A benefit of having a gym leader as a family member, and Sabrina in particular, was that while I was technically not a pokemon trainer, I was covered as a gym trainer. Technically having no pokemon of my own, as they were just the gym pokemon I was working with. Or you know, part of the breeding groups and projects that my sister ran. Despite the fact that yes, I had my own that stayed with me and who I trained and looked after. Along with being able to take part as a youngster in the gym challenges. Still, that was not important today.

No, instead as I cut the cake and lifted the slice, all with telekinesis to her mouth as we cuddled on the sofa, surrounded by large dolls, it was instead my sisters birthday. Which was largely different from a regular day mostly in that she booked the entire thing off and made sure it was a private affair with just the two of us. Where she would make sure I was small enough to be in her lap (honestly, I gave up fighting having that inflicted on me years back) and for the most part lazed around.

Which largely consisted of watching TV, playing house and doing... random things really. There was never a set plan, other than the fact that I would be spending it smol and adorable for her to pick up and keep on hand. While not being made into an actual doll, because yes, I loved my sister and she was more than strong enough to ignore my wishes, but she left me with the faintest scrap of an illusion of control there. Which did not exactly stop me from blushing as she stripped and changed outfits before she posed and walked up and down in front of me.

"I require your opinion of these outfits." She paused, her facial expression not changing, even as her left hand was on her hip, as she posed and towered over me. "Both Erika and Janine suggested a male's thoughts would be beneficial to determine the final selection of the outfits." A part of me wondered how many changes had to have occurred for her to actually have a (admittedly small) friend group. Particularly with a best friend in THE quiet social networker and a ninja in training. "You are the only male whose opinion in such topics matters to me."

My cheeks were burning, as she looked down at me, cocking her head... and then reaching out and patting me on mine. "Their advice is helpful in supplementing the books I have been reading on the subject." She paused for half a moment, as I looked up at her and her very suggestive outfit, including a whip on the hip. "Now. According to the literature, I am to say Ara Ara while making sure to approach you with confidence and firm strides. Boss music playing is optional." Her tone is cool and unfeeling, her expression flat as she gathered herself.

Which is when I spoke up. "Ah, Big Sis, are you..."

She laid a finger across my lips, red eyes locked onto mine. "You are mine." There was the faintest hint of feeling in those words, even as the room rattled a touch from the weight of them. "You will be leaving on your journey soon. But you are mine and will return to me." She was being forceful without actually pushing. "I have extensively studied the literature and such relationships are seen as acceptable once you are old enough. As such, I have planned several outings that would be classified as dates."

And then her lips quirked faintly. "We are having tea with Erkia tomorrow." And then there was a gleam in her eye. "After that, I am battling Janine with my favorite brother."

I looked at her and sighed. "I'm going to be your pokemon, aren't I?"

She nodded. Joy, fighting a ninja, the poisons suck balls. And then I rose into the air, into her arms, as we cuddled once more and the TV turned on... the channel changing to a romantic comedy as she sat down. With my head very close to her breasts, even as she was wearing what was effectively a dominatrix outfit. "But today, we cuddle."

Erika

She took a sip of her tea, the blend working to calm her nerves and settle her as she looked across the table at one of her friends and peers. Sabrina was an odd one in several respects. To be sure, the other woman assisted her with her tax returns and investments, showing a keen mind even outside of battle, and she was aware that she had a wide range of academic interests along with her Alakazam. And yet, she could also be somewhat childish, as she sat there with the doll in her lap.

It was a lifelike one, even as she likely used her psychic energies to have it pretend to drink and sample the snacks in a show of multi-tasking. Still, she had been looking forward to meeting young Matthew, but if he was just a doll... well, she would not be entirely surprised sadly. "I am curious Sabrina, you mentioned that you would be bringing young Matthew?"

The doll looked at her. "So." It was a male voice, if a young one, that came from the dolls lips. "My sister has been doing this to me for years." The... young man? Seemed to be little more than a younger version of Sabrina, matching dress and makeup included. "I've gotten used to it, and at least she had not turned me into an actual doll in years." Both he and Sabrina nodded in time with each other, as she felt a slight blush on her cheeks as she had cooed over him and stroked those cheeks like he was just a mundane doll. "Some say that my dignity crawled in a ditch to die. I say they lack a sister like Sabrina."

Sabrina squeezed, her arms over his chest as she smiled, the faintest trace of a blush on the other woman's cheeks, and as she looked into the elder siblings red eyes. "Sabrina. Just what..."

A part of her craved the answer with the hunger of gossip. Another part of her did not want to get involved. "He is my toy." She stared, silent at the admission. "And after he matures properly, he will be my boytoy."

Her tea cup was paused halfway to her lips, even as she spoke without being aware of the words. "This is like the plot of one of the girls books."

Much to her amused horror, Sabrina inclined her head. "They provided me with literature to help me understand my feelings and make plans for the future."

She wanted to speak up, to let her know that said books were erotic fantasy, not help books. A much larger part of her slapped down the responsible side with a Power Whip, as she was not going to clam jam her friend, as she smiled. "Well then, congratulations." Not least as while nobody actually did it, it was not actually illegal. "I wish you much success in your combined romantic life."

Matthew

Now, it may come as something of a surprise, but traveling between regions was tricky due to the swarms of high level pokemon. As such, the stable routes, which were being reestablished on the aftermath of the Great War were new and fragile. Which was also where the Sevii Islands came in. See, mainland Indigo was fairly stable, you could go between Kanto and Johto fairly easily once you had enough badges, and that was due to government regulation. But the Sevii Islands to the south were a touch more problematic.

You see, technically, at least on paper, they were a Kanto protectorate. But they were also situated on the best chances at opening routes to Hoenn and both aware of that and mildly resentful of the mainland. There had been a few expeditions that brought back some pokemon (and were now featured in several breeding programs and nature preserves, with the Safari Zones apparently trying to set up robust breeding populations of some that were found), but not actually 'open and integrated' yet. Now, why did this matter?

Because I would not be able to travel far enough afield to be out of Sabrina's teleportation reach to have my journey. The question was if I would try for a Kanto circuit and have to face her eventually... or if I would head over to Johto to not do a hometown match up for as long as possible. Granted... there were several pokemon I wanted to pick up in Kanto. There were options, as I checked Pastor's hooves, the Ponyta's head nudging me. Though... there were also some pokemon I promised to pick up in Johto for the research if nothing else.

Because, as I looked over to one of the other pokemon... well, it seemed that there was more than the official regional variants possible with the right research. So, even if I wanted to bring the fairy type to the spotlight... I might need to hold off for a bit.
