As the game proceeds through the final stage, more beings get involved to either bring in the apocalypse or stop it. Christmas and New Year's Eve will be the turning points. No matter what happens, the tadpoles and Ikebukuro will always be caught between.

(Shizaya) Incubus-those lusting creatures lived in Ikebukuro-as well as their children. It was something that Shizuo knew and yet- it was so surprising- Confused he looked at the hand he thought he had grabbed, sudden laughter reaching his ears. "Ahaha... I'm done for! Well done Shizu-chan- You will never see me again in your fucking precious Ikebukuro." UPDATES SATURDAYS

"You will marry the king, disguised as a woman, drink the poison handed to you the wedding night and die, understood?" A soft nod was given as Izaya's father circled his son wearing the dress specifically adjusted for tomorrow's departure. Disgust displayed on the duke's face as his glance hit Izaya's hips. The feeling was mutual. "At least you look the part." UPDATES SATURDAYS

He had died. "Lord Montesquieu-!" Rain fell upon a body too slack to write off as unconscious. Bolts of lightning racing against each other across the grim horizon. Izaya felt as though he had just dropped into the the epic final fighting scene of the hero against the villain. Except there was no hero. There was no villain. There was just him, and he was dead. Shizaya AU- (Barsetting) "Want a cocktail?" Shizuo asked with an unintended hint of annoyance in his voice. He hadn't quite intended to sound rude, but hadn't especially tried to show a smiling face either. His red-eyed guest seemed to notice as he rose a brow in mild rejection. Halloween Special! AU Story of Vampire Izaya and Priest/Vampire Hunter Shizuo! In which Shizuo accidentally makes a blood contract, binding the vampire to him as his servant. But Izaya refuses to be tamed that easily.

One of Shizuo's and Izaya's chases finally has a decisive loser. Izaya has received the short end of the stick, Shizuo struggles to come to terms with the fact that finally winning might mean becoming a murderer. Will their deadly games of cat and mouse finally come to an end.

Things begin to change for Shizuo once he sees Izaya in a different light. He realizes there were things that were missed all along.

(Shizaya ZombieAU) Softly he felt himself bump into Shizuo's back. Instantly he tried to straighten himself- but the blond didn't even seem to mind as his eyes darted around. They were surrounded- "What's your plan?" Something akin to a sour smile spread over the raven's lips. The words implied something different than all the other thousand times for once. Shizuo and Izaya find themselves wandering an abandoned shopping mall, where Izaya has apparently decided to challenge Shizuo to a rematch regarding their last fight. But Izaya just seems to want to play a little game of hide and seek instead of fighting, because unbeknownst to Shizuo, Izaya is not a willing participant.

Izaya wants to change the past

Izaya loses his memory. Shiki takes him under his wing and soon becomes indispensable to amnesic Izaya. Yet the one person that stirs Izaya's memory just so happens to be Shizuo.

Some time has passed after Shizuo almost killed Izaya. Now he wants to end it once and for all.

It's winter, and Izaya is all alone with a fever in a poorly-supplied apartment. And of course nobody is accepting his phone calls. He has to buy some medicine and something to eat. But it really is snowing outside... (may be a two shot with alternative pairings later)

Those three words were the things that brought them together, what made their lives, what inspired them to go forward, what caused them both trouble and happiness. Those three words were what made this city what it was. And maybe, just maybe, those three words would one day make them a little bit closer. [IzayaxOC]

While on a walk of boredom Izaya finds a girl who was raped.

(Shizaya/SNK AU) Titan-! Steel wires shot out of the vertical maneuver equipment as Izaya flew over to the source of destruction. The dust lifted but-there was none? He let his sight travel over the scene-Only to be left to blink. Blink, in surprise. But also amazement and maybe a bit of disbelief. In the middle of the training ground, there was just one guy- Completed :3
