I had watched X men evolution as a kid and when seen it again I just wanted to try my hand in Naruto, X Men Evolution crossover. I hope you like it.

Harem
Prologue
A group of Hydra soldiers can be seen lining up in greeting of their leader at the site of an Egyptian style temple found in the secluded mountains in the inner Archipelago of Okinawa off the coast of Japan. The commander, a woman who appears to have a mask on with green hair, can be seen walking with a lead archaeologist.
"Doctor, what can you tell us about this temple?" asked the masked woman in a Eastern European accent.
"Madame Hydra, this place is identical to the temples seen in Tibet, China, Mexico and Egypt. They belong to the ultimate mutant himself Apocalypse. However, this one didn't light up like the others did during that event years ago." said the scientist as Madame Hydra looks interested in at the head scientist statement in question as she allows him to continue.
"Sound Imaging has picked up nothing of the technology found in those Pyramids compared to this one; it seems to be made to contain something. We can't tell for certain." said the head scientist as Madame Hydra is intrigued by what could be found in this temple.
"Have your best engineers work on opening this temple. I want whatever's in that temple to belong to Hydra." ordered Madame Hydra as the head scientist nods in understanding as he does as told as she goes to wait on her airship for any news of the dig site's progress. Madame Hydra looks at the structure to see a savage man beast of sorts on the door.
In Bayville, New York At the Xavier's Institute.
One young woman with long skunk style hair wearing a green and black outfit can be seen sparring with another woman with white hair and dark skin in a similar outfit. They are practicing combat maneuvers while in heated battle situations as the younger woman manages to outmaneuver her more seasoned counterpart and knock her down with a sweep.
"That was a very good maneuver, Rogue you really improved over these years." said the older woman as the now named Rogue smiles and helps her up.
"Thanks Storm. I only wish that Laura was here." said the now Named Rogue as a booming voice can be heard from the training center's control room.
"Yeah I know what you mean Rogue. But Fury needed her for a special op in Japan that involved Hydra." said the voice as Rogue shrugs and retorts "Don't remind me Kitty. Me and her were music shopping together when that happened." as Rogue feels concerned for her friend
"Don't be worried that Laura is facing her personal demons. All of us have them to face with it be physical or spiritual." said Storm reassuring Rogue.
"Yeah I guess you're right especially seeing as it was Hydra who created her and made her the way she was." said Rogue as she is hopeful of her friend tearing them a new asshole.
On a boat heading towards Okinawa.
A young woman with brown hair, tan skin and a fierce beauty to her features can be seen looking at the bow of a cruise liner to Okinawa as the first mate asks in Ryukyuan. "How have you liked your trip to Okinawa." as the girl turns her head and says back in Ryukyuan "Very well, the fresh air is lovely." as she looks out towards the mountains as her blood starts to boil as she scowls under her sunglasses at what's at the top.
'Whatever you are up to Hydra you will not succeed. Me and Logan crushed you before we will do it again.' thought the girl as she looks up and feels an easing gust of wind.
Unknowing of what's to happen at where she is going.
Back at the Temple Site
The Hydra Engineers managed to get inside of said structure inside they see images carved in stone with Apocalypse and his four horsemen in battle with a warrior with armor akin to both a ninja and samurai from what the leading archeologist and his team could tell from an alternate reality of similar advancements. The team also found carvings of who the figure is and what he is able to due with the elements.
They soon approach what appears to be a warrior suspended in the air in a stasis field of sorts seemingly in a state of dormancy as if waiting to be released but what one soldier on guard does ultimately releases him.
The figure soon falls to the ground hard. The soldiers get ready to fight but they soon find that the warrior is unconscious still as one of them walking up to them says. "Ha he's not so tough." Before anyone could react the figure soon awakens and attacks the group of soldiers.
The figure performs techniques used in other forms of martial arts seen in this world and his own as he proceeds to blitz the soldiers with a combination of speed and agility crippling or killing the soldiers as well as the archeologists as if sensing they are a threat to him in a certain vector.
The figure proceeds to gather his weapons and equipment conveniently placed in a field near his room on the other side of the pyramid.
'Whatever reality this is I better find out. After All that bastard Apocalypse had me taken from mine I am not going to let him destroy his own for his racial supremacist ideals .' thought the figure as he moves to escape his prison.
Outside of said Prison
The young woman known as X-23 also known as Laura Howlet can be seen moving up the mountain on a dirt bike SHIELD has given her for the mission. As she moves through the mountain pass she sees smoke coming from the Hydra base she is heading toward.
'Smells like trouble for Hydra.' thought Laura as she rushes to see who or what is causing hydra grief as she hears gunfire in the distance of the camp
Back at the Hydra Site
The small Hydra Force is battling the figure who seems to have multiplied into a force of 20 individual warriors of identical appearance. The clones attack with rapid efficiency slaughtering the individuals with what appears to be the elements of themselves as the soldiers seems to be crushed, burned, drowned or cut to pieces as the figure moves towards the ship that seems to be taking off. The figure uses unique martial arts in conjunction with his collapsible staff causing blunt force trauma of an extreme level as several soldiers are sent flying.
The figure leaps on to the ship ripping open the hatch and getting inside.
With X-23
Laura is moving up to the position to see said figure climbing onto the craft. She looks at the site to see the carnage of what he has done.
'Wow who is the Samurai was I getting back up for this op from the Japanese branch.' thought Laura as she looks at the figure who rips open the door of the aircraft.
Laura, looking at the site goes to investigate what Hydra was during in Okinawa as she sees something of a ghost as she pales as she sees the same hieroglyphic design from what the X men years as she looks at where the blonde is climbing inside of Madame Hydra's ship.
Inside of Said Airship
The individual slays any that is in his path of Madame Hydra. As he approaches, he sees what appears to be a robotic guard standing in his path. The figure battles said Guard destroying it and soon breaking through the last door.
The figure sees Madame Hydra aiming a pistol at him and she then starts shooting. The figure staggers back and sees his armor had protected him from the penetration of these strange projectiles but sees that it still can pack quite a punch in the long run. The figure making handsigns soon shouts out in a language akin to Japanese "Mind extraction jutsu." Madame Hydra, unprepared for said jutsu, finds herself falling to the ground in what appears to be a seizure of sorts as the figure then leaps out of the Airship in question heading towards the wood land area of Okinawa.
With X-23
X 23 is looking through the temple to understand what Hydra released; she is thankful of one Hank Mccoy for lessons in Ancient Egyptian. She reads the glyphs to discover something about the figure of a unique nature that would change the face of the world for the better or worse.
With Said Figure
Said figure is walking through the forest of Okinawa to find himself in the Ancient Ruins of a castle. The site causes him to think back to a time where he was in his home, a home where the walls where just like it a home where he and his loves, children and friends.
'I miss you all. I especially miss you Tsunade chan, Hina chan, Mabui chan, Anko chan, and Mei chan. I miss your smiles. I only wish they could' thought the figure as he hears their voices. 'Naruto kun' 'Naruto' 'Whiskers' 'Beloved' As he remembers their smiles and faces.
The now revealed Naruto walks around the site to see a group of drug dealers meeting for an exchange. Naruto sensing the situation gets down low and draws out a sword handle with a prong guard as he proceeds to leaps down on the group drawing out the collapsible double-edged blade inside of the weapon.
Gun fire rings out as Naruto flips through the air attack with sword and shuriken. Killing multiple gunmen.
The melee fighters jump into the fray as Naruto overpowers them with his own brand of martial arts tearing them apart. Soon both parties are left dead or dying as Naruto moves into the city with incredible speed for his size and frame.
With X-23
X-23 is in contact with Professor Xavier, Wolverine and Beast along with the other X men using a communicator. "So your telling me that Apocalypse had a prisoner that even he was scared of at an unknown Pyramid that we completely missed." said Rogue as she looks in shock at her friend who just gave her new information.
"Yeah and that's not all the guy had just run shop on Hydra. I am seeing corpses on the ground in the area. Either broken, blown up, burned, sliced apart or drowned in some kind of way." said Laura as Storm is intrigued by the last part as she is well aware of the mission in the mountains of Okinawa.
"The others got beaten to death with premeditated force to vital organs." said Laura as she looks at the strength behind each victim Naruto killed hand to hand.
"Don't lose track of him we need eyes on this guy whoever or whatever he is we need to be sure we can track him down." said Logan as Laura nods in understanding.
With Naruto
Naruto for his part can be seen traveling in a world similar to his own in a way that had both the past and the feature as he gets a trench coat and begins his journey.
'Wherever I am I will explore this new world the best I can' thought Naruto as he walks into the city on a new journey.
Back with X-23
Laura is tracking the trail of Naruto through the forest of finding the remains of the drug deals as she continues on her trail.
Prologue end
Here is my first crossover with X men Evolution I hope that everyone likes it I wanted to do something different from most others, the harem will be revealed next chapter

I will reveal what made Apocalypse fearful of Naruto and why Naruto was imprisoned for so long.
