Chiaki's Nanami Streams & Friends
Hey there guys, today, I've decided to make something a bit different that I did before: I'm gonna do a story where Chiaki Nanami from Danganronpa makes a streaming channel where she or her friends could play games like Let's players would do.
In each chapter that I will eventually do depending of my mood, there will be one or multiple characters playing games from horror games to party games if you want.
Also, every Danganronpa characters in existence from the main canon or fan-games (mainly the Danganronpa Another series or Blowback) may appear in the series, consider that the series occur during the UDTP timeline.
In this chapter Chiaki will test the concept with Hajime Hinata where they will play Timore Avarita that I based on Markiplier (or Markimoo) video.

"A gaming streaming channel?"
Hence the question that was asked by Chiaki Nanami, the Ultimate Gamer since Ibuki Mioda, the Ultimate Musician, asked her if she was willing to open a gaming streaming channel.
"Yup, yup, yup, you should totally try it Chiaki-Chan so that we could have many great nights together playing superb games" excitedly said Ibuki to which her statement did give a point to the Ultimate Gamer, she saw many gaming streams and she was, indeed, interested in hosting one but also, since she was always willing to allow her friends to play games either with her or by themselves, she can give it a try.
"Well, the idea is appealing Ibuki, maybe I'll should try it out, if that works, maybe the other classes would be interested in playing games while we would watch and support them" replied the Ultimate Gamer with a smile to which it caused the Ultimate Guitarist to jump down in joy.
"YAHOOOO! Ibuki can't wait to see Chiaki rocking out in gaming!"

Game n°1 : Timore Avarita (Chiaki & Hajime)
"Hey, hey gamers, this is Chiaki Nanami the Ultimate Gamer" introduced Chiaki.
"And I'm Hajime Hinata" said Hajime as Chiaki wanted to start her gaming streams with her best friend, Hajime Hinata.
"And today, we are gonna play Timore Avarita, for those you do not know why we are doing this, per a suggestion from one of my classmates, I've decided to start a gaming streaming channel and I've wanted to inaugurate this by playing with my best friend from the Reserve Course: Hajime Hinata!"
"Yeah, and I admitted that I was surprised when you decided to start this channel but since you are the Ultimate Gamer, I thought that it was actually a pretty good idea and since she wanted someone to share the presentation of this first stream, here I am" explained the young man about his presence.
"Yup and I thank you for coming Hajime" said Chiaki.
"There is no problem, I'm always happy to partake in something that you will do Chiaki" replied Hajime to which his statement caused Chiaki to let out a small giggle with a small trey of pink invading her cheeks.
"Thanks Hajime, so now, we are gonna play Timeore Avarita, I thought that would be a good game to start this channel since it is a horror game and I wanted to share the experience with Hajime and also, I would like to thank Mahiru Koizumi for agreeing to share one of her video cameras for this stream" explained the Ultimate Gamer.
"Yeah, thanks Mahiru" thanked the young man.
"Now, why don't you start Hajime? Because for those you won't know, this stream would be open to all the people that would be interested to share a playthrough or a casual gamethrough with all the people that is on the campus so if you want to try it out, call me in and I'll open a stream for you on the channel" said Chiaki.
"Now, that will be interesting Chiaki but who will be hosting these channels while the others will play?" asked Hajime.
"Either me or Mahiru since we are using her camera in case I won't be available for one of the streams" explained the Ultimate Gamer.
"I see, maybe if Shinji Kasai wants to do a stream, maybe I can take charge of hosting a stream since he is still shy with women?" asked the young man.
"Of course Hajime, that will be a deal so Shinji, if you want to do a stream, don't forget to consult Hajime if you want to do one on the channel" replied Chiaki.
"Yeah, all right so I'm starting right?" said Hajime as he pressed play and a text appeared on the screen, apparently, the player find out that their uncle who has passed away said to his nephew that he has managed to create a potion that can heal his wounds and that these potions can be found in the basement in the old house that he was willed to his nephew "well, that sounds spooky enough, guess I have to be careful about this one".
The game starts in front of a old house where Hajime walked in it while Chiaki is watching him, as he approched a small trapdoor, a text appeared on the monitor and explained the controls while it told the two teenagers to be careful about the gas that slowly kills the characters unless they pick up the potions.
"Throw lightbulbs with Q to see further, drop a radio with R to attract the strangers in the basement, wait what? Strangers?" wondered Hajime as he read out the text.
"It must be the failed experiements that the uncle mentionned about" said Chiaki.
"Okay, so we do have ennemies in this game but I'm guessing we can't defend ourselves" said Hajime as he looked that he can pick up potions with E and use them with C to replenish his health, the young man entered in the basement and he noticed the timer starting at the bottom of the screen "Okay, so the game has officialy started".
"Look, Hajime, a potion in front of you!" noticed the Ultimate Gamer as he picked the potion while he continued in the dark basement while he picked up more and more potions on the way, suddenly, the screen begins to fog out, causing the two students to be surprised by it.
"The gas is slowly choking the life out of us! Damn!" noticed Hajime as he tried to hurry up so that his character won't die of the gas poisoning.
"Yeah, be careful about your health, it's decreasing fast!" cried out Chiaki.
"I know, but I gotta be careful too about these 'strangers' because I might suspect there will be deadly creatures in this dungeo-" said Hajime before a picture of a long-haired white-faced woman appeared on the screen, spooking the two teenagers who weren't expecting that before the game over screen appeared to which it showed that Hajime has lasted 25 seconds on the basement, the two then started to laugh as they were very surprised by the sudden appearance "well, I suspected correctly, since I died, I'm guessing that it will be your turn".
"Yeah, I'm gonna try, normally, I should be good since I'm quite decent at games, so, I think we can go as the furthest we can" said the Ultimate Gamer to which her statement caused the young man to let out a small snort, Chiaki let out a small undestatement, she was the Ultimate Gamer for god's sake!
Chiaki entered in the basement as she begins to pick up potions as she goes, when the screen begins to fog out, she pressed E to use the potion causing Hajime to let out a surprised gasp as he realized something.
"OH, so the bar at the top left was my health, I wasn't paying attention to it!" replied the young man.
"Yeah, and you died because your health was empty" said the Ultimate Gamer to which Hajime agreed with a nod.
"True enough"
Chiaki begins to launch out lightbulbs on the way so that she will see the path that is in front of her, when suddenly, she sees something in front of her that resemble a shadow.
"WOW, what the hell?" cried out Hajime as the two didn't know what was the creature in front of them.
Chiaki backs it out and throws out a radio so that she could attract the stranger with it while she dodged it on the side, she continued her journey in the basement but she has to be careful, she had no more cameras and she wants to keep her supply of lightbulbs as full as possible so that she won't be too much in a dark room when she will be at the furthest of the basement.
The Ultimate Gamer continued to collect potions while on the way when suddenly, the two teenagers heard an alarm that occurred in the game.
"What the heck?" wondered Chiaki.
"Where is that coming from?" asked Hajime as he was also surprised by the sudden alarm "is that alarm serves to warn us about something?"
"Or perhaps it is just there so that it tries to scare us?" thought the Ultimate Gamer.
"Might be it but aside of being noisy, that doesn't seems to be too bothering for us" thought Hajime as indeed, Chiaki continued her progress by collecting her potions in the basement, but suddenly, when she approached of a chest, the chest brighted with a severe red light which surprised the two teenagers who jumped after hearing the sound effect of the red light "hey, calm down, we are just here for the potion, no need to get excited alright?"
The Ultimate Gamer continued her exploration of the basement while she consulted her mini-map so that she won't get lost in the basement, at one point, she was forced to drink a potion so that her character won't die from the poison, when she picked her twenty-seventh potion, the same red light with its screeching sound effect reappeared which spooked the young girl.
"Wow, the tension is really there, I'm enjoying it" said the Ultimate Gamer as she was amazed of the tension that the game brought with it, especially after the alarm returned soon after her sentence "however, the alarm can be quite annoying, especially if you have a headphone, so I'm sorry for any headphones users for this alarm".
"Well, I guess that they may have lowered down the volume because of what just happened earlier" said the young man who referenced the jumpscare that the two had received while Hajime played the game.
The young gamer continued her exploration although she has wasted her lightbulbs as she used them to light her way when she looking for the chest that holds the potions, suddenly, the two teenargers discovered a golden chest and Chiaki decided to go to it, when she pressed E, the chest disappeared.
"Mmm, this is must the gold for this game but I wondered what will be its use because we must escape this basement first" said Chiaki as she continued her exploration of the basement but suddenly, the red light screeching sound effect returned once more.
"Oh come on! We get it!" raged Hajime as, compared to the Ultimate Gamer, he didn't like the red light screeching sound effect as it surprised him everytime while Chiaki seems to be get used to it by now.
She continued the exploration while she drinks her potions to stay alive until suddenly, some sort of bug begins to fly towards their direction, it has a golden body with black wings.
"Wow, what the hell is that thing?" wondered the young man.
"I don't know but it must be like the previous enemy, we have to avoid it at all cost" said Chiaki as she left in order to avoid the bug but two things surprised her: first, the alarm returned much to her annoyance but the second thing is that a giant face suddenly appeared on the screen who seemed to be trying to eat the player, its sudden appearance caused the two teenagers to jump as they weren't expecting that monster "HOLY SHIT! What the fuck was that?"
The game over screen appeared showing that Chiaki survived for 6 minutes 13.
"I don't know but I admitted, he surprised me there, alright, you want to retry Hajime? Because if you don't, we can stop it here" asked the Ultimate Gamer.
"Yeah, why not" said the young man as he grabbed the controller and he started the next game, he reentered the basement and based on what he saw from Chiaki's gameplay, he picked up the potions and drank them when the view of his character started to fog out, he's always made sure to consult his mini-map so that he won't get lost.
He eventually managed to get as many potions that he can until suddenly, the alarm returned, however, none of them paid attention to it as they were used of the alarm by now, however, when the red light returned, Hajime made a small jump on his chair as their appearences always surprised him.
"These things, what are they? What they are trying to tell me?" wondered the young boy.
"I don't know, maybe there are signals to symbolize that a monster is near you?" guessed the Ultimate Gamer to which her statement caused Hajime to snort.
"I admitted that I don't really understand the pretense of the game, I mean, I'm supposed to find my uncle but there is a ton of monsters on this basement, what's the point? Do I need to avoid waking up the monsters? Yet these monsters are alread-" said Hajime until the monster that had previously killed Chiaki reappeared on the screen causing the young man to jump on his chair although he had a smile plastered on his face as he was really surprised by the sudden jumpscare "WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW!"
"He just litterealy jumped on you!" said Chiaki as she giggled a bit of how the monster suddenly appeared on them while the game over screen appeared showing that Hajime had survived 2 minutes 35.
"Yeah, goddamn, that was brutal!" replied the young man.
"You don't mind if I try one last time? Because that we've got enough footage that we can stop after the next game" asked the Ultimate Gamer.
"Sure, go ahead Chiaki" said Hajime as he passed the controller to Chiaki.
The last game started and the Ultimate Gamer collected her potions so that she won't be bothered by the loss of her character's health, she suddenly re-meets the shadow that they have previously met, Chiaki dodged it and she continued her exploration that occurred throughout several minutes of the red light screeching sound effect, alarm and several potions that she collects.
After 5 minutes 31 of her playthrough, the two teenagers suddenly met something that they never saw before, some sort of a humanoid demon covered in red and black like skin.
"Ok, what the hell is that thing?" wondered Hajime.
"A human? Must be one of those failed experiements" said Chiaki as she backed away from the monster, she ran away from it but when she turned around, she noticed that it was still pursuing them "well, well, if you aren't a feisty one, mr ghoul or whatever you are!"
"I don't know about this but what if, in case he spotted us, he will follow us until he will catch us?" asked Hajime to which his question caused the Ultimate Gamer to be curious, indeed, there are a few enemies in video games that will pursue the character until they managed to catch him or if they killed them, but, aside of her radio or her lightbulbs, she didn't have anything that can protect from it.
She continued to run away from the monster until eventually, he catched her and a sudden jumpscare appeared to which it shows that the creature is looking at the camera while wiggling its tongue, the game over screen appeared and Chiaki estimated that this will be enough for today.
"Alright gamers, I think that we are gonna stop here, true, the atmosphere was great, it brought out a lot of tension but frankly" begins to explain the Ultimate Gamer but she stopped because she noticed that she has said something that intrigues her but when she found it out, she begins to have a small laughing fit.
"What is it Chiaki?" asked Hajime.
"It's nothing, I said 'frankly' and I laughed at it because we needed to look for our uncle who is called Frank and this is probably why I've said frankly" explained Chiaki to which her explanation caused Hajime to nod as he remembered that the game called the uncle Frank "but to tell you the truth, I think that once you've managed to forget about the alarm or that red light, it's not very that scary".
"Yeah, I concur on that, at this last game, nothing really scared me at this point" agreed the young man.
