A/n: I know it is way too early to be shipping Cody and Lulu considering they just met but, that didn't stop me from shipping JoluI watched their scene and instantly fell in love. I don't watch GH faithfully anymore so forgive me if Cody sounds out of character. I just know I'm going to fall in love with these two.
Cody Bell was trying to deal with the news of Sasha Gilmore being his cousin, the woman he had wanted to start a life with. Cody couldn't believe Holly was Sasha's mother or that they were related. Cody had taken a drive to Beachers Corner to get some feed for his horses, while he was driving back home to Port Charles he spotted a young woman on the side of the road. Cody rolled down his window, stopping the car.
"Do you need a ride?" He asked, making eye contact with the woman.
"Yeah, I do. Thank you." She forced a smile, getting into the passenger seat. Cody noticed that she was holding her arm as if it hurt.
"Where are you going?" Cody asked, resuming their drive.
"Where are you headed?" She asked.
"I just stopped in Beachers Corner to get some feed for my horses, I'm headed home. I live in Port Charles." Cody answered her, she was very pretty. Cody could swear he'd seen her before somewhere.
"Port Charles? That's where I live, too. I uh, my boyfriend and I had a fight...he threw me out of his car." The woman cleared her throat, she seemed very guarded.
"Your boyfriend threw you out of his car? I hope that doesn't mean he's been rough with you." Cody became worried for her safety.
"No uh, it's not like that. I just...needed a ride away from it all. What's the um...what's the date?" She sighed, shifting her position.
"November 26th. Why? Is that your lucky day or something?" Cody joked with.
"No, no...it's nothing like that. My brother's birthday is the twenty seventh and I thought I'd missed it." She had a hint of a smile as she looked down at her lap.
"I hope this brother of yours would knock some sense into that boyfriend." Cody looked at her.
"Oh, he would but...I don't need him to. I can take care of myself. I'm tougher than I look." She smirked, tucking a piece of blonde hair behind her ear.
"I'm Cody, by the way." Cody introduced himself in case she wanted to introduce herself.
"You've probably heard of me, my name is Lulu Spencer." Lulu decided to bite the bullet, Cody seemed nice enough.
"Oh my gosh, I didn't even know you'd woken up. You've been in a coma for what, four years? What are you doing out here? You should be at home resting." Cody gasped in shock, no wonder she looked out of it.
"It's a long story."
