The stadium shows a banner of an upcoming fight for the Remnant Heavyweight Championship. It features Blake Belladonna, a woman in black hair and black attire with black cat ears, and Penny Polendina, a woman in long orange hair in a bow, and green and orange tights.

"This, ladies and gentlemen, is Social Media Streaming Gold!" A promoter said, "Tonight, who will walk out of Remnant, The UNDISPUTED Heavyweight Boxing Champion of Remnant?"

The fans cheered, as they were 50-50, siding with either Blake or Penny. This is an exciting boxing match, except…

(Announcer): Ladies and gentleman, this is the moment you've been waiting for! A battle between Beast vs. Machine! Feline vs. Fembot! Huntress vs. Huntress! This battle is a 12-round bout, for 3 minutes, and it's for The Undisputed Remnant Heavyweight Championship! Introducing the combatants, first…"

He introduced Penny, "Fighting in the blue corner, or rather, the Green corner, she is a mechanical marvel of beauty and wit. She's always Combat Ready! At 37 wins and no losses, ALL by knockout, standing at 5'5", weighing in at 200 lbs… the reigning, defending, and undefeated… Undisputed Remnant Heavyweight Champion… Robo-Girl Supreme, Always Combat Ready, Penny Polendina!"

The fans cheered, as Penny waved her hands, "SAL-U-TATIONS!"

He introduced Blake, "And her opponent, and the challenger, fighting in the red, or black corner… fighting out of the Menagerie, with a record of 45 wins, 17 losses, and 40 KOs, representing Team RWBY, and one of the most beloved and hard-hitting Faunus of all of Remnant, standing 5'6", weighing in at 136 lbs, the Undisputed Faunusweight Champion of the World, Blake "Black Cat" Belladonna!"

Blake whispered, "I didn't want to fight her, but I have no choice." The fans cheered, as they cheered for Blake.

The women went to the referee, as he explained, "Now, this fight goes into 12 rounds, 3 minutes each, I want a good clean fight, and no biting each other. In the event of a 12 round end, the judges will make their decision."

They tapped gloves, as the bell rang. This match was a boxing match between Robot and Faunus.

NOTE: And no, this has NOTHING to do with the recent Tyson vs. Paul match.

ROUND 1

The bell sounded, and both women exchanged punches, and even bobbed and weaved from their massive hits. Blake suffered a left and right blow, as Penny beeped, "Target neutralized. Target spotted, area found."

Blake took a blow to the chest. Blake staggered, and then punched away at Penny's face. Blake gets another blow, and Penny steps back, nearly kneeling down. Penny hits a body blow to Blake, and Blake counters with a jab combo.

They continued on, until the round ended, with no one going down.

DING! DING!

Blake was in her corner, panting. "Man… She's good."

Penny beeped, "Data collected. Blake Belladonna… perfect specimen for data." She smiled, "It feels wrong to fight Blake. I am glad Ruby Rose isn't watching this fight… neither is Yang for some reason."

A ring girl stepped in and raised the card. It said "Round 2". The round girl walked around, as Blake and Penny resumed their fight.

ROUND 2!

The bell rang, and Blake went into the offense. Penny landed a swift right, and an uppercut to the chin. Blake dropped to the floor, and she was on her knees. The referee counted, "1! 2! 3!"

Blake got up, and Penny and Blake resumed their fighting. This continued on for one full minute, until Blake hits a right hook. Penny fell face first and moaned, "Ow…"

"1! 2! 3! 4! 5!"
Penny got up, and shook herself off, "Data saved. Continuing collecting."

Penny jabbed away, and Blake blocked each punch. Blake hit another blow to the belly, but Penny shook it off. She let out a fierce hook, but Blake ducked. Blake hit a left hook and a right cross. Penny avoided the right hook, and hit Blake with a massive left jab. Blake was panting, as she moaned, "Ugh…"

They continued, as the time ran out in Round 2.

DING! DING!

Blake was in her corner, panting. And with a couple welts on her face.

"What kind of machine is she? I can't back down…" Blake sobbed, "I want to win this battle."

Penny's eyes flashed, as she was sitting in place, recharging a bit. "Battery levels at 98%. Systems all operational."

Round 3 began, as Blake and Penny went back to each other. Blake was struck down by a massive left-right combo, and she staggered to the mat. As Blake was staggering to the ropes, as the referee counted, Ruby, Weiss, and Yang were watching from the back row in the audience.

Yang said, as she watched, "Blake's losing. She is down again."

Weiss said, "At this rate, if Blake goes the distance, Penny will win by Unanimous Decision."

"WHOOOOOO! GO PENNY! BEAT THAT BLACK CAT!" Ruby cheered on. Yang roared, "RUBES! Blake's our friend! We're cheering for her!"

"I know, but Penny has been champion forever. It's high time she wins again! I'm on the Penny Train!"

Weiss huffed, "That's not funny… Even so, Penny is very strategic against all Huntresses. But why Blake?"

Penny knocked down Blake again, and Blake got up at 7. Blake punched away and landed a left hook, knocking down Penny. She moaned, "Ow."

DING! DING! DING!
Round 3 ended, and Penny got up, after the bell. They headed to their corners. Blake was panting again, as she was exhausted, "I know Yang's not here to enjoy this, but… It's for the best. I can't let Ruby be sad over me… or Penny."

Last week, Blake was training for her fight, as Ruby smiled, "Hi, Blake! I see you're training!"

Blake punched the heavy bag, as Yang said, "Blake… Baby, it's alright. You cannot choose to fight her."

"I know… But this is the biggest fight of my life." Blake said, "Penny Polendina is my biggest challenge yet. If I win, I'll make history. Remnant's World Champion! ME!"

Ruby smiled, "I doubt it, she's the undefeated champion for years."

Weiss said, "Yeah, you can't win. Hell, I fought her in the ring, and I lost."

Yang said, "Same, but… Then they disbarred me, before I fought her. Still pissed over the Vytal Fest Incident."

"Penny's a tough fighter, and possibly the strongest. But imagine… If you become World Champion, you're famous."

"I don't deserve fame. I'm always the same Black Cat Belladonna, the best Faunus Boxer. I'm #1 in my species. It was approved by Professor Ozpin, after Jacques Schnee tried to overrule the rule. I mean, we're still human-like."

Yang smiled, "You'll be fine. But still, Penny isn't that easy to fight with. Ruby wants to fight her."

"What's stopping her?"

"Ruby herself." Weiss said. "She refused to do so."

Ruby smiled, "Besides, we agreed not to fight each other. Ever."

Blake growled, "Ruby… I'm gonna beat Penny, if it kills me… And that's final! If I fight Penny, I'll win!"

Ruby barked, "If you fight Penny, you'll die!"

"I'll die in my sleep!" Blake yelled at her. She panted, as Ruby whimpered. She turned away and snarled, "Just… leave. DON'T watch me tonight. Just stay home…"

Ruby whispered, "Blake…" Yang said, "Blake, I understand your urge and your determination, but you shouldn't have yelled at Ruby!"

Blake ignored her and continued to spar. Team RWY walked away, as Yang huffed, "I'm still rooting for you, Blake… but if you die from Penny, we won't be responsible. Good luck in your fight, Champ." Yang marched off, as Weiss asked, "Wait… Shouldn't that be MY line?"

Weiss watched, as Blake was training. Weiss nodded, "I'm sorry…"

Blake was gasping for air, as the fans were going wild. Five rounds passed, and Blake was tiring out. And according to the scores, there was no chance for Blake to win. Penny was a clincher for a Unanimous Decision… provided if Blake survives.

ROUND 6!

Six rounds, and Blake continued to punch away, but Penny dodged and blocked each punch. She laughed robotically, "Ha. ha. ha. ha. Ha." She landed a huge right hook, but Blake ducked. She dropped to the floor, and suddenly fainted. The referee asked if she could continue. Blake nodded, and she held her gloves.

"I have to… win…"

Blake punched hard, but Penny felt it like it was pillows. Penny hit a soft jab, and Blake staggered to the ropes. She got up and panted, "NO!" She was about to hit a punch, but Penny stopped. She paused and beeped, "Data collected. Waiting… Waiting… Loading… Loading… Load complete… Data is saved."

POW!
Blake roared, "You shouldn't have paused in-between rounds!"

Penny moaned, "You are mean! I was saving data for the battle records that I needed for future combat matches. I am Combat Ready."

Penny jabbed Blake, and Blake barked, "YOU CANNOT EVEN BEAT ME FAIRLY!"

"I am playing fair, Blake Belladonna."

Blake punched her away, as Penny giggled, "You cannot defeat me. Weiss, Emerald, Cinder, Neo, even others that dared to defeat me. Now it's your turn, Faunusweight Champion of Mantle. No, now Remnant."

Blake barked, "SHUT UP!"

Blake furiously punched her, and Penny moaned, "Hold still! Defeat is your option!"

Blake roared, "SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UP!"

Blake landed one final right hook, and Penny's head turned and spun in one spin. Penny beeped, "Recalibrating…"

Blake was shocked, "Oh, no…"

Penny was still standing, as the bell rang. The referee called the women to go back to their corners. Round 6 was over.

Yang prayed, "Blake… She can't win… I need to go down there."

Yang rushed down, as Weiss cried, "YANG! NO!"

Blake sobbed and panted, "Ow… I can't… I can't…"

Yang cried, "BLAKE!" She was in her corner and cried, "You can do it."

"Yang?"

"I know you said NOT to come, but… You need us. I need you. I love you…"

Yang was sobbing, as Blake sniffled, "Yang…" She got up, and she said, "Just… Stay out of my way!"

ROUND 7!

Another hook and a lunge takes Penny down, as Blake was exhausted. Penny moaned, as she got up at 6. They continued punching away, as Yang was concerned. "This is not like Penny, at all."

She watched, as Raven was in Penny's corner. She called, "That's it, Robo Girl! Don't give up! Give the One Lucky Punch to that Faunus!"

"MOM?" Yang cried.

Raven smiled, "Oh, you made it. I see you saw my presence… that intimidates Blake?"

"Who sent you here? And why are you siding with Penny?"

"Because I want you to watch for your own good… Blake is a lost cause. Boxing, aside from Huntress Duties. This is what you are banned from boxing, with that arm."

"MOM! You didn't answer me! WHO PUT YOU UP TO THIS?"

Raven smirked, as Yang was shaken.

Raven Branwen was with her brother, Qrow, and Winter Schnee, in an office at Vacuo.

"Pietro Polendina made a new prospect in Penny." Winter said, "Perhaps we need all the fighters' data to combat a future Grimm attack from Salem."

"Indeed. We may never know what may come." Qrow said, "So, it's your call, Sis."

Raven said, "I've already had matches for Penny 3.0, and we have the same strength as myself, Winter, and Cinder. She's three maidens in one."

Qrow said, "But she's a prototype. No way we're gonna let a robot fight for battle data."

Raven smirked, "Oh… I have an idea."

Raven Branwen allowed the new Penny to fight, and took down everyone in the boxing ring, including Nora, Weiss, Neon, Velvet, Harriet, Robyn, Neo, Coco, and Emerald, among others. And in all 37 battles, Penny won every time. Blake Belladonna was her next opponent.

Yang growled, "You have no right… WHY?"

Raven said, "We're doing this for your own good… and for your own safety. I'd allow you to fight her, but you have a fetish for kitties; plus, that arm, it's no wonder…"

Yang yelled, "There's just no way! You're killing Blake! FOR PROFIT? AND FOR DATA?"

Round 8 came and passed, as Blake was tiring out. Penny was sitting in her corner, "Battle Data confirmed… Stats updating… reloading… reloading… Data complete. Continuing combat." She turned to Yang and smiled, "OH! Sal-u-tations, Yang!"

Blake gasped, as Penny winked to Yang. Blake was seething, as she had a vision of Penny and Yang together.

Penny whispered, "Yang… I think you're very special…"

Yang smiled, "I love you, Penny."
"I love you, too." Penny smiled.

They shared a kiss, as Penny was caressing Yang, as she whispered, "I love you, Yang Xiao Long…"

Blake's nightmarish visions haunt her, and her blood starts to boil. "Penny… and Yang?" She sat up, as Round 9 began. She roared, as she knocked out the Ring Woman. Blake roared, "PENNNYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!"

Blake started to punch away, and they exchanged punches, and Penny was being smashed in the face by Blake's hard hits. Blake roared, "Yang's mine! You can't have her! YOU CANNOT HAVE HER!"

Penny was punching her away viciously, as Raven chuckled, "Not a chance. Even for a comeback, it's all Penny."

Yang cried, "GO! GO GET HER, BLAKE!"

Ruby cried, "NO! BLAKE! DON'T SMASH HER! PENNY, DODGE HER!"

Weiss yelled, "KILL HER, BLAKE! SEND HER TO HELL!" She paused and gasped, "Uhhhh… I mean… Such a childish and barbaric sport."

Ruby giggled, "You're into it, are you?" Weiss huffed, "Hmph! I can't help it." She added, "Even so, Blake can't win, if she goes the distance… plus, she's out of gas."

Blake was furious, as she punched away at Penny, and she fell faced down. The referee counted, "1! 2! 3! 4! 5!" Raven cried, "GET UP! GET! UP!"

Penny got up at 9, and Raven panicked. "Oh, no…"

Blake and Penny resumed, as Yang cheered, "GO, BLAKE! GO!"

Blake revved up a right, but Penny fought back and was angry. Her eyes lit red, and grabbed Blake's wrist. She beeped, "Kill enemy target. Kill enemy target."

Raven cried, "OH, NO! SHE'S MALFUNCTIONING!"

Penny started to punch away, viciously, and Blake stood her ground. Blake staggered, and Penny was going nonstop. The bell rang, as the referee separated them. They returned to their corners, as Raven cried, "Take it easy, Penny… Calm down."

Penny beeped, "Kill target. Kill target."

POW!
She knocked out Raven, and the fans were shocked. Penny hollered in a demonic shrill, "KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

The bell rang, as Round 10 began. Yang cried, "BLAKE!"

Blake shrieked, as Penny landed a massive One Punch on Blake. But she stopped, and she started to beep and shake, "Malfunction… System error… Data not found… Kill enemy target… Data not responding… Data corrupted… Data not… Malfunction…"

She spazzed and beeped, as Blake was shaken, "Huh? I…" she paused and had a thought, "Should I? But she's still fighting me… So…"

Blake held her gloves up and yelled, "Penny! I didn't hear no bell!" She socked and smashed Penny in the face, and Penny started to retaliate, only shoddily and weakly. Blake punched her chest, ribs, and face, and called, "YANG'S MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE!"

SMASH!
Blake lands a massive right hook, and Penny was smashed into pieces. The fans were horrified, as Yang was shocked. Raven was terrified, "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Penny was in pieces, as she beeped slowly, "Data not… not… not… Unit shutting down… So lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-long… farrrrrrre… wrrrrrrr…" Her panels exploded, emitting smoke, and sparks shot out of her wounds.

The referee called out, "That's it! It's over!"

Ruby shrieked, "PENNY!"

DING! DING! DING! DING!
Blake was shocked, as Yang cried, "BLAKE! BLAKE!" She went into the ring and hugged her. Blake sobbed, "No… What have I done?"

The referee nodded and said, "It's alright. She overheated and spazzed out. Get a repairman over here!"

Raven was unhappy, as a few technicians appeared, carrying a broken Penny away. Ruby was sad, as Blake was uneasy. "Why? But…"

"I can explain, Blake…"

Blake saw Raven and gasped, "Is that…?"

The referee grabbed Blake's arm, and raised her arm high. The fans cheered on, as Blake was celebrating. "BLACK CAT! BLACK CAT! BLACK CAT!"

Ruby was sobbing, "No… But how? And was that Raven?"

The announcer called, as the referee gave her the Championship Belts. "Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention please… at only 37 seconds in the 10th Round, the winner, by way of Technical Knockout… and THE NEW UNDISPUTED REMNANT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD… BLAKE "BLACK CAT" BELLADONNA!"

Weiss cheered, "WOOHOOOOOO! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! BLAKE WON! BLAKE WON!" She was jumping in the audience, as fans were going wild.

Ruby was stunned, as she was shaken, "Penny…" Yang said, as she went to Ruby, "Rubes, we need to talk."

Blake raised her title high and the fans chanted, "Black Cat! Black Cat! Black Cat!"

Meanwhile, in an office, Winter saw the fight. She and Qrow were disappointed.

"Penny lost the fight." Qrow said, "But we have all the data needed."

"No… We lost it all." Winter sobbed, "Dammit! Why didn't Penny knock out the Faunus in the 6th Round? She couldn't go through 10 or 12 rounds!"

"Well, at least we have everything else. Still, Black Cat Blake needs a challenger. Why say we set up Penny 4.0, and start from scratch?"

Winter sighed and said, "No… But maybe–."

XXXXX

Weiss barked at Winter, back at Vacuo, "WINTER! You and the Branwens were in this, were you?"

Weiss was told what the others knew, and Winter was chastised. "I'm sorry, Weiss… I did make Penny into a boxing champion, to gather data to stop Salem's future attacks… I know you girls want to fight, but you cannot waste away your aura on very vicious contact sports."

Yang glared, "And you used Mom to cheat?"

Ruby gasped in disgust, "HOW… COULD YOU!" She turned away, "I'm ashamed at you!"

"Miss Rose–!"
"I'M ASHAMED!"

Blake said, "Okay, stop. Winter… Miss Schnee, I mean…" She gave her the Championship Title and said, "I can't accept this, if I had to defeat someone who uses Penny as a weapon."

Winter said, "No, you earned it. I'm sorry. But the committee said that you won fair and square."

"I know! But I killed your former champion! That's wrong!"

"True… but she can be repaired for another bout. Penny isn't going anywhere." Winter agreed. "Even so, since she's a robot, they'll allow it, if they agree to stop the fight if she falls apart."

Blake threw the belt down and roared, "Well, that's their fault! Not mine! I relinquish my title! I don't deserve it, and so there!" She marched off, as Yang cried, "Blake, wait!"

Weiss said, "Winter… I…"

Winter sighed, as she looked at the belt, "Weiss… No, say no more. I know what we did was just and fair, but in a boxing ring, it's wrong. Tell Blake that we accept her terms of surrende–."

"She relinquished the title! And your version of Penny is dead!" Ruby yelled. "You have no one on your team!"

Winter sniffled and said, "I… Perhaps I need to talk to the committee for our mistakes… and to ask about what to do with Blake's win."

Weiss said, "See that you do."

Days later, Blake was upset, as she was sitting on her bench, unhappy.

"In other news, the committee is still undergoing the investigation of the fight between Blake Belladonna and Penny Polendina, last week. Miss Belladonna won the bout and the championship by TKO, smashing apart the robot girl into pieces. And Raven Branwen has indeed admitted to personal reasons, we cannot divulge any more information. As a result, the reigning champion, Blake Belladonna has relinquished the World Championship, believing it was unfair.
We will keep you posted for–."

She turned the radio off and sobbed. She lied on the bench and whimpered.

Yang came in and said, "Hey…"

"Hey."

Blake sat up and said, "I'm sorry… I let you down, didn't I?"

"No… Mom cheated. We can't accept cheating. But you beat a cheater."

"I don't care about that! I killed a person… in a blaze of fury. I'm a monster."

Yang hugged Blake and whimpered, "No… You're better than that. You're my babe. My bee…"

Blake clamped her and sobbed, "Yang, what'll I do?"

They looked at each other, and they shared a kiss. As they liplocked, Ruby barged in and cried, "HEY! BLAKE! GOOD NEWS! Winter just called and–! Eep!"

She saw Yang and Blake kiss for a long time, as Ruby whispered, blushing heavily, "Uhhhhhhh… I'm gonna go…" Ruby snuck away.

As Yang and Blake continued to kiss, Ruby came by later, as soon as they were done. She made an announcement on Blake's win.

As it turns out, Blake's win was official. However, the committee did not like how Winter and Raven planned this for upcoming attacks by Salem. As a result, the decision stands, but Blake has already relinquished the championship. Blake would get another opportunity, and she fought against the NEW #1 contender for the Remnant Heavyweight Title.

Blake was unsure, as Yang was in her corner, "You can do this, Blake. I love you…"

Weiss was in her opponent's corner, "Go for it! You got this!"

Blake's opponent… was Ruby Rose. Ruby glared, "Yeah, while you were sucking face, you didn't get the full message… Rose Red vs. Black Cat."

Ruby & Blake fought for 12 rounds for the vacated championship. And in the end…

"Ladies and Gentlemen, the judges have made their decision! And the scores of 56 to 43, 61 to 38, and 59 to 40 goes to the winner by unanimous decision… and NEW Remnant Heavyweight Champion of The World… Ruby "Red" Rose!"

Blake was angry, as Ruby celebrated, "WHEEEEEEEEEE! I WON! I WON! Owie!" She winced in pain, as Weiss held her, "Calm down. You had a rough battle."

Blake went to her corner and sobbed, "I lost…" Yang smiled, "At least you fought fair."

Blake said, "I wished she'd use her Semblance…"

"We can't. It's against the rules."

"Oh, well."

Yang kissed Blake and smiled, "It's alright. Come on… Let's get some ice for your face."

"Cool. No kissing me, until my face stops swelling…"

Yang carries Blake in her arms and hopped onto her back. Blake wrapped her arms and blushed, "I love you…"

Blake and Yang head off, as Ruby celebrates with the championship. The fans chanted for Ruby, as Blake leaves to heal. And to rest. Blake continued to box, until the day she retired, but it didn't stop her from her duties as a Huntress.

Weiss asked, "Hmm… I wonder what happened to Winter… And why did she want the data badly?"

XXXXX

Raven and Qrow were backstage, as the female referee was being deactivated. She was an android from remnants of Ace-Ops. Raven smiled, "All according to plans. Even so, they'd never expected a referee."

Qrow said, "And she was practically lifelike and human. But we got all the data. Proud of the kiddo, but the Faunus needs to work harder."

"Great. I'll call Winter that we got a buyer." Raven smirked, "Beautiful…"

After collecting the data from Ruby & Blake, Penny Robots invaded Vacuo, brushing off all the Grimm coming this way. The Pennys were built to secretly protect Vacuo from upcoming attacks. And no one knows of the impenetrable wall of defense… not even Team RWBY.

Raven was in her room, viewing the images of Penny's opponents in photos, from Weiss and Emerald to Coco and Velvet. And they were simply shots of their bodies lying on the ground, knocked out.

"Money shots…" Raven grinned.

As it turns out, she only built the Penny Robot to fight, just to ogle at the others. She has a somewhat secret urge.
She didn't bother getting one with Yang, on account she's already banned from the sport.
