the infinity energy battery had a lot of trial and error but it was easy, the real hard part was programming the thing, luckily I found a museum that gave me a Mew fossil" said Clemont.
Meanwhile Ash was shopping around town with Jean Luc when he decided to pay his friends a visit. But shock immediately fell before the android Mew's face upon entering. "Clermont what the fuck is this thing? Is that supposed to be me?" he asked. "This, my fine mechanical psychic feline friend is Clembot 2.0." said Clemont. "I would do my usual "science is so amazing" but this is just plain creepy" said Ash. "Yeah I agree, Serena would slap you for this" said Bonnie. "Huh, what do you mean? Why would she slap me?" Asked Clemont. Asg,Bonnie, Jean Luc, and Dedene then laughed at Clemont's obliviousness towards Serena's feelings for Ash.
"Anyway Clembot 2.0.? That's the best name you could come up with" asked Bonnie. "Oh and I'd like to see you do better," said Clemont. "Alrighty then how about Smokey to preemptively make sure that he doesn't explode upon activation" said Bonnie. "I like that name too," said Ash. "Hmph, whatever" said Clemont. "So can it do everything I can do?" asked Ash. "It should, I made it exactly like how Professor Oak made you Ash," said Clemont. "This is exactly what I mean by saying this is creepy, I'm starting to wish that I never gave you a copy of my blueprints for you to repair me with" said Ash.
Soon Clemont activated the gym leader robot. "Mewthree systems starting up, (ping) start up complete Mewthree systems online" said the robot in a mechanical voice. "Why hello there, Im Clemont the Lumiose city gym leader, and you're the gym leader robot-" Clemont tried to introduce himself to his creation but was distracted by his sister's scowling glare. "Smokey," said Ash. The gym leader robot perked up at the name Smokey. It was clear that he likes it. Clermont then tried to get close to Smokey but Smokey backed off. "Aw he's shy, it's okay I'm like you, names Ash and this Pikachu is my partner Jean Luc" said Ash
Jean Luc greeted Smokey as ash patted Smokey's head. Smokey then let out an electronic purr. Ash then purred electronically as well. "So Clemont what do you say we go to the battlefield to test Smokey's battling skills" asked Ash. "Aw yes we should do that" said Clemont. The quartet then started making their way to battlefield to hold Smokey's first pokemon battle.
