A rush of color and wind enveloped Lana and Lola as they tumbled through the shimmering void. When they landed, the world around them sparkled with an ethereal glow. They stood on a small platform, surrounded by a vast expanse of shifting rainbows and twinkling stars. Tracks of glowing rainbow rails stretched into the sky, interwoven like a celestial spiderweb. Floating above the rails were several magic carpets, their edges shimmering as if made of stardust.

"This is... incredible," Lola murmured, her eyes wide as she gazed at the magical spectacle.

"Yeah, but it's not going to be easy," Lana said, scanning the scene. "Looks like these carpets are the only way to get around here."

Lola nodded. "We'd better split up again. Cover more ground."

"Good idea," Lana agreed. "I'll take the first carpet and see where it leads."

"I'll grab the second one," Lola said, already stepping toward a nearby floating platform.

The sisters exchanged a nod, then darted toward their chosen paths.

Lana leaped onto the first magic carpet, which shimmered to life under her weight. It glided forward smoothly, following a glowing rail that stretched out into the sky. The view was breathtaking, but Lana kept her focus on the path ahead.

The carpet carried her toward a cluster of four spinning platforms, each rotating at a different speed. She crouched slightly, preparing to jump as the carpet approached the first platform.

"Steady…" she muttered, timing her leap perfectly. She landed on the spinning platform, maintaining her balance as it rotated beneath her. From there, she hopped back onto the carpet just as it began to descend, threatening to vanish.

The carpet veered to the right, heading toward another obstacle: a series of swinging pendulums hanging from rainbow beams. Each pendulum swayed in a wide arc, their golden ends glinting in the starlight.

Lana took a deep breath and crouched low on the carpet, gripping its edges to steady herself. As the first pendulum swung dangerously close, she ducked, narrowly avoiding its sweep. The second one required her to leap, her body arching over it before landing gracefully back on the carpet.

"Close one," she muttered, her heart pounding.

Ahead, another carpet awaited at the end of the current rail. Lana leaped onto it just as her previous ride faded into nothingness. The new carpet began moving, carrying her toward a long series of rotating hexagonal platforms.

Lana navigated the spinning platforms with precision, leaping from one to the next until she landed back on her carpet. She remained steady as it glided forward, finally reaching the Rainbow Cruiser. The massive ship sparkled with the same rainbow hues as the rails, its sails glowing with celestial light.

The carpet slowed to a stop at the bow of the ship. In the distance, Lana spotted the Power Star gleaming like a beacon.

"There you are," Lana said with a grin, stepping off the carpet and onto the deck. The Power Star glimmered at the bow of the Rainbow Cruiser, its golden light pulsing rhythmically. The ship's deck creaked faintly as Lana approached, her boots clicking against the polished wood.

As she reached for the star, the familiar warmth of its light enveloped her, sending a wave of satisfaction through her body. She held it aloft triumphantly.

Lola leaped onto the second magic carpet, feeling it lurch gently under her weight before gliding forward along a glowing rainbow rail. The wind rushed past her as the carpet ascended toward a cluster of four spinning platforms, each one rotating in a smooth yet unpredictable rhythm.

"Piece of cake," Lola muttered as she prepared for the challenge ahead.

As the carpet neared the first spinning platform, she crouched low and jumped, landing lightly on its edge. She sprinted across the surface as it turned, leaping onto the next platform just before the previous one spun her out of position. This sequence repeated twice more until she landed back on the carpet waiting on the far side.

The carpet carried her upward and forward, but her ride wasn't over. Ahead, she saw a moving lift suspended from a delicate rainbow track, its mechanical hum faint beneath the magical ambiance.

"Guess that's my stop," Lola said, leaping from the carpet to the lift just as it glided into place.

The lift began to ascend, carrying her toward a massive maze suspended high above the sparkling void. The maze was constructed of interconnected platforms and walls, some of them so high they seemed impossible to reach. Scattered throughout were the Red Coins, their metallic gleam contrasting sharply with the glowing maze.

"Alright, time to get to work," Lola said, cracking her knuckles.

She darted forward, quickly spotting the first coin tucked in a corner near a low wall. With a nimble somersault, she flipped over the wall and grabbed the coin. She continued along the narrow path, spotting a second coin high above her.

A wall jutted up between her and the coin. Lola smirked. "Easy."

She launched herself into a wall-kick, rebounding off the vertical surface and vaulting into the air. Her hands brushed the coin as she somersaulted midair, landing gracefully on a narrow ledge.

The maze's design grew trickier as she moved deeper. Flames burst from hidden flamethrowers in the corners, their sudden heat forcing Lola to stop and plan her route. She timed her movements carefully, dashing past one flame and leaping over another to reach the third coin.

The fourth and fifth coins were perched on opposite sides of a wide gap, with no bridge to connect them. Lola stepped back, her eyes narrowing as she calculated the distance.

"Long Jump it is," she said confidently.

She ran to the edge of the platform and leaped, her body stretching in a graceful arc. She landed on the far side, snatching the fourth coin mid-jump. Without pausing, she turned and repeated the jump in reverse to grab the fifth.

The sixth coin was at the top of a towering platform with no clear path to it. Lola studied her surroundings, spotting a narrow gap between two walls. She grinned.

"Time for another wall-kick."

She jumped between the walls, using alternating kicks to climb higher and higher until she reached the top. The sixth coin was hers.

The seventh coin required a careful balance across a thin beam, with flamethrowers shooting bursts of fire on either side. Lola crouched low, keeping her center of gravity steady as she tiptoed across. She reached the coin and swiped it just as the flames flared behind her.

Finally, the eighth coin rested on a platform that seemed too far even for a Long Jump. Lola scanned the area, spotting a small ledge just below the coin's platform.

"Guess it's a two-part jump," she said.

She leaped onto the lower ledge, barely clinging to its edge before pulling herself up. From there, she launched herself into the air, grabbing the final coin as the familiar chime of success rang out.

The Power Star materialized at the Star Marker at the bottom of the maze, its golden glow bright against the maze's shadows.

"Gotcha!" Lola exclaimed, sliding down a ramp to reach it. She grabbed the Power Star, feeling its warm light envelop her.

Meanwhile after taking her magic carpet, Lana was sailing smoothly through the glowing rainbow rail, carrying her higher into the course. Ahead, she saw a series of platforms hanging precariously in midair, directly in the path of her carpet.

"Guess I'm getting some exercise today," she muttered, readying herself.

As the first platform approached, Lana leaped nimbly off the carpet and onto the platform, sprinting across its surface before the carpet disappeared from under her. With perfect timing, she jumped back onto the carpet as it reappeared on the far side.

This sequence repeated several times, each set of platforms testing her agility and timing. After clearing the final obstacle, the carpet carried her toward a large, white structure floating in the sky—the Cloud House.

The carpet glided inside, the gentle hum of its motion replaced by the hiss of flames. A flamethrower in the center of the room spewed bursts of fire across the path. Lana crouched low on the carpet, her eyes fixed on the timing of the flames.

"Here goes nothing," she muttered.

She ducked under the fire, her timing precise as the carpet carried her through the first room. The carpet exited the house, climbing upward before circling back for a second pass. This time, the flamethrower's timing was slightly different, forcing Lana to crouch even lower to avoid the searing heat.

Finally, the carpet carried her out of the Cloud House and up to its roof. There, glowing brightly against the soft white surface, was a Power Star.

"Almost too easy," Lana said with a smirk as she grabbed the star. Its warm light filled her, a familiar sense of accomplishment washing over her.

Meanwhile Lola spotted a pole to her left and slid down it, her hands steady as the air rushed past her. Landing gracefully, she immediately saw her next challenge: a seesaw platform leading to another elevated section.

She stepped onto the seesaw, its balance shifting as she moved forward. Timing her jumps carefully, she launched herself from the end of the seesaw onto the next platform. Ahead, a large swing dangled over a wide gap.

"Time to fly," she said, grabbing the swing.

She pumped her legs, building momentum before leaping off the swing at its highest point. She soared across the gap, landing on a narrow ledge.

Her next obstacle was a series of Falling Blocks, each one teetering as she stepped onto it. Between the blocks was another seesaw, which she used to cross a particularly wide gap. As she landed on the far side, a flamethrower shot out a burst of fire, forcing her to duck and roll to safety.

"Getting a little too warm for my liking," she joked, brushing ash off her gloves.

Past the flamethrower was a moving platform that carried her to a steep ramp. She sprinted up the ramp, hopping up a series of steps carved into its surface. At the top, another swing awaited her, along with another flamethrower stationed just beyond it.

Timing her movements perfectly, Lola swung across the gap, dodging the flamethrower's bursts. On the far side, glowing brightly against the shimmering background, was another Power Star.

"Gotcha!" Lola exclaimed, leaping toward it. She grabbed the star, its light swirling around her as she stood triumphantly.

Meanwhile, Lana had made her way back to the Rainbow Cruiser, now standing on the ship's stern. Before her was a cannon, its opening aimed toward a rainbow ring floating high above the course.

"Alright, precision time," Lana said, climbing into the cannon.

She peered through the scope, carefully aligning her shot. The rainbow ring shimmered, its center perfectly framing a distant floating platform with a pole sticking out.

"Got it," she whispered, steadying her aim.

She fired, rocketing through the air in a graceful arc. She soared through the rainbow ring, feeling its magic shimmer around her, and reached out to grab the pole. Her fingers clasped it tightly as she swung to a stop.

On the platform below, a Chuckya patrolled lazily, its movements unpredictable. Lana slid down the pole, landing lightly behind it. She crept toward a yellow block on the far side of the platform, avoiding the Chuckya's line of sight.

With a quick punch, she hit the block, revealing a glowing Power Star.

"Another one for the collection," Lana said, grabbing the star as its golden light surrounded her.

Meanwhile, Lola's magic carpet glided smoothly toward the Cloud House, the soft hum of the rainbow rails filling her ears. As the building loomed closer, she readied herself.

"Alright, let's make this quick," she said, leaping off the carpet as it approached the entrance.

Inside, she quickly spotted the stairs spiraling upward and sprinted up them, her feet tapping against the cloud-like surface. Emerging onto a narrow bridge, she saw the Star Switch glowing faintly at the far end. She stepped onto the bridge, the soft clouds beneath her feet feeling steady yet oddly fragile.

Reaching the switch, Lola pressed it with a decisive stomp. A faint ticking sound began echoing around her, signaling the start of the timer.

"Time to hustle," she said, racing back into the Cloud House.

Inside, a red block shimmered invitingly. She punched it open, releasing a Power Flower. The flower's magic enveloped her instantly, and she felt herself become as light as air. She floated upward, the ticking growing louder in her ears.

"Almost there," she said, guiding herself to the roof with careful movements.

On the roof, a glowing Star Sphere awaited. With a quick spin, she broke it open, revealing the Power Star within. Grabbing it, she felt its radiant energy course through her.

Meanwhile, Lana stepped onto a seesaw platform, its balance shifting as she moved. Timing her jump carefully, she leaped to the next platform, a swinging one that swayed precariously over a vast gap.

"Focus," she muttered, her gaze steady as she swung across the gap and landed on solid ground.

Ahead was a series of Falling Blocks with another seesaw positioned between them. Lana dashed across the unstable blocks, her movements quick and precise, and jumped off the seesaw just as it began to tilt dangerously.

A flamethrower shot out a burst of fire, forcing Lana to roll out of its path. She landed on a moving platform that carried her across a gap filled with more Falling Blocks. Beyond them, a slight ramp led to a final series of Falling Blocks.

After navigating the blocks, she reached a large platform with a Purple Switch at its center. Around it stood pyramid-shaped platforms, their sharp points aimed toward the sky.

Lana pressed the switch, and with a deep hum, the pyramids flipped upside-down, forming flat surfaces. A ticking noise began, urging her to act quickly.

She sprinted up the first pyramid, leaping to the next with perfect timing. As the timer ticked down, she reached the highest platform and grabbed the glowing Power Star just as the pyramids flipped back to their original positions.

"Got it!" Lana cheered, holding the star aloft. Its golden light sparkled brightly, casting warm reflections on the clouds around her. She turned to see Lola gliding toward her on her magic carpet, another Power Star shining in her hand.

"You're not the only one, sis," Lola called out, hopping gracefully onto the platform next to Lana. She held up her star triumphantly.

Lana laughed. "I'd say we're getting pretty good at this."

The stars pulsed in unison, and a swirling portal of golden light appeared before them.

"Ready to head back?" Lana asked, her grin widening.

Lola nodded. "Let's wrap this up."

The familiar cool stone of the castle welcomed them as the twins materialized on the third floor. Angus, who had been pacing anxiously nearby, perked up when he saw them appear.

"You're back!" Angus exclaimed, flapping his small wings in excitement. "And judging by those stars, you've got something to tell me."

Lola and Lana exchanged a glance, their smiles brimming with pride.

"We've got 118 Power Stars now," Lola announced.

"Which means it's time," Lana added, her voice firm with determination.

Angus gasped. "The final world?"

"The final world," Lola confirmed, her tone resolute.

Angus clapped his wings together. "You've come so far, and now you're ready to face it. I'm so proud of you both!"

"Thanks, Angus," Lana said. "But we're not done yet. The hardest challenge is still ahead."

"We know," Lola agreed. "And we're ready for it."

Angus nodded, his expression a mix of pride and concern. "Then it's time to unlock the Big Star Door. Be careful, you two."

The twins turned toward the Big Star Door, which stood tall and imposing at the end of the third-floor hallway. The golden frame of the door shimmered, and the large star in the center glowed brightly, as if beckoning them forward.
