"What are those?" Anna asked. "Don't you have to drive home?"

Kristoff laughed. "As long as I keep them away from my eyes, I should be just fine driving home… You've never played with sparklers before?"

"Sparklers?" Anna asked.

"Here, watch…" Kristoff lit up the first sparkler. There was a sizzle followed by a bright white light at the top.

Anna stood transfixed.

"Don't you want to hold it?" he asked her.

"Is it safe?"

"Don't get it too close to your eyes. We played with them all the time as kids."

Anna took it hesitantly, and Kristoff lit another.
