You sigh and stretch your arms. "Honestly, Rouge, I don't see what you're upset about. Knuckles is always going to be what he is, and I don't think he's going to change anytime soon. Let Shade worry about him. You can probably do better."
"Hrm…" Rouge mutters to herself, "Hate to say it, but you're probably right. It's a shame all the good guys are the ones not available."
"Hey, there are plenty of fish in the sea," you smile, "For instance, have you thought about Shadow?"
Rouge lets a chuckle slip out. "Shadow?" she laughs, "Yeah right. Shadow only loves himself." She smiles more, however. "But… I do know how to get him to open up." She gives a small shrug. "Who knows? Anything's possible."
"Just keep your pretty head held high, Batgirl."
Rouge gives your cheek a small caress as she gets up and walks past you. "Thanks for the chat, Blue. You're really sweet, y'know that?"
You give a playful smirk. "I know."
