A couple of days later, Queen Snow White and Briar had arrived.

"Demon Queen Raven, I apologize for this incident," said Queen Snow White as they all stood around at the entrance to the castle.

"I have not only replaced the seeds we sent but doubled the amount in hopes to prove how apologetic we are for what has happened," she said while motioning to several wagons that were behind her carriage.

"Good, you can take Apple and the tainted seeds as you leave," said Raven.

"What about Daring?" asked Queen Snow White.

"He will be punished by our laws and put to work in the mines for five years before being sent back to your kingdom where we hope he will be punished by your laws next," said Raven.

"If that's how you want to handle this, let's go girls," said Queen Snow White as she turned around to head for her carriage.

"Actually, I wish to stay longer," said Apple.

"Apple," said Briar in a warning tone.

"I feel responsible for everything that happened, I can't just leave like this when I feel that I should do something more by staying here a little longer," said Apple.

"You may stay if you so wish, but I hope you know the danger you will be in if you do so," said Raven.

"That's right, Apple, you…," said Queen Snow White.

"I've already made up my mind," said Apple.

"If she's staying then I would also like to stay in order to make sure she stays out of trouble and that everything goes well this time around," said Briar.

"That would be alright with me," said Raven.

"I hexpect you to send a letter at least every three days, Apple," said Queen Snow White.

"You have my word, mother," said Apple. Once the seeds had been unloaded and checked, Queen Snow White left.

"Alright, that was an interesting turn of events," said Raven.

"Sorry for putting you on the spot like that, Raven," said Apple.

"It's alright, but I hope you are ready to join me for dinner tonight as having you on house arrest won't fly anymore," said Raven with a smile.
