One and a half hours later.
Kick!*
What was that for, mate??" Ron started and glared at Harry.
"Hermione's order. Also, look."
"Look? Listening doesn't alert you quickly enough? Merlin, they're like a herd of erumpents." While Malfoy had developed increased tolerance to select Weasleys over the years, large groups (read: two-plus) tended to make him nervous. Especially if it involved a twin. Weaslette remained his steadfast favorite.
"Fred! George! Whatever you're planning, you best stop this instant! Don't think I can't tell when you're up to something."
George rolled his eyes at a safe distance from his mother. "Mum, all due respect, you had trouble telling us apart until one of us lost an ear! We're not up to something. We're –"
"Working on a new product for the shop," Fred raised a brow.
"Never know when the opportunity arises to test something."
"Keep the creative juices flowing, and all that."
Molly narrowed her eyes, "Just see that you behave here. Wouldn't want to stress Hermione, and-"
"Got it, Mum," George walked over and kicked Ron.
"What the bloody hell is it with people kicking me today?!?"
"I'm your brother. I need a reason, now? Shove over, Ronnikins."
George looked around the now-full waiting room.Lucius was face-palming, and George could see him literally holding his mouth shut. "Mr. Malfoy, Mrs. Malfoy…Ferret."
Draco gave him just the slightest sneer. "Evil Weasel," he drawled and looked at Fred, "Evil Weasel: The Sequel."
Narcissa nodded at Molly and Arthur, who came to sit beside her.
"How is she?"
"She sent notes almost two hours ago. She started strong, but she's tired. So far, she's insisting on being alone."
Molly nodded in understanding. "She is planning to let Draco be there for the birth?"
Fred smirked from a corner seat, "60-40 odds she doesn't!"
"I'll take a piece of that action, but put me down for five galleons that she caves and lets him in."
A chorus of "Gin!" echoed through the room. She smirked and leaned against the doorway. "However, I'll wager 10 galleons she hits him at least once during labor."
"I'll take your action for the five galleons, but I'm not touching the bet on her hitting him. Too easy. I'd hit him right now, and I'm not even pregnant."
Ginny shrugged and crossed the room to kiss her husband. "How goes it?"
Harry sighed. "She threatened me with bodily harm if I continued trying to help."
"That's ok. I'll let you annoy me later at home."
Theo took a measured look at the motley crew before him. "Anyone else hungry? I was thinking of ordering delivery from BroomBustle."
"What about MooberEats?"
"Nah. They only serve dairy."
