Hello everybody, I hope you all had a great thanksgiving week. I'm back from my cousin's place so now I can post this new Chapter; please leave a review because it means a lot to me. I love writing paw patrol fanfiction and so please enjoy the next Chapter in PAW Patrol: Project Revenge

Chapter 3: Asking for Help

The next day the pups all set out to their assigned kingdoms with great excitement. Everest set out on horseback to the kingdom of Skadi. It was a 3 week trip even when she rode all day and all night. Eventually Everest reached the snowy lands of Skadi; Everest was immediately reminded of her home in the North Pole. She stopped and got of her horse and let her rest. Everest sat down on the soft white powder; she enjoyed playing in the snow and rolled around in it for a good five minutes before getting back on her horse and continued the journey.

Eventually she reached a village. She looked around; it was a small village, with a market in the town center. She saw a man in a big fur coat carrying a string of large salmon, as well as one carry some fur pelts. Everest rode her horse slowly through the village. The familiar smell of roasted fish and the sounds of camp fires filled the air.

As she rode through the village, many people stopped and looked up at her. Being a mighty pup, her name was pretty well known around the world. Some people whispered, others pointed and yet others just stared. Everest was used to this, once she got to the village center, she called out.

"I request to speak with the village leader." Everest said with authority.

All the people's heads then turned to a big burly man with a grizzly bear fur around his chest. The man stepped up to Everest and spoke in a deep voice.

"Oh Great and powerful Everest, I am the village leader, Please follow me to my home, we can talk there." The man said, kneeling on one knee.

Everest tied her horse up at the village stable and followed the man to the biggest house. Everest nose was soon greeted with the smell of freshly baked bread and roasted cod. As if on cue her stomach growled.

"Oh, pardon my stomach, I haven't eaten anything all day," Everest said.

"Sarah, we have a guest, is dinner ready," The man said.

"Yes, honey, who's our, oh, Madam Everest, it is an honor to met you," Sarah said.

"And you miss Sarah," Everest said.

"Please, Madam Everest, have a set," the man said.

"Thank you, you are very kind," Everest said as she sat down.

"My name is Jack, some call me big Jack, I am the village leader, but we can talk after dinner. I myself can't think on an empty stomach," Jack said.

Everest tummy growled again. "I think my tummy agrees with you," Everest said.

Everyone began to laugh and then began to eat. After dinner, Jack and Everest sat down in a big living room with a nice warm fire pit.

"So what brings you way up here, Madam Everest?" Jack asked.

"War," Everest said with a stern face.

"With who," Jack asked with wide eyes.

"Death, that legendary wolf of old, we think we have found his stronghold, the iron clan kingdom has agreed to aid us in the war, but we need more help. That is why I am here, I need to talk to you king, which brings me to my question, which direction is the royal City."

"It would be straight north of our village, oh but you must stay here for the night. The savage, wild wolves roam the forest at this time of night," Jack said.

"I appreciate the offer Mr. Jack but I must get to the royal city as quickly, besides I'm part wolf, and I know their language. I must get there to ask you king for his aid in this war," Everest said.

"As you wish Madam Everest, but let us at least give you provisions," Jack said.

Jack got up and went to the kitchen. He returned a few minutes later with some roasted salmon and a few loaves of bread, Everest thanked him and mounted her horse and road off to the royal city. Latter in the night, Everest stopped for a quick meal. Suddenly 3 wolves jumped out of the brush and surrounded Everest.

Everest drew her diamond blade and prepared to fight. The wolves spoke in the ancient wolf language of the northern wolf packs. Only a wolf would know the language, and lucky for Everest, being part wolf, she could understand the wolfs.

"Would you look at that, a lone Husky, trespassing on my land," the biggest wolf said.

"She would make an easy meal, alpha," one of the others said.

"Don't be silly Blaze, she has a full diamond gear, she won't be easy to take out." The last wolf said.

"But you know the law Warrior, no one can come on my land and without permission and live," The alpha of the pack said.

"Hay, I didn't know that this was you land, I'm just passing through." Everest said in their language.

The wolves looked up in astonishment.

"You speak the wolvish language," The alpha said.

"Of course I do, I'm part wolf, every wolf is taught the wolvish language, I am Everest of the mighty pups, I am just passing through I don't want to kill you, but I will if I have to." Everest said.

Upon hearing the name Everest the two wolves named Blaze and Warrior backed away in fear.

"Alpha, let's just go home," Blaze said.

"Absolutely not, you know the law," The alpha said.

"But sir, this is Everest, the Everest, we don't stand a Chance," Warrior said.

"Cowards, I'll take her out myself," The alpha growled.

Everest took her fighting stance. The alpha of the pack did the same, after a minuet of staring at each other, the wolf leaped towards Everest. Everest side swiped his attack and rolled away from his snapping jaws. Everest used her hinds to land a blow on the wolf's maw. The wolf stumbled back and Everest spun around and froze his feet to the ground with her ice breath. The wolf's brave warrior face was instantly replaced with a terrified puppy face.

Everest used all her body weight to launch herself at him. She landed a blow to his side that shattered his ribs and the ice that bound his paws. He slide across the ground whining and yelping in pain. Everest quickly finished him off with her sword. After wards she turned to the other two wolves.

"Well, you know the law, once one slays the alpha, they become the alpha, you belong to me now," Everest said.

The two wolves bowed their heads to the ground.

"What are our commands, Alpha," Warrior said.

"First of all, are their more of you in the pack?" Everest asked.

"Yes, alpha, about 20 males, with about 15 females some with pups, in total about 60, they live at our main camp just a mile north. We are one of the strongest of the scattered wolf packs." Blaze said.

"Take me to them," Everest commanded.

"As you wish alpha," Warrior said.

Everest mounted her horse and followed the wolves to their main camp. Once they arrived the other wolves growled at Everest being a stranger.

"You traitors, you have brought an outsider into our camp," One of the wolves yelled.

"This outsider is you new alpha," Everest yelled back throwing the old alpha's head on the ground in front of everyone.

The wolves all gasped and bowed their heads to Everest.

"You all belong to me now, I am your alpha," Everest said.

"What are our commands alpha," one of the wolves said, not getting up from his bowing position.

"I am heading to the capitol of the kingdom of Skadi, to ask for their aid in the war my friends and I are going to fight. You are now part of my army; you will help us in our war." Everest said.

The wolves all looked at each other with uncertainty. What had they been drafted into, was the thought that went through all of their minds.

"Your wish is our command, Alpha," Said the wolf who appeared to be the Beta.

"Excellent, now I need 2 of you to accompany me on my journey to the royal city," Everest said.

Everest looked around and picked the two strongest looking wolves.

"You two, you will come with me," Everest commanded.

"But alpha, the human's the will kill us, they don't trust us," the strongest wolf said.

"They will not harm you, for they trust me, now you are to follow my orders, understood."

"Yes alpha," The wolf said.

"The rest of you shall wait for my return, Warrior, I leave you in charge until I return," Everest said.

"Yes alpha," Warrior said excitedly.

"Let's ride," Everest said.

The other two wolves howled and ran off with Everest towards the capitol of Skadi. 13 hours later they arrived. The men atop the wall tensed their bows at the two wolves.

"Lower your weapons, it is Everest of the Mighty pups, and lower the gate for Pete's sake, let her in." The gate keeper commanded.

Slowly the gate was lowered and Everest and the wolves walked in. the two wolves stayed close to Everest. The soldiers of the city tensed their weapons in their hands. But as long as the wolves stayed with Everest no fight broke out. Everest approached the royal palace, the guards held their spears tight.

"I request to speak with you king," Everest said.

"Yes, madam Everest, but the wolves stay here," The guard said.

"Okay, as long as they are not harmed. If I come out and they have been harmed, then you will have declared war on the wolf packs and will pay dearly."Everest said in a threatening manner.

"Yes madam," The guard said.

Everest proceeded to the gate to meet with the king, King Varg of Skadi; she entered into his presence and bowed before him.

"Oh great king Varg of Skadi, I come before you today and humbly ask of your help in our war against death that legend of old, we think we have located his strong hold and wish to destroy it. But we need lots of help the iron clan kingdom has agreed to help us. I beg of you to consider this carefully, for this will be the greatest war ever fought on earth." Everest said.

"Rise Madam Everest, Death has ravaged my outer villages and looted them and killed my people, if it is Allies you seek, then it is Allies you have found." King Varg said.

"Then gather your best men and dog warriors, every man and dog able to fight, and gather your provisions and meet our armies in the golden plains within the next 8 months. Then what ever allies we have will march to deaths fortress in the dark forest." Everest said.

"You heard the pup, general, all men and dogs able to fight in all of Skadi are to come to the royal city to fight. All able hands are to prepare for the march to the golden plains, let's move, for Skadi," The king yelled.

"For Skadi," The men in the king's court yelled.

"Were will you go now, Madam Everest," king Varg asked.

"I'm going to unite the scattered wolf packs of Skadi under my rule, then we will have more dogs to fight for us." Everest said.

"You do realize that you will have to fight the alpha's to take over the pack leadership." Varg said.

"I've done it to one of them, I'll do it to the rest, we need all the help we can get," Everest said.

"Good luck Madam," Varg said with a salute.

"And you great king Varg," Everest said with a bow.

Everest mounted her horse and set out to create her own kingdom of wolves for the war. Meanwhile Chase and Skye were in the capital of the Vozmead kingdom. Skye looked around. The city was full of strange and intriguing magical arts. From men and women using wands and/or staffs to create things to potion brewing and other things, the people of Vozmead had it all.

"Fascinating," Skye said.

"What, is," Chase said.

"Everything, I've never seen magic before." Skye said.

"Yeah magic is a peculiar thing, but you have to be careful, some magic is not good and can consume you, many people and some dogs have gone off the deep end into dark magic." Chase said.

"Do you know any magic," Skye asked.

"A little, but not much, I know how to use energy to form materials into things." Chase said.

"Really, show me," Skye said.

Chase took a small nugget of gold and a small diamond out of his pack. He set them on the ground and began the process of energy creation. He moved his paws in a special motion to jumpstart the magic. He whispered some ancient spell and a strand of light stretched between his paws, then he wrapped the gold and diamond in the light. He then twists and turned it in all directions until his creation was complete.

"There you go," Chase said, putting a carefully crafted gold hair pin with a diamond tip into Skye's fur.

"Whoa, you've got to teach me how to do that," Skye said.

"Maybe someday, it's rather hard to learn." Chase said.

"Step right up, get you magic potions here, I've got them all," One of the vendors yelled.

"Potion's," Skye said.

"Yes, I've got ones that can make you invisible for a certain amount of time, or I can give you night vision or I could give you supper speed," The vendor said.

"That would be handy, if I didn't already have it," Chase said racing around the potion vendor a few times at the speed of light.

"Whoa, what kind of Magic are you using," The vendor said.

"My crystal, found it in the nether," Chase said.

"The nether, what kind of dark magic have you been meddling with pup," The vendor said with fear.

"It's actually a good magic, it is the only weapon destined to defeat death that legend of old. The legend chose us to wield them." Chase said.

"Oh, you want to defeat death, you must talk with our king he has been after death for a long time," The vendor said.

"Paw-fect that is actually why we are here, could you please point us to the kings palace," Chase asked.

"It is the tallest tower in the center of the city; our king likes to watch his kingdom from high in the air." The old vendor said.

"Thank you sir, have a good day," Chase said.

Chase raced off towards the tower, as Skye flew to the tower. When they reached it, the guards recognized them and let them in immediately. Chase and Skye stared up at the hundreds of flights of stairs.

"Eh this shouldn't take long with my supper speed." Chase said racing up the stairs.

"And with my flight power I can just skip the stairs," Skye said.

The two were met at the top by two guards.

"Halt, what do you want," One of the guards said.

"We request an audience with you king," Chase said.

"Who's asking," The other guard said.

"Skye and Chase of the mighty pups," Skye said.

"Wait here," The guard said.

The guard entered the room and shut the door.

"If the king grants you an audience you must not look him in the eye. You must bow until he tells you to stop, and you must not speak unless he tells you two, the king is one of the most powerful sorcerers there is," The guard said.

The other guard came out of the throne room.

"The king will see you now," The guard said.

Chase and Skye entered the room slowly. The king of Vozmead sat on his throne in the center. Chase and Skye bowed their heads to the ground. After a few minutes of silence the king finely spoke.

"Rise and s-s-s-speak," The king said in a snake like hiss.

Chase rose and without looking the king directly in the eye took a look at him. His very being sent a shiver down Mighty Chase's spine, his skin was covered in tattoos and scars. Most of the tattoos on him were of snakes, and his tongue was forked like a snake. He's tongue would flick in and out, and his eyes pierced through the souls of all he looked upon. He even had a cobra pet slithering around his neck.

"Oh, Great and powerful king of the Vozmead kingdom, we come before you and humble ask for your aid in our war against the great legend death, we have found his stronghold and we need as much help as we can get, oh king." Chase said, trying to hide the fear creeping down his spine.

"S-s-s-so, it is-s-s-s death you are at war with now, Good. If it is-s-s allies-s-s you seek, then it is-s-s allies you have found. Where are the armies to meet for this-s-s-s Great War?" The king hissed.

"The golden plains, in less than eight months, then we set out for the dark forest." Skye said with a shiver.

"We'll be there, great mighty pups, death's-s-s tyranny over this world will end soon," The king said.

"Thank you Oh king, we look forward to your coming," Chase said.

"And I look forward to crushing death once and for all," The king said.

Chase and Skye bowed again and then left to go back to the iron clan to prepare for the war. Meanwhile Tracker was about to enter the fang kingdom territory, a kingdom of savage dogs, lead by their fearless king, King Xavier. Tracker walked slowly along the old stone road. Tracker knew he was absolutely surrounded by wolves and other breeds of dogs, not because of his supper senses. But because he ran with them and he knew the way of the hunt. Soon Tracker came upon a group of wolves. They took up a defensive position.

"You're on the wrong side of the border line pup," The wolf said.

"Oh I'm sorry me amigo, I didn't know," Tracker said sarcastically.

"Yes you do, everyone knows the border line, and everyone knows that crossing that line without permission from the king is a death sentence." The wolf said.

"Duh, I know that, now could you let me through, I'm on the way to the royal city," Tracker said.

"Are you dumb, you know what I just said, you've just signed your death warrant," The wolf growled preparing to pounce.

"Are you ignorant, wolf, do you know who I am," Tracker said putting on the golden wolf crown.

The wolf's eyes widened and faded away to fear, he and the others bowed their heads in obedience.

"Oh, please forgive me prince Tracker, I…. I didn't know," The wolf pleaded.

"Yeah well you should, next time look before you attack your prince." Tracker said.

The wolves stepped back in shame and let Tracker continue his journey. Tracker continued down the road wearing the crown on his head to avoid any more angry wolves. He walked the towns and villages full of dogs that all stopped to watch him pass. Tracker could hear them whispering.

"Is that prince Tracker," One dog said.

"No other dog would be wearing a crown like that," Another replied.

"A crown like that could only be given by the king himself," yet another said.

"I really feel like we should bow, he is our prince after all," another said, bowing his head to the ground.

The rest of the dogs in the village all followed suit. Tracker continued his walk as all the dogs around him lined the street sides with their heads bowed low to the ground. Tracker grinned, he knew his position in the fang kingdom and the other dogs knew it to. This happened with every village he passed through and eventually he reached the royal city. Tracker approached the large draw bridge and howled as load as he could.

"Who go's there," The guard on top of the wall yelled.

"Prince Tracker of the Fang kingdom, lower the bridge, I need to speak with King Xavier," Tracker yelled.

"You heard the prince, lower the bridge dogs," The guard shouted.

The bridge slowly fell down and Tracker was immediately accompanied by two wolf warriors. Tracker threw a red Clock around his body and walked with the warriors. The royal city named howling hollows was nestled in a thick jungle like forest. Many homes were made up in the trees and the shops and business were down on the ground level. The only inhabitance of the city were all dogs, and the occasional cat servant. Tracker continued his walk towards the royal palace, carved out of the mountain that stood at the far end of the city.

As he walked through the city, dogs stopped whatever they were doing to bow down as he passed. The blacksmiths hammer fell silent and the goldsmith's crucible was set down. Tracker looked around at the city. It had grown since he was their last. There were more shops and more dog residence.

Once he reached the royal court in front of the king's palace Tracker saw a gold statue. He smiled; the statue was of King Xavier with Tracker by his side. It depicted Xavier holding his sword high in the air with Tracker doing the same. Beneath their feet were the fallen wolves that they had slain. Tracker remembered the day the statue was referencing to. The day he helped Xavier unite all the scattered wolf packs of the eastern lands of fang, the day he fought side by side with his old friend.

Tracker and his body guards turned and entered the royal palace. They walked through the grand halls until they came to a door guarded by 4 rather large wolves, the throne room.

"Prince Tracker, you've returned, king Xavier will be so pleased to see you please come right in," One of the guards said with a bow.

Tracker entered the throne room and saw Xavier sitting on his throne.

"Tracker, hey Tracker my old friend," Xavier said getting down and running to greet him.

Tracker threw of his cloak and ran and embraced his old friend.

"Oh you should have told me you were coming," Xavier said.

"I would have, but I wanted it to be a surprise amigo," Tracker said.

"Oh why we must celebrate you return my friend, uh captain, have the royal cooks prepared a feast for prince Trackers return. Have them use the choicest of foods." Xavier said.

The captain bowed his head in obedience then went and did as told.

"So how have you been my old friend, have you had your Adventures you told me you wanted to have." Xavier said.

"Oh I've had so many Adventures, Xavier; I've seen the world from the top to the bottom, from north to the south, from the east to the west." Tracker said.

"Well, sit down I want to hear about them all, or at least the best most exiting ones."

"I've got so much to fill you in on," Tracker said.

Tracker and Xavier laid down on the red wool rug in front of a large fire place. Tracker told Xavier of all his Adventures, from helping his friend Chase recover his friends from the nether to them defeating the wither with their super powers. Tracker told him of all his quest as a Mighty pup and how they had been tracking death.

"Have you caught him yet," Xavier asked.

"Not quite, as a matter of fact that's why I came here. We are pretty sure we found his strong hold, in the dark forest. But as any sane person would know the dark forest is crawling with monsters, no man or pup has ever come back alive, we need all the help we can get Xavier," Tracker said.

"Oh, you want me to fight by your side one last time. It would be my honor to fight with you old friend," Xavier said.

"The war will be long and hard, a lot of men and dogs will die," Tracker said.

"Then I shall die with them, your war is my war, it will be the greatest battle in history," Xavier said.

"The armies fighting with us are to meet in the golden plains in 8 months; you'll need to gather all able dogs who can fight as well as provisions for them all."

"Of course but first of all, let's eat something, like I always say, can't work on and empty stomach," Xavier said.

"That was your favorite saying back in the day, you just like to eat. Oh you should meet my friend Rubble. You and him would get along so well, he can't resist a good meal," Tracker said.

The two royal dogs laughed at each other's jokes. They then went and enjoyed the feast that the royal cooks had prepared. Afterwards Tracker wrote a letter on a piece of parchment to his friends back in the iron clan kingdom.

Dear Chase, I just had an amazing reunion with my old friend, King Xavier, and the good news is he is willing to help us in our war with death. I am going to stay with Xavier and help him prepare his army for battle but I hope to see you all again soon, Mighty Pups forever,

Your friend, prince Tracker of the fang kingdom

Tracker rolled up the parchment. He then handed it to one of Xavier's messenger cats.

"Please take this to Chase of the mighty pups, he should be staying with King Cyrus of the iron clan kingdom," Tracker told the cat.

"As you wish my prince," Replied the cat obediently.

The Cat immediately set out for the iron clan capitol. Meanwhile Chase and his Friends had returned from their missions and were helping king Cyrus. Cyrus put Rocky in charge of the blacksmiths for making armor an weapons. Chase took Charge of training inexperienced dogs for battle; Eventually Chase received the letter from Tracker as well as one from Everest. The one from Everest read.

Dear Chase I hope that you and our friends have made good progress on our mission to gather allies. I have now united all the scattered wolf packs of Skadi under my rule. Once I've gathered enough provisions for my pack we'll set out for the golden plains with about 2,000 wolf warriors. I look forward to meeting you there at the golden plains in less than 4 months, mighty pups forever.

Your friend Everest.

PS, tell Marshy I love him and can't wait to see him again.

"Aw, Marshal, you and Everest," Chase teased.

"Oh, ha, ha, oh she said that, okay, um why don't you just forget you read that," Marshal said with embarrassment.

"Oh Marsh, it's okay, it's cute," Skye said.

"Aw, thanks Skye," Marshal said with a smile.

The pups laughed. The pups then continued their work. The pups were so much closer to completing their life's goal of killing death. It was just a matter of time before the greatest battle in the history of the world would take place.

OH This is getting good, I hope to finish the next Chapter soon so until next time on PAW Patrol: Project Revenge.
