Because she wanted to live a normal life… She moves to LA and gets adopted by the Rivera family (Brent, Lexi, Brice, and Blake are all older than her). They love her as if she were family, and she loves them a LOT too. Bella started her own YouTube channel and is very popular. She is also a TikTok-er (TikTok doesn't/won't get banned in this fic). Jeremy and Bella are of the same age. The Stokes twins are still in the grp. Lexi is still dating Ben. Jeremy and Dom like Bella, they have a crush on her.

This is taking place in the year 2024, but Bella, Lexi, and Jeremy are 20; Andrew is 21; Brent, Liv, Pierson, Alex, and Alan are 23; Ben and Dom are 19. The Twilight characters are of the same age as they were during new moon just a year older. This takes place between/after the new moon and the eclipse, but there is no fight or Renesmee cause Edward doesn't come back because Bella doesn't jump (she moves away). And she is not hung up on Edward, she has moved on. There are phones and everything just like 2024 even the technology is the same as 2024.
