AN: Thinking back to Aizawa's reputation I find I'm surprised at nobody getting expelled. It makes sense story wise but doesn't fit his backstory and early personality. So this story would have the inciting incident of me giving him the class with the most students I can see him expelling. Meaning Izuku, and those that are left, would get more attention in training. Who knows, maybe Aizawa would help Izuku NOT break every bone known to man every time he uses his quirk sooner.

Now I did tweak a few events in the test that will be mentioned to make certain rulings make more sense but I made each call for expulsion based on that students habits, personality, behavior, actions, etc.

Earned Reputation (First Look)

-Izuku-

"Alright, now that we're done I'll put the scores on the board." Aizawa sounded exhausted and looked like they were preparing for something unpleasant or annoying "Your name highlighted in red means you're expelled from the Hero Track." As the man spoke, he pushed a button, the board filling up with names and a lot of red "Also, I lied, it's not just the last place person being expelled."

Terrified, feeling the oppressive weight of his classes stunned silence, Izuku nervously checked the bottom name on the board.

Minoru Mineta, the purple haired student who'd brazenly tried peaking on the girl's changing rooms already. Eyes racing for a name starting with 'M' he found himself at rank ten, and his name wasn't highlighted in red. His overwhelming sense of relief was shattered by the furious explosions coming from Bakugo.

"The hell do you mean I'm expelled?!" Bakugo roared, the other nine students who's names were red as Bakugo's voice their own protests.

"You want to know why? Then fine." Aizawa glared, eyes glowing red.

"Bakugo, you attempted to assault another student and got into fights during these tests." Izuku felt the blond's furious glare boring into my skull "Added to your general treatment of your classmates being a hinderance to any training and the fact that you're test results indicate you aren't trying to be a Hero, you just want to fight villains." Bakugo was too busy gaping to respond, Izuku unable to remember the last time someone had taken the explosive quirk user to task like this.

"Kamakiri, you got into multiple fights with Bakugo." The Mantis looking quirk user seemed upset but acknowledged the man's point, albeit reluctantly.

"Mineta, not only were your scores outside the repeated side steps abysmal, you were caught trying to spy on the girls' locker room." Aizawa glared at the short blubbering purplette.

"Todoroki," Aizawa looked at the person who'd shown a powerful "you were told more than once to give your all yet you refused to use your flames for any tests or even to simply offset the damage your ice did to you. You're a liability to yourself and to others with that mindset."

"Kaminari, you used your quirk and fried your brain, leaving you helpless and unable to even think or speak for several minutes. That's a liability I won't tolerate."

"Ida, you have gotten into multiple arguments with your classmates where you tried ordering them around and being disruptive."

"Monoma, not only is your screaming about a rivalry with 1B disruptive but I found you trying to teach Tsunotori a string of foul words while telling her they were compliments."

"Shiozaki, I saw you not only trying to enforce your idea of morals and your religion but whipping your classmates who didn't obey your ideals with your vines."

"Jiro, I saw you using your quirk on Kaminari for an off hand remark he made. That was assault and sending vibrations like what your quirk can do inside the human body is a major health concern, I've already had to call Recovery Girl who's heading down here to check on things."

"And Aoyama, you tripped the school's digital security systems. The system caught you trying to send out your classmate's personal and quirk information to someone and intercepted the messages." Izuku saw how utterly terrified the Frenchman looked now.

"The ten of you left, go back to the classroom. You'll find your syllabus' in your desks that go over the basic lesson plan schedule for the year. I'll go over any changes tomorrow."

-Aizawa-

"Ten students Shota, really?" Midnight asked him in exasperation as they observed the special rooms to hold students who were being detained for one reason or another. Given the multiple cases of assault, sexual harassment, and violating private information, most of the expelled students were waiting for Tsukauchi to come and clear them.

"It wasn't the whole class this time." He shrugged, still surprised that the student he'd gone in intending to expel, Midoriya, had instead surprised him. Not only had the kid found a way to use his quirk without breaking his arm, Recovery Girl had also let slip that the kid was a late bloomer, the damn quirk literally showing up in the exam. Given the kid's rapid growth with the quirk, going from breaking an arm to breaking a finger, he'd give the kid a chance…and sign him up for quirk counselling. Lots and lots of quirk counselling.
