Author notes: So here we are. This is the finale Chapter for this arc. So let's see how it goes. Like always I don't own Chuck.
Miami, Hotel Malibu, Room 432.
Chuck and Sarah just arrived at the hotel. They met with Shaw and Casey. Chuck and Sarah had some trust issues with Shaw after Chuck's latest flash. But they first needed to talk to Beckman. They entered the room of the Ring agents and found Bryce Larkin. He was still under the effect of the drugs The Ring gave him.
Sarah was shocked. Chuck was silent.
"Guess everyone is as surprised as me." said Casey
"They said... They said he died after being shot." said Sarah
"The Ring must have fake his death. The theory here is that they think he uploaded the Intersect and saved him." said Shaw
"That means they must've known about me" said Chuck
"Maybe they don't think you are useful to them, Bartowski" said Casey
"Or maybe this is about something else." said Sarah looking at Chuck.
"What do you mean?" asked Shaw
"I flashed on something, but we can't tell you Shaw." said Chuck
"I am the Special Agent in charge of this team, I demand to know what did you flashed on." said Shaw
Chuck looked at Shaw and said " I first need to talk to Beckman"
"Chuck is right,Daniel. The flash he got may indicate that you are a risk for security and you may be compromised" said Sarah
"What?" aked Shaw. He was angry.
"Shaw the thing that Chuck flashed on may be the reason for The Ring thinking they can turn you" said Casey
"The Ring thought they can turn you too Casey" said Shaw
"Guys we have bigger problems right now." said Chuck
Shaw and Casey looked at Chuck.
"The Ring tried to breach Castle and steal our info about them." explained Sarah. "The location of base isn't compromised because they didn't get the chance to talk to their superiors. Me and Chuck captured the Ring agents" she continued
"Then what's the problem?" asked Casey
"Morgan knows about Castle and me and Sarah being spies" said Chuck
Casey was shocked.
"It wasn't Chuck's fault. It just happened." added Sarah
"We need to send the troll to a bunker." said Casey
"NO" shouted Chuck. "He is my best friend, and I know I can trust him. He promised to keep our secret." Chuck continued.
"He is a risk to National Security" said Shaw
"Devon knows and he isn't in a bunker." said Chuck.
"Devon is Awesome, The troll is... you know." said Casey
"I have 22 reasons to trust Morgan. That's the number of years he was my best friend and I can say one thing he is loyal." Chuck said
Sarah looked at Chuck and then said " I trust Chuck. If he says Morgan won't be a problem then I don't see a problem."
"Ok" said Shaw
"And one more thing Shaw. What happened between us was a mistake." said Sarah
Chuck couldn't help but smile.
Shaw was getting annoyed, he knew that Chuck and Sarah would become a couple, if they didn't already.
TWO HOURS LATER...
Castle
Bryce was kept in a isolated room. He was awake, but he didn't knew where he was.
"Larkin never had the full tour of the base so he may not know where he is." said Casey
The General was on the screen being informed about the mission. Shaw wasn't in the base as he went to Washington, DC.
"I understand" said General Beckaman on the monitor. The general continued "I understand from agent Shaw that you two have something to say to me." looking towards Sarah and Chuck.
"Three things actually, General." said Sarah. "First me and Chuck are officialy a couple."
"Officially if this won't cause problems in missions I won't have any problems. Unoficially, It was about time. I am happy for you." said the general smiling
"Now the bad news. First thing Morgan now knows about me and Sarah, he doesn't know about Casey." said Chuck
"If he doesn't compromise your covers it won't be a problem." said the General.
"The second bad news is that I had a flash on Shaw's wife. She was killed by the CIA. Graham placed a termination order on her... and Sarah was the agent that killed her." said Chuck.
"In our mission at the hotel, the two agents captured talked about the Ring plans to turn me and Shaw. The idiots even tried to give one of their phone." said Casey
"You think they know about Shaw's wife and plan to use this information to turn him?" asked the General
"If it isn't turned already. The Ring tried to kill him two times. And everytime he knew about their plans. This is too much luck. Even for us. And I don't belive in luck." grunted Casey
"I will investigate this matter and I will talk to my CIA counterpart, but until further notice Shaw is oficially off your team." said th General.
"What about Bryce?" asked Chuck.
"Do you know if he has an Intersect?" asked the General.
"No. It is a possibility of course. But we don't know that for sure. Still I don't think that The Ring wanted Bryce for The Intersect" said Sarah
"We need to investigate further why The Ring faked Agent Larkin's death. Test him to see if he has the Intersect." said Beckman
"Of course Ma'am" said Casey.
"Colonel please, don't shoot Agent Larkin. After all he is going to be your new teammate." said Beckman
"Ma'am?" asked Chuck,Sarah and Casey shocked
"Yes, Agent Larkin will be the newest member of Team Intersect." said Beckman. "And I talked with DEA Director Levy, and he wants to have someone from his agency on your team." continued the General
"General that someone wouldn't happen to be Miller by any chance?" asked Casey
"Yes Colonel, besides agent Larkin, agent Carina Miller will also be a member of your team. Beckman out." said the General as the call ended.
"Oh, boy! Bryce and Carina on our team. We're in trouble." said Chuck
"Bartowski for the first time I agree with you." said Casey
"Guys maybe won't be that bad. Who I am kidding?" said Sarah
"You two leave, I'm going to clean up here." said Casey
"Thanks Case" said Chuck as him and Sarah exited Castle.
Casey cleaned up the mess left behind by the Ring's attempt to take over Castle. Then he went to Larkin's room and opened the door.
"Hello,Larkin" said Casey
"Casey? Where am I?What happened?" asked Bryce confused to see the NSA agent.
"You're in Castle. You are going to be debriefed tomorrow. This is your cover and keys to your hotel room. Meeting tomorrow, here at 10." said Casey as he passed an envelope to Bryce.
Bryce left Castle confused.
Casey was ready to leave Castle when he got a call from an unknown number. He answered.
"Hello John." said the voice on the other end of the phone
"Keller! What the hell? What do you want?" asked Casey
"Now this is not about I want. It's about what my organisation wants." said Keller
"You're with the Ring. What makes you think I will help you?" said Casey
"Now we don't want Alex Coburn's fiance to be harmed in any way don't we?" asked Keller
Casey sighed. "What do you want me to do?" asked Casey
"I'm going to send you details of where we are going to meet." said Keller
The call ended. Casey's past has caught up with him. And now he will need to choose. He is going to betray his country? His team? He is going to join The Ring? Or he is going to let his former fiance die? One thing was sure. Nothing will be the same after this.
Ring Base, Location Unknown
Keller and Decker were standing and talking.
"I talked with the Colonel." said Keller
"And?" asked Decker
"He's in. I can be very persuasive." said Keller smiling.
"Good. Soon The Ring will win. And nobody can stop us, not Walker, Carmichael and even Larkin." said Decker
"So I take it you we will recruit Shaw to our cause soon?" asked Keller
"Very soon. The Director will do that himself." said Decker
"And Orion?" asked Keller
"We have plan in motion." said Decker.
Echo Park, Ellie and Devon's apartment
"Honey I was thinking..." said Devon
"Yes?" asked Ellie
"What do you think about joining Doctors Without Borders?" asked Devon
"Devon, honey, two days ago you refused going to Paris." said Ellie
"I know, but I really thought about it and I really want to go in Africa and help. It will be an adventure. Just think about it ?" said Devon
"Ok" answered Ellie
Devon was determined to take Ellie far away from LA to keep her safe. To keep her far away from Chuck's spy world.
Maison 23, Sarah's room
"Thanks for bringing me home, Chuck" said Sarah
"No problem. See you tomorrow?" said Chuck
"Or? You could stay" said Sarah looking seductively at Chuck
Chuck freezed as Sarah got close to him and kissed him. Chuck tries to break the kiss.
"Sa...Sarah." said Chuck pushing Sarah.
"Yes Chuck?" asked Sarah with a passionate tone.
"You are sure? I mean..." said Chuck trying to find his words.
"My sweet nerd, I never been as sure as I am right now." said Sarah as grabbed Chuck's hand and pulled him near her bed. She pushed him and kissed him. Chuck kissed her back.
Washington, DC, Military Airport
Shaw's plane just landed. Shaw was met by a CIA agent.
"Special Agent Shaw, my name is Clyde Decker, I was sent to help you reach your hotel" said Decker.
"Thanks, but that won't be necesary. I don't plan to stay for long." said Shaw
"The CIA Director wants to talk to you. He set a meeting tomorrow and he said he doesn't want a no as a answer." said Decker
"Very well, but I have an apartment. I can handle myself." said Shaw.
Shaw departed the from the Airport in a car that he got from CIA. Decker was mad. Decker reached his Ring phone and called the Director.
"Shaw is too cautious, he didn't want me to come with him. He has a meeting tomorrow and he stays in his apartment. I don't have his location." said Decker on the phone.
"That's not a problem. Shaw can wait." said the Ring Director.
"Keller turned Casey. What's our status with Orion?" said Decker
"I'm sending Justin to make contact with Eleanor Bartowski. Soon Orion's location will be ours." said the Ring Director.
"Good. I'm going to contact th Elders. Tell them our status." said Decker
The call ended. Decker smiled. Everything is going according to the plan.
Maison 23
Bryce Larkin entered the lobby of the hotel. He went to the elevator. He wanted to visit Sarah's room, but he didn't knew even if Sarah was still in LA so he decided to go to his room. He used the key and opened his new room. He will have a new mission tomorrow. He will learn what's going on. Why he awoke in Castle? What happened in the Intersect Room. How he was still alive? He will get his answers soon...
He crashed on his new bed and fell asleep.
One of Orion's safe houses
Stephen Bartowski worked on his computer. He wanted to check on his kids. He was surprised to learn that Chuck was training to become a spy. And more worrying he had uploaded the new Intersect. He will need to talk to Chuck. Stephen knew that the new Intersect had some side effects. Chuck will need a Governor.
Maybe he could visit his kids soon. He missed them. But he needed to be careful.
Author notes: Ok so Shaw's off the team. I hope everyone is happy cause I am. Chuck will still have his Red Test but things are going to be different.
Carina and Bryce will join Team Intersect. Next arc we will see Bryce using his Intersect. A fight between Chuck and Bryce is inevitable. Carina will play a major role in The Laudonol arc.
Orion is coming back.
And Ellie will be caught up in the spy world soon.
Casey's story will be interesting. I going to make some major changes though.
As you guys noticed by now, this story is nothing like cannon. Decker will be someone who will cause problems to Team Intersect.
This is the end of the first arc of my story. For the next arc you may need to wait a while.
Anyway I used this chapter to set up the next arc.
