"Confused? I'm not confused!" Lulu Spencer rolled her eyes, ever since Cody had picked her up the night she got into his car the two had been hanging out.
"Lulu, the night we met you told me that you were running away from your boyfriend. That he threw you out of his car! Look, you were in a coma for four years. I think that right now being at GH is the best thing for you. I know you want to be the badass that I know you are but, think about Rocco and Charlotte. At some point you need to let someone take care of you." Cody placed either hand on her shoulders, hoping that she would listen to him.
"I know what I told you, I was taking care of myself the best way I knew how! I was on the run from someone who wanted to harm me and take me away from my family! I didn't want to lay all of that on a perfect stranger. Can you really blame me for that? I know, I know, I've heard the speech before. I just want to get back to living my life." Lulu couldn't help but sigh, she just wanted to be at home with her kids. Wherever that might be.
"I admire you for that Lulu, I really do. You could have told me the truth but, I think you were feeling confused. Who could blame you? You are doing way better than I would be if I were in your situation. I know you do and you will but, you have to let the doctor's help you. Can you do that for me?" Cody sighed, hoping he was getting through to Lulu.
"Oh alright, I guess you do have a point." Lulu reluctantly agreed, she had to think of her children.
"Of course I do, I have been around for a while." Cody smirked, glad that she had agreed.
"Don't get cocky, I'm doing this for my kids." Lulu playfully rolled her eyes.
"Is someone flirting with me?" Cody smirked, crossing his arms.
"Oh please, don't flatter yourself." A smile slipped onto Lulu's lips, she had to fight herself not to blush.
"I'll come by and see you tomorrow, I promise." Cody chuckled as Lucas Jones came over to get Lulu.
"I won't hold you to that." Lulu rolled her eyes ever so playfully.
