Chapter 95: Possessed:

Raf's POV:

We were at the base, watching 'Aliens vs. Monsters.' It's a movie about a group of aliens coming to Earth and coming to a house of horrors. As we were watching it, my hand suddenly hit Sunset.

"Ow! Hey!"

"Sorry," I said.

I then kicked Alakshmi. "What was that?"

"Sorry."

"Raf, are you alright," asks Erika.

"I... think so."

I was then in the bathroom.

"What's going on with me," I asked.

"That is a very interesting question." I looked and saw a skull in the mirror, right where my head should be. "Hello Raf."

Jack's POV:

I spoke with Director Flagg.

"What's up," I asked.

"We got something in Canada. Someone found something weird there."

"What kind of weird," I asked.

"A paleontologist discovered what he thinks is a dinosaur's egg."

"I'll get my team on it."

Raf's POV:

We arrived in Canada. We saw the paleontologist presenting the egg.

"Imagine, this egg has been around since the time of the dinosaurs and is still fresh!"

"Someone should take away his license," says Drake, "that's a dragon's egg."

"So, are the dragons in your world like the ones in Equestria," asks Sunset.

"Yes... if Equestrian Dragons are vicious beasts that would rip your heads off and eat the rest."

"So, more like the ones in the Creature Realm then," says Alakshmi.

"Either way, we have to get that egg," says Jack, "we may have beaten Xykon, but that doesn't end it all."

"I got it," says Steel, "I'll knock out the paleontologist so we can get the egg."

"One problem," says Arashi, "you have fists of metal."

"You're right! I might hurt him!"

"Okay, let's think of a plan that doesn't involve breaking his nose," says Jack.

"Sad, isn't it? If you weren't too soft, you could easily get the egg." Xykon was talking in my head. "I have an idea that could work."

"I gotta go!" I then ran back to the jet.

I'm walking around in a circle, wondering what to do.

"I'm going to take control, Raf. There are two ways I could do it. One, you agree to let me take over, and two, I kill a loved one, and you have a lot of good friends in your team. So, what's it going to be?"

"The third option," I said, "I find a way to get you out!"

"Good luck with that."

Jack's POV:

Miko's sneaking to the Paleontologist's tent and takes the egg.

"I GOT THE EGG, LET'S GO!"

"You don't know what quiet means, do you," asks Alakshmi.

"Get back here with my egg," says the Paleontologist.

We then started running.

Raf's POV:

I was looking through Drake's book. I found something in my possession. Apparently, one way to free yourself... is to kill yourself. That will have to be Plan B... or Z. I then found something about a unicorn's tear... but the unicorn will have to be a unicorn and not be transformed into another species. That's oddly specific. I then found something about an emerald that could expel evil... but it was destroyed by Venger a long time ago.

"Not looking good for you, is it?"

I wasn't going to give up.

Jack's POV:

We managed to get away and took a good look at the egg.

"I don't believe it," says Drake, "it's not any ordinary dragon's egg... it's an offspring of Tiamat!"

"What's a Tiamat," asks Miko.

"Tiamat is a queen and mother of evil dragons," says Drake, "she is one of my world's Gods. This could be the most dangerous baby on this world. Who has my dice?"

"You don't have them," asks Roadblock.

Raf's POV:

I felt something in my pocket and got out Drake's dice.

"Remember what could happen if we roll a six."

I then quickly put the dice down and backed away from them.

"Hey Raf," says Roadblock as he shows up," anything okay?"

I then ran off.

Jack's POV:

"So, what's up with Raf," I asked.

"No idea," says Roadblock, "but I found these." Roadblock shows us the dice.

"Wait, Raf has them," asks Miko.

"Something's not right," says Drake, "we have to find him!"

Raf's POV:

I tried to get as far away from the others as I can. No matter what happens, I can't let Xykon come out.

"It must be hard. Your new big bad is in your head. How are you going to beat me?"

"I'll find a way," I said.

"Good luck with that."

I then looked and saw a familiar looking ram. It was the Demon Ram that killed Cobra Commander.

Erika's POV:

I was flying through the skies looking for Raf, and I found him. I then flew back down to the others.

"I found Raf," I said, "and he's...talking to a ram."

Raf's POV:

"So, I need you to help me get this thing out," I said.

"Hmm, so you think that just because I killed Cobra Commander, that means I'm one of the good guys? Don't make me laugh. He just got on my bad side." says Grogar.

"You don't understand. I would do anything to get rid of this thing!"

"Anything, you say. Well, that does interest me..."

Sunset and Roadblock then showed up and Sunset throws something at the ram.

"Raf, you can't trust Grogar," says Sunset.

"I take it, you know his story," says Roadblock.

"He is a magically powerful tyrant who ruled and terrorized Equestria in ancient times," says Sunset.

"I like him."

Grogar then disappears.

"Care to share," asks Roadblock.

I then told them all everything.

"That paasiTtic lich is now possessing you," asks Drake, "how did this happen?"

"I think it happened when you freed Ronald from Xykon's control," I said.

"You should've said something," says Drake, "but now that I know, I think I can free you. Let's get to work."

. . .

Drake starts working on a spell.

"So, you keep hearing his voice," asks Roadblock.

"Yeah," I said.

"Anyone else thinking we should go back to computer viruses," asks Miko.

As Drake finishes the spell, I suddenly turn to Maximal mode and start attacking everyone.

"It's gotta be Xykon," says Jack.

I then jumped on Roadblock and started choking him.

"Xykon, please don't do this," I said.

"But I'm not, it's you!"

"Xykon, please... you can have me if you spare Roadblock!"

"Deal!"

That was the last thing I remembered.

Jack's POV:

We all saw Raf standing and Roadblock's on the ground.

"Roadblock, are you okay," asks Steel.

"I think so, but Raf's the one we should worry about. They made a deal!"

Raf opens his eyes and they're all black. "Hello everyone."

"Xykon," I said.

"It's been real, but now I gotta go!" He then takes the egg, blasts a hole in the ceiling and leaves. "CATCH'YA ON THE FLIP SIDE!" Xykon then laughs.

"This isn't over," I said.

In the next chapter, the team looks for Esperweed to increase Sunset's telepathy. Also, Miko becomes a vampire.
