Pooh picked up his card and began to read it, but he was confused by the writer's name. "Um, who is Bonnie198799?"
Tigger laughed. "That's a ridick-orous name for a person! Hoo hoo hoo!"
Owl calmly explained. "From what I understand from Christopher Robin, the reason why people have funny names like these on the Internet is because they want to protect themselves from any form of threat on the World Wide Web."
Piglet started to feel tense. "What threats?" he shivered.
"Like hackers or robbers or any other bad person," explained Owl.
"Oh, I see. I think," Pooh said and then he sees his card has three questions. "This card has three questions for me. Hmm. Number 1: 'Can I have a hug?' Oh my. Of course." He hugged his card, much to everyone's joy and affection.
"That's nice, Pooh, but what's number 2?" asked Rabbit.
Pooh stopped hugging his card and continued reading it. "Number 2 says, 'What flavour of honey is the best for you?' Honey has other flavors?"
"I didn't know that!" said Roo.
"I wonder what kinds of honey are out there," pondered Rabbit. "Maybe something like the bees make."
"Well," Pooh chuckled. "I like the type of honey the bees make. It makes my tumbly very happy." He patted his tummy and read the next question. "Number 3: 'How's life?' Oh, it's quite wonderful. Christopher Robin has been telling me about these things called taxes. Though he didn't always sound happy about them. They must be quite bothersome."
"Must be a chore for him," said Rabbit as he pulled up the next card. "Oh Roo, these two questions are for you."
"Really?" said Roo. "Who are they from?"
"They are from IanandArt-Back-Up-3," explained Rabbit as he read the questions. Question 1: 'How's Lumpy?'"
"Lumpy's doing great!" said Roo. "We played Pooh Pirates yesterday. I was the first mate this time instead of being the captain for a change."
"Who on Earth is Lumpy?" asked Owl.
"He's a Heffalump," explained Roo, then Owl gasped. "Don't worry. He's just like us! We were all wrong about Heffalumps and how ferocious they are. If anything, Lumpy was as scared as us when we first met him. You'll like him, Owl. He's a great pal to play with, besides Tigger, of course."
"Oh, shucks!" Tigger snorted. "I'm speechless! Hoo hoo!"
"That's my little Roo," smiled Kanga.
Rabbit read the other question. "Question 2: 'Imagine if there was a story where you and Piglet learned how to work together as a team?'"
"That would be great!" jumped Roo. "Me and Piglet would be great at working together. But what should we work together on?"
"Well, for Thanksgiving, I was going to make some pies after we finished answering these questions," said Piglet. "Maybe we can work together on that."
"Sounds great!" said Roo. "I can reach the high places."
"O-Okay then!" Piglet smiled as he grabbed the next card. "Oh my. These three questions are from Coverguy100. Question 1: 'So Pooh, how would you feel if bowsermovies1989 did Winnie the Pooh and the Wolfwalkers Too, Pooh's Adventures of Transformers One, and Pooh's Adventures of Kung Fu Panda 4?'"
"My what of a what?" Pooh asked.
"What's a Transformer?" asked Tigger.
"A panda that does kung fu sounds awesome!" said Roo.
"Wolfwalkers sound so scary!" shivered Piglet.
"Hmm, well, I'm not sure. Maybe these characters might be friendly," answered Pooh.
Piglet read the next question. "Question 2: 'Tigger, do you think Gopher, Kessie, and Lumpy would return in future installments of your adventures?'"
"That would be splendiferous!" Tigger bounced. "We missed having them around on our escapaydees! Maybe Mr. Narrator could write something up about them! Been a long, long, long, long, long, long time!"
"It would be nice for them to join us again," Piglet smiled as he read the last question. "Question 3: 'Rabbit, what would happen if you, Kanga, Roo, and Owl joined Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and Eeyore to London like in the 2018 film, Christopher Robin?'"
"What's Lon-don again?" asked Roo.
"It's where Christopher Robin lives now, dear," explained Kanga.
"Well, it would be nice to have all of us go there," answered Rabbit. "Maybe our other friends could come with us. But I would make sure everything is according to plan. Pooh, you really should have let me come with you to London to get Christopher Robin his papers back."
"I'm sorry, Rabbit. We thought we could take care of them ourselves," Pooh apologized.
Rabbit sighed. "It's alright. London does sound like a big place, so I respect you four for going all of that way to bring those papers back."
"But they blew away before we got the chance," Eeyore said gloomily.
"Still, I'm glad Christopher Robin didn't send Madeline to boarding school. Sounds pretty awful," Rabbit said.
Owl cleared his throat. "Now then. Tigger, can you read the next question?"
"Why, certainly!" Tigger bounced as he grabbed the next card. He cleared his throat. "This question here is from someone named SONICFAN11111ART and he or she says, 'To Pooh and friends, don't you remember the time where you had the curse of THE BRAIN DRAINS?'" Tigger felt a little embarrassed after reading that.
"Brain drains? What's that?" asked Roo.
"The brain drain is what some people say when they forget something," explained Owl. "Though it isn't anything serious. It's just, what they say, an expression."
"Though we thought it was serious," Rabbit said. "We thought we were going to forget everything."
Roo giggled at this. "That's so funny!" Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Rabbit, and Eeyore could only look at their feet in embarrassment.
"So who's reading the next question?" asked Tigger.
"I'll do it!" Owl said, picking up the next card. "We have three questions here from Anthone795 for Pooh Bear. Question 1: 'Would you rather use a wooden sign that says boo to scare the Heffalumps and Woozles away or use a dreamcatcher?'"
Pooh started thinking. "Hmmm. Think, think, think."
"If I were you, Pooh Bear," put in Rabbit. "I would use a dreamcatcher so the noise of it could scare away the Woozles. Signs aren't going to cut it."
"Good idea, Rabbit," said Pooh. "Dreamcatcher, I shall use in the future."
"And now for the second question," Owl announced. "'What's your favorite holiday?'"
"Oh, that would be Christmas!" Pooh answered. "I love getting presents for all my friends. And getting presents from them too. And playing in the snow is very nice."
"That's coming up soon," said Kanga. "So pretty soon, we have to find presents for all of us."
"And getting ready for winter," said Rabbit. "That also means everyone has to, well, you know, get ready. You too, Tigger."
"Aww," drooped Tigger.
"And the third question from Anthone795 says, 'How's Christopher Robin?'" read Owl.
"Oh, he's doing quite wonderful," said Pooh. "He's hanging out with his family right now, which is really nice."
Eeyore picked up his card. "My turn." He cleared his throat. "ThomasandPercyFan9 has three questions for Rabbit, Pooh, and Tigger."
"Let's hear it, Donkey Boy!" Tigger bounced. "Let's hear 'em, hear 'em, hear 'em, hear 'em!"
"Let him read the questions, Tigger," scolded Rabbit.
Eeyore began reading his questions. "'For Rabbit: When you were reading The 3 Little Piglets, the others seemed to be messing up the story. Did they mess up any other fairy tales?'"
"Well, from what I could remember, they also messed up Goldilocks and the Three Bears and Frankenstein," Rabbit said, a little annoyed.
"Sorry, Rabbit," said Piglet.
"It's fine," sighed Rabbit.
"'For Pooh: Have you ever considered reading any books to become smarter?'" read Eeyore.
"Well, Owl has been reading me this story called Pinocchio," explained Pooh.
"Though this person might be into something," said Owl. "Maybe you should consider reading your own books, Pooh. The world of reading is fun and very educational."
"I suppose," said Pooh.
"And this one's for Tigger," said Eeyore. "'How did your stripes come off when the others gave you a bath one time?'"
"Your stripes came off?" asked Kanga in surprise.
"I thought they were stuck to you," put in Roo, just as surprised as his mama.
"I have no i-dear," said Tigger. "They just did. Made me feel very sad and ridick-orous though."
"Must be the soap we used," said Piglet.
"We're very sorry, Tigger," apologized Rabbit. "We just wanted you clean."
"Aw, that's okay, Ra-Ra," Tigger smiled. "Water under the bridge, whatever that means. I am never letting these stripes leave me again!" He hugged himself, thinking he was hugging his stripes.
"My turn!" Roo cheered as he grabbed a card. "This question is from zachgamer4427. Funny name. He asks all of us, 'What are you guys' opinions on Play Date with Winnie The Pooh, the new preschool show on Disney Junior that redesigned the characters?'"
"It is quite marvelous, and short," said Pooh.
"I look adorabibble in that!" Tigger said. "I'm glad those Disney Junior fellas remembered my bouncing!"
"Not much to say about it," said Eeyore. "It's alright."
"I don't understand why they made me a girl," complained Rabbit, crossing his arms. "And how they made us all Roo's age."
"Oh Rabbit, it wasn't that bad," said Piglet.
"Still," said Rabbit. "But I'm glad they know I like working in my garden and carving pumpkins for Halloween."
"It is pretty good for the children," said Kanga. "I really enjoy it myself."
"Were you really into painting when you were my age, mama?" asked Roo.
Kanga smiled. "Yes, Roo dear, I was. I can show you some of my paintings when we get home."
"Oh boy!" Roo bounced. "Well, as for me, I wasn't in it. But I'm glad everyone else is enjoying it."
"I have nothing against the idea of different interpretations," said Owl. "It does give creators freedom to have a playdate with new ideas. Though it is a little unfortunate that I'm not in it."
Kanga pulled up a card. "Oh. This question is for Pooh by TeeagoDA. He asks, 'To Winnie the Pooh: Have you ever done something besides finding honey? Like playing an instrument?'"
"Well, I also play Pooh Sticks with my friends and do nothing with Christopher Robin when he stops by the Wood. I also take a walk in the Wood to hum a little tune," Pooh explained. "Playing an instrument like a drum is also fun. I use my empty honey pots for the drums."
"Very resourceful, Pooh," complimented Rabbit as Pooh pulled out a card.
"Hmm," Pooh said. "This question is to me from someone named ZekromLighter. What's a Zekrom?"
"I don't know, Pooh. Just read the question," said Rabbit.
Pooh reads his question. "'To Winnie the Pooh…' Hm-hmm, that's me. 'What do you think about the 2011 film?'"
"You mean the movie about us catching the Backson?" asked Tigger.
"I guess," said Pooh. "It was pretty wonderful like always."
"I can't believe the Backson actually fell for our trap," said Roo.
"Though we saw that he was very friendly after we went back to the pit," said Piglet. "So we let him go and asked him to stop by if possible."
"Now I feel silly," said Owl, but he cleared his throat. "Alright, there is one more question. Who would like to read it!"
"Oh, pick me! Me, me, me, me, me, me!" Tigger raised his hand several times.
"Alright, Tigger," said Owl, handing Tigger the card. "Go ahead."
Tigger snatched the card and cleared his throat. "From some fella named IizDeyraGrohiik8, he or she asks Buddy Bear: 'How would you react to a mean, well-known thief and bully Woozle stealing your hunny? P.S. you're so cute! Hugs.'"
"Oh, thank you," said Pooh. "And oh my, a thief who wants to steal my honey would be terrible. I don't know what to do."
"Leave the fella to me!" Tigger said. "I'll give him the old one-four! The old two-three! The old two-four! And…and…trap him in a cage."
"I was just going to say you should trap the Woozle but you seemed to read my mind," said Rabbit.
"Yeah!" said Tigger and he looked. "Awww, no more questions."
"Oh, don't worry, Tigger," said Kanga. "Maybe there might be more next time."
"Yahoo!" Tigger and Roo cheered.
"Now that all of these questions are out of the way," said Rabbit. "Let's start getting ready for Thanksgiving. It's tomorrow after all. Pooh, you and Piglet will collect the blueberries. Owl, you and Gopher will find the turkey. Tigger and Eeyore, you do the dishes. And I, Kanga, and Roo will invite everyone in the Wood!"
"Sounds good, I think," said Piglet.
"Might as well get going," said Eeyore. "Dishes don't clean themselves." He walked off to Rabbit's house.
"Well, I'm off too! T.T.F.N. Ta-ta for now!" Tigger bounced off in the same direction as Eeyore.
"Come on, Piglet," Pooh said as he and Piglet set off to find some blueberries.
Owl flew off while Kanga and Roo hopped off. Rabbit took off with them, but they'll find more questions the very next week. What are these questions? Well, you'll have to ask them with the same rules as before.
And that's it for session 1. Thank you for asking Pooh and his pals questions. Now, For session 2, let's have Gopher join the fun as a special guest. Same rules as before, but ask Gopher some questions too. Until then, ta ta for now!
Deadline: December 5th.
