I can't think of anything to do storyline wise for the weeks leading up to WrestleMania, so... I'm skipping straight to the event. Oh, and commentary has been brought back as of now. And for good.

WWF WrestleMania 15 was live at the First Union Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The event was marked with a Rage Party the preceding evening at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, playing on the tagline of the event. It included music from Isaac Hayes, Big Pun, and the Cherry Poppin' Daddies.
During the Sunday Night Heat pre-show, Jacqueline (Jacqueline Moore) pinned Ivory (Lisa Moretti) after a back suplex. After the match, Terri Runnels burned her cigar into Ivory's cheek. The second Heat match saw a 21-man battle royal match with the last two competitors becoming a tag team for the evening to face the Tag Team Championship holders. In the event, D'Lo Brown and Test (Andrew Martin) were the last two, still fighting without realizing the match was over when Droz (Darren Drozdov) and The Godfather (Charles Wright) eliminated each other.
The show officially began with Boyz II Men singing "America the Beautiful" in the ring before the opening video.
The inaugural WrestleMania Hardcore Championship match began with Al Snow striking Billy Gunn as he tried to make a pre-match speech. With Gunn in the corner, Snow fought with Hardcore Holly outside the ring, wrapping his neck in cable but, after some fighting from Gunn, Holly was able to suplex Snow. After Gunn again interjected himself, Snow was able to go underneath the mat to find some weapons including a Philadelphia Flyers hockey stick much to the delight of the crowd. The match ended when Gunn put Snow through a table in the corner, originally intended for Gunn and then used the Fameasser on Snow, driving him into a chair on the mat. As the referee counted, Holly struck Gunn with a weapon, quickly covering Snow to steal his second championship reign.
The second match was for the WWF Tag Team Championship.
In the First Union Center, the lights go out followed by Kane's theme playing.
OOOOOOOOWWWWHHHHOOOOOOO!
Fire explodes on the stage as Kane's theme is replaced by The Devil's Wolf, the lights dimming to the sinister blood red and dark blue as the Bladewolf and Kane walk out together and start making their way towards the ring.
"The following contest is a No Holds Barred Tornado Tag Team match scheduled for one-fall and is for the World Wrestling Federation Tag Team Championship! Making their way to the ring, at a combined weight of 636 lbs, the Brothers of Destruction... KANE & THE BLADEWOLF!" Howard Finkel announced.
"Last month at St. Valentine's Day Massacre, the Bladewolf and Kane came close to becoming the new WWF Tag Team Champions." Michael Cole explained. "But thanks to Jeff Jarrett's use of a guitar, that did not come to fruition. But tonight, the Tag Team Champions have no way out. The Champions' advantage will not work this time."
"As long as Debra doesn't get hurt." Jerry said, making Cole roll his eyes.
Kane and the Bladewolf reach the end of the ramp and climb onto the ring apron together. They step over the top rope and Bladewolf removes his coat and metallic mask, revealing the wolf one underneath, while Kane walks to the center of the ring and begins raising his arms. He throws them down, causing fire to spew from the turnbuckles as the lights return to normal.
"Oh... little hot in here or is it just me?" Jerry asked, pulling on his collar a little.
"It's just you, King." Cole said dryly.
Bladewolf and Kane stand together and face the stage.
Jeff Jarrett's music hit to boos as the WWF Tag Team Champions walk out with Debra and start making their way towards the ring.
"And their opponents. Accompanied by Debra, at a combined weight of 461 pounds, they are the World Wrestling Federation Tag-Team Champions, Owen Hart and Jeff Jarrett!" Howard Finkel announced before leaving the ring.
"This is a No Holds Barred Match, which means anything goes plus this is also a Tornado Tag Match meaning that all four members of both teams are allowed in the ring at the same time." Cole explained.
"if Bladewolf and Kane win tonight and become the Tag Team Champions, the tag team division will have something to fear." Jerry said.
Cole nodded. "i gotta agree with you there, King. We've seen what they are capable of. And if they become the Tag Team Champions, they may be holding them until they want to let them go."
The Champs make their way into the ring while Debra stays outside. Bladewolf and Kane continue to stare, hardly moving except a slight shift of their heads. The referee soon holds up the titles, showing they are on the line, before handing them to someone at ringside, then calls for the bell.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
"Matchup is officially underway." Cole said.
The two teams walk forward and go eye to eye, with Jarrett mouthing off to Bladewolf who stares at him coldly. Scoffing, Jarrett looks him up and down... AND THEN SHOVES HIM!
"Oh!" Jerry's eyes widened. "Why would he do that?!" In retaliation, Bladewolf clobbers Jarrett with a fast punch. "Oh!"
"Jarrett getting a punch to the face!" Cole exclaimed as the action gets going. "And here we go! No disqualifications. No countouts. These four can do whatever they want to each other. This match can only end by pinfall or submission."
Bladewolf grabs Jarrett and throws him into the corner, unloading with lefts and rights. Meanwhile, Kane catches Owen off guard with a big uppercut that leaves the Canadian stumbling before he is clotheslined over the top rope and down to the floor outside the ring. Kane gets out of the ring.
"Kane and Owen Hart taking things outside." Cole noted before wincing as Kane sends owen into the barricade. "Oh! Owen hart driven into the barricade!"
"Debra, back away quickly!" Jerry called, seeing the gorgeous blonde was too close to the action.
In the ring, Bladewolf grabbed Jarrett by the throat and began to choke him, with the referee unable to do anything since this was No Holds Barred. After thirty seconds, Bladewolf released Jarrett who fell to a knee while sucking in deep breaths. Bladewolf didn't let him get any more of a reovery before driving his knee into the cocky superstar's chest.
"Oh!" Jerry flinched at the sight. Bladewolf grabs Jarrett by the hair and drives his fist into Jarrett's forehead. "Man!"
"The Bladewolf taking firm control here as he works on Jarrett." Cole said. Kane is still outside with Owen, who he brings over to the announce table. "And Kane right here in front of us with Owen Hart."
"I'm moving!" Jerry stood and moved from the table.
Kane grips the back of Owen's head and rams it off the announce table, sending the Tag Team Champion to his knees and making him lean on the table. Kane pulls the Canadian off the table and straightens him up before he Irish whips him... INTO THE STEEL STEPS!
"Oh God!" Jerry exclaimed.
"Kane sending Owen Hart into the steels steps!" Cole added. In the ring, Bladewolf hits a snap suplex on Jarrett. "The Brothers of Destruction are in firm control here."
"Don't count Jeff Jarrett and Owen Hart out yet, Cole." Jerry advised. "They always find a way to get back into it."
"Yeah, with Debra distracting the referee or the opposition." Cole rolled his eyes.
Bladewolf gets to his knees and hooks Jarrett's leg.
"One!"
"Two-!"
Jarrett kicks out at two.
"Kickout by Jeff Jarrett." Cole stated. Bladewolf hammers away at Jarrett's forehead a few times before pulling him to his feet, Irish whips him into the corner hard that he stumbled forward, gets picked up and hit with a side slam. "Oh! Side slam!"
Outside the ring, after kicking Kane in the gut, Owen hooks the arm for a suplex but the Big Red Machine uses his awesome strength to counter with his own. Picking the man up by the hair Kane slams Hart's arm against the ring post until Owen stops him and reverses their positions though Kane places his hand on the ring post to prevent his arm from hitting steel.
Debra, who had grabbed a steel chair from underneath the ring, slides it to Jarrett before getting on the apron and trying to put the charms on Bladewolf.
"Debra..." Cole started.
"What's she doing?" jerry asked worriedly as Bladewolf turned his attention towards the blonde and took a sharp step towards her, causing her to quickly get down off the apron. "Oh thank god."
"I don't think Bladewolf appreciated her distraction." Cole said.
Bladewolf turns around... INTO A CHAIR SHOT TO THE SKULL THANKS TO JEFF JARRETT!
"Oh!" The commentators winced at the sound of steel meeting flesh as Bladewolf went down onto his back.
"Jeff Jarrett with the chair right off the skull of the Bladewolf!" Cole said. Jarrett hooks the legs. "Now the cover!"
"One!"
"Two!"
"Thr-!"
Bladewolf powers out at two, throwing Jarrett off him in the process.
"And Bladewolf powers out." Cole said. Jarrett gets to a knee as Bladewolf sits up, and quickly locks in a headlock on the Demon Wolf. "Headlock. Jeff Jarrett with a headlock clenched in on the Demon Wolf. Can Bladewolf fight out of this?"
Bladewolf grips Jarrett around the waist as he fights to a knee, with Jarrett wrenching and tightening the hold in order to try weakening the Bladewolf but it doesn't seem to work as the former WWF Champion gets back to his feet, arms around Jarrett's waist before he grips Jarrett's wrists and begins pulling his arms off around his head.
"Look at this! Look at this!" Cole exclaimed over the cheers as Jarrett went wide eyed at Bladewolf pushing his arms out to break the headlock.
Bladewolf brings his elbow into Jarrett's chin, making the blonde stumble back before he charged at Bladewolf who sidestepped him while grabbing the back of his head and sent Jarrett over the top rope and out of the ring where Kane and Owen Hart were.
"Now Jeff Jarret thrown outside the ring." Cole said. Bladewolf and Kane share a look before Kane staggers Owen with an uppercut that sends him into Jarrett who stumbles a little while trying to keep his partner straight.
"What's he going to do here?" Jerry wondered.
Bladewolf runs, bounces off the ropes, and runs across the ring... BEFORE HE LEAPS OVER THE TOP ROPE AND LANDS A SUICIDE DIVE ONTO THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!
"Oh my God!" Cole shouted.
"What!" Jerry's eyes widened. "What just... he went flying!"
"The Bladewolf went airborne!" Cole nodded.
'Holy shit! Holy shit! Holy shit!' The crowd chanted.
"I can't exactly say what the crowd's chanting, but I agree with them." Jerry said.
Getting to his feet, Bladewolf grabs Jarrett and clobbers him as Kane grabs Owen and rams his head off the ring apron. Bladewolf picks Jarrett up, runs... AND DRIVES JARRETT KIDNEY-FIRST INTO THE STEEL RING POST!
"Oh!" The commentators reacted to this, with Cole continuing. "Jarrett driven into the steel kidneys-first by the Bladewolf."
Bladewolf watches Jarrett fall onto his knees and looks around for a moment before he looks underneath the ring and pulls out a second steel chair, turning to eye Jarrett with a dark look as the camera zooms in on his eyes.
Jerry shivered. "I don't like that look, Cole."
Bladewolf drops the chair in front of Jarrett, then pulls the man to his feet before kicking him in the stomach and... NAILS A DDT RIGHT ON THE CHAIR!
"Oh god!" Jerry exclaimed.
"A DDT right onto the steel chair." Cole said, wincing at the impact. "That will knock some brain cells loose."
As Bladewolf gets to his feet, Owen comes charging at him but Kane intercepts with a hard clothesline. Bladewolf turns and watches, glancing back to see Jarrett laid out from the DDT, and focuses on owen along with his brother. Bladewolf and Kane pull Owen to his feet and toss him back into the ring.
"This won't be good for Owen Hart." Cole said grimly as the Brothers of Destruction slide into the ring. "The Bladewolf and Kane are now focused on Owen Hart."
"Dealing with just one of these monsters is enough, but to have two focused on you?" Jerry shook his head. "Jeff Jarrett, you better get back into this! Debra, give him the kiss of life! In fact, give me one as well!"
"Would you stop?" Cole asked with annoyance.
Bladewolf and Kane walk over to Owen who is getting back to his feet only to turn into a hard right from Bladewolf, sending Owen stumbling into a right uppercut from Kane, who then runs, bounces off the ropes and comes back to land a running elbow drop to the chest of the WWF Tag Team Champion. Kane goes for the cover.
"One!"
"Two!"
"Thre-!"
Owen kicks at.
"Kickout! The match still continues." Cole said. Bladewolf gets out the ring and looks underneath it, pulling out a table which he slides into the ring. "Oh no."
"What are they going to do?" Jerry asked anxiously.
"Nothing good for Owen Hart." Cole shook his head.
Kane grabs the table and sets it up as Bladewolf gets back into the ring. Kane grabs Owen by the throat and pulls him to his feet.
"This won't be pretty for Owen!" Cole stated.
Bladewolf walked over and grabbed Owen as well. Just when the two were about to put him through the table, Jeff Jarrett comes in with his guitar in hand. Bladewolf turns to him... AND JARRETT SMASHES THE GUITAR OVER HIS HEAD! BUT BLADEWOLF DIDN'T GO DOWN!
"Oh my God!" Jerry shouted with wide eyes as Jarrett went wide eyed as well. "The guitar broke!"
"And the Bladewolf didn't even go down!" Cole added. Bladewolf grabs Jarrett by the throat. "Uh-oh!"
Turning to the table, Bladewolf sends Kane a nod before they lift their respective victims up... AND CHOKESLAM THEM THROUGH THE TABLE!
"Chokeslam! Double Chokeslam through the table!" Cole shouted.
"Ahh!" Jerry yelled.
Bladewolf and Kane flip their hair back before doing the cutthroat sign, then grab Jarrett and Owen respectively and scoop them up into position for the Tombstone Piledriver.
"The end may be near!" Cole said.
"Oh no!" Jerry covered his eyes.
Bladewolf and Kane stand side-by-side and... NAIL A DOUBLE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER!
"Double Tombstones!" Cole exclaimed.
The brothers hold their opponents' arms down for the cover.
"One!"
"Two!"
"Three! Ring the bell!" The referee called.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
The Devil's Wolf plays as Bladewolf and Kane get to their feet. "Here are your winners and the NEW World Wrestling Federation Tag Team Champions... KANE AND THE BLADEWOLF!"
"We have new Tag Team Champions, king!" Cole called as the referee handed the Tag titles to the brothers. "The Tag Team division had better watch out, because Hell is coming and they are the WWF Tag Team Champions."
Bladewolf gets to a knee and does the Undertaker salute, raising his title. Kane stands behind him, raises his arms before throwing them down which makes fire explode from the turnbuckles. Bladewolf gets to his feet and drapes his title over his shoulder before leaving the ring with Kane, the two making their way to the back.
And that's it for this chapter, folks.
