Chapter 36: Hello Martin! Part 2
November 23rd logan animal sanctuary
It was a silent but quiet evening in the logan animal sanctuary as nothing was stirring right now. Although in the hallways of the home small traces of blood spots lead to a bed where garfied was laying on as an EKG beeped and beeped slowly with an iv set up as his head was wrapped up as his body was covered by a blanket as marie looked worried
"How is he"kid flash asked in the doorway
"Hes in shock and in need of a blood transfusion any of you o negative"marie asked
"Sorry"kid flash replied
"No"robin added
"I'm O negative"red star said relieving her right now
"Thats great i can get a line started now"marie said but red-x spoke up
"Uhh buddy your blood might be toxic since your half walking nuke"Red-x said
"No he has a point your blood might kill someone except for your sister"robin agreed as sighing was marie
"I had some in my clinic but its a hard match and i rather not have my son getting radioactive blood no offense"marie replied
"I can run to the nearest hospital"kid flash suggested
"No time its too far for you to do that. What about superboys?"marie asked
"Krptonian, miss martians out of the question and so are you deliah"robin stated but she actually was AB negative
"I'm AB negative actually"deliah said reliving them a little
"Thats great! But….wait if you have powers…coudln't they affect his blood too"marie asked as she knew bits and pieces of it unsure but she thought of something eyeing her girlfriend who thought of the same thing
"Wait my shape sifting i can use it at a cellular level i can morph my blood to match his"m'gann said as eyeing her own bodie for a moment deliah felt a slight ear bleeding headache as she held her head for a moment shaking it a little as she did she felt something up with her body as she stared at her hand for a moment before something slowly happened suddenly her skin shimmered a little before changing to a more lightler color which wally noticed
"Whoa how did you do that"wally asked as she stared at her hand for a moment
"I think…nevermind draw a line with me and her working on it we can get him back up and well again in no time"wraith replied as marie nodded with miss martian taking a small bit of blood from his nose with her glove as her eyes glowed green before she stared at it.
Inside her body slwoyl her blood morphs and shfited latching on to the green inside of her turning into a deep shade of red which are larger and it seems that her body looked dull inside but soon washed out the gray by a vibrant green color before turning red as she smiled
"Ready"m'gann said with glowing red eyes as wraith had a line hooked into her forearm nodding
After some time the team where in the other room as right now panicking gripping his own hair was a stressed out robin at that moment who tugged and pulled at his hair as trying to calm his new so called friend down was leonid
"Calm down leader everything will be fine"he said but it was not fine
"Fine?! Nothing is fine harjavti is planning on stepping down tomorrow subjecting all of qurac to this dangers. Kid look at the news now"robin ordered as eyeing the boy was red-x
"You do that where talking now"Red-x said as the teen eyed him
"You don't give me orders"robin said but it wasn't an order a demand as the thief dragged him by his cape pulling outside to talk once outside he shoved robin into a wooden beam as the two shared a brief exchange for a moment as robin narrowed his gaze under his mask
"Kid your making a big mistake right now for how your acting"red-x said
"Shut up right now we need a new plan for how were gonna take down queen bees forces now"robin replied as the theif stood their for a moment before dropping wisdom on him
"Listen birdboy your mentor and the other leaguers put you incharge pretty sure a leader under stress should be whelmed not freaking out remember how the simulation went in martian girls head"red-x said as how could he forgot that mess up now
"Oh right my first time as leader being a complete failure thanks for reminding me gonna rub it in my face or something"robin asked as it wasn't really much like that as the thief sighed on that response
"You aint getting it i'm reminding you the last time you acted like this bad things happen. Being calm in this scenario for your teammates will keep them calm your stressed out viewing the mission to be more important. Right now your saving a kids life a crook would ignore that but…what would a hero do"Red-x replied as he gave the simple answer
'Save them and continue toward the mission"robin said as he wasn't thinking straight still
"Kid being calm is a main part of being a leader i never lead a team but i can sure as hell tell you. Being whelmed is great i'm sure your mentor bats has seen some crazy things in his life right"red-x asked as he did with robin taking a breath for a moment to get his bearings for a brief second

"Just know you better i guess besides right now i'm happy piper is getting her heart transplant maybe a little thief could give a bird brain in the future a location on the murderer of his parents"red-x said making robin stare at him for that as they walked inside as that thought lingers in the back of his skull for now.
Once inside just finishing up with the transfer of blood where the others but feeling slightly woozy now was wraith laying on the couch groaning as she hated needles they made her feel queasy at times
"I feel like i'm gonna hurl"wraith whined as m'gann rubbed her arms looking down

"It seems that haarjavti is at the palace with someone named psimon"red star added
"Who?"marie asked
"He brain blasted all of us back in the desert he works for queen bee he has to be controlling her"conner added as robin smiled
"We got a mission wraith stay here to keep an eye on marie and garfield"robin ordered as she gave a thumbs up staying behind as a bodyguard

Inside of the main president office it was late at night as walking around doing their rounds where biyalian soldiers just outsider the perimeter at that moment as robin stared through an eye came scope before a ceiling as he looked to the others
"Hes alone"he informed as they nodded carefully making their way in sitting at his desk holding his head in pain was harjavatti as miss martian floated above them still camouflage to stay hidden as but as they did the man turned around toward them
"Wheres my daughter? Wheres psimon"he asked
"Forgot him lets just get you out of here"robin says quickly but the doors suddenly slammed opened with a biyalian military general stepping in but they where decked out in alien weapons as superboy recognzied them clearly of their design
"Well weel american heroes here to assinate the president but too bad we were to late to stop them"the general said
"Apokalipitan weapons"superboy said teresely
"Which they plan to use to assinate the president and we get blamed then queen bee rules protect the president"robin ordered but miss martian attention snaps to another room
"Found psimon deal with them i got him"she said as they prepared to fight off the army in the room now
As she flew through the halls she came to the threate room scanning the lane between rows as her boots clicked slightly but then suddenly she was launched slamming into the stairs in the room as her camo flickered by a psycho wave looking up she saw psimon standing center stage
"Tsk tsk am i the only one to learn anything from our previous encounter. "Psimon taunted as she tried to break free and get to her feet which amused him
"You didn't think that maybe if you could sense me i could sense you too. Or this time i'd be ready to use your greatest fear against you"psimon threatened making her stumble as she feel to her knees with eyes going wide in fear right now as he smiled
"Or what you really are"psimon said dropping the hood as mental waves came out from his skull clearly right now as she gasped cltutching her head
"No…no…no…this is who i am!"she changed falling to her elbows in pain despite her words her fingers changed shape as she groaned with her face morphing into an ill fitting horror prothestic as she did her body cracked pen near her spine as her other form took over just like her brother m'ccom as she let out a high pitch screech morphing into a yell
In the office the soldiers lay down unconsious knocked out with a young women hugging the president
"Thank you for saving my father"A young women said
"No problem"red star replied
"M'gann were coming hold on"conner broadacasted as they ran through the halls through a side entrance before they all clutched their heads in pain even red-x who was shocked feeling a bleeding headache making him scream in pain as psimon looked over smiling a little
"Psimon says smartly done. Brain blasting your own teammates i had no idea you go this far to protect your identity or your true self from your friends. Well actually i did. But you needn't bothered, its being recorded for posterity"he said showing her the screens showing different shots of her form
"NO!"m'gann shouts sending out a psychic wave that hit the wall psiomon had in front of him defusing it with ease but he wagged his finger at her
"Psimon didn't say"he said as suddenly for her a bright flash happened making her cover her face as it stayed and stayed for a monet. Before she found herself somewhere that being with psymon as she was on the red planet of her home
"Come now we both know that what you truly are is this"psimon asked enraging her
"Its not a lie! This is who i am!"m'gann said going back to her form she took on most of the time firing a beam from her forehead as it hit him but instead he shot at hers with a red beam that hit her as she gasped in pain trying to catch her breath
"Off our game hmmm well then lets dig deeper to see what truly makes you afraid"psimon said digging further making the martian scream in pain going into her white form before something was heard
"Keep back"kid flash voice said as she looked over slinking down in fear seeing her own teammates and friends looking at her in fear with artemis keeping her bow close as jinny aimed her revolvers at her with kaldur glaring at her. While her own girlfriend looked horrified by her appearance
"Stay away from us monster"she said hurting her feeling making her slowly starting to panic right now as she was panting even feeling a panic attack about to some on before something called to her
"I am sorry m'gann but their is no place on you on earth anymore along with your brother. You two must leave"j'onn said scaring the martian looking back flinching seeing people with torches heading for her baby brother m'comm in his martian form
"Stay away from my brother"she cried falling to her knees slowly crying it seems as psimon laughed a little
"Oh scared for your precious little brother shocking to hear that. But lets see whats the worst thing here"psimon said as he dug deeper before something appeared infront of the martian scaring her that being wraith presenting her hand toward her with a glare under her mask
"Your a mutant and monster…i can't even look at you"She said before walking away making her not even worth the fight as she fell to her knees crying out in pain for what just happened as she did slowly but surely psimon laughed at her
"What will you do now girl"psimon asked as she stared at the ground thinking of what to do but something did come up in her mind to prevent this from happening further
"Thats right."she said before standing up but this made psimon smile turn into a look of worry
"Now now my pretty don't do anything you'll regret"he warned as her eyes turned red in rage
"You don't know me at all"She shouted firing a concentrated beam straight into the man chest as he was stunned as it tore into his clothes as psimons screamed filled the void as a bright light eveloped him
Waking up first groaning was red-x clutching his head"the martian broke my head how the hell did that happen"red-x asked
"Guess shes stronger than we thought huh buddie"robin replied as rubbing their head was kid flash for a moment

'He brain blasted you all i stopped him"m'gann said as laying on the table in the room drooling form the mouth was psimon who seemed to be in a catatonic state from the look of it. After some time bruce wayne came with a brief little idea of using m'gann shapeshifting to impersonate queen bee and make it seem like she was arguing with the man here as they where meeting back at the logan animal sanctuary as also their with them was m'ccom who got a few looks especially from garfield
"Dude your skins all white"garfield said making m'comm flinch at him as he expected a different reaction but got something else.
"Cool"garfield said making him feel slightly better as laughing a little was kid flash
"Nice can't believe how fast bruce wayne got here huh"kid flash said
"Har har wally"wraith replied drinking a juice box to replenish her nourishment
"Don't you need to get a souvenir"robin reminded but the speedster had one in midn swiftly zipping over presenting the VHS tape in hand that he and the others watched while robin and red-x talked as it had some strange footage here
"Hello megan mind explaining this"kid flash asked as it made the martin look at the group as her brother placed a hand on her shoulder nodding to his sister
"Look ummm growing up on mars for us was never easy you've seen my brothers form…do you…know how people treat white martians"m'gann asked as they share looks

But we are racially identified by our green…red and white skin…the white martians are…treated like outcast including our family…our…father is a white martian while…"he paused eyeing his sister who hugged herself
"I was green we really never fit in with everyone calling us mixed bloods. Though uncle j'onn started sending broadcast from earth to teach us of our sister i saw that show…something clicked i felt like our names where similar. "M'gann started before looking down scared still it seems
"That every problem could be solved in mere seconds just like that but for megan she made me smile through a lonely childhood. I kept my brother company me and him would watch it hes not showing it but he was a fan of the show"m'gann continued
"I was not"m'comm replied as some could tell he was just trying to act cool as marie smiled a little hearing that
"Which begs the question what do you really look like"wally asked as she stood their for a moment as she stared at her brother who sighed shifting into his own white martian form for a moment startling them a little by his look as he crossed his arms looking away
"Picture this but green"he replied keeping his sister lie for a moment as their was a brief pause as marie saw how this girl took on a human form to make herself feel comfortable as m'gann sighed
"Please don't be mad i'm so sorry"m'gann said but she wasn't mad
"Mad? More like honor. You saved my son with your well girlfriend here which for me is a win since i've always liked both genders in my life. Along with that my son calling you and her like blood brothers even. Like your family"marie said as garfield smiled
"Yeah and dude this is so cool can i shapeshift now like you guys"garfield asked
"Bup mister you need rest besides you all could stay for some dinner for a bit. "Marie asked

Back in gotham jinny and the others arrived in that bar as she kicked the doors in seeing it barely filled as the bartender stared her down for a moment
"Can i help you kid"the bartender asked as she growled walking over reching across the counter pulling him to her face
"Where is bird?"jinny questioned as the bartender stared her down as that sounded like a demanded. But pulling her off was sean
"Back off cowgirl because your acting brash"Sean warned but she scoffed at him
"Brash i'll show you brash because i want this guys boss where is bane"jinny asked but laughing behind her was someone the person she was sort of looking for as they turned to be met by bird as she growled at him right now with her drawing her revolvers scaring the nearby barbara and sean who weren't much fighters
"Uhhh hex what are you doing"barbara asked as greg eyed his pupil
"Darling guns down now or else"greg warned but she didn't immediately taking a shot at bird who dove for cover before snapping his fingers before from the doors armed thugs busted in aiming at them opening fire this caused a shootout to take place
As flipping a table over was vigilante firing off his six shooters at their foes taking a couple down with leg shots or arm shots but he duck reloading his weapons. While sean ducked his head barabara eyed a nearby thud drawing a switchblade doing something
Running forward the teen spun her leg around kicking them to the ground knocking them out to her surprise slightly as she smiled before diving behind a table as a thug with a shotgun fired at her couple times trying to kill her. As they did she eyed a bat on the ground from a display case as she picked up the bat gripping it tight
Waiting for the right moment the thug turned a corner as she whacked them hard in the knee as they grunted in pain before she whacked them hard across the face as laughing was sean
"Hey nice hit batgirl…that should be your nickname now"sean taunted as she growled hiding behind cover as bird could hear something police sirens already as he scoffed motioing to move as the thugs all nodded running for their van outside as jinny growled throwing her revolvers to the ground in rage
"Dammit! We gotta chase em now"jinny said but reeling her in by her arm was vigilante staring at her with daggers
"No chance girly your heading back to the cave now. Were speaking about this"greg demanded but she scoffed
"We aint talking about this at all because i-"she was stopped as from behind karate chopping her on the neck as she groaned falling forward into the man arms behind was nico in civilians gear sighing
"Knew this would happen alright i'll take her back you get these two home safe"nico said as the man tipped his hat walking back regretting even allowing this as he may need to try and talk to her at some point
Meanile with the others right now they had a small nice dinner as m'gann was actually happy to hear the words from marie that she was like family along with her brother making her slightly happy even. As she walked to garfield door to check on him
"Garfield is everything…"She stopped gasping seeing he wasn't alone that being queen bee on the bed brushing his hair
"Shhh it be a shame to wake him. I might have to order him to hurt himself"queen bee said as she growled with glowing here but she stopped that
"Do that to me and he has orders to hurt you if anything happens he has orders to harm himself. Besides i could maybe bewitch your little girlfriend….slade told me all about her"she warned scaring her as the glow form her eyes disappeared from her eyes as queen bee smiled
"That performance was over the top i think. But then you haven't praitced me the way you've perfected the role of megan. "She said standing up as m'gann wanted to do something bust stopped herself making her smile
"Thats right if you don't cooperate i'll make sure everyone knows what you are"queen bee said walking out the room with a smile as m'gann fell to the ground about to cry right now as once outsider queen bee managed to avoid them even m'comm more interested in checking out the animals here with red star. As right now she approached something that being bloodhound who laughed seeing her
"Lookie here the mighty queen visited her little actor my baby sister say hello to yah"grant asked
"Not yet besides be patient and wait for her to contact you. Then we have two spies for the light slade will be happy to hear we got her and possible that daughter of his under our thumbs"queen bee said as the two walked off with her smiling even.
It seems that m'gann is under queen bees thumb like she was in the show but with that strange grant fellow with her as well. but with a slight twist on garfield and m'gann blood bound i'm adding deliah to it to spice some things up to the story. Thanks for reading!
