Sarah not to tell you that you were back in the army and that you were at Lieutenant Colonel and now Colonel.
I'm proud of you and I'm sure Steve, your sister, parents and Commandos and everybody else from WWII would be to.
I know I told you I never wanted to see you again and blamed you for Riley. That was probably one of the biggest mistakes in my life.

Steve was great but you, you were a true soldier. You were a fully trained soldier like me and Rhodey, second in command of the 107th and Howling Commandos by 27. That's not easy to do Buck.
I'm sorry for what I said to you that day. You're not a monster, if anything you're a hero. You helped us with Thanos twice, you helped me with the serum and became my partner when you could've just gone home and lived your life in New York.
You saved my life and since you resigned it's been hard. I've almost been killed to many times to count.
Steve called and I told him you resigned but I didn't tell him why. He said that where there's Captain America there's Bucky Barnes. And now that I think about it, he's right.
Where there's Captain America there's Bucky Barnes but I made you leave and that was on me. I'll never forgive myself and will always regret it.
When you finish your tour I hope you'll come back to Louisiana and we can talk this out and maybe have you be my partner again.
If you want or need to go on another tour you can and I accept that. If you don't trust me anymore and don't want to work together when you get back I understand that too. But I at least hope you come visit us like you used to. Help us with the boat, have fun at all the cookouts and all that stuff you did.
Cass and AJ miss you and everyone in town is worried about you. We know what and who you are but you need to remember that you're a Wilson and Louisiana guy.

I am telling Rhodey you're higher than him though. And definitely taking a picture of his face and showing it to you when you get home to!

"What the hell do I do?" he said.
"Colonel Barnes!" someone said and he looked behind to see a private.
"What is it Private?"
"We need some help sir!"
"Be right there." Bucky said, grabbed his gun and headed out.
