You know, I had been a fan of Cherico and Leecifer and their various waifu catalogue stories, part of why I decided to go and check things out and actually looked at some builds online. Did not actually expect to be swept up in something, and thank FUCK I managed to make it through training and the final mission. As it is though, my career, such as it was? Would be based at least partially on the events of Nuts and Dolts, though I was not going to copy that, as I would admit to going more 3.5 instead of 5e for what I was planning on handing out and using.
After checking to see if certain aspects of homebrew worked, and if I would also be able to added potential pathfinder into the whole mess as well. Mostly, as I had some ideas, as I was going to be going Outsider heritage and making some deals. But I was also going to make sure to get the power and then the property and then go for the women. Which is is why the lack of some perks and talents, as I'd buy those later. Which, same could be said of getting a ride.
However, at least part of my 'plan,' such as it was. involved making use of Money Talent and abusing it to get some of what I was looking for. That, and depending on when exactly in the timeline I was, I could get away with some... interesting things. Not least because the basic bitch battle droids, which came in bulk? Depending on if they would allow it, could net me two credits per droid sale, or more likely I would need to capture a group of them, same with the super battle droids. And the standard mooks that may float about would only be worth something in the case of missions.
But still, there were some possibilities, but I did have to be cautious about the fact that a lot of capture targets? They were force users, jedi and sith alike. However, the galaxy was a big enough place, and a part of me? A part of me wanted to hit Mortis and then the Mother. The sane part of me beat the crap out of that part of me, stabbed it repeatedly, doused it in gasoline and throw it into a pit while hitting the still screaming corpse with a flamethrower on the way down.
Not exactly helped by the fact I was going to start ten points in debt to also have Tempest Jewelry. Was it more involved than the usual methods of capture? Yes. On the other hand, I had some plans for what to do later on. Also yes, it was in part because it would not be as easy to go on a stamping spree. I would have to plan, to wheel and deal and make some plays to actually get ahead. A limiter on myself sure, but one that was perhaps somewhat necessary.
Okay, was it somewhat ethical, after I arrived on Ryloth and confirming the date, to buy and place a choker around a two year old Aayla Secura? Not really, but at the same time it was not like I was going to have sex with her for at least fourteen years. Which did lead to a consideration, as I got word of Quinlan Vos and Tholme. It may be best to allow them to take her, to have her be raised and trained in the order... while I made sure to influence her from afar via the choker.
Was it a particularly sound plan? Not really, but at the same time it would allow me to have an 'agent' inside of the temple, and able to give some jewelry to others eventually. And due to the fact that she would have been raised by them, effectively making her a long term sleeper agent? She was a long term investment, even as I looked over the missions, and what I could be doing eventually. As it is, there were a number of samples and old superweapons and relics that were worth some points, But, based on the timeline...
There was an interesting possibility out in wild space, and he would be a fool not to take it.

The creature had fulfilled his promise, as several of his Izvoshra showcased more than natural powers after only a short time being trained. Harnessing the innate potential for growth, for change and improvement according to the alien, and one that could be grown in the fires of war. Naturally, he was suspicious of why this traveling mystic would do this, even as he pondered killing him, to make sure that his enemies would learn of this way to tap into the... living force and use it against him and his people.
The relics, chokers of a strange metal, had already been dispersed among the elite, the claims were proven and the mystic whispered the secret truths of force empowered evolution into the warlords ears. And yet, the man did not ask for a reward, did not ask for payment. A warning sign, and one that needed to be investigated. "You have given me and my people great gifts. And yet, you ask for nothing in return." His tone was cool, as he sought to balance the scales, to settle the debt between them. "I would know what you seek in return."
The alien, the human smiled. It was a cruel smile, an amused smile, as he spoke, his words thick with an unknown accent. "The smell of destiny is rich on you, and the Yam'rii?" He turns his head and spits, scorn clear on his face. "Rapists and slavers of worlds, I ask that you break them, that you shatter the chains. Serve the cause of freedom, and there is no debt," Still, he shook his head, as he made his way to the craft. "Though I am not a servant of your people's gods, consider how many are left without people, without followers, who might want to see them avenged. You can't destroy whole worlds and expect to make many friends in this life or the next after all!"
There was some wisdom there, as the mystic hops into his ship, as he flies off into the stars. Like the jedi, he had strange mystical powers. Unlike the jedi, he had arrived to give his people the tools needed to save themselves, to make themselves strong and to stand for their world, to keep it and their people safe.
And so, Grievous looked over his people, and prepared for war.
