Chapter 21
Within Naruto's Mindscape
Naruto sat before Kurama's cage. His eyes slowly blinking.
"Kit." Kurama spoke as he laid before his cage doors.
"Rama….I'm soo…sleeepyyy….." Naruto spoke in a draggy tone.
"I know kit. I know. Just come closer to my cage and I'll help keep you awake." Kurama tells him with a gentle tone of voice.
Slowly Naruto crawls over towards the cage doors where Kurama's claws stick out.
"Take my claw's kit, take them. So I can force out the sleep poison." Kurama tells his little kit.
Outside world
Monkey held the antidot to the sleep venom. "Hold him down." Monkey tells the others around him. "As this is going to be painful as well it appears the fox will be aiding us." He added.
Holding Naruto's mouth open Monkey dumps the antidot down the boy's mouth. As an orange glow slowly engulf the boy's body. Speeding up the antidote.
Several hour later
Within his mindscape Naruto slowly woke up as his arms are wrapped around Kurama's claws. "Mhm….what happen?" He questions in a draggy voice.
Kurama lets out a small sigh. "You we're poisoned." He tells his kit.
Naruto's head snaps up looking up at Kurama. "Poisoned?" He asks with fear and panic lacing his voice.
"Yes, it appears someone wanted you to appeared to be dead and come for you. But, your lucky to have myself and those monkey's out there as they figured out what was happening to you." Kurama told him with a smirk on his muzzle.
"Yeah, I'm lucky." Naruto said with a soft smile.
