Felicia, Aaron and Connors were definitely searching for a while; Felicia checking her phone using her 'find my phone app' to track Peter's phone's location but it looked like the black suit was forcing him to keep moving. Connors was trying to keep hidden as he stayed with the group and Felicia was getting frustrated. The sky was getting dark to give them an idea of how long they were out for.

"Come on now... Please stay here Peter... My phone's power is almost dead..." Felicia shouted out in a panic as it was their best bet in tracking Peter. "So... You got a job that you're missing right now to be on this chase Prowler?" Felicia asked Aaron trying to keep her mind off Peter before her frustrations gets the better of her. They wee nearing a tree bit.

"I'm not missing a damn thing professionally to be out here. I wash windows for a living now but I do like to spend time with my nephew on weekends..." Aaron then said as they heard something in the trees. Connors jumped down to help them tackle whoever it is. Then there was Walter in his Black Cat suit with one of the sonic weapons that TriCorp's guards were using. "Well I'll be... The Black Cat and here I am without my autograph book..." Aaron then said as Felicia sighed.

"You look like you were following us Black Cat and is that one of TriCorp's weapons?" Connors asked as Walter smirked.

"Snatched it on my way here and I'm guessing that you are hunting down my alien possessed friend. As how I got here to follow you... I can use 'find my phone' as well Felicia." Walter then said as he then looked at Felicia as the others then faced her.

"I should have given you a heads up Dad..." Felicia sighed with a whisper and Connors and Aaron took this in.

"So you're the Black Cat's daughter? Is that how you and Spidey met?" Aaron asked as Walter took this in.

"No... I knew him before the bite as..." Felicia said as Walter stared at her.

"Mr Parker. I was beginning to suspect." Walter said as Aaron shook his head at this. Then they heard something and then down came Peter with tendrils out of his back. Connors then lunged at Peter and began punching him and and put him into a bearhug.

Peter then used his strength to push Connors off and even seemed to be increasing his size and mass to be Connors' size as he picked him up by the throat and then slammed him to the ground; Connors sending his tail to try and trip him caused a tendril to come out and grabbed it.

"I hate to do this kid but you need that thing off you..." Aaron said as Felicia stood back and looked away as Aaron began firing projectiles from his gauntlet. Peter tanked them and then jumped up to lunge at Peter. However Walter then used the sonic device to fire at Peter with screaming in pain.

Aaron then used the claws on his gauntlet to rip at the black suit to try and get it off but a tendril then grabbed at the weapon and Peter sent Aaron off. "YOU ARE TRYING TO SEPARATE US! I AM MAKING HIM A BETTER SPIDER-MAN! NO ONE WILL EVER THREATEN AN INNOCENT IN HIS CITY AFTER WE MAKE EVERY CRIMINAL AFRAID OF US!" Peter then yelled out but the voice was more like an angry yell as it sounded like a dark growling voice was talking at the exact same time as him. A tendril was used to pull the weapon towards him and a stomp destroyed it.

"That's not the kid talking..." Aaron muttered in shock and fear as Felicia gasped opening her eyes in fright. "Well you alien freak of nature... We will never stop until the kid is freed of you!" Aaron then snapped out as Connors got up and tackled Peter.

"THEN YOU WILL ALL DIE!" Peter then yelled pushed Connors off and it looked like a mouth opened up with sharp teeth and a long tongue.

"If aliens existed then why couldn't they be friendly like ET or just want to eat cats like Alf?" Aaron screamed out as they gasped.

"Dad... Follow us... I have a plan but we need to get to the church..." Felicia yelled out to Walter and he complied as the four then ran with Peter running towards them. They got to the nearby church with Aaron scaling up and Connors tackling Peter as he arrived; Walter trying to use his whip to tackle Peter's arm but he pulled it free.

Peter then grabbed at Walter's throat and did the same to Aaron when Connors got to the top of the church. Connors then began ringing the church bell and Peter yelled in pain as he heard the loud sounds. Peter then began climbing up with Walter and Aaron following. Felicia only able to look up in concern.

Peter got to the top but the sounds got louder and louder; Peter managed to find the strength to start ripping the suit off him with Connors stopping to help Peter along with Aaron. The suit was ripped off and Connors began ringing the bell. and the symbiote then scaled down to escape the sounds.

Peter collapsed out of energy and Connors got something out of his jacket pocket and it was a syringe with the serum; "Should help him gather up whatever strength the alien menace stole from him..." Connors said as he injected Peter with it and they went back to Felicia. Walter embraced her as she looked at Peter's body in concern.

"He is tired and out of it but a good rest will do him some good. Don't worry as I know where he lives. He was downright careless as I found out who he was by following him home." Aaron then said as he began running off with Felicia watching with Walter.

"How about you both go home and I will return to my sewer lab." Connors said as he then left with Walter sighing as he unmasked.

"We are going to have a talk about you running off to your ex boyfriend's superhero friends young lady." Walter told Felicia who just sighed happy that Peter will recover and hopefully that alien is gone for good.

Eddie had been wandering aimlessly around the city unsure where to go or what to do. His dad pretty much said that he always hated him, he is sure to have a criminal record for this and without his blog there is no way he could have any shot at being a reporter. No one will ever let him forget hitting that kid with that car and no way would he be allowed in that school; even if he did they would point fingers like they did with the thinking Flash was Spider-Man incident and mocking him for his lizard man story.

He was sure to be going to prison, juvie or shipped off.

His life was ruined.

He came across the church and he thought that he should talk to the only person who would understand. He went to the front row and sat down and looked up at the Virgin Mary statue. He put his head down and his hands together in a praying motion. He then closed his eyes.

"God. If you're listening... I was never religious and I've never been to a church but... I am at a lost... My life is ruined and... I don't know what else to do... I know I've made mistakes but they weren't my fault... Spider-Man kept showing me up and making me look like a fool as he fools everyone that he endangers with his actions into thinking that he's some sort of comic book superhero... I thought Peter was my bro but he has been a horrid friend lately and dealing with his attitude... Mary Jane led me on... I'm not a bad person. You know that I'm not... Please... If you're out there... Please send me a sign... To improve my life..." Eddie said with tears in his eyes.

Then he heard the bells of the church ringing and they were loud; he then heard an animal screaming in pain from high above. He looked up and dropping was some black goo. It then then fell to the floor beside him. It assembled and lunged at him before he could get away.

He then saw him and Peter sneaking into Techtronics; wait a spider bit him?

Him trying out the powers that he got; him putting the suit together and his Uncle Ben dying...

Everything else he was being shown before rejecting the black suit...

Peter and Spider-Man... Were one and the same from now on?

All the time that he got off his frustrations about Spider-Man off his chest to Peter; he was letting him make a fool out of himself? He was fulfilling some childish fantasy for the same? He was pretending to be a friend to him and probably had a laugh about it...

Not only that but he was doing this to who was supposed to be his bro when it was thanks to him that he ever got those special powers in the first place! He warned him about being a hero and he did it anyway; his uncle stupidly tried to be a hero and it got him killed! Instead of seeing that being a hero got his idiot uncle killed; he decided to try doing it anyway for the fame!

Peter was no bro; after all that they had been through... All the time that Eddie got his back... He treats him like this...

Then this gift from the stars wanted to help Peter and it spurned him?

He will pay...

Eddie allowed the symbiote to cover him; he was going to destroy Peter for this who was his worst foe in the beginning. He wasn't going to rest until his life was destroyed like Eddie's was. He was going to destroy his superhero fantasy and make everyone hate Spider-Man...

But first...

One person that he hated about as much as Peter/Spider-Man...

Aaron took Peter through the window off his apartment and put him into his bed; the door was opening with May's voice saying "Peter; how are you..." Aaron then left as May then saw Peter looking pretty much asleep in his bed. May thought that something wasn't right and looked out the window before leaving.

Carl was in his apartment feeling furious; his idiot of a son had really done it now. He could lose his job because of the bad press that this will bring. His biggest hope was that this alien suit that Spider-Man had will make the story of what Eddie pulled overlooked. Was his only hope at the moment as he didn't know what he was going to do for work from now on.

He then heard the sound of a window being smashed; he went to the kitchen and found it smashed and in a panic he looked around and found the area empty. He carefully walked back to the living room and heard Eddie's voice calmly say "Hello Dad."

He turned around and there was Eddie casually standing there; "Look at what the cat dragged in... So you showed how little sense you had and decided to come back here... Come here you..." Carl snapped angrily reaching out to grab his brat when Eddie caught his wrist and then squeeze hard.

Carl then yelled in pain as Eddie picked him up by the throat and then slammed him over his coffee table. Eddie then had the symbiote covering his body. "What the... What the hell is that thing..." Carl yelled in a terrified panic.

"This... This is a gift from God..." Eddie said smirking as the symbiote finished covering his body and his head. He now had his mass and size increased with the open fanged teeth and the white symbol on his chest. He now looked as Peter had last did wearing the black suit. "WE ARE POISON TO EVERYONE WHO HAS SPURNED US AND EARNED OUR HATRED... WE ARE VENOM! YOU SHALL BE THE FIRST TO FEEL OUR RIGHTEOUS VENGEANCE... POPS..." Eddie and the symbiote spoke at once and then picked up Carl by the throat; a mocking tone being used to refer to Carl as 'Pops'.

Being held by Venom; Carl could only plead "Eddie... Son... Please... We can work this out as father and son..."

What came next; Carl could only scream out loud...
