Chapter 9: Reaction on Taris

Reaction on Taris
On the planet of Taris the resistance on the planet were making parts and equipment to be smuggled of world to help the other cells. One of the smugglers was named Jaybo Hood. He was busy loading up some cargo to supply rebels in the outer rim when suddenly he heard many of the rebels talking with excitement. He then pulled one over. "Hey Coret what is going on?" he asked
Coret Bhan who was a male Zabrak quickly explained what had happened. He quickly explained who a small group of Jedi and rebels had launched a bold attack on Coruscant. When he said the person behind was named Jarik Shan he was shocked. He remembered his friend Codi Ty a former Jedi had told him about his friend Jarik who had accomplished many things as the Slicer. Along with his companions Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Ahoska Tano. He remembered the jobs they had done for the resistance on Taris. The friends they had made. They had a feeling of hope. Until that traitor had ruined everything. He refused to speak his name. Thanks to him Codi and so many others had been lost. All he knew what that the he had perished that to some information the wookies had sent them. Seeing and hearing what Jarik had done made him smile. Taking out a Taris ale he smiled and drank it. "To you Codi and Sheila may your memories live on." He said
Likewise, the in command center the leaders of the Taris underground cheered seeing what Jarik had done.
"At last there is hope after all these years." Stated Verena Talos
"The galaxy is changing for the better," said Gidion Argus
"It seems the legacy of Revan and Bastila lives on," said Madic Thek who was a decedent of Gadon Thek
Others cheered for the brave strike.
