This will explore his destiny as a hero as he goes on the most difficult journey, he'll faces off against all sorts of danger and saving lives, he'll meet and team up with other heroes like himself in his long quest to becoming the greatest hero of all time.

100. IV: Planet of the Symbiotes Part III

Volume IV: Planet of the Symbiotes Part III

This will be the twenty-fifth chapter of Volume IV and Part III of the three part story, it will also be the 100th chapter of the entire Fanfiction series, the war against the symbiotes still rages on as Dark Carnage gained the edge against Spider-Man, but the heroes retaliated again him, forcing him back as he takes Anne Weying as a hostage to hurt Eddie Brock. Eddie is desperate to save Anne no matter what, he re-bond with the symbiote and became Venom again. Meanwhile Peter Parker is dying from wounds he got from Dark Carnage as everyone is desperate to save him, including Gwen who is terrified of losing her true love, but Martin Li will step in to save Peter Parker as he has the power to save him, but it'll cost Li his own life in the process. Martin Li was able to revive Spider-Man, only something unexpected happens as a result of using his powers onto him and the remnants of the Venom symbiotes, transforming him into a new hero who can save New York and the World, using his new powers he was able to turn the tide against the Symbiote Invasion, he uses his symbiote onto Grendel to save the entire city as he'll once again confront the dark entity who fears what Spider-Man is capable of, Spidey uses his new power to destroy Grendel and save all of New York and it's people, meanwhile the fight between Carnage and Venom rages on as Venom embraces the other side of him as the Lethal Protector, but this battle will end at a cost to someone's life.

It's June 14th, its 7:34 PM at the homeless shelter in Chinatown, a quinjet just landed outside as S.H.I.E.L.D. agents came out along with Quake as Mockingbird is waiting and joins up with the reinforcements, they all head on inside F.E.A.S.T. only to find Dark Carnage just pierced Spider-Man with a symbiote dagger, everyone here is shocked by witnessing this, including Ghost-Spider watching the love of her life being pierced, Dark Carnage pulls out the dagger as Spider-Man falls down to the ground and seriously injured from his wounds.

"NOOO!" Ghost-Spider yells.

Dark Carnage chuckles. "Goodnight Spider-Man!"

Spider-Man is laying on the ground dying from his wounds as Dark Carnage chuckles, Ms. Marvel still feeling hurt, she watched as she got angry and screams out "EMBIGGEN!", she grew up big as she launched a strong fist onto Dark Carnage hard as he got knocked down, the villain is recovering as he still got a lot of fight in him, Dark Carnage felt angry someone dared to attack him by surprise as he came up flying towards Ms. Marvel but Wolverine jumped up and sliced off his wings as the villain fell down to the ground, Ghost-Spider came in with a fist and strikes in the face hard with all her strength in anger, knocking him back only for Spider-Girl to come in for a drop kick and kicked him down hard, Dark Carnage is still standing until he got attack by a huge sonic attack by Mockingbird and S.H.I.E.L.D. as he's feeling the pain, Quake steps in and unleashes her seismic attacks onto him. Dark Carnage is being overwhelmed by everyone as he regrew his wings and quickly flies up out of the shelter and is in the air, he looks down as he's out of range but down on the ground is someone he recognizes is here, the blond hair woman who Venom holds a personal attachment to.

"Ah, look what we have here!" Dark Carnage said.

Dark Carnage came down flying as Anne Weying spotted the villain coming her way, she attempts to escape but Dark Carnage landed in front of her and stopped her from escaping, she's terrified see him up close.

"Hello my dear!" Dark Carnage smile.

Anne Weying screams as Eddie Brock can hear her screams along with everyone else, he rushes out of the shelter quickly as he finds Dark Carnage taking hold of Anne Weying.

"HEY! LET HER GO!" Eddie Brock screams.

Dark Carnage chuckles. "Hello Pops, oh don't worry about her, I'll take great care of her! Riot! Scream!"

Riot and Scream are bursting out of the shelter and went pass Eddie, they both got a hold of Dark Carnage as he flaps his wings and takes flight, flies way from F.E.A.S.T. with his siblings and Anne Weying as his hostage, Eddie still down on the ground watching as they get away with the love of his life in the hands of that maniac.

"No...ANNE!" Eddie Brock yells.

Eddie Brock fell on his knees as Dark Carnage took away the woman he loves, Eddie slams his fist down on the ground in anger and disappointment. Meanwhile back inside the shelter Ghost-Spider rushed over to Spider-Man's side as she takes off her mask, she sees the wound Dark Carnage inflicted upon him, it's very deep and serious, Spider-Man is coughing underneath the mask as she reach her hand but he's still bonded to the symbiote, the alien lowers itself from Spider-Man mask as Gwen got a hold of the mask and took it off Peter's face, she sees him in really bad shape.

"Pete! I'm here, stay with me! Just stay with me!" Gwen is panicking.

Gwen and Anya are by Peter's side as May and Mary Jane are still tending to Martin Li's wounds, he took the worst of it and he's still dying just like Peter is, Eddie Brock came back into the shelter all disappointed in himself he couldn't protect Anne, but he spotted Peter Parker still seriously wounded, he walks up to him as Gwen and Anya could see that Eddie is broken and tearing up from losing Anne.

"Eddie..." Gwen is worried.

"He took her... he took Anne." Eddie Brock told the terrible truth.

"My god, I'm so sorry." Gwen said.

"No... I'm the one who should be sorry." Eddie Brock feeling guilty.

Eddie got on his knees next to a wounded Peter Parker as he's has something to say to him.

"Parker... I'm so sorry... for everything... for so long I've been so angry at you, blamed you for all the misfortunes I had to deal in life, but I was so wrong, I made so many mistakes in my life, I ended up hurting you, your friends and your family, my hatred for you created Carnage, and now that same monster has taken this city and the woman I love, Anne is the best thing that ever happened to me in a long time and now this monster I created has her... this is all my fault... please forgive me." Eddie Brock apologizes so greatly.

Eddie is so very remorseful for everything he's done in life, particularly against Peter Parker who is still dying.

"Eddie..." Peter is feeling weak and looking at Eddie Brock. "I forgive you."

Eddie Brock wipes his tears and nods his head. "Thank you."

"Eddie..." Peter raises his hand with the symbiote still bonded to him. "Take my hand, take back your symbiote."

"Parker, I..." Eddie Brock said.

"You have to save her, she needs you." Peter said.

"I can't... I'm not a hero, I'm not like you." Eddie Brock said.

"Then become that hero, despite all the mistakes you've done, there is goodness in you." Peter said.

"What about you Parker? The symbiote is the only thing that's keeping you alive, if I take it back, you could die." Eddie Brock said.

"I know, but right now you need it, you have to go and save her, Anne needs you to be a hero now more than, the man you are right now... so good and save her." Peter convincing.

Peter still has his hand up as Eddie Brock finally worked up the courage, he took Peter's hand as the symbiote is transferring onto Eddie's hand and through his arm, Eddie can feel the symbiote forming all over him and bonding with him again right before everyone's eyes as Eddie Brock is back together with the symbiote, he's become Venom again after a month, the symbiote lowers its from Eddie's head to show his face as he can communicate with it.

"I miss you too, buddy." Eddie Brock talking with the symbiote.

"What about Peter?" Gwen said.

"Don't worry, the symbiote left a piece of itself inside him, it's keeping him alive, but it won't last... I'm sorry Parker." Eddie Brock said.

"It's okay... go, be the hero for Anne, her protector." Peter said.

"Thank you... time for me to go, for we are Venom." Eddie Brock forms back into Venom. "The Lethal Protector."

Venom takes his leave from the shelter and heads on out to save Anne from the clutches of Dark Carnage, meanwhile inside the shelter Gwen is still worried for Peter's life as the piece of Venom is keeping him alive, but only for a short time as she's desperate to save his life.

It's 8:01 PM at Avengers Tower where Grendel is still nesting on the top as it continues spreading it's mass down through the tower and onto the city as the neighborhood around it is already cover in symbiote mass, the ground is surrounded by so many symbiotes bonded to their hosts, including Kid Arachnid and the Avengers, coming flying towards the tower is Dark Carnage with Riot and Scream, they made it inside as Dark Carnage lets go of Anne Weying as the two symbiotes are curious as to why she's here.

"Brother, why did you bring this woman?" Scream said.

"She means something to our father, I plan to keep her alive for now." Dark Carnage said.

"I see." Riot said.

"Leave us, I want to be alone with her." Dark Carnage said.

Riot and Scream takes their leave, leaving Anne Weying alone as she's at his mercy.

"Why are you doing this?" Anne Weying said.

"Cause you're the rest why my father turn out the way he is, you made soft, made him weak. I plan to make him suffer, now that I have you, he must be going crazy." Dark Carnage said.

"You're one sick bastard... he'll come for me." Anne Weying is mad.

Dark Carnage chuckles. "I'm counting on it."

All of a sudden Dark Carnage can feel his master reaching out to him through the hive-mind.

"Master." Dark Carnage said.

"Dark Carnage, tell me why you haven't killed this Spider-Man yet, I can sense he's still alive."

"Not for long, I've daggered him and I got him very good, not even he can survive, he'll be dead soon." Dark Carnage being overconfident.

"I can't risk his existence any longer, he still needs to die."

"But..." Dark Carnage said.

The Dark God unleashes his powers onto Dark Carnage again, torturing and causing him more pain like before, Dark Carnage is screaming and agonizing as Anne Weying has no idea what's happening.

Dark Carnage screams. "Okay! Okay, I'll do it! Spare me Master!"

The Dark God stopped the torture as Dark Carnage stopped screaming and the pain went away.

"Kill Spider-Man... permanently! No mistakes this time, remember I gave you your godlike powers and I can take them away just as easy."

"Yes Master." Dark Carnage said.

"Do not fail me again, Dark Carnage."

The link has been severed as Dark Carnage got the new orders from his master, Spider-Man is still among the living as his existence is a threat to the God of Symbiotes.

"So Spider-Man still lives... we'll see about that. I plan to correct that mistakes, better yet, I think I'll have his closest friends kill him along with anyone he loves, that'll be so sweet, having him killed by the very people he cares about... Oh, that'll be even more sweet!" Dark Carnage smiles.

Dark Carnages smirks and laughs sinisterly as he plans to send symbiotized Kid Arachnid and the Avengers to kill Spider-Man on his behalf, that'll be his sweet revenge on the hero who had him burned before, despite being bonded to the alien, he's still human enough to have his revenge in the most sinister way.

It's 8:15 PM in the skies above Manhattan, at the Helicarrier inside a private conference room, Nick Fury is speaking before the World Security Council who's identities are still unknown, they're discussing the grim events happening down in New York City as they're considering taking extreme measures to end the threat once and for all which Fury is strongly against it for so many reasons.

"I cannot believe you're suggesting this, this is insane!" Nick Fury protests.

"There's no other way Director Fury, the Avengers were our last hope and now they've fallen. We have to consider launching a nuclear strike on Manhattan immediately!"

"You're talking about launching a nuke onto US soil, that's about millions of lives in the five boroughs! American Lives!" Nick Fury protests.

"We're well aware, I'm sure none of them deserve to die."

"We hate that it comes to this, but these aliens are multiplying and they've already taken over the city, imagine what would happen to this country, to the rest of the world if we don't stop this right now!"

"We've discussed it, a nuclear fire will effectively destroy all the aliens in an instant along with the rest of the city, ending the threat before they take the rest of the world."

"There's no other way... It's a unanimous decisions, you are ordered to launch a nuclear missile and destroy Manhattan effective immediately!"

Nick Fury sighs. "Understood."

"May God have mercy on us all!"

The video transmission with the World Security Council has ended after they've voted in favor of nuking all of Manhattan along with anything within range of the blast, which will destroy the symbiotes along with the rest of the city and anyone still within it, Nick Fury is leaving the private conference room where Maria Hill and Phil Coulson are waiting to hear on the council's decision.

"Well Director?" Maria Hill said.

Nick Fury sighs. "There's no other way... we're gonna have to resort to a nuclear strike on Manhattan."

"Sir, that's insane." Phil Coulson said.

"I know, but sacrificing New York is a small price to pay, not just for America, but for the whole world, we have to end this threat once and for all before they take the whole world and anyone in it." Nick Fury said.

Maria Hill and Phil Coulson are feeling uneasy about this idea using a nuclear weapon to destroy Manhattan, but the symbiotes are still growing and spreading, it's only a matter of time until they spread out to the rest of the country, but whether they like it or not, there's no other opinions.

"Let's prep the one of our fighters with the nuke, pray this works, for the world's sake." Nick Fury said.

Maria Hill and Phil Coulson sighs as they both say. "Understood!"

Hill and Coulson are leaving to make the preparations, S.H.I.E.L.D. has no choice but to uses a nuclear missile to destroy Manhattan, destroying the symbiotes and lives within in the process, all to end the invasion.

It's 8:28 PM back at F.E.A.S.T., Martin Li has been patched up but his condition is still serious as he's still dying, May is still worried but she look at her nephew Peter who is still dying, Gwen is by her side worried for the love of her life, Mockingbird is in contact with S.H.I.E.L.D. as the news she's receiving is very bad.

"Understood Director." Mockingbird sighs as she hangs up the call.

Mary Jane noticed her expression. "What's wrong?"

Mockingbird sighs. "We got to evacuate this city immediately, S.H.I.E.L.D. is about to initiate nuclear protocol."

May looks stunned. "Excuse me?"

"What does that mean exactly?" Ganke Lee said

Gwen sighs. "It means S.H.I.E.L.D. is going to destroy this city with a nuke."

Mary Jane is stunned. "That's insane!"

"I know, they're prepping the nuke as we speak, we still have time to leave the city before it's become a crater, we have to go right now!" Mockingbird said.

"Peter is no condition to be moved." Gwen said.

"Neither is Martin Li, they're both seriously injured and can't be moved without dying." May said.

"I'm not going anywhere, I won't leave Peter to die!" Gwen refused to leave.

"Neither am I!" May won't leave either.

Mockingbird can see in their eyes that they won't abandon Peter Parker to die, she leaves the shelter to make arraignments for a quick evacuation, Martin Li is slowly getting up despite his injuries and walks up towards Peter as he can barely keep his footing, he tumbles until May got a hold of him.

"Martin Li, what are you doing?" May said.

Martin Li winched in his injuries. "I'm going to save your nephew's life."

"Save him?" Gwen said.

"How?" Anya said.

"Martin Li has this power, he can heal people, it's how he was able to save Rio when she was shot, because of it, she got to survive and live." May explains.

"You're saying he has the power to save Peter." Gwen said.

"I do, I can save his life." Martin Li said.

"Martin Li, you're still too injured, you might not be strong enough." May is concerned.

"I still have enough power to heal." Martin Li said.

"Can't you use your powers to heal yourself?" Anya said.

"I can, but..." Martin Li said.

"But what?" Gwen said.

"I only have enough power to save one life, if I use it to save myself, I won't be able to use it to save Peter." Martin Li said.

"And if you use it to save Peter? What are the risk?" May said.

"If I uses my healing powers on him, the strain of using my powers will kill me, I won't survive." Martin Li said.

"No, it's too dangerous, there has to be another way." May said.

"There isn't... I've done a lot of things in my life as Mister Negative, terrible things, for the past few months, my life has been turned around, you always saw the good in me, even when I didn't, I was given a second chance to do right by my life, I was able to save an innocent woman's life." Martin Li said.

"You did, thanks to you, Rio and her baby got to survive, you gave her another chance at life." May said.

"You once taught me that with great power comes great responsibility, I do have the power to save your nephew, it's my responsibility to use my powers for good." Martin Li said.

May looks at Martin Li on how much he's changed, he's very serious in saving Peter's life before it's too late, even at the cost of his own life. May nods her head in agreement as Martin Li looks at Gwen Stacy.

"Ms. Stacy, there's nothing I can do to give back what I've taken from you, but I still have the power to save someone who can yet be saved... but I'll leave that decision up to you." Martin Li said.

Gwen looks at Martin Li as he's asking for her permission in saving the love of her life, Gwen already lost her father because of Mister Negative and Martin Li still carries that regret, she already forgave him for it, but now he's asking her to let him save Peter, he's everything to Gwen, she can't imagine living without him, she knows the risk Martin Li is taking to save Peter, she eventually came to a hard decision.

Gwen nods her head. "Do it... please save him... save Peter."

Martin Li nodded his head as he slowly walks up to Peter after Gwen gave her blessing to him in saving the love of her life, Martin Li lowers gently on his knees next to Peter as he closes his eyes and unleashed his powers, he's started glowing back in a negative light before everyone's eyes, Martin Li then gently places his hands onto Peter's dagger wound on his chest for the healing touch, he started the healing process as much as he can as Peter can feel the pain in his chest, Gwen lowers herself down next to Martin Li as she want to speak with Peter.

"Peter, listen to my voice... I need you to stay strong, we're gonna save you, okay? I need you to keep on fighting to live, cause I still need you, I want to marry you when this is over, be your wife... so please, don't die on me... come back to me... I love you Pete!" Gwen tearing and pleading for Peter.

Peter heard Gwen's voice as he's still feeling the pain of being healed up by Martin Li's healing touch, Martin Li himself is feeling the pain as well as it's killing him too, making May very worried.

"Li, you have to stop this, it's killing you!" May being worried.

"No, I can do this! I have to do this!" Martin Li won't back down.

May could see that Martin Li won't stop, he's still willing to risk his own life to save her nephew, she prays it works out for Peter, he's still feeling the power of light being channeled into him.

"COME ON PETE! COME BACK TO ME!" Gwen yells.

So much of the Martin Li's Lightforce is going into Peter as he screams out loud in pain as his entire body is glowing in a bright light.

"PETER!" Gwen yells.

Peter is glowing in Lightforce as the piece of the Venom symbiote inside him is regenerating itself around Peter, but something unexpected happened to the symbiote itself as it's exposed to the Lightforce, it's turning from black to white, the regeneration of the symbiote is complete as the shining light stopped and everyone can see Spider-Man is fully healed, only this time new and improved in a new suit never seen before, it's all white with black spider on his chest and back.

"Oh wow!" Anya is amazed.

"Peter?" Gwen asking with curiosity.

Spider-Man looks upon himself to see he's bonded with a new kind of symbiote never seen before in his life, it's powers are more different than the Venom Symbiote he wore before.

"What the... What is this?" Spider-Man is more confused.

All of a sudden coming bursting through the doors is the symbiotized Kid Arachnid along with most of the Avengers as they caught everyone by surprise as Gwen and Anya are stunned upon seeing their friend in his new symbiote form.

"Oh my god... Miles!" Anya is stunned.

Symbiote Iron Man flies up and fires off some repulsor blasts at Gwen and Anya as they split up only for them to be surprised by Symbiote Captain America and Symbiote Black Panther pinning them down.

"Gwen! Anya!" Spider-Man yells.

He was too distracted to noticed Symbiote Kid Arachnid came at him for an attack, he got tackled down hard as the symbiote made contact with the new symbiote and something unexpected happens as Symbiote Kid Arachnid can feel the burn his symbiote is experience and pulls away from Spider-Man as the hero himself can see pieces of the symbiote on Kid Arachnid dying out, this new symbiote suit of his must be poisonous to other symbiotes.

"This suit, it's hurts you, doesn't it? I wonder..." Spider-Man is wondering.

Spider-Man decides to test out that theory as he came up and touched the symbiote on Kid Arachnid as it's burning up and dying out as he's screaming in pain, Gwen and Anya are pinned down as they're seeing what's happening to Kid Arachnid as the symbiote is being burned off and completely died out, Kid Arachnid was freed from the symbiote's control as Spider-Man can see his friend is back to normal, Kid Arachnid is getting his bearing as he finds himself at F.E.A.S.T. seeing a new version of Spider-Man.

"Spider-Man?" Kid Arachnid said.

"Hey, you're back." Spider-Man is amazed.

All of a sudden the fight isn't over yet as the Symbiote Avengers are still around, Spider-Man decides to test out this new suit of his, he knows if he was able to destroy the symbiote on Kid Arachnid, maybe he can do the rest for his friends, he spotted Gwen and Anya pinned down by Symbiote Captain America and Symbiote Black Panther, Symbiote Iron Man came up and fires off repulsers as Spider-Man jumps up and fires white webbing towards him as the new symbiote mass came into contact with the other Symbiote, burns it off Iron Man as he's back to normal too. Spider-Man fires off couple more towards Symbiote Captain America and Symbiote Black Panther as they're both hit and their symbiotes are dying out, both Captain America and Black Panther are back to normal as well.

"Oh wow!" Ms. Marvel is amazed.

"Bub, whatever you're doing, it's working! Keep it up!" Wolverine encourages.

Symbiote Thor and Hulk are coming at Spider-Man as he test out the other functions of his suit, he summons tendrils from his back and sent them towards the pair, it made contact and the symbiotes are burning off them, freeing Thor and Hulk from the symbiotes, Spider-Man spotted multiples Symbiote Avengers surrounding him as he unleashes multiple tendrils from all over his suit, they spread out and made contact with the other infected heroes as they're being burned off and died out simultaneously, the other Avengers are free as well, all the Avengers are finally symbiote-free thanks to Spider-Man and his new suit as they're all getting their bearings.

"Ah... what? What just happened?" Captain America is confused.

"Hey Cap, you're back." Spider-Man said.

"Pete, listen Man, I'm sorry, that wasn't me." Kid Arachnid said.

"It's okay Miles, glad you're okay." Spider-Man said.

Gwen is stunned upon seeing Peter all alive and well, she walks up to him still feeling stunned and amazed.

"Pete..." Gwen said.

Spider-Man lowers the symbiote from his head, showing his face.

Gwen..." Peter smile.

Gwen is tearing up and hugging Peter tightly as she's relieved he made it.

"Pete, so glad you came back to me!" Gwen still hugging.

"Me too Gwendy... me too." Peter said.

Peter and Gwen broke off their hug as she and everyone else are wondering about the new suit Spider-Man is wearing.

Black Widow looks at the hero. "Spider-Man? What happened to you?"

"I don't know, all I remember was I just dying and the next thing I knew, I came back in this new suit." Spider-Man showing off the new suit.

"It was Martin Li, he saved you." May said.

Spider-Man then looks at the dying Martin Li as he rushed over to him by the man's side.

"Hey, Martin Li!" Spider-Man said.

Martin Li is weak and dying. "Spider-Man... it worked."

"Yeah, it worked, you saved my life... thank you." Spider-Man is grateful.

"It was the right thing to do... the world still needs you." Martin Li said.

"Save your strength, we still need to help you." Spider-Man said.

"It's too late... there's no saving me... it's okay, I'm glad I was able to do some good." Martin Li smile.

Gwen came up looking all grateful. "Thank you for saving Pete."

May came up too. "You risked everything to save my nephew's life... thank you so much Martin Li."

"Thank you too May, for showing me there is still good in me... I'm glad I can leave this world as a good man." Martin Li smile.

Martin Li smile as he died out right there in front of everybody, he just passed away as May lowers herself down and reached her hands to close his eyes shut.

May sighs in tears. "Rest In Peace... Martin Li."

"Thank you Martin Li, your sacrifice won't be for nothing, you gave us a fighting chance." Spider-Man said.

Everyone took the time to honor Martin Li for his sacrifice, Mockingbird and Quake are coming back into the shelter after all the fighting had ended to see the Avengers are all back to normal and Spider-Man is still alive spanning in a new suit.

"Spider-Man, my god, what happened to you?" Mockingbird said.

"Yeah, I was gonna ask the same thing, that new suit of yours, it looks like the Venom symbiote, but all white, how'd did that happen?" Kid Arachnid said.

"I don't know, I think it's because it was exposed to Lightforce that healed my body, the energy must've changed the symbiote inside me and changed it's properties, giving me new powers, including the unique ability to burn off symbiotes." Spider-Man said.

"So basically it's poisonous to other symbiotes, so what are you now? White Venom?" Kid Arachnid said.

"No... Anti-Venom." Spider-Man picked a name.

"Anti-Venom, nice!" Kid Arachnid likes it.

"It's nice to see you all back to normal again." Spider-Man said.

"It's thanks to you, son, you and your new suit saved us all." Captain America said.

"If that new suit can destroy symbiotes, we might just have a chance to save this city." Iron Man said.

"And you better do it soon, S.H.I.E.L.D. received new orders from the World Security Council, they've ordered a nuclear strike on Manhattan." Mockingbird said.

"Oh my god!" Captain America said.

"Typical, always resorting to a nuclear solution to fix everything." Iron Man said.

"Mockingbird, get in contact with Fury immediately." Spider-Man said.

"Spidey, I..." Mockingbird said.

"Agent Morse, we have a small chance to stop all this without the need to destroy this city and anyone in it." Captain America said.

Everyone on the bridge are working overtime, getting the Helicarrier to a safe distance away from the greater metropolitan area, Nick Fury is watching the holoscreen along with Maria Hill and Phil Coulson, they're looking at a fighter jet equipped with the nuke on standby, waiting for Fury to approve the launch, they're all still feeling uneasy about nuking Manhattan, but they're out of opinions.

Phil Coulson sighs. "The jet is ready, Sir."

"Waiting on your word, Director?" Maria Hill said.

Nick Fury is still hesitant in ordering a nuclear strike on Manhattan and killing millions of people to end the Symbiote Invasion once and for all, he takes a deep breath and works up the courage to give the order, but Maria Hill is receiving a transmission on her earpiece.

Nick Fury sighs. "Agent Hill, give..."

"Director, I have Agent Morse on the line, she's asking to speak with you urgently!" Maria Hill informs.

"Put her through!" Nick Fury said.

Maria Hill transmits Mockingbird's transmission over to the holoscreen, she's one along with Spider-Man and the Avengers which caught the three by surprise, none of them are being possessed by the symbiotes.

"Spider-Man, glad to see you're still among the living, Agent Morse told me you were dying." Nick Fury said.

"Yes, news of near death has been great exaggerated, but I'm still alive and breathing. I heard you're about to nuke the whole city, have you lost your mind?!" Spider-Man isn't too happy.

"I haven't given the order yet, but we don't have a choice, the symbiotes are spreading, if they leave the island, they're spread out to the rest of the world, we have to end this threat right here, right now." Nick Fury said.

"And I agree, but it doesn't have to be this way, there's another way to end all this!" Spider-Man said.

"How?" Nick Fury is curious.

"This new suit of mine, it's poisonous to other symbiotes, I can uses it to cure the people and destroy the symbiotes at the same time, we can stop this before it's too late." Spider-Man said.

"That sounds promising... but it's still too risky, the symbiotes numbers are still too large even for you, besides there's still the matter of Grendel who's nesting on Avengers Tower, we can't take the chance it'll leave the city, we have to end this once and for all, and burning it in a nuclear fire is the only way to save this world." Nick Fury said.

"Then let us take down Grendel, that dragon is the source of all this madness, let the Avengers destroy it and this suit has the best chance to make it happen, please give us that chance." Spider-Man said.

"I can't risk everything on the chance you could fail, I'm sorry Spider-Man, but we're still going through the strike." Nick Fury said.

"Director, I agree with Spider-Man." Captain America said.

"Captain..." Nick Fury said.

"Spider-Man has pulled us through tough times, time and time again, I say he's worth putting our faith into." Captain America said.

"I agree with Cap, we still have a chance to save this city and its people, we just need more time." Iron Man said.

Nick Fury could see the Avengers are all backing Spider-Man's plan into saving this city and taking the fight to Grendel, he's feeling conflicted in what to do, he turns to Phil Coulson and Maria Hill as they both nod their heads in agreement with Spider-Man's plan.

Nick Fury sighs. "Very well, I'll give you all an hour, whatever you do, do it fast, cause it's only a matter of time until the powers-that-be takes matters into their own hands."

"I understand... thank you Fury." Spider-Man said.

"For what it's worth Parker, I hope this works... May God be with you all." Nick Fury said.

The transmission with Nick Fury has ended, he's giving them the chance to save the city as Spider-Man turns to the Avengers.

"Hey, thanks for backing me up." Spider-Man said.

"You always pulled us together in these dark moments and it always pays off. Whatever you do, we're with you." Captain America said.

"We got your back, kid." Iron Man said.

Spider-Man felt grateful. "Thank you, all of you."

Wolverine just got off the phone and walks back. "Great news, I just heard back from the X-Men, they're on their way back to New York, they're gonna back us up."

"That's great news." Spider-Man said.

"We also got word that Captain Marvel is on her way back to Earth with help." Iron Man said.

"Good, we'll need all the help we can get, take your time to get ready, we have a huge battle ahead of us.." Spider-Man said.

The heroes are getting ready to head out into battle as Peter and Gwen have a moment to themselves before they go, Gwen is still feeling uneasy.

"What is it, Gwendy?" Peter said.

"Nothing, I know we still got a city to save, but... what if we fail? I almost lost you, I can't lose you again Pete." Gwen feeling fearful.

"Hey..." Peter has his hand under Gwen's chin and raise it up a bit, giving her a warm smile. "I'm not going anywhere Gwen, I fought my way through death, coming back to you, we're going to survive this... together."

Gwen smile warmly. "Together."

"So let's finish this, let's go out there and be heroes, save the world, and let's get married when this is all over." Peter smile.

Gwen smile as she leans in and kisses Peter, they both finished up and look at each others until they noticed they're being looked at by all their friends here giving them a smile feeling happy for them, they both put their mask back on as they're all ready for battle.

"Avengers, let's go save the world!" Spider-Man said.

Spider-Man is taking the lead as the Avengers are following him into battle, Gwen and Anya are putting on their masks and joined the group along with Kid Arachnid, Mockingbird and Quake, Ms. Marvel and Wolverine are new members of the Avengers, all the heroes are leaving the shelter as May, Mary Jane, and Ganke Lee stayed behind and watched as they're heading out into battle to save the city and whole world.

It's 9:10 PM back at Avengers Tower where Dark Carnage is holding Anne Weying hostage, unknown to him climbing up the tower is none than Venom on a rescue mission as he managed to sneak around undetected while down below on the ground is a whole symbiote army commanded by Riot and Scream, but he's more focused on saving the woman he loves, he reached the top only to take a peak to see Dark Carnage in a trance, connected to the hive-mind as he doesn't noticed Venom's presence, Anne Weying is feeling bored as she has no where to go to, but coming inside is none other than Venom which surprised.

"Anne..." Venom said.

Anne Weying is curious. "Eddie?"

Venom lowers the symbiote off the head and shows Anne the face of Eddie Brock.

"It's me Anne." Eddie Brock smile.

Anne Weying smile. "Eddie.."

Anne carefully walks up and hugs Eddie Brock tight, so far Dark Carnage is still in the hive-mind not to notice, Anne briefly hugged until she pulls back to take a look at Eddie back bonded to the symbiote.

"You're wearing the symbiote again." Anne Weying said.

"I had to, I needed its power to save you, even if the odds are against me." Eddie Brock said.

"You bonded with the symbiote and risk your life for me?" Anne Weying is amazed.

Eddie Brock smile warmly looking into Anne's eyes. "I love you."

Anne smile as she and Eddie kisses each other right there, not knowing that Dark Carnage returned back from the hive-mind, he turns around only to find Eddie Brock and Anne Weying kissing each other.

"Ahh... how romantic!" Dark Carnage teases.

Eddie and Anne broke off their kiss upon Dark Carnage looking upon them, they looked spooked.

"What's the matter, old man? Can't your boy give you a hug?!" Dark Carnage teases.

Eddie Brock steps up. "You're not my son... you're nothing but a monster, a mistake... now I'm going to erase that mistake."

Dark Carnage chuckles. "You're still senile, old man, have you forgotten? You're were no match for me before, now I'm even more powerful, do you honestly believe you can kill me?"

"It doesn't matter, the only thing I care about is protecting Anne, and destroying you is the only way. If I have to die to make it happen, then so be it!" Eddie Brock said.

"Just try... old man!" Dark Carnage said.

Eddie is getting serious. "Anne... get to safety."

Eddie's symbiote form up on his head and he became Venom, Anne listen to Eddie's words as she takes her leave from the room as Venom and Dark Carnage are about to do battle against each other, both symbiotes are charging in head on and fights. Anne Weying made it to the elevator and presses the button repeatedly as its finally opens up, Anne enters it and closed the door. The fight between Dark Carnage and Venom continues, Venom is getting thrashed around by the supervillain as his strength is beyond what he had before, Venom is getting back up and tossed in a punch as Dark Carnage moves fast and dodged the fist, he strikes hard with his fist and knocked Venom down again, besting him easily.

Dark Carnage chuckles. "Like I said, you're no match for me, I've been blessed by our god... but then again, I shouldn't be surprised, you've gone soft, Old Man. That blonde is the reason why you're so weak, Dad!"

Venom is squirming. "Someone like you will never understand love."

Dark Carnage up close and forms a sword. "Who needs love, love is for losers. And you, Old Man, you've just lost."

Venom still staying strong. "Not yet!"

Dark Carnage thrust down his sword but Venom rolled away and quickly jumps up and tackles Dark Carnage hard, they both jumped out of the tower and falling down from high up, Venom kept on punching Dark Carnage in the face repeatedly ignoring the fact they're falling down to the ground, Venom strikes hard again until he jumped off and webbed up to the tower letting Dark Carnage fall down until he crashed down hard to the ground as this caught the attention of other symbiotes including Riot and Scream as Dark Carnage is on the ground, but he survived as he's getting back up, Venom landed down as Anne Weying is just getting out of the building after reaching down to the ground, she spotted Venom besting Dark Carnage said.

"You think love has made me weak? If anything, it's made me stronger!" Venom said.

Anne Weying smile upon Eddie Brock besting Dark Carnage with everything he's got, Dark Carnage is getting back up as Riot and Scream are coming to his side along with the symbiote army, Venom is outnumber as he put himself in front of Anne Weying to protect her with his life.

"Impressive, but you're still outnumbered, Old Man! It's a real shame, you could've joined us and be part of something bigger for all symbiote, but instead you're about to die, starting with your lovely blonde." Dark Carnage said.

Dark Carnage commands his symbiote army to approach Venom and Anne as they're incredibly outnumbered, Venom can't help but being worried for Anne's life as even he can't protect her from all of them alone, Venom and Anne are stepping back into the building as the symbiote army are ready to strike, Dark Carnage was about to order their deaths but coming their way causing so much commotion is none other than Spider-Man dressed in a white suit in the company of the Web-Warriors and the Avengers, Dark Carnage is stunned upon seeing Spider-Man is still alive and better than ever, even Venom is surprised to see Spider-Man in a new suit nearly identical to his own symbiote except all white.

"Hey Kasady! Missed me?!" Spider-Man said.

Dark Carnage is speechless. "It's impossible, you're supposed to be dead!"

"Yet here I am, better than ever. You and I, we still got some unfinished business!" Spider-Man said.

"No matter, it makes no difference, you're still no match for me, I almost killed you before, I'll do it again and this time it'll be permanent. Symbiotes, kill him!" Dark Carnage said.

The symbiote army focus their attention as Spider-Man is in for a fight, a wave of symbiote came after Spider-Man as the hero forms up a Anti-Venom bomb in his hand, Spidey tossed it at the wave as it exploded upon contacted, releasing pieces of the Anti-Venom onto the other symbiotes, burning them off their hosts and returning them back to normal, Dark Carnage along with Riot and Scream are stunned upon seeing Spider-Man displaying new powers capable of destroying symbiotes right before their eyes, this could present a huge problem for his master's plan.

"No... this isn't possible!" Dark Carnage is terrified.

"Anything is possible, even when things looks totally hopeless, a small light of hope is enough to shine through the darkness. As you can see, there's still enough heroes in the world who will always fight for good, no matter what happens, we will never give up, together we will stop you Kasady!" Spider-Man said.

Dark Carnage growls in anger. "It makes no difference, there's still a lot of us, soon there'll be even more of us in the world, this planet belongs to the symbiotes and you will not stop us!"

Dark Carnage uses the hive-mind link and calls all the symbiotes in the city to come to him, all of a sudden more symbiotes are coming around the tower as all the hero are stunned upon seeing the huge numbers of symbiotes here.

"Having your own minions fight your battles, how very cowardly of you, Kasady!" Spider-Man mocks.

"Don't call me that and I am no coward, doesn't matter if you have the power to destroy us, but even you have your limits, you can't cure an entire city, let alone the world." Dark Carnage turns up to the dragon itself. "Grendel, take flight and spread out to the rest of the world!"

Grendel complied with Dark Carnage's commands as the heroes are looking up to see the symbiote dragon is stretching out it's wings about to take flight, it's lifting off about to fly away from the island, the heroes are terrified it's about to spread out to the rest of the world but something unexpected happened as clouds are forming up in the skies of Manhattan as this is pretty unnatural, the clouds are producing a loud crackle sound, lightning is being unleashed from the clouds and zaps Grendel in the air, keeping it from leaving the city as this caught the heroes attention.

Spider-Man still looking up. "Thor..."

"This is not me." Thor isn't doing this.

But coming into Manhattan towards Avengers Tower is the Blackbird, inside are the X-Men consisting of Beast, Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Iceman, Rogue, and new members Storm, Gambit, and Firestar, Storm's eyes are all white as she's the one who's controlling the weather using her mutant power of atmokinesis, the rest of the X-Men are watching the events happening in the city as a giant dragon is still being shocked by Storm's lightning.

"Whoa!" Firestar is stunned.

"Look at the size of that thing." Iceman is also stunned.

Beast looking at the scanner. "Wolverine is down on the ground with the Web-Warriors and the Avengers, they're surrounded by a huge army of hostiles."

"Those hostiles are still human beings, I can sense their thoughts." Jean Grey using her telepathy.

"Let's go and help out the heroes." Cyclops said.

"Agreed, I'm gonna take us down, time to head out X-Men." Beast said.

Beast is taking the Blackbird down onto the street nearby as the rest of the heroes spotted an unknown aircraft has touch down, Wolverine and Spider-Man knows exactly who they are, coming out of the Blackbird are the X-Men as they're coming up to the rest of the heroes and added their numbers, they joined up by their side.

"Hey Logan, sorry if we're late." Jean Grey said.

"On the contrary Red, the timing couldn't be perfect." Wolverine smile.

"Thank you all for coming, we need all the help we can get, I see you have some new faces." Spider-Man said.

"Spider-Man, meet our newest X-Men Storm, Gambit, and Firestar." Beast said.

"Nice to meet you all." Spider-Man said.

"Care to catch us up?" Cyclops said.

"Right, that big scary dragon in the sky, is the source of all this, our priority is to keep it from leaving Manhattan at all cost, if it leaves the city, then they'll be more symbiotes in the world." Spider-Man said.

"So in other words, we take it down." Rogue said.

"Exactly." Spider-Man said.

Dark Carnage steps in. "Too bad you won't get, none of you will live alive to see the new world ruled by symbiotes, cause you're all about to die right here."

All the heroes sees a huge army of symbiotes growing in numbers, they're coming from all over the city making the heroes a bit nervous.

"Whoa!" Gambit said.

"So many of them." Rogue said.

"What's the plan?" Cyclops said.

"We fight." Spider-Man said.

Riot and Scream came up to Dark Carnage's side.

"Take care of them... Spider-Man is mine." Dark Carnage said.

Dark Carnage is leading the symbiotes against their enemies, Spider-Man leads the heroes in saving the city, both sides yells out charging at each other as the battle for the fate of the Earth has started, Spider-Man and Dark Carnage face each other head on, Dark Carnage forms up a sword and swings it at Spider-Man, but the hero quickly dodges it and strikes back with a strong punch to Dark Carnage's face, knocking the enemy back hard but he's still standing as he felt the burn on his face, parts of him are burned but his symbiote is regenerating as this surprised Spider-Man.

Dark Carnage chuckles. "Fun fact, that new suit of yours, it can hurt me, but it can't kill me."

"Then I'll just to have to keep pummeling you down." Spider-Man said.

Spider-Man and Dark Carnage got back to fighting each other, Storm is hovering in the air keeping her powers focused on Grendel as it's fighting through the lightning about to fly away, this caught Thor's attention as he decided to tip the scales, he spins his hammer and flies up in the air, he lands on top of the tower and holds Mjolnir up in the air, he summons a powerful thunderstorm to assist storm in pinning down Grendel, the strong force of Thor's lightning is keep the symbiote dragon at bay, preventing it from escaping the city. The Avengers are joining the fight, Scarlet Witch is using her powers to hold them back as Quicksilver is running around and punching down any symbiotes he came across, the X-Men are putting up a good fight as well, Cyclops is unleashing his optic beams, pushing the symbiotes back hard, Gambit is charging up his playing cards with kinetic energy, he tossed at a few symbiotes and knocked them back hard as well, they look up at Storm still aiding Thor in pinning down Grendel, but she's too distracted by Scream unleashed her hair up in the air and knocked Storm out, her teammates spotted her in trouble.

"STORM!" Jean Grey screams.

Black Panther spotted Storm falling down as he jumps on the symbiotes and jumps high up in the air and caught Storm in time before she could crash down to her death, Storm wakes up to find herself in the arms of Black Panther as he's relieved she's saved.

"Thank you.. ah..." Storm feeling shy.

"Black Panther." Black Panther introduced himself.

"Storm... you can put me down now." Storm smile.

"Oh..." Black Panther puts Storm on her feet. "My apologies."

But they're too distracted as Scream caught their attention, she's about to attack with her hairs but she sudden got punched hard by a Venom punch as they're wondering who did that, showing himself camouflaged is none other than Kid Arachnid, Riot got ticked off someone attack his sister, he was about to attack but got tackled hard by Venom who's joining the fight against other symbiotes. But their biggest concern is Storm isn't using her powers as Thor is having a hard time keeping Grendel pinned down, the dragon is flapping its wings and flying up above the skies, Iron Man is firing off repulsor as F.R.I.D.A.Y. is updating the hero.

"Boss, I'm picking up two anomalies entering the atmosphere." F.R.I.D.A.Y. said.

Iron Man looks up at the air as Grendel is attempting to escape Manhattan but coming down fast from the atmosphere is two beings glowing in cosmic energies and collided against the symbiote dragon as it got hit pretty hard as it's falling back down to the city itself and crashed down on some buildings, the two anomalies are none other than Captain Marvel who just got back to Earth in time, she came with her partner Monica Rambeau, she dons a black and white costume and calls herself Photon, the pair are both glowing as they're gently landing down and shines a light around the area as the symbiotes are blinded, Dark Carnage is blinded as Spider-Man took the opportunity to punched the villain in the gut hard and made him crash down on the ground, Spider-Man looks at some symbiotes, he unleashes tendrils from his suit and destroy those symbiotes, freeing their hosts, the shining lights went away as Captain Marvel is back on Earth, Ms. Marvel is stunned to see her idol is here right before her eyes, Spider-Man came up and meets his old friend.

"Captain Marvel... you're a bit late." Spider-Man said.

"Hey, I was on the other side of the galaxy when I got the signal, it's not easy traveling through space, but here I am." Captain Marvel said.

"Good to see you again." Spider-Man said.

"Likewise Spidey, I see you got yourself a fancy new suit." Captain Marvel said.

Ms. Marvel came up looking all shy seeing Captain Marvel in the flesh for the first time.

"Ah.. Hi, I'm..." Ms. Marvel being shy and nervous.

"Ms. Marvel." Captain Marvel said.

"You've heard of me?" Ms. Marvel said.

"Of course, Spidey told me you're such a big fan." Captain Marvel smile.

"Yeah, I'm such a Stan!" Ms. Marvel said.

The moment got interrupted as Grendel is recovering and stretching out it's wings, it got everyone's attention again as it attempts to take flight once more, Dark Carnage recovered too as he flies up on top of Grendel, it's lifting off again and heading back up.

Nick Fury is in the private conference room, the holoscreen is still showing live feed of the events happening in Manhattan, all the heroes are keeping the enemy at bay, the director is speaking with the World Security Council once more as they're still demanding a nuclear strike on Manhattan.

"Director Fury, what is the holdup? You've been ordered to launch a nuclear strike on Manhattan and you haven't done it, care to explain?"

"With due respect, the Avengers are back and they're holding the enemy at bay, not all hope is lost yet. There's no need for a nuclear strike." Nick Fury said.

"We disagree, the Avengers already failed once, we can't take the chance they'll fail again, we demand you launch the missile immediately."

"Absolutely not, I will not launch a nuclear missile into Manhattan, especially with the heroes fighting for all of us! We might still have a chance!" Nick Fury protests.

"If we don't launch now, we losing everything!"

"I launch that missile now, we already have." Nick Fury protests.

Nick Fury ended transmission with the World Security Council as the clock has run out, he attempts to contact the heroes down below.

"Spider-Man, are you there?!" Nick Fury said.

(Manhattan)

Grendel is flapping back up high in the air with Dark Carnage on top, Captain Marvel and Photon are flying up and unleashed their cosmic blasts upon the dragon to keep it occupied, meanwhile back down on the ground Spider-Man is still in the middle of destroying symbiotes with his Anti-Venom suit and freeing the hosts, Spidey hears Fury's voice on the earpiece.

Spider-Man taps his earpiece. "What's wrong, Fury?!"

Nick Fury sighs. "Time's run out, the World Security Council demands an immediate nuclear strike."

"Did you tell them the Avengers are back fighting?" Spider-Man said.

"I did, but that doesn't matter to them, if I know them, they'll take matters into their own hands and launch that missile, even if that means overriding me. So you better figure out a solution quickly before Manhattan becomes a crater." Nick Fury said.

"Got it." Spider-Man turns to the others. "Listen up, we have to take down Grendel once and for all!"

"How?! That thing can take a lot of hits and it still won't go down!" Iron Man said.

"That's not our only concern, there's still too many symbiotes all around Manhattan, even with that new suit of yours, you can't cure an entire city!" Captain America said.

Spider-Man's Anti-Venom suit can't cure an entire city, even it has it's own limits, the symbiote numbers is still massive and giving the heroes trouble, he attempts to figure out a solution to saving the city and the world, he looks up at Grendel being attacked by Captain Marvel and Photon, he focuses more on the creature itself, the dragon is responsible for all this, Spidey eventually found a way to stop the invasion and save the entire city, he hopes it works as everyone's lives depends on it and so does the fate of the whole world.

"There might be a way... it's crazy, but it might just work." Spider-Man said.

"You sure about this kid?" Iron Man said.

"No, but... I gotta have faith it's gonna work." Spider-Man said.

"Alright son, we're with you." Captain America said.

"Thank you... let's pray this work." Spider-Man said.

Spider-Man focuses on his Anti-Venom suit to test out a new function, it produces wings from it's back as it surprised everyone.

"Whoa! Since when can you do that?" Iron Man said.

"Just now." Spider-Man sighs nervously. "Okay, here I go."

"Wait!" Ghost-Spider said.

Spider-Man was about to take flight but Ghost-Spider came up to him, she pulls up the mask partially as Spider-Man removes part of the mask off his mouth, letting them kiss each other, Spider-Man can feel all the love Gwen is giving him through that kiss.

"Be careful... Pete..." Ghost-Spider said.

"I will, cause your love gives me so much strength, you've always been my light... my great love." Spider-Man smile.

Ghost-Spider smile as Spider-Man take a step back and flaps the wings on his back, he finally takes flight and flies up to the skies where a few heroes are fighting to keep Grendel from leaving, but even it's too difficult for him, Venom is still down on the ground and looks at Spider-Man flying up in the skies with wings, Venom is wondering something. Meanwhile up in the air as the battle continues, Captain Marvel and Photon are unleashing their powers, War Machine is firing the gatling gun and unleashes a volley of rockets, the creature is taking too many hits and it still staying strong, Dark Carnage is connected to Grendel and controlling him, as coming flying up in the air is none other than Spider-Man with wings.

"What that..." Dark Carnage looks surprised.

Spider-Man came in fast and punched Dark Carnage hard, separating him from Grendel as the dragon doesn't have anyone controlling it, both Spider-Man and Dark Carnage each have wings are they're taking the fight in the skies above Manhattan, Dark Carnage punched Spider-Man back as his fist is feeling the burns and pain upon coming into contact with the Anti-Venom suit, but it's still not strong enough to kill off Dark Carnage's symbiote, Spider-Man strikes back with a punch of his own and it's a painful one, both are evenly matched in terms of power, both of them are still flapping their wings and hovering in the skies.

"Spider-Man, you never cease to surprise me." Dark Carnage said.

"I'm full of surprises!" Spider-Man said.

Dark Carnage growls. "You're supposed to be dead! I've shiv you good... and you just won't DIE!"

"I don't plan on dying, I have so much to live for, there's still hope for this world." Spider-Man said.

"Not for long, all that hope can die with you!" Dark Carnage said.

Dark Carnage is more determined to destroy Spider-Man once and for all, but before he could make his move, he got attacked by something very black with wings, it's none than Venom who's sport his own set of wings as he's pushing Dark Carnage down towards Avengers Tower.

"Venom!" Spider-Man said.

"GO SPIDER-MAN! SAVE THE WORLD!" Venom pushing Dark Carnage down.

Venom is forcing Dark Carnage down with all his strength, giving Spider-Man the chance to save the world, he and Dark Carnage crashed into Avengers Tower, Spidey took the opportunity and flies towards Grendel still under attack by heroes, Spider-Man is flying close underneath the creature's belly as he's praying this plan of his works.

Spider-Man sighs. "Okay... this is gonna tickle."

Spider-Man placed his hands onto Grendel's belly as the Anti-Venom suit is burning it, Grendel is screaming in pain, Spider-Man kept on focusing his suit onto Grendel hoping it's strong enough to destroy it, Grendel is feeling the burns and the pain but its still staying strong.

"Come on!" Spider-Man is feeling the strains.

All of a sudden his hands are being pulled in by Grendel and dragging Spider-Man as the hero felt like he's in trouble, he attempts to escape but it's impossible as he's trapped and still being pulled into the creature itself, Spider-Man got pulled in and consumed by Grendel itself as this caught the heroes attention, witnessing one of their own being dragged into the belly of the dragon. Inside Grendel itself is Spider-Man as his Anti-Venom suit isn't having any effect against the symbiote mass within here. Meanwhile inside Avengers Tower itself, Venom is still fighting against Dark Carnage, he punched the villain so hard, but Dark Carnage is still standing as the villain can sense Spider-Man has been consumed by Grendel.

Dark Carnage chuckles. "You've lost."

"What are you talking about?!" Venom said.

"Your friend, he's been taken by Grendel, our god shall take care of him." Dark Carnage said.

"And who is this God of yours?" Venom said.

"Someone very powerful, he has great plans for this universe, he's coming... it's a shame you chose the wrong side, Dad. You could've had it all, be part of something greater, but you chose love instead." Dark Carnage said.

"Rather die with love than live without it." Venom said.

"Give it up Dad, Spider-Man has fallen once more, soon the rest of the world will follow, so why bother fighting this losing battle?" Dark Carnage said.

"Cause that's what a hero would do, it's who we are... Venom, the Lethal Protector!" Venom declares himself a hero.

"Then you shall die... hero!" Dark Carnage said.

Dark Carnage and Venom got back to fighting each other again, meanwhile up in the skies above Manhattan, Grendel is still staying strong as the heroes are having difficulty holding it back, but deep inside the belly of the dragon itself is Spider-Man as he's still trapped within the creature, he's feeling powerless, unable to stop nor escape Grendel, suddenly he started hearing voices within his head.

"Spider-Man..."

Spider-Man is hearing that same voice again, something is attempting to reach out to him again.

"That voice... its you..." Spider-Man said.

"Yes... you're an amazing creature, Spider-Man, no one's been able to resist me, you're not like the others who're easy bend to my will, yours is much stronger, you even turn my creations against me... your existence threatens everything... however, there is still a way to save yourself, don't fight it, give into the darkness, join me and you can become part of something greater."

"What is it you're trying to do?" Spider-Man said.

"Earth is the first of many worlds to fall into darkness, soon the entire universe will follow, I shall consume it into eternal darkness, there's no way you can stop it... I'll ask one last time, join me... it's the only way..."

Spider-Man is feeling too much darkness within Grendel, it's much stronger than what Dark Carnage has, Spider-Man is having a hard time pushing it away as his Anti-Venom suit is losing it's effectiveness in here, Peter's will is starting to weaken and darkness is starting to consume him, Peter is losing him to the darkness until he remembers something that once proved powerful enough to make him strong, he remembers Gwen Stacy, the woman he loves.

"Be careful... Pete..." Gwen's voice.

"I will, cause your love gives me so much strength, you've always been my light... my great love." Peter's voice.

Spider-Man is remembering the kiss he just shared with Gwen Stacy before he heads up to confront Grendel, all the love she gave him made him strong, he still holds onto that beautiful memory, he promise to come back to her, all the love in his heart is giving him the strength to resist the great darkness that is consuming him, he's found the strength to push back as something unexpected happens to his suit, the Anti-Venom suit is glowing in a bright light, Spider-Man noticed this strange energy within him.

"What the..." Spider-Man is still glowing, he figured out what this strange power is. "This... this must be the Lightforce."

"NOOO! THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE!"

"Anything is possible! Love is a very powerful emotion, it can give us the strength to fight the darkness!" Spider-Man is still glowing.

Spider-Man is using his own light to strengthen the Lightforce within the Anti-Venom suit to dispel the darkness around him.

"NOO! THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING! YOU CAN'T DO THIS!"

Spider-Man staying strong. "Watch me!"

Spider-Man empowers the Lightforce with all his love as it's shining brighter than before within the dragon and pushing away the dark entity screaming "NOOO!", meanwhile just outside in the sky the heroes are still trying to keep Grendel from leaving, until something unexpected happened to the creature, it's feeling something strange within, a bright light is shining within Grendel as it can't take it, the heroes in the air and on the ground all stopped fighting as they're all are stunned upon what's happening to Grendel.

Inside Avengers Tower, Venom is getting punched down hard again by Dark Carnage who is still superior in every way, Venom is getting back up despite feeling overpowered, refusing to give up no matter what, Venom is standing on his own two feet still wanting to fight.

"You really are a glutton for punishment, Dad!" Dark Carnage said.

"We've been beaten down too many times in our lives, we can handle the pain." Venom staying strong.

Venom won't stay down and is willing to keep on fighting, he tossed a punch but Dark Carnage takes flight and avoids the fist, he then flies down hard and tackle Venom down through the floor as they're continuously crashing through each of the floors until they finally made it to the bottom of the ground, Anne Weying is still here and she spotted Venom down and hurt as Dark Carnage has the advantage.

"No... Eddie..." Anne Weying said quietly.

Dark Carnage turns to see Anne Weying here looking at her beloved all hurt.

"Ah! How very sweet, your beloved is here, perfect..." Dark Carnage forms up a sword in his hand and holds it up. "I wanted to kill her and make you watch, but I have a change of heart, I'm gonna cause her pain by letting witness her beloved die right before her eyes... Time for me to outlive you, Old Man!"

"EDDIE!" Anne Weying screams.

Dark Carnage is about to thrust his sword down to kill Venom in front of Anne who screamed, but something unexpected happened, Dark Carnage suddenly stopped himself as he felt something happening to himself, both Anne and Venom are confused as what's causing Dark Carnage to act like this. Meanwhile back up in the skies above Manhattan, Grendel is still feeling the effects of the Lightforce, his symbiote mass is changing from black to white, Grendel is turning into an Anti-Venom dragon. Back down inside the tower, Dark Carnage is feeling weak as the symbiote around him is changing.

"No... What is happening to me?!" Dark Carnage said.

Suddenly he's feeling weaker as the powers given to him are going away, Dark Carnage is being reverted back to Carnage again, he looks upon himself to see he's back to being his normal self again.

"No... no, no, NOOOO!" Carnage yells.

Venom smiles and took the opportunity to strike back at Carnage while he's distracted, he punched Carnage hard and knocked him back as Venom is getting back up, Carnage got bested by Venom.

Venom has his hand over his fist. "You've been a really bad boy, you need to be punished!"

Carnage growl in anger as he and Venom got back to fighting each other, only this time on equal terms. Meanwhile outside in the skies is the new Anti-Venom that used to be Grendel, it roars out loudly as heroes in the air and on the ground are looking up at the new creature, a lot of symbiotes are out of control as Grendel is no longer controlling them, but they heard the dragon's roar as it still got the symbiote's attentions all over the city, the dragon flapped it's wings and got high enough in the skies above the clouds as it's started to break apart into millions of pieces, the clouds are producing rain as it's raining down drops of Anti-Venom onto the entire city, the drops burns off every symbiote outside in the streets as millions of people are being freed from the symbiotes control.

In Chinatown, May, Ganke, and Mary Jane are coming out of F.E.A.S.T. to see a lot of white rain pouring upon the symbiotes and destroying them, a lot of people are finally freed and back to their old selves again, the three knows this is all Spider-Man's doing, he's saved an entire city as they're smiling. Up in the skies in the Helicarrier, Nick Fury along with Maria Hill and Phil Coulson are watching everything happening in Manhattan, a lot of people are being freed and the symbiotes are dying out right before their eyes, they figured Spider-Man is somehow doing this, they're impressed he did it, he finally ended the Symbiote Invasion and save the world.

Nick Fury is way impressed. "Son of a bitch... he did it."

Phil Coulson smile. "He sure did."

Back outside of Avengers Tower, all the heroes are witnessing symbiotes being burned off and died out including the symbiote mass that has taken the tower along with the neighborhood, Riot and Scream both panicked and immediately jumped inside the tower where there's no Anti-Venom raindrops inside, Venom is in the middle of fighting against Carnage, Venom is gaining the upper hand, Riot and Scream decides to intervene but they were stunned and screaming in pain by seismic waves from Quake, forcing the symbiotes to separate from their hosts, leaving only Trevor Cole and Donna Diego to fall down unconscious as both symbiotes are attempting to escape, but Iceman steps in and freezes them in solid ice, an Inhuman and Mutant took down the pair of symbiotes together.

Quake smile. "Thanks."

"Like the good book said, The Iceman Cometh." Iceman smile.

Carnage spotted his siblings Riot and Scream are out of the game, he was too distracted by a single punch by Venom and got sent flying towards a wall, Carnage quickly recovered and looks very pissed by everything that is happening, he was about to strike back with so much anger but Quake unleashed more seismic waves upon the supervillain as he's in intense pain, the vibrations of those waves is causing the ceiling to collapse down on top of him, he screams and got consumed by the debris. Venom stood by and watched as his most hated villain got buried underneath the rumble, Anne is amazed Venom was able to best Carnage, Venom reverts back to Eddie Brock as he turns around to see Anne looking right at him, Eddie smile as he rushed over and hugs her tight.

"Eddie..." Anne hugging Eddie.

"Anne..." Eddie hugging Anne with a smile on his face.

Meanwhile up in the skies above Manhattan is none other than Spider-Man slowly descending down towards Manhattan using a parachute from his advanced suit, the Anti-Venom suit is gone, sacrificed to save the city and the world, he eventually made it towards Avengers Tower all symbiote free along with the rest of the city. Inside the tower itself down on the ground, a lot of heroes are entering the building to find both Donna Diego and Trevor Cole unconscious and their symbiotes all frozen up in ice courtesy of Iceman, Eddie and Anne are in the middle of kissing each other passionately, Ghost-Spider takes off her mask as she's thinking about Peter, just repelling down through the ceiling is none other than Spider-Man without a mask on, he made it down to the ground as he spotted Gwen Stacy before his eyes, both of them are relieved to see each other, Gwen is slowly walking up then she runs up to him as Peter took her in his arms and hugs her tightly.

"Oh Pete... I was so worried you wouldn't come back." Gwen hugging Peter tightly.

Peter hugging Gwen tightly with a smile. "I'm here Gwendy, I promised you I'd come back."

They broke off their hug and gazed into each other's eyes, Peter looks upon Gwen with a smile.

"I love you." Peter smile warmly.

Gwen smile as she and Peter kiss each other passionately, Eddie Brock and Anne Weying just finished kissing each other as they gazed upon the two heroes kissing together, they smile as they're happy for them, especially for Spider-Man for saving the world, Eddie can't believe he's actually happy for Peter, but he is, but his smile suddenly turn into a frown as he spotted the debris shifting away as Carnage is still alive but injured, parts of the symbiote are shedded away, including his face as he looks very angry at Spider-Man for taking everything away from him, Carnage sees the two heroes are too busy kissing as he decides to take this opportunity to have his revenge on Spider-Man, he forms up a blade from his arm, determined to kill Spider-Man himself. Spider-Man won't be able to sense the danger until it's too late, Eddie couldn't let that happen.

Eddie then screams. "LOOKOUT!"

Peter and Gwen broke off their kiss to see Carnage coming at them with a bladed arm, determined to kill them, Eddie Brock quickly rushes over and transforms into Venom again, he pushed the pair out of the way and tackles Carnage head on, he pushed him back against the debris again where he ended up getting impaled by a metal object, but Venom got impaled too by Carnage's bladed arm in his attempts to save Peter's life, Venom pulled himself back all injured and fell down to the ground dying from his wounds right before Anne's eyes.

Anne then screams. "NO, EDDIE!"

Anne runs up towards Eddie all injured from his wounds, Peter and Gwen rushed too along with everyone else, Anne got on her knees and puts her hands on Eddie's wounds to suppress the bleeding, it looks very bad, Carnage is still pinned against the debris as the symbiote is leaving him and makes it's escape, but Iceman quickly froze up the symbiote in its place, Cletus Kasady still impaled is in pain and dying, he's smiles sinisterly upon seeing Eddie Brock dying from his wounds.

"Eddie, stay with me, I'm here!" Anne Weying pleading.

Cletus Kasady chuckles. "Not for long... he's a goner!"

"SHUT UP!" Peter yells.

"Don't think you have won Spider-Man... My Master... I never understood why he wanted you dead... now I know... and he's very... displeased... beware hero... my master knows about you... and he will come for you." Cletus Kasady said.

Cletus Kasady continues laughing very weakly until he suddenly he passed out, Cletus Kasady is finally dead, Peter is curious as to who this master of Carnage is, he has a feeling none of this is over, but right now he's more worried for Eddie's life as he's still dying in Anne's arms, he lowers down next to Anne checking on Eddie's wounds, it looks real bad.

"Eddie..." Peter is worried.

Eddie Brock is hurt and weak. "Hey Parker..."

"Eddie... why did you do it? Why risk your life for me?" Peter said.

"I just... couldn't let you die... it's what a hero would've done. What... what happened to the dragon? Did you..." Eddie Brock said.

"Yeah, Grendel is gone, we saved the whole world... thanks to you Brock." Peter smile.

"So... does this like... make us friends?" Eddie Brock feeling weak.

Peter smile warmly. "Yeah... it does... you're the hero."

"That's good to know... I got to do some good in my life, I got to be a hero." Eddie Brock smile.

"You are Eddie, to me you've always have been." Anne Weying tearing.

"That's all I wanted to be... your hero." Eddie Brock smile until he coughs blood.

"Eddie..." Anne Weying is more worried.

Eddie stopped coughing as he looks upon Anne with a smile. "I... love you."

Anne smile with tears. "I love you too."

Eddie tearing with a smile until he suddenly stopped breathing and passed away right there in front of Anne as she witness the love of her life died in her eyes.

"Eddie... Eddie, no, stay with me! Please stay with me! Don't go! Eddie... don't go!" Anne is pleading.

Eddie Brock isn't responding as Anne breaks down crying holding Eddie in her arms, the Venom symbiote separates from Eddie and stays around to mourn for it's host as it shared a special bond, Peter is saddened too as he got up and took Gwen in his arms mourning for the loss of a good man, all the heroes gathered around and pays their respects to Eddie Brock, a hero who sacrificed his life to save Spider-Man and helped saved the world, they're all saddened for his passing.

It's June 15th, time is 8:34 PM all around New York, the whole city is undergoing recovery after the incident that occurred yesterday, a lot of people are recovering from their experience with the symbiotes, it's a long process but they're getting through it and getting back to their lives. Mayor Jameson is back in charge and overseeing recovery, Damage Control is working overtime to repair all the damages the city has suffered as a result of the Symbiote Invasion. In Chinatown, F.E.A.S.T. is still being opened to the public as a lot of homeless are waiting in line for some breakfast, the shelter is still undergoing repairs, May is still staying strong but at the same time mourns for the loss of the founder of F.E.A.S.T., Martin Li.

Meanwhile in Queens at the Life Foundation Headquarters, a number of personal are being arrested for their part in the symbiote conspiracy, including Carlton Drake is being handcuffed by Phil Coulson himself as he turn him around to face Nick Fury who isn't happy for Mr. Drake's actions against the Earth and Humanity, Coulson hands Carlton Drake over to some agents to be taken into custody. They took him outside and boarded him onto a quinjet where Carlton Drake spotted Trevor Cole and Donna Diego, both of them are arrested as well, all three of them will be charged for conspiring to overthrow humanity with symbiotes.

Back at Avengers Towers, the building is still undergoing repairs by Damage Control, while at the very top of the building a number of heroes are gathered around, two teams of Avengers and the X-Men are relaxing and having some breakfast, including the Web-Warriors, they're still recovering after the intense day they had yesterday, saving the world from the Symbiote Invasion, but it came at two costs, Martin Li and Eddie Brock, Miles and Anya are coming into Spider-Man's quarters with cups of coffee, inside the quarters are Peter and Gwen both sleeping in their costume with the TV on showing Mary Jameson speaking to the press.

"My fellow New Yorkers, we can rest easy as the Symbiote Invasion has finally come to an end, efforts to repairs this city is already underway, we also provide support for those who have been victimized by these symbiotes, the recovery of our citizens is our top priority, as for the mastermind of this whole incident, we've just received word that CEO of the Life Foundation Carlton Drake has been arrested and will be facing serious charges for his crimes against humanity and the whole world, we can all rest easy as life goes back to normal for New York..."

Anya turns off the TV, Peter is suddenly waking up upon the smell of coffee in the air, Gwen also woke up to see Miles and Anya with mugs in their hands.

"Morning... Coffee?" Miles offering coffee.

"Yeah, thanks." Peter said.

Peter and Gwen are getting up from the bed as Miles and Anya hands them their mugs and they drink up some coffee, they're coming out of the quarters and joined the group as all the heroes as they spotted Peter up and awake drinking coffee with his fiancée. Peter is much surprised how many heroes there are, including new heroes such as Quake, Mockingbird, and Photon, Ms. Marvel and Wolverine are already new additions to the Avengers, everyone is happy to see Peter awake.

"Hey, Man of the Hour is finally awake!" Tony smile.

"Yep, and he's having coffee... good morning to all of you too." Peter smile.

"So... how are you holding up... with everything?" Miles said.

"It was intense, didn't think we could stop the Symbiote Invasion, but we did, thanks to all of you... thank you so much." Peter said.

"It's thanks to you Son, we were suppose to save the world but we ended up being defeated and taken over by the symbiotes, if it wasn't for you and your Anti-Venom suit, we mightn't have a second chance, you gave us back that chance and it paid off." Steve said.

"That new suit saved us all, it's too bad it's gone now." Miles said.

"It served its purpose, thanks to all it's power, everyone in New York was freed from the symbiotes and the whole city was saved." Peter said.

"So you were able to use this shining light energy, what's it called again?" Kamala said.

"The Lightforce." Peter said.

"It's awesome, do you like... still have that power?" Miles said.

"Nah, pretty sure it was a one time thing, whatever Lightforce Martin Li gave me, it's gone along with the Anti-Venom suit." Peter said.

"It's too bad, I liked how it looked." Anya said.

"I have to say, if it wasn't for Martin Li, let alone Eddie Brock, we wouldn't have save the city in time, thanks to their heroic sacrifices, they gave us and the world another chance... they're the real heroes." Peter said.

"They gave their lives to save yours, Pete." Gwen said.

"Despite everything we've been through cause of them, they use to be great enemies of ours, but in the end they prove to be great allies... they died as heroes." Peter said.

Everyone here took the time to honor the sacrifices of Martin Li and Eddie Brock, thanks to them all the heroes were given a second chance at saving the city along with the rest of the world from the symbiotes. Peter is with Gwen taking the time to honor the fallen, but he could tell there's something else on her mind.

"What is it, Gwendy?" Peter is curious.

"Nothing Pete... I'm really glad those two sacrificed themselves for you, I'll miss them." Gwen still has something on her mind.

"But..." Peter said.

"But I was still thinking about yesterday, if those two weren't there, I would've lost you twice already." Gwen said.

"But you didn't, I'm still here, I promised you I'd come back to you and I did... to be honest, when I was out there, I was a bit doubtful we would've save the city, let alone alone survive this... when I was inside Grendel, there was a moment when I was about to give into the darkness, but the only thing that kept me going... was your love, your love was the only beautiful thing that gave me the strength, it was the light powerful enough to shine through the darkness... you've always been my light, Gwen Stacy, the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with... as my wife." Peter smile warmly.

"And I still want you to be my husband..." Gwen smile warmly until she suddenly remembers something important. "Oh shoot... the wedding... "

Peter suddenly remembers too. "Of course... it was supposed to be our big day, before all this happened."

"What do we do Pete?" Gwen said.

Peter and Gwen are still figuring everything out, until someone spoke up.

"Why not have a wedding here?" Tony speaks up.

Peter looks surprised. "Tony..."

"Seriously, everyone is here, why not have a private wedding here?" Tony suggested.

"That's a great idea." Steve agrees.

"Pete?" Gwen asking her fiancé.

Peter looks at everyone here smiling as they all agreed to have a private wedding here in the tower.

Peter smile warmly. "Thank you, all of you... though... don't we need someone to officiate the wedding?"

Steve Rogers steps in. "I can help you with that."

"Well, looks like we're having a wedding here? Let's get started." Tony said.

Peter and Gwen went back to the quarters to get themselves ready as everyone is arraigning to have a private wedding right now, Wolverine opens up a fridge and pulls out a beer bottle, he pops it open and takes a drink as his X-Men teammates noticed him drinking alcohol.

"Seriously? Beer in the morning?" Rogue said.

"Breakfast of Champions." Wolverine smile.

"Do you still need the mask on?" Rogue said.

Wolverine sighs. "Fine."

Wolverine takes off his mask and reveals his face for everyone to see, especially Steve as he became stunned upon seeing a familiar face, Logan got back to drinking beer while everyone is organizing a wedding here, Sam Wilson came by and noticed Steve looking stunned.

"What's wrong, Cap?" Sam Wilson said.

"Nothing... he just reminds me of someone I used to serve with." Steve said.

Steve went to help out with the arraignment as he can't shake Logan out of his mind, even Logan doesn't seem to remember him, but Steve certainly knows him from another lifetime, but for now he's more focused on today's wedding.

All the heroes have gathered her in the Tower for the private wedding, Peter is still in his Spider-Man suit with Steve Rogers standing to officiate the wedding between Peter and Gwen.

"So you like done this before? I thought you were an artist?" Peter is curious.

"I am, besides attending art school, I also attended Catholic School to become a minister as part of my backup plan, I finished but become a soldier for my country is still my bliss, nevertheless I'm still ordained enough to officiate you and Gwen in holy matrimony." Steve explain.

"Thanks Cap." Peter smile.

"Anytime Son." Steve smile.

Coming into the tower is Kid Arachnid as he's runs down towards Peter and takes off his mask, looking all tired.

"Hey..." Miles feeling tired out. "Did it start?"

"No, you're just in time. Did you get them?" Peter is curious.

Miles pulls out the rings from his suit and holds them in his hand.

"It was a piece of cake, your friend didn't see me swipe these." Miles smile.

"Nice, be sure to get them back to him after this is done." Peter said.

"Will do." Miles said.

The wedding is starting as coming walking down is Gwen Stacy still in her Ghost-Spider suit holding a bouquet, Peter is smiling seeing his fiancée still looking all beautiful, she came up to his side looking at him with a warm smile, everyone sat back down looking all happy for the couple both in position.

"Thank you all for coming, we're all gathered here to join this couple in holy matrimony, so... anyone care to say a few words?" Steve asking the couple.

"Oh... ah..." Gwen is looking clueless.

"Allow me, I got something to say." Peter smile.

"Go ahead." Steve said.

"Gwen... for the longest time, we've always been in each other's lives as friends, I've always admired you for your smarts and your kindness, you stood by me and always saw me as myself, even after I changed, you never stop seeing me as Peter Parker, you've always motivated me, kept me going, I became a hero for you, saving you was the best thing that's ever happened to me, because it was in that moment I realized that I loved you... I've always loved you Gwen Stacy... you're my true love... my light... the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with... as my wife." Peter said his speech.

"Wonderful... Ms. Stacy, care to say something?" Steve said.

"Yes... Peter Parker, you've always been the best thing that's happened to me, from the first time we've been friends, the thing that I've loved about you is your kindness, you've always have a great heart, it's what makes you who you are, not just a great hero, but a wonderful man who's always been my true love, despite all the obstacles we've faced, all the losses we've suffered, you always gave me the strength to overcome them, you've always keep me going, to live my life in happiness, a life fill with so much love... I love you so much Peter Parker and I'd be honored to spend the rest of my life with you... being my husband." Gwen said her speech.

Peter and Gwen just finished saying their speeches to one another as everyone here smile upon the two expressing their love, Miles came up and hands them their rings, Peter was the first to give his ring to Gwen as he slides it into her finger.

"Do you, Peter Benjamin Parker, take this woman to be your wife?" Steve said.

"I do." Peter smile warmly as Gwen slides the ring into his finger.

"And do you, Gwendolyne Maxine Stacy, take this man to be your husband?" Steve said.

"I do." Gwen smile warmly.

Peter and Gwen leaned and kiss each other in front of everyone as they're finally married, everyone got up and claps their hands in happiness for the couple, Miles and Anya are feeling very happy for their friends finally being married together, Ororo and T'Challa are clapping together as those two are comfortable being next to one another, Thor is still clapping and tearing up upon seeing the most beautiful thing on this day, he breaks down crying next to Hulk who patted Thor on the back for comfort, Peter and Gwen finished kissing as they smiled upon their friends congratulating them, this is a new beginning in both their lives, they got back to kissing each other in happiness.

It's June 16th, it's 6:30 PM out in Central Park as the official wedding between Peter and Gwen has been completed, Judge Spencer Watson just finished officiating marriage between the two as Peter and Gwen are both dressed in their previous wedding attires, they're just kissing each other as everyone got up and claps their hands for the married couple, Peter and Gwen are officially husband and wife to everyone else, a photographer came by and took their picture, Harry and Mary Jane are very happy for their friends being married as they came up and hugged each of them, Harry hugged Peter first and Mary Jane hugs Gwen, Harry then hugs Gwen and MJ hugs Peter.

"Congratulations Pete." Harry smile.

"Thanks Har." Peter smile.

"Congrats Tiger, Tigress, you both hit the jackpot." Mary Jane smile.

"We sure did." Gwen smile.

"Big time." Peter smile.

Peter and Gwen went up to May, Mary Jane watched as she can't help but feel envious for Peter and Gwen, they're finally joined together in marriage, all she can do is be happy for them and wish them the best, May came to hug both of them, especially for Gwen.

"Welcome to the family... Mrs. Parker." May smile.

"Thank you... Aunt May." Gwen smile.

May turns to Peter. "Your uncle would be so proud of you, Peter, your parents too."

"I know... I can feel it." Peter smile.

Peter and Gwen went up and hugs Arthur and Jill Stacy as Peter has finally became part of their family too, they're his in-laws now, the rest of their closest friends are here too to congratulate them on their big day, they had so much to do, a lot of white rose petals are being tossed upon the couple.

A lot of people gathered around as a photographer is holding the camera, aiming at the couple Peter and Gwen surrounded by their families and closest friends, he took the shot and capture the picture of everyone together.

Later the married couple are the first to cut the cake, Gwen placed the slice onto the place and grabs a fork, she took a piece and fed it to Peter, he took a bite out of it, he chews with a smile. He got the fork and picked a piece to feed to Gwen, she took a bite and chews with a smile.

Nighttime has finally come as the two are on the dance floor dancing together, also on the dance floor are Miles and Tiana, Anya and Sam Alexander, Jeff and Rio, Curt and Martha, Jameson and Marla, and John and Ashley Kafka. Peter and Gwen are enjoying being in each other's arms and dancing as everyone watched them.

Eventually the party is about to end as Peter and Gwen are about to call it a night, a number of bachelorettes gathered around as Gwen still has the bouquet in her hands and looks upon the ladies.

"Ready?" Gwen smile as she looking away holding the bouquet. "One... two... three!"

Gwen tossed the bouquet back blindly as a lot of ladies are each to catch it, but the only one who's lucky to caught it is Marla Madison, everyone including Peter and Gwen claps their hands for Marla as this is a sign she's next to be wed at some point in the future, Jameson claps his hands with a smile, Marla is an amazing woman who's managed to win his heart these past months they've been dating, he questions whether to take it to the next level in their relationship.

It's 9:23 PM at the new Parker Residence in Forest Hills, Queens, the house was once owned by the late George Stacy who then passed it to his brother Arthur, it now belongs to Gwen and her new husband Peter, the newly married couple finally arrived at their new home standing before the door about to enter soon.

"Here we are honey, home sweet home." Peter smile.

"It's always been home, my home is with you." Gwen smile.

Peter looks upon his wife as he gently picks up and carries her in his arms as Gwen smile and laughs, he carries his bride across the threshold as they're entering the house as the start of their new lives as husband and wife, they're going up the stairs until they've reached the master bedroom and the bed all made and ready for them, Peter lowers Gwen and she stands on her own two feet, the two are standing before each other in front of the bed, taking a moment to themselves.

"I can't believe this is finally happening." Gwen smiles.

"I know, didn't think we get this far, life is about to be more challenging for us from now on, but I wouldn't have it any other way." Peter smile.

"There's no tell what the future holds for us, but I know that we can overcome them... together." Gwen smile.

"Together... I love you, Gwen." Peter said with sincerity.

"I love you too, Pete." Gwen said with sincerity.

Peter and Gwen lean in and kisses each other slowly with their arms around one another, Peter's hands on Gwen's back reached to the zipper, he slow zips it down open, Gwen has her hands on Peter's jacket and pulls it off his shoulders as they're both stripping one another of their clothing, sometime later the suit and the dress are both on the floor as Peter and Gwen are standing before each other without any clothes on, they both look at each other and gave a warm smile until they leaned in and hugs, they then lean onto the bed and kiss each, they're making this a very passionate night as they're consummating their marriage together on this very night.

It's 9:55 PM back in Central Park as Miles, Tiana, Ganke, Danika, Anya, and Sam are all helping with the clean up of the equipment as the party has ended for the night, everyone else already left as the lights are still on and it's getting a bit tiresome for some, especially for Tiana as she yawns out loud.

"Feeling tired, Ti?" Miles said.

"Yeah, can't believe how long the party went on, but I'm glad your friends finally got married." Tiana said.

"Me too, Ti, me too." Miles said.

Danika is also yawning. "Actually, I'm feeling pretty tired out too."

"Why don't we call it a night? We all need to head on home." Ganke Lee said.

"Good idea." Miles agrees.

"Why don't you all go, I'm almost done." Sam volunteers to stay.

"Okay, but don't stay out too long, anything can happen in night." Ganke Lee said.

"I'll keep that mind." Sam Alexander said.

"I'll stay out here and help him." Anya said.

"Let's go Ti, see ya at the school... Goodnight!" Miles walks with Tiana and waves to Sam.

"Goodnight!" Sam and Anya waved together.

Miles, Tiana, Ganke, and Danika are all leaving the park together while Anya and Sam are picking up the remaining chairs and store them away, Anya just finished stacking up some chairs as her phone is getting a text, she pulls out and reads the text from her dad as Sam noticed it.

"Everything alright?" Sam Alexander said.

"It's my dad, I told him I'd be staying at the apartment for the night, he's just texted to remind me not to stay out too long, he's waiting at home." Anya said.

"I see... why don't you go? I can finish up." Sam Alexander said.

"You sure?" Anya said.

"Yeah, don't want to make your dad worry too much, you can go, I got this." Sam Alexander insists.

"Thanks, it's very sweet of you." Anya smile.

"Anything for my girl." Sam smile.

Anya came up and kisses Sam before leaving the park, Anya looks back and waves to her boyfriend, Sam waves back smiling as he's lucky to be with a great girl like Anya Corazon, Sam got back to picking up and folding the remaining chairs, he puts them in the van and closes the doors shut. The only thing left are the light lamps as they suddenly went off and everything went dark, leaving Sam blinded in the middle of the park.

"What the..." Sam is confused.

Sam pulls out his phone and it's dead too for some reason.

Sam sighs. "Great, where's some light when you need it?"

All of a sudden, a bright light shined upon Sam as he looks up to see a unknown spaceship hovering in close above Central Park, this whole thing caught Sam by surprise, he's looking at a real spaceship, for some reason it wants him.

"What is this?!" Sam is blinded by the light.

The ship is projecting some kind of beam upon Sam Alexander as the light is shining more brighter than before, he can feel himself being pulled in as he has no idea what's about to happen to him. Eventually the light stopped shining and the ship lifts off and flies back up into space before making a hyper jump from this system, Sam Alexander is no longer on Earth, he's far, far away somewhere in the galaxy.

Later around 11:55 PM at the top of the Empire State Building is Madame Web as she's mediating and waiting, approaching her is an yet unidentified individual who wields greater power that is beyond anything or anyone's understanding, his face remains hidden as he prefers it that way and wishes to remain anonymous for now, Madame Web stops mediating and gets up to meet this mysterious entity for the first time in her life.

"I've been waiting for this day, Cassandra Webb told me all about you... you don't need to worry, the threat has ended." Madame Web said.

"For now... Tell me about Parker? What is his progress?"

"As expected, he's headstrong, righteous, driven... but he still has so much to learn." Madame Web said.

"Will he be ready when the time comes?"

Madame Web sighs. "I have no idea... he's... stubborn and unpredictable... he might not even be ready at all."

"He'll have to be... after all... he is the chosen one... it is his destiny... for the biggest battle will soon come... he'll be come for him."

Madame Web sighs. "I know... but anything could happen before then, dark times are ahead for Peter Parker... I can only hope he'll have the strength to overcome them before his true destiny comes."

"I do... the fate of our universe and other universes depends on it."

Madame Web knows Spider-man still has a greater destiny ahead of him, but he's not yet ready for it, he still has many challenges ahead of him, even Madame Web can't tell what future holds in store for him as there can be many outcomes, but one thing is certain, a greater evil knows of Spider-Man's existence and will come for him in time, none of this is over yet, it's only the beginning.

Very far, far away from Earth is the planet called Klyntar, the Planet of the Symbiotes, which has since then been emptied and barren for billions of years, but deep inside the planet itself is a prison holding a throne where a dark entity has been trapped for eternity, this dark entity is sitting on his throne wearing black armor, he's got long white hair, he moves his head up to show red eyes, just who is this God of Symbiotes, all anyone knows is he can sense Spider-Man, he plans to kill him one day when he's finally freed from his eternal prison, he'll spell out trouble for the whole universe when that day comes, there's no tell if Spider-Man will be ready to face someone this powerful, but it his destiny, a big battle will come at some point in the future.

It's June 17th, time is 3:34 PM in the cemetery in Queens, May Parker is coming with flowers, she makes a stop at the grave of Richard and Mary Parker, she places a couple of them onto their gravestones, she then walks over to her husband's grave and laid some flowers there too, afterwards she made it to the grave of George Stacy, she got something to say to him about his daughter Gwen.

"Hello George, it's been a long time... thought you'd be happy to know your daughter Gwen has finally married my nephew, our families are finally joined, you've always thought of Peter as a son, now he is... I know there's been a lot of complications along the way, but you don't have to worry about her, she'll be fine, she's on her way to the Canary Islands with her husband, Peter will protect her with his life, you daughter is one lucky lady..." May smiles warmly.

May lowers down and placed some flowers onto George Stacy's gravestone, she then gets up and looks at the new grave as she walks over to it, she finally arrive at the gravestone looking down upon it, someone dear to her is resting in this grave, the gravestone reads...

May 5th, 1975 - June 14th, 2025

"Hello old friend... I want to say thank you for everything, none of this would've been possible if it wasn't for your brave sacrifice, you gave my nephew a second chance, and because of it, he got to save the world, now he's married to the love of his live, it's all thanks to you... I hope you found peace at last... Martin Li." May pays her respects.

May lowers down and placed some flowers onto the gravestone of Martin Li who gave his life to save her nephew, May then leaves alone as far out on the other side of the cemetery is Anne Weying standing over the gravestone of Eddie Brock as she's got something important to say to him.

"Hello Eddie... I know it's been days, but I miss you very much... it's a nice grave you have, not everyone knows about the heroic sacrifice you made to save this city and the world, but I do... I'm still here in the world because of you, I only wish you were here beside me, we could've had a beautiful life together, but you have to worry, you gave a great gift, a part of you will always live on... in our child." Anne Weying smile warmly.

Anne Weying smile as she placed her hand on her belly as she's expecting a child, it's Eddie's, he's the father.

"One day, I'll tell our son about his father, how much we loved each other, how he was the bravest man who gave his life to be a great hero... my hero..." Anne Weying smile with tears. "Goodbye Eddie... I always love you."

Anne place some fingers on her lips as she kiss it, she then place them onto Eddie's gravestone as she leaves, letting her love Rest In Peace, determined to keep on living for herself and their child. The gravestone reads...

It's 9:34 PM at the Helicarrier, mobile headquarters of S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury and Phil Coulson are approached one of the private vaults, the director inputs the codes and pulls up his eye patch showing off blind eye, the scanners reads both of his retinas and accepted it, the vault door opens up as they're both entering to see four containment units, each hold the symbiotes of Venom, Carnage, Scream, and Riot, but its the Venom Symbiote that caught Fury's interest as they're both approaching it to see it's still alive and moving around, but Coulson is skeptical on why Fury is keeping them alive.

"There it is." Nick Fury said.

"Sir, I still don't understand why you didn't order these symbiotes to be destroyed, you're well aware what they're capable of and yet you still kept them alive... why?" Phil Coulson is curious.

"Cause I still see great potential in them, especially in Venom... after seeing Eddie Brock successfully achieving symbiosis without the drawbacks, we now know it's very much possible for humans and symbiotes to work together as one, such unity can still prove usefully for the future, especially in these dire times we're all in... Coulson, do we have the old research data on the Sym-Soldier Program?" Nick Fury said.

"We do, we've recovered them from the Life Foundation? They're perfectly intact and viable." Phil Coulson said.

"Good, we're gonna revive the project, only this time, we're going to improve it, make it more better, succeed where our predecessors have failed, it may take so much time, but with the right methods and the perfect candidate, we'll create a perfect super soldier,." Nick Fury said.

"Yes Director, how should we call the project?" Phil Coulson said.

"Hmm... let's call it... Project Rebirth 2.0." Nick Fury said.

Nick Fury has started a new project, using research from the original Sym-Soldier Program, he plans to create a new super soldier using symbiotes, only this time with more controllable methods, he calls it Project Rebirth 2.0, it might take time, but soon they're create another hero in these dire times, all they need is the right candidate to bond with the symbiote.

It's June 18th, time is 8:45 PM in the Spanish Archipelago off the coast of Northwest Africa called the Canary Islands, on the island of Gran Canaria, the sun is starting to set down, out alone in the beach are Peter and Gwen on their honeymoon, dressed in their swim-wears, Peter in his blue swim trunks, Gwen in her white bikini, both of them are admiring the sunset before their eyes out in the ocean, both are enjoying their time of peace together.

Gwen sighs with a smile. "Isn't this beautiful, Pete?"

"It sure is... the only thing that make this interesting... is you, having my wife beside me." Peter smile.

"Get use to it hubby, cause I plan to make you very happy for a long time." Gwen flirts.

"And I plan to make you happy too, wifey." Peter flirts.

Peter and Gwen lean in and kiss each other on the beach as they're very happy being husband and wife, Gwen finished kissing Peter as she looks upon the water.

"Since we're all alone... we better make the most of it." Gwen flirts.

Peter smiles upon Gwen walks across the sand seductively towards the water as Peter follows her in, both of them are taking a swim out into the sea, they dive around in underwater swimming together until they made it out in the open, Peter and Gwen emerged their heads from the water as they take each other in their arms, Peter gave Gwen a warm smile which made her curious.

"What?" Gwen said.

"You said you plan to make me happy... truth is... I'm already am happy, I've always been happy cause... I'm with you... I love you so much, Gwen." Peter smile.

"I love you so much, Peter." Gwen smile.

Peter and Gwen are floating around out in the water as they leaned in for a passionate kiss, feeling more happier than they've ever been in their lives, not wanting this moment of their great love to end, they kept on kissing each other. Meanwhile far away from the beach is none other than Madame Web who is starring out at the sea where the couple are enjoying themselves in great happiness.

"Enjoy it while you can Peter Parker, for dark times are ahead, new challenges await, even in the near future... I have seen it." Madame Web said.

Madame Web uses her powers to catch multiple glimpses of the futures through the web, specifically within one year, she's seen them all...

Spider-Man has team up with a mercenary anti-hero in a bright red suit called Deadpool as he and Spider-Man are interrogating a man who refuses to talks, Deadpool pulls out his gun and shots the man in the leg, making him scream in intense pain as this made Spider-Man very uncomfortable.

"DEADPOOL! WHAT DID I JUST SAY!" Spider-Man protests.

"Relax, he's not dead... yet." Deadpool being all cool about it.

Second vision is of Spider-Man and the Web-Warriors teaming up with a new team of heroes called the Fantastic Four, consisting of Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and the Thing, all are teaming up against the supervillain Doctor Doom, the Thing crunches his fists ready for a fight as Spider-Man turns to him.

"Care to do the honors?" Spider-Man said.

"Though you'd never ask... It's Clobbering Time!" Thing eager to fight.

Third Vision has Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider in San Francisco teaming up with their old friend Cindy Moon who's all donned in her web-made suit, she's been gifted with the power of the spider including the gift to generate webbing from her fingers, they're all fighting against the supervillain wielding spider powers, his name is Ezekiel Sims as he's very desperate and determined to take Cindy Moon whatever the cost, his very life depends on it.

"You don't understand, that woman, Cindy Moon, she's the key to my survival! Hand her over!" Ezekiel Sims demands.

"Never, we won't let you have her!" Spider-Man refuses.

Fourth vision is of Spider-Man in Egypt fighting off against a mercenary team called the Watchdogs as they have him outnumbered, coming in jumping off from a crescent shaped aircraft and joining the fight is a new figure donned in a white and black suit, wearing a white hooded cape, he tossed a couple of crescent darts upon his enemies and took some of them out, Spider-Man is surprised to meet this new vigilante who seems to have special powers of his own, just like him.

"Thanks... ah... who are you?" Spider-Man is all confused.

"I am vengeance... I am justice... I am... the Moon Knight!." Moon Knight introduced himself.

Fifth vision, Spider-Man is in the Eastern European Country of Symkaria, the country is at war and Spidey's on a rescue mission to save a friend, but he crosses path with a silver-white haired woman donned in a silver catsuit armed with weapons, she's in her mid twenties and in the company of a group of mercenaries.

"Whoa! You're..." Spider-Man is stunned.

"Spider-Man... welcome to Symkaria, I am Silvija Sablinova, please call me Silver Sable, and this is my team, we are the Wild Pack." Silver Sable introduce herself and her team.

Madame Web is still getting visions of villains Spider-Man will face in the future, such as Lady Octopus, Scorcher, The Spot, Taskmaster, and the Savage Six lead by Vulture, but the one vision that has he all worried is the sound of something flying around on some kind of flight craft as someone is cackling sinisterly, whoever this villain is much worst than any of the others, he'll spell out trouble to Spider-Man soon.

This mysterious villains cackles. "Can Spider-Man come out to play?"
