Every fight in the prelims where chosen via a Wheel of Names. Excuse the randomness of the fights.

He stared at the vial filled with normal water, though embowed with what little Nature Chakra he could just funnel into it without processing. "Shisui, would you condone what I plan to do?" He muttered in the solitude of his Teams room, Sakura and Naruto currently eating downstairs.

The relation between him and Shisui was enough to trigger the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. But he had no clue if a single eye was enough. Would he have to clone it? No that wouldn't work, each eye was special. He didn't even have it unlocked, so contemplating what-if's wont help him.

Sasuke stood up and stored the eye in his seal, sending it into inanimate suspension. He had a gathering to attend.

"As such, the Chunin Exams are miniature wars that cater to the viewer to rake in more missions for the well performing villages." The Hokage summarized as the Genin all stood on the sanded ground of the large arena in the bottom floor of the tower. A large stone hand that form hand signs towers over everybody else from behind the Hokage as the man, with unusually dim and narrowed eyes, explained what this will be.

"A lot of you have passed, and as such, preliminary matches will be held." He announced, mutterings of confusion turning into slight outrage as everybody wondered why they had to do more past the second test and the third.

"If any of you find yourselves not in the condition to fight, you may re-" A coughing fit overtook the new instructor that took the Hokage's place, the man himself standing far away on a separate booth. "-resign now."

Kabuto, as in canon, took that olive branch. "I am too tired and my Chakra is too low, I'll leave." A friendly smile was plastered on his face, though his Sharingan could see the minute muscle twitches that indicated the forcefulness of the expression.

Kabuto left and the Jonin that took over looked down at a notepad before- before coughing and then reading the names. "Everybody except Choji Akamichi and Kiba Inuzuka leave the field." He said with his neutral tone as they all made their ways to the baloneys up top.

'They're not the same as in canon.' Sasuke wondered as Naruto asked him who he thought would win. "Kiba..." He muttered honestly.

Sakura frowns. "Why would you think that?" Ah, she just questioned him instead of taking his word as law. A step in the right direction, perhaps?

He huffed, not in the mood for banter. "Just watch."

And the match wasn't really that interesting. He wasn't even paying that much attention. The opening Taijutsu battle was won by Kiba, forcing Choji to use his body expansion Jutsu early. Kiba, though, didn't need to use his Fang Jutsu- or whatever it was called- as he simply dodged out of the way of the human boulder with his superior speed.

He didn't try and provoke the Akamichi much, and Choji's gentle heart had lot him the fight in the end. Nobody was carried off in a stretcher, and as such, Kiba got a bit of praise by Kurenai and Choji was consoled by Asuma. The announcer, before Sakura can ask him how he knew who'd win, continued. "Neji Hyuuga and Temari of the Sand, please enter the arena." He then coughed, once again.

Sasuke raised his head, a bit more interested in this fight. Neji, as confident and pretentious as ever, arrived at his side of the ring while Temari, seeming like she's just unhappy to be here, took out her fan and spun it around her lithe body. "Match, begin!" The announcer wasted no time and so did Neji.

Sasuke's Sharingan blazed as he watched him. His hands, straight as a spear, shot out towards Temari as he dashed into her personal space. Temari managed to deflect the first two. "It is destine that I win." Sasuke, and probably every Jonin here, heard the boy mutter as he increased his speed. Sasuke could see how he shaped his Chakra in his finger tips to produce the little, needle-like shots of said energy that closed Tenketsu. He may lack the Byakugan, but he's sure when he got either the Mangekyo or the Rinnegan, now that he has Asura's Chakra, he'll be able to use it to it's true extent.

[Taijutsu: Gentle Fist]

The signature Taijutsu style of the Hyuuga clan native to Konohagakure. Using their Dojutsu, the Byakugan, to identify and pin-point an enemies Tenketsu, they use precise and aloof strikes to close said Chakra conduits and damage nearby organs in the targets body due to backlash. This Taijutsu style is integral to learning many Hyuuga techniques.

Neji ducked a swipe of the Suna girl's large fan and Sasuke, with his Sharingan, could easily follow as the Hyuuga quickly stabbed at her left thigh twice. She buckled onto one knee and grit her teeth. Neji didn't let up, once a Hyuuga closes the gap, there is not much a level opponent can do.

One strike to the torso, twice on the shoulder and the last in her neck as she passed out. Temari could have done more, Sasuke knew, but she was simply too slow to react with somebody who trains with Guy and focuses on Taijutsu. "Neji Hyuuga wins!"

"As I said." He muttered before returning to his position with his team in a regal stride, Lee talking about how awesome and strong his teammate was and Tenten shooting the pale-eyed boy the bedroom eyes. Temari was carried away on a stretcher, though she wasn't hurt much. Just unable to move. The announcer, coughing once more, announced the next match. "Naruto Uzumaki against Yoroi Akado."

"Finally!" Naruto shouted beside him with his newly flamed embers of excitement.

Yoroi, the man with a purple lower face covering and round, black-stained glasses, started walking down the steps as Naruto, in his rush, simply jumped off the balcony, getting scoffs of indecent behavior from a few other Ninja not native from Konoha. "Let's do this, you weirdo!" He taunted the enemy and Sasuke thought it was deliberately this time, having seen the extenuated smug smirk with his... you know with what. The Sharingan.

Yoroi scoffed but he saw him tense a bit. "Match, begin!" Immediately, the Sound Shinobi shot out a trio of kunai and shuriken each. Naruto smirked and to Sasuke's surprise, slapped a Seal matrix onto the ground of the arena before dodging the kunai and starting to flank the taller man. Said man patiently waited to engage, probably wanting to use his mediocre Chakra absorption in close quarters.

Right before Naruto got into his space, he slapped another Seal down and Sasuke knew what was happening. He smirked. 'I guess Naruto wont be relying on Shadow Clones and the Rasengan only this time.' He watched as the shorter blonde ducked two jabs, tanked the third and just as a blue glow encompassed the hand of Yoroi, the man stumbled back with a shout of pain.

"What the hell is your Chakra, boy?" He asked and Sasuke suspected the Kyubi's integrated and purified Chakra was at fault. But Naruto took advantage, flanking from the left again and placing yet another Seal down right before engagement. But, he also made the hand seal for the Shadow Clone Jutsu, proudly shouting the techniques name too. In a puff of smoke, identically smirking copies of the blonde ninja shot towards the stunned man, most approaching from behind and forcing Yoroi into the middle of the arena.

The real Naruto placed one last seal where Yoroi stood as the man was pushed into the center of the arena by the Clones, though he popped two. With a proud smirk, Naruto shouted; "Seal activate!" And, all around Yoroi, an orange dome appeared with a sudden flash. "Ha!" Naruto shouted in victory. "And now..." The Jinjuuriki then placed another seal onto the barrier itself and...

Sasuke knew that Naruto would take to Fuinjutsu, seeing as he just made two normally incompatible Seals work incredibly well with each other. The Chakra Drain Seal, instead of draining the barrier, pushed through and drained the Chakra out of everything inside the barrier, something that must be Naruto's own creation as Sasuke had never read about it.

"To be defeated... by Chakra drain... of all things...!" Yoroi started swaying before he collapse. The onlookers from Konoha where all amazed at Naruto's skill.

"B-But he's the dead last!" Ino shouted from Asuma's team to Sasuke's left.

Sasuke bothered to give her the explanation. "People hate him for faults not his own and the academy teachers, excluding Iruka, held him back and ruined his Shinobi foundations every chance they got." He stated loud enough for Ino, and the rest of her team, to hear.

"He... huh? So he wasn't the worst?" She asked again and Sasuke pinched the bridge of his nose.

He wasn't in the mood today. He returned his gaze to the arena, seeing Naruto return to him with a proud grin and Yoroi being carried off towards the medical ward. The Seals had been removed and resealed in a scroll on Naruto's back that reminded Sasuke of how the blonde looked when he was summoned during the Pein invasion. "Did you see that, Sasuke!?" He asked and the Last Uchiha nodded his head.

"Keep getting stronger, we'll be at level strength one day." Naruto grinned, taking the rare brood Uchiha compliment and leaving it at that.

The announcer took a look at his list and continued as Naruto leaned against the back wall, relaxing a bit after the fight. Sakura was still confused. "Kankuro of the Sand versus Rock Lee." He spoke with a near tone-deaf voice, one which was immediately droned out by Lee's excited shout.

Sasuke was actually interested in this fight. "Why do you wear spandex?" Kakuro asked as he, and his wrapped puppet, stepped onto the sand.

Lee punched the air. "Because it is what the mighty Green Beast of Konoha wears! I shall be as great as him one day!" Sasuke could hear the shouts of pride from Gai. "Now, I shall win our youthful spout so I can ascend the ranks and achieve my goal!" Lee shouted with even more fervor.

Kankuro sighed as he took out a few kunai. "Not even going to ask." He muttered before grinning. "But I am going to attack."

"Begin!"

Lee was so much faster than Kankuro. That is just a fact, as much as the fact that the sky was blue... when not in the Tsukuyomi. Lee had already shattered the puppet users windpipe as his foot crashed into the face-paint wearing Genin's neck. Kankuro tried to rapidly shout in pain but as Lee frowned and delivered another strike to the stomach, he seemed unable to. "You are much weaker than I thought. Work on your Taijutsu so we may, again, spar on day!"

Sasuke was unsure if this was the same Lee from canon, but he didn't care one way or another. He was just kind of down by the fact he didn't get to copy one of the Eight Gates activation sequence. "Rock Lee wins!" Was heard as Kankuro convulsed on the ground, holding his throat and trying, and failing, to breathe.

Kankuro was not a weak Shinobi, but his strength was limited in one facet of Shinobi arts. He, in turn, neglected the rest, it seems. As such, he lost immediately. From then on out, Sasuke was only half listening. He periodically dozed off against the back wall, even when Naruto pestered him. The next fight was between Gaara and Dosu and, as in canon, Gaara killed the kid... almost. Thankfully for the Sound nin, the Hokage got Gaara to back down.

The next fight, Sakura versus Zaku- the other Sound nin- went badly for his teammate. Sakura lost, badly. Zaku may be a bad ninja but Sakura was an even worse one. Really, Sasuke even felt second hand embarrassment. How she left the room on a stretcher with a perma-frowning, unconscious, face would be seared into his mind as a motivator to try and help her get onto the right path earlier. When his name was finally called, he sighed in contempt. "Sasuke Uchiha versus Hinata Hyuuga." The Jonin instructor said and Sasuke flickered to the sand platform, not wasting time with the worried look of Naruto.

When Hinata arrived, she was shaking like a leaf, nervous drops of sweat staring to form on her forehead. "Hey Hinata." Sasuke began and she met his eyes. "Try your best, okay?" He began with the softest tone his naturally intimidating voice could muster. He liked Hinata, she was a sweet and kind girl that just lacks self confidence. "You are a strong Shinobi, Hinata. I will show you that today." He vowed and as he said the words, he meant them. It seems he could do something worth while in this fight.

"I-I-If you say s-so." She stammered out as the match began at the behest of the administrative Jonin who's name Sasuke still couldn't remember.

Hinata rushed at him in a slow tempo. He didn't even have his Sharingan active and he could dodge this strike by simply catching her fingers. He could probably knock her out via neck-chop in the time it took for her to even lad the strike. He sighed. "You're not serious." He said as he side-stepped the open palm handed strike. "But that's not your fault." He continued as he looked into her meek pupilless eyes. "You admire Naruto for the courage he has despite his situation, right?" Sasuke asked, changing the direction of the conversation.

She nodded as she tried to hit him once again. This was barely a fight. "The dobe isn't as perfect as you think he is." Sasuke stated again with a more serious tone.

"Hey!" Naruto shouted.

Hinata frowned. Sasuke slapped away the slightly faster left jab. "He has faults, he isn't always as brave as you think he is." He continued. "But I think knowing that is good for you. You both has faults, he chooses to overcome them while you don't even try." He heard Naruto call him a mean asshole but he ignored the blonde.

"D-Don't say that a-bout N-Naruto." She muttered with something resembling anger. Her net strike was a faint accompanied by a real jab. He recognized the first and blocked the second. "A-And how can I-I... when I'm s-so weak?" Her fragmented sentence was pieced together in Sasuke's mind before he responded.

He looked down at her faster attacks. "You are already faster, just by not thinking about how you 'can't win this' or about 'how weak you are'. You just have to have confidence. Don't give up before you even try." He said again and this time, Hinata recognized that she had sped up. She looked at her hands. "You have the skills you need, you have learned under a Jonin for a few months now. Simply use them without thinking about it." He activated his Sharingan to make his words and this moment stay with the young Hyuuga. "You are a Shinobi. You are strong." His words seemed to have triggered... something in her.

Her upwards-quirked eyebrows turned to a frown as she took the Taijutsu stance he had copied not half an hour ago. "I can be... s-strong." She muttered, trying to make it real by saying it. "L-Like you? Like N-Naruto?" She asked as she began her new barrage, fast enough for him to have to actually use his Sharingan. Though he could have kept up with the Sharingan he had when he awoke it, but that was besides the point.

He nodded. "Yes. Not instantly though, you're not winning this fight. But if you internalize what I tried to teach you, then you'll be strong enough at some point." He blocked her fast jab. "Not today." He finally went in for his own attack, taking out her left shoulder as he didn't hit a Tenketsu but a normal pressure point of the human body he'd long since memorized. "Maybe not tomorrow." He continued, the next attack to her stomach knocking the air out of her. "But maybe..."

He then flickered behind her with the first mid-combat Body Flicker he's performed in a close quarters Taijutsu battle. Just like Shisui. He'd honor him. "... maybe in the future." And he knocked her out with a neck-chop.

First Person PoV

-Sasuke Uchiha-

"Hiruzen Sarutobi." I asked as I entered said mans office. Hiruzen's face could not be more bleak. I'd decided to call him by his given name and not his title, I am going to be getting my recompense for what this village has taken from me. Honestly, if I didn't have friends here, then I'd have left a long time ago. Not out of revenge, just because of Danzo. But he was gone, and I only wanted to rectify the past. "I have the list." I made a motion to ask the man if I could read it.

"You may..." He said, sounding defeated, his sins come to haunt him. He was accepting it.

I rolled out the scroll as it appeared out of my Storage Seal. "This is a document containing all the demands of the Uchiha Clan, co-founders of the Hidden Leaf Village, regarding the following transgressions..." I began, feeling nothing but opportunistic joy as I listed the crimes. I had gotten rid of most of my feelings regarding the massacre when I killed that sack of shit Danzo. Only my hatred for Obito remained. Past that, it was mostly sadness when I saw my empty house. When I ate with mom. When I stood at the lake and practiced the Fireball like dad told me to. When I entered the forest to perfect my Shuriken Jutsu and didn't see my older brother telling me how to improve.

"One count of mass defilement. Two counts of mass theft of Clan Secrets. One count of attempted genocide. One count of treachery from the resident state authority and finally, a number of minor crimes including, but not limited to, embezzlement, property damage, unlawful use of authority and mass unlawful mistreatment." Hiruzen could not muster to look into my eyes by the last listing. "As current Clan Head of the Uchiha clan, I demand a number of things that are..." I took another breath as I kept my Sharingan on as the Hokage looked back up at me with pained eyes.

"Complete clan head IT immunity..." Which was a fancy way of saying 'don't question why I can use Wood Release or have anything I'm not supposed to'. "...bounty rights on anything I, Sasuke Uchiha, may plunder..." Which was mostly regarding his big Buster Sword. "...free access to the Forbidden Scroll for all Uchiha deemed worthy by any current clan head..." I saw Hiruzen try and speak up but a glare shut him down. Having so much control over such a powerful Shinobi was ironic. "...ten million Ryo..." he didn't need the money, but his future clan sure could. "...and finally, the Uchiha clan has the full political support of any current ruling Hokage for the timeframe it takes for said clan to rebuild their numbers to what they once where."

Hiruzen didn't even act appalled, simply accepting of his fate once more. "I don't know if I cam realis-"

I interrupted him. "Don't you dare." I said with a barbed tone and Hiruzen averted his gaze. "Sign it." He did so. "Give me the scroll." Th man stood up from his chair, walked to a picture of the Yondaime, did... something with his Chakra and took out the bulky scroll from a secret compartment. "You will wait here until I have copied it." The man nodded and simply watched as I took out an equally large scroll and started copying the scroll with my Sharingan.

Normal PoV

Sasuke stood awake at his bedroom desk, reading through this section of the Forbidden Scroll once more. He was... well he was learning something. He could perform most of the Jutsu inside the scroll, except for one, of course. The Flying Thunder God Jutsu evaded him. He... understood the basics behind it, it heavily relied on Special and Time-related Seals that are constructed via a unique Seal Language and then infused with the user's blood to make target acquisition for the placed Seal easier. Sasuke was just... missing the required expertise to make the Seal itself, yet.

No matter, the scroll still held a lot he wanted.

[Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation]

This Jutsu, labeled a Kinjutsu for all the right reasons, locates a desired soul from the afterlife and, with a living human as a sacrifice, revives that soul into a body that cannot die by normal means and has infinite Chakra due to their connection to the afterlife. The user of this technique can also implant an extra Seal with instructions and parameters into the head of the summoned individual, which said individual then has to follow.

[Taijutsu: Eight Celestial Gates]

The Eight Gates are eight tenketsu in the human body that limit the human body's potential in order for it to not hurt itself. Using this technique, the user can open said gates. Each gate frees up more and more of that potential but the more are opened, the more unreversible the passive damage they inflict get's, up until the last gate, the Gate of Death, that simply kills the user when all their Chakra is used up.

In the end, it seems he didn't have to copy them from Lee. But he truly made off like a bandit with the Impure World Reincarnation. If he where ever to get his hands on a few bandits or some people of the like, he'll gladly use them and rebirth the First or Second Hokage with orders to train him. It was just too good to pass up. Though, he would not dare revive Madara, even if he could probably insert a control Seal into the man. Sasuke feared him enough to not trust even that assurance of the Jutsu, he had a gut feeling Madara would be able to break out of the hold...

Maybe Tobirama too, he invented the bloody thing after all.

Sasuke shook his head as he got back to work on his skills for the month they now had to train themselves-

[SYSTEM ALER! SYSTEM ALERT!]

The shrill, high pitched sound almost bled out Sasuke's ears.

[Temporary world transfer imminent!]

[Mission parameters:

-Either kill or subjugate the strongest being in the world

-Seduce a major female character

-Develop the Mangekyo Sharingan]

"W-What the fuck?!" Sasuke hadn't been on the proverbial back-foot since gaining the memories of a second life but- but this?! "I-I know you called yourself the 'Quest System' but wa-" He was consumed by a flash of light.

"-p! Wake the hell up, dude!" His mind was agape. His head was pounding. "If you won't get off my tavern floor, I'll scrub your brains off it when I call the guard!" Sasuke heard... somebody shout and he opened his eyes. He was greeted with wooden floors, not the ones from his Livingroom. He groans as he slowly get's up, feeling a cloak around his body. His adult... body. Shit. "Finally!" He heard a man behind him shout and he turned to meet the brunette, average looking bartender.

Said man suddenly shrunk under his gaze. He was... not in Konoha. If the System was to be believed, he was in an entirely new world. Then, he'll have to follow the Shinobi procedures for such a situation. First, establish the functionality of your own power. "Sharingan: Genjutsu." He activated his bloodline successfully and, to his surprise, it was especially easy to infiltrate the mind of the man before him. Step two, gather information.

After a quick run through recent memories of this bartender, Sasuke knew where he was. The fictional world known as 'Overlord'. He knew it, of course, having enjoyed it in his second- first?- life. Currently, he stood in the same bar Ainz would walk into in the capital of the Re-Estize kingdom, aptly named Re-Estize. This was... bad. If the system assigned mission was proven to hold true, then he'll have to go toe-for-toe with Ainz Ooal Gown. The entire Tomb of Nazarik too, probably.

But, it seems, the world gave him a boon. Mana was easily susceptible to Genjutsu and, by extension, Chakra. An, it seems, his Chakra regenerated faster than it did in the Elemental Nations, probably due to the saturation of Mana in the air that his body could break down and reassemble into Chakra... or something. He was no Orochimaru, he had no real clue on how it all worked.

Leaving the tavern keep with no memory of ever having met him, seeing as, in his recent memory, he just appeared in a flash of light the man dismissed as a failed teleportation spell, Sasuke made his way towards the large castle a bit outside the city. Yes, he'll be going for the big fish. With readily available Genjutsu and his Sharingan, he had an avenue that not many in Nazarik had. Easy mind and memory manipulation. Sure, Demiurge would probably notice him with all his spies, but that was inevitable, really.

If they approached him, he'll try and play to their favor to buy more time or outright ally himself with them. Though, Albedo's distrust of humans- her hatred of them, really- would make that hard. He was still reeling from having hopped worlds as he strode through the cobble street, his post-Shippuden outfit, sans the head-covering, making his appearance sparce. 'Is this going to be a regular occurrence?' He thought and... he wasn't much upset by it.

One of the mission parameters where awakening the Mangekyo, which meant he wouldn't be leaving this place without it and, if he where to assume time has stopped back home, he'll be entering the Invasion with a Mangekyo, preferably the Eternal Mangekyo if he can do something with... his cousins eye. But, that left one question...

How the hell will he manage to get his eyes to evolve?

Maybe some magic fuckery could force the issue? He'll... ask Ainz if they ever allied. Mindset of a salary man he may have, his library and servants may know a lot more usefully information. He started to acclimate to the far more vibrant color of Mana that he could see with his eyes and the far colder feel it gave off when sensing for it, though how he even could do that was a mystery, when he finally entered the forest surrounding the fort.

He may look like his demi-god self but he still only had the power and skill of the Sasuke of an hour ago. But the probably years-long stay in another world could give him valuable time to master the Wood Release. And so, while approaching the castle, he tried to cast a few Jutsu he could remember having seen that related to the Mokuton. "Wood Release: Wood Clone." He calmly let his Chakra enter the ground and, having molded it into Mokuton Chakra, it quickly sprouted the desired result. It took a good ten seconds for the wood puppet to gain facial features and color, but when it did, it was functionally a sturdier Shadow Clone without the memory transfer... speaking of which. "Shadow Clone Jutsu." He said, splitting his Chakra. "You know what to train." They nodded and headed off to the closest nearby locations of solitude.

[Wood Release: Wood Clone]

The Wood Clone technique allows one to create a clone of themselves that consists of Mokuton Wood, making it harder than any other form of Clone Jutsu. The clone retains all skills and knowledge of the original pre-creation and can use as much Chakra as allocated when first cast.

He nodded. That would do. He had most of the Jutsu he had already learnt down to a T but he could still train Chakra Control, Chakra Capacity and the Affinities. It's what the Shadow Clones would be doing for the foreseeable future. When he finally stood before the stone wall, unlike in any major ninja village, there where no secret Black-Ops military agents to arrest him.

It was silent, say except for the sounds of every day castle life inside. He didn't care. A quick Shunshin and he stood on the first wall, another and he circumvented the second. A few more and he was cutting a smooth circle in the fancy window of an equally fancy, red-carpeted hallway. Chandeliers every few paces on the ceiling, golden inlays on the walls and columns, statues holding even more candles at the foot of those columns. Really, this place was as pretentious as he thought the entire royal family was.

He caught the circle of cleanly cut glass before it could shatter on the floor. "Fuin!" he quietly shouted to himself as he placed a two-fold Seal on the wall that both hid the placed Seal and bound two objects together, essentially reforging the window. One day he was taking the Chunin Exams and helping a shy girl get over said shyness, the next he was taking over a monarchy. Really, what was life without it's curveballs?

He heard the rustling of armor and the soft rustling of clothes as people approached. He performed a quick Transformation Technique and replaced one of the statues, sealing the original in his inventory. "-eg's name was Ainz Ooal Gown, you say?" He heard the faintly familiar voice of the voice actor that played the King of the Re-Estize Kingdom, Ramposa III.

With him was Gazef Stronoff, somebody who, despite his strength, was nothing compared to Sasuke. Both in a straight battle and in... well, how easy it would be to take control over his minds. Just about when said Warrior Captain was about to respond, Sasuke undid his transformation and, in a puff of smoke, stood right next to both King and Warrior. "Genjutsu." Gazef fell unconscious just as he was drawing his diamond blade.

The king frowned, trying to keep calm. "And who are you? An assassin from the Baharuth Empire? Finally here to end our wars?" The old man proposed.

Sasuke shook his head, catching Gazef's head and placing the man gently next to the window. "My name is Sasuke Uchiha, and I am here to make a proposal." He started, his Tomoe spinning quietly but intimidatingly as the man before him, despite the fancy robes and crown, seemed just so small before the might of the Uchiha.

"A-And that would be?" The king ask almost fearfully.

Sasuke looked at the Warrior Captain. "I am the strongest human in this world, if not now, then in a year or so..." He began. "I am searching for offerings... you will comply or die." He didn't elaborate further.

The king, failing to scream for help due to the immense intent to kill he felt from this man, nodded.

-Ainz Ooal Gown-

"Come in." He stated, already done with today. When Albedo entered, her hips swaying for him again, he was somewhat glad for the emotional suppression he had gained.

"Something... interesting has happened, Lord Ainz." She began, tone sultry and trying it's best to get him ensnared in her web. He was somewhat glad he decided not to pull that joke back when he thought Yggdrasil was ending. If she would have had a major obsession with him here, it would really suck to not have a human body to enjoy it. Though, he was too socially inept to even begin walking down that road.

He, in this fancy office on the fancy desk his salary man brain couldn't comprehend having, leaned forwards as the succubus rounded the table to his side, placing down a single piece of paper. "Somebody has subjugated the king of Re-Estize and has... drawn a crude message into the castle walls."

There was a picture, Ainz had no clue how they had cameras, and it made is undead heart- or rather, core- stop.

Suzuki Satoru, meet me in in the village where you gave the gift, alone.

His real name, how?! Was it one of his friends?! "It is, of course, just mad babbling and Demiurge is already lo-"

With this being one, he has only interrupted Albedo a hand full of times. "I need take care of urgent business." But this may be the only time it was warranted.

-Sasuke Uchiha-

The King was on... autopilot. He was not to tell anybody about their meeting and Gazef had memories of... simply not falling unconscious or meeting him. Now, he stood in the village that had been recently saved and not yet occupied by Nazarik. He was glad, and also a bit resigned at the idea that his plan had worked as a portal appeared in front of him, the masked, royal figure of Ainz Ooal Gown stepping out. He held no staff, had no guard and, from his sensory abilities, he had nobody watching. Or course, with the power difference at play here, that could be by design.

"You are not one of my friends... how do you know that name?" The gruff voice spoke out. Sasuke had deactivated his Sharingan both because it would do him no good and because the sheer amount of Mana this man had was immeasurable and blinding.

Sasuke, knowing his stay in this world was temporary, chose the truth. Very much unlike a Shinobi. "I am from another world, like you are." He began and Ainz was probably glad his skeletal body wasn't twitching in surprise. "My stay in this world is temporary and I'll be leaving once I've completed a set of tasks. You should know multiverse theory, yeah?" He chose the relaxed tone, despite how tense he was.

Ainz nodded, almost impatiently. The man has not yet fully grown into his role, still at the beginning of Season one. "In the world I come from, your entire story was an anime."

Ainz stopped, then raised his finger. "W-Huh?"

"Or a light novel, really it's up to the individual. I know about the next few months of what's about to happen. Currently, this is the beginning of Season 1. I think it's episode two but it's been a while. This is actually the third world I've been to." It was technically true.

"What the hell do you want? And why shouldn't I... no, if what you say is true, then you know I wont follow through on such a treat." The undead man capitulated defeatedly. If Sasuke would be invading Nazarik or doing anything to offend the friends f this man, then he had no doubt that Ainz would follow through on any threat he made.

He sighed. "I just was to get back home, man. Are you willing to help me fulfill them in exchange for all the information I have regarding your future and... past, if you need it?" He asked, acting more like his earth self than Sasuke Uchiha, now that it was useful.

Ainz contemplated for a second... then nodded. "I have nothing to loose." He shrugged.

Sasuke nodded. "First things first, I want to join Nazarik until I leave." Ainz stopped at that. "It's the saftest place... as long as I convince everybody that I'm not human." Sasuke chuckled. "The exact opposite of what you're trying, I guess. Well, you're not really trying to convince everybody you're human, but you know what-" He was cut off swiftly.

"You... this is complicated. I want to trust you simply because you could know if any of my friends are here, but trust is not easily earned and accepting you inside our halls is an act of great trust." The giant skeleton began.

Sasuke shrugged. "You've got some kind of magic contract?" He asked, not knowing if they did from the show.

Ainz, embarrassed, nodded. "I- uh- forgot that."

Sasuke chuckled even more. "First think before giving speeches." Ainz snapped his gloved fingers and a parchment burned to life with blue fire.

"I, Ainz Ooal Gown, promise to protect the life of...?" He quirked his neck.

Sasuke nodded. "Sasuke Uchiha."

"...of Sasuke Uchiha during his stay in Nazarik and, furthermore, help him fulfill..." Another quirk.

Sasuke continued, rolling his dark eyes. "Three tasks."

"...three tasks, being..." He didn't need to give him the tell.

"Awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan, beat the strongest being in this world and seduce a major female character." Sasuke stated and, with another snap, the flames around the scroll and the words being slowly etched into said parchment stopped as if frozen in time.

"Dude?" Ainz asked, past pretending to be the great leader with him. "What? I get the second one, that'll be easy, spar with me if I'm the strongest and I'll concede, but what the hell is the first, and what the actual hell is the third? Who gives out that... mission?" The exasperated tone was an indicator if Sasuke had ever heard or seen one.

Sasuke nodded, treading lightly, knowing that the wrong words could mean his death. "I've got a nifty eye power that can evolve under certain circumstances, the next evolution being the Mangekyo. For your second question you're gonna need some context." Ainz nodded eagerly, wanting to get the contract done with. 'I guess we both just want somebody to be honest to...' Sasuke wasn't just approaching Ainz this early for the benefits, though mostly that, he also wanted somebody he could be his new, fused self with.

A semi-isekai'd guy talking with a fully isekai'd guy. Both hopefully becoming quick bro's.

"You know the game mechanics and interface of Yggdrasil?" He asked.

Ainz nodded. "Of course." And then he sighed. "You really know, huh?" Sasuke ignored that last comment.

It seemed like Ainz is still coming to terms with this even stranger situation than his new body and world shift. "Well, I've got something similar. All the time. In real life. I live my life like a game, skills and stats and all."

Sasuke could swear he could see them skeleton blink in stunned emotion behind that mask. "That's... fuckin' cool." He silently admitted.

Sasuke chuckled. "Useful, too. But it's got some kind of intelligence, seeing as it's sent me here and has given me those three 'quests'."

Ainz made a comprehending 'ah' sound. "Makes sense. Well..." he snapped his fingers again and the contract 'resumed'. "...task being; awakening the Mangekyo Sharingan..." He stumbled a bit at the word. "... beating the strongest being in this world and seducing... a female main character." He spoke that one out a bit awkwardly. He then gently motioned with the hand that held the contract afloat towards him.

The parchment floated towards him and Sasuke knew what to do. "I, Sasuke Uchiha, hereby swear to not seek harm to any denizens of Nazarik, not try and harm any property unless given permission and I swear to not betray the general trust of it's ruler, Ainz Ooal Gown or Suzuki Satoru." He felt... something grip both his Chakra and something else deep within himself as the contract started glowing before it simply flashed away in another burning flare.

Ainz clapped his boney hands together and motioned for the portal. "Well, that's that then. I think this is gonna go well." And just like that, an unlikely friendship would be formed.

"Who... is this, Lord Ainz?" The absolute beauty that is Albedo gently but concernedly asked her lord as Sasuke stood next to said lord in the even more extravagant hallways of Nazarik compared to Re-Estize castle.

Ainz, regaining his pretend regal aura and mannerisms, motioned towards the Uchiha. "This is Sasuke Uchiha, somebody I have great interest in." His voice was still the same one as Sasuke had heard not ten minutes ago but it had... an aura to it. An inflection, maybe? "Treat him like you would a fellow guardian." That, that surprised Sasuke.

He quirked an eyebrow towards the now exposed skull of Ainz and the man, almost imperceptibly, shrugged. Albedo nodded and approached Sasuke, standing before him, a head higher even. "I am Albedo, Overseer of the Floor Guardians." She bowed slightly, a gentle smile on her face. "You look like a human, but you smell like trees. Are you similar to the elven twins?" She asked.

Sasuke, liking her attitude, shook his head. "I am... a Shinobi." He stated with a frown. Compared to the humans of this world, he may just be a different race.

Albedo nodded. "Ah. Then are you similar to Delta, our Shinobi Pleiade?"

Before Sasuke could answer, Ainz motioned towards Sasuke. "I have a contract with the Lord Uchiha, as such, I shall procure the items required to fulfill the conditions. Albedo..." She stood at attention. "Guide the guest around this floor." She nodded and Ainz disappeared in a flash.

Sasuke took a moment before he saw Albedo motion for him to follow her. "Ah, I'm... I can explain but it would take a bit." He semi-asked her.

She nodded with a receptive smile. "Until Lord Ainz returns, we have all the time we should need."

Sasuke nodded as they passed through the extravagant hallways. "I am not from this world, like you all are." He began and Albedo nodded her head, paying even more attention as they walked into the cafeteria, Albedo waving towards a few of the dressed Pleiades. "Where I come from, every one of my people have something called a Chakra System."

Albedo quirked an eyebrow and her two black wings, attached to her lower back, fluttered once. Sasuke raised his hand, encompassing it in the blue hue of Chakra. "Chakra is like Mana, just more inherent to a person. It has more limits but is also a bit more esoteric in it's uses." He saw Albedo watch his hand with rapt attention. She may not be the scientist freak that was Demiurge but she could appreciate such an encounter. "For example, both Mana and Chakra have the capacity to revive someone."

"Mana needs, comparatively and from what I know, a lot more effort, though. While Chakra requires a single Jutsu- what we call spells- and a sacrifice." He continued. "In addition, the revived person regenerates from all forms of damage that do not harm the soul and they have an unlimited supply of Chakra."

The winged succubus interjected. "Can somebody else learn Chakra? Even if they lack this Chakra System?" She asked, very undemanding.

Sasuke shook his head. "You cannot mold the Chakra inside your body for Jutsu if you have no Chakra inside your body." He then waved his hand. "I'm sure I'll be leaving soon enough, so I'm willing to part with genetic samples. Maybe you can recreate it." Maybe they could, he didn't care much. "Ah, that leads me to another thing. In my world, there are specific Bloodlines that allow people of said bloodline to use special techniques of powers." He activated his Sharingan to a soft, intrigued 'oh' from Albedo. "I have two. I was born with this one, my Sharingan. It is a Dojutsu, an eye power. I'm sure I'll give a summary to Ainz, so you can read that later."

As we left the cafeteria to the curious gazes of the battle maids, we started walking towards the throne room. "And the other?"

He nodded. "I am most proud of my Sharingan, as it is my clans Dojutsu. But I have supplemented another into my DNA simply because it is so immensely powerful." Sasuke, without hand signs, sprouted a small flower in his palm. "The Wood Release."

"That's a flower." She stated.

"The name isn't really apt for what all it can do. It's just that most of it's Jutsu are attacks consistent of very strong Wood." He plucked the flower off his hand and, off handedly, gave it to Albedo. She took it with a gentle nod and soft thanks. "That's why I'm no human, I've spliced my DNA and my Chakra System makes me inherently superior."

Albedo thought for a moment and Sasuke even got a bit nervous. "I see... not unlike me. I am a succubus." She began and proudly flapped her wings as she walked besides the Uchiha heir. "I am, superficially, not much different from those vermin." The snarl was obvious and Sasuke was glad he didn't fit her criteria of vermin. "But, like you, my inherent power and..." She flapped her wings. "...single trait, make me superior. Far superior."

Sasuke nodded a bit awkwardly. "Yeah."

Albedo nodded, returning her gentle expression. "I was to be your guide but I have been more your interrogator, forgive me." She bowed slightly as we halted our stride.

Sasuke nodded in reluctant and confused acceptance. "It's... fine. I like talking with you." Her cheeks go a bit rosy.

-Albedo-

The man in front of her was an enigma. "T-Thank you." She kept her regal tone but stumbled a bit at the praise that hit her a bit too hard. She hadn't had this... uncouth of a verbal partner in... ever. He was interesting to say the least. And the red eyes had their charm, too. She put Ainz above all and, where he to order it, she would warm his bed as long as her lord would need.

But her blossoming view of this man- Sasuke Uchiha- was one of a different nature. She liked talking to him, it felt less like a mission given by her Lord and more like a conversation between her and one of the other guardians. Sasuke nodded and as she looked at his handso- normal face, her... instincts wanted... something. She frowned. 'I will not connect to anybody besides Lord Ainz.' She stated.

"Well, what do you do for fun while not ordering the other Guardians around." He asked as she changed course from the bar to the lounge.

She thought about his question and came up empty handed. She enjoyed serving her Overlord, as should any living being, but she lacked anything considered a hobby that she could enjoy alone. "I serve the lord."

Sasuke sighed in exasperation. "I've got a deck of cards and a chess board, want to play?" He asked as they entered the large lounge, a low table with appropriate decor surrounded by two couches made with the most fine strung silk Nazarik could provide. When she sat down, having finished the tour of what was needed in her mind and now simply waiting for Ainz... and wanting to continue talking with the young Uchiha, said Uchiha took out a rectangular board.

"I am open to learn." She began as he set up wooden pieces that resembled different roles assigned to warriors.

He was handsome when he was thinking, she concluded. "I think you won." He said as he sighed in defeat. She had, indeed, bested him in the game of Chess. Under the rules he had explained, his king was in checkmate and as such, he was the defeated party. She had failed to restrain her instincts, it seems, as she could feel the faint connection already. Nobody in Nazarik had fit the criteria for her succubus bond and those few that did, she dare not touch unless ordered.

But it seems, despite his clear superiority, Sasuke was humanoid enough, as was she, for him to qualify. And, her succubus side having gone starved for decades, she simply couldn't hold back forever. If he where just a human, she would simply kill him or would be too disgusted for even her subconscious to dare nominate him for the esteemed position of her mate- she blushed a tad bit at the thought. But he was not.

"And you say you are raised to kill since childhood?" She asked, completely focused on his word. It's been another hour and while she wasn't glad Ainz hadn't returned, she would would not bemoan it.

He nodded. "That was before... my father and brother helped me grow into the Shinobi I am today, the man I am today." She frowned, she didn't like that expression on his face. They had been talking about his life mostly, though the odd question about her day-to-day life was interjected. She had notice that he left out a great deal of things regarding his childhood and his family.

"If it is not too intruding, what happened?" She asked with genuine concern.

His eyes glazed over as the soft rotation of his Sharingan stopped. "If... I... Sure. I'll be leaving soon, anyway." He looked at the ceiling, fondly. "Maybe talking about it will help?" He softly asked and she was already worried. The tonal shift from the somewhat sarcastic and genuine Sasuke to this... sad and depressing man was something she worried about.

He looked at her and she felt like he could see every inch of her very soul. "I was going home late that day, Albedo. The academy instructors wanted to know what elective courses I will be taking." He chuckled but it lacked the luster she had adored before. "I picked Genjutsu, the art of illusions. My brother is a master at them, he would trap you inside an illusion, inside another illusion and you'd think you where in four when really, you where in a single, masterfully crafted one." The small tangent painted a picture of the brother in her mind. A man similar to Sasuke, a lot more refined and regal, though. She thought they fit together well.

"Dad always wanted me to be like Itachi, the clans prodigy." He frowned at that and she wanted to tell him that he didn't need to fulfill the expectations of others if they are not Lord Ainz. But she held back. "But I digress." He took another deep breath. "When I arrived at the clan compound gates, everything was empty and..." He flinched. "It's hard to talk about..." He lightly opened his eyes wider, getting an idea. "I could, if it's okay, send you into an illusion of... that day. I am sure you are ruthless enough to not sustain any mental damage." He waved off, taking a jab at her. She like it, not being talked to like royalty by a fellow higher being all the time.

She nodded. She wanted to say she trusted him with her life now that they where bonded but she held back once again. When they locked eyes this time, his Sharingan spun faster than she'd ever seen before and in she felt a foreign energy intrude into her body. She let it, though it would be simple to expel it. Her world turned black and then...

She was a small boy, she had faint impressions of memories at the edge of her mind. Her... family was near? No matter, it was night and she thinks the better head home before her... brother? Or was it her sister? Missies her turn to help him with... something. As she entered the compound, she noticed how empty it was. It was unnerving.

She didn't like it.

She worried, where they okay? Whoever they where, she needed to know where they where! She ran through the compound and, rounding one corner, she saw... blood. She saw blood flow down the stairs to her favorite... dango store? She knew her cousins something-something removed lived there. She ran past it, she needed to tell mom!

Her heat beat faster than ever before as more blood, more gore, more dead clansmen littered the once lively streets of the Uchiha compound. She ran into her manor, past the garden she trained in, and slammed open the door to her parents room. "Mom, d-" She looked at the floor.

Her mother wasn't moving.

Father was looking at the ceiling without blinking.

Both bathed in red.

The moonlight revealed her brother, Itachi, standing behind them, his Sharingan blazing. Her vision blurred and when she next found herself fully aware, she was running after her brother. Why? Why would Itachi do this?

To test my strength.

She looked up at the power line pole as she rounded the corner, her brother stood atop it lazily. He looked down at her with a Sharingan she had never seen before. "When you have eyes like mine..." The rest of his words blurred as the dream faded.

She found herself back in the lounge, a few tears streaming down her face. She- She was Albedo! "W-Wha-?" She muttered.

"That was the Uchiha Massacre." Sasuke said and she was pulled from the confines of her mind. Yes, Sasuke! The sight of him returned a sense of calm to her. "On the orders of the village I lived in, he killed the entire clan to avoid a coup. He was loyal to the village and that village took advantage of him." When the haze in her mind cleared and she registered the words, her anger was palpable. She'd level that place to the ground! She would torture whoever ordered that fucking mission!

Sasuke shivered noticeably. "I've taken care of everybody responsible..." She took a deep breath.

"Good. They are below even the human vermin." She stated. That was a fact.

"But the main orchestrator is a man named Obito Uchiha." Her anger flared once again. Another family member would purposefully plan something like this. "When he was young, on a mission with his team that consists of who is now my sensei, Kakashi Hatake, his crush Rin and the future leader of our village as their sensei, Minato Namikaze. On that mission, he was crushed by a rock and was presumed dead. But, due to a secret technique, he survived." She wished he hadn't and from the anger in her partners eyes, he does also.

"He was then trained by the most renowned Uchiha, Madara, who was presumed dead a long time ago as well, in secret. Then, one day, he saw his crush be killed by Kakashi. He lacked the context that was the imminent death of her that would have caused a massive monster to be released if she wasn't killed by Kakashi, and as such, he became petty." Sasuke scoffed and she deigned to agree. "Because he didn't get the girl he liked, he wants to trap the entire world in an eternal illusion and kill a fuck ton of people I care about in the process. That included my entire clan." He was almost shouting in the end.

"Sasuke..." She muttered. "That man- that fucking cretin-, Obito, is he still alive?" She asked with a strained tone of calm. He nodded. "Then, we will kill him. Slowly." She stated as if it was a prophecy written into the future.

He shook his head. "You have duties here. You cannot simply follow me home. It's a one-way st-" His gaze averted and he... read the air? She'd seen her lord do something similar. "Or not. You may follow me into my world and you can travel back to this one any time but there's a few conditions. One, you may not have any of your powers while in my world and..." He chuckled nervously.

"And what?" She asked, ready to fulfill them. She would not leave Ainz, but if she has free time...

"Well, I've got a sort of patron deity that has given me tasks I need to fulfill in order to go back home." She nodded, a god from another world was an interesting avenue to follow. Maybe she'll ask more when they have some more time. "One of the tasks is... seducingawomanofNazarik." He babbled out but she heard it loud and clear. He wasn't blushing up a storm but he was not looking at her.

She smirked. "Ah... and I have caught your eye?" Slyly, she smirked slyly.

-Sasuke Uchiha-

Why had he said it?! Yes, unexpectantly, he felt very comfortable talking with Albedo, but why the hell would he outright say he planned to seduce her? She, with her obsession with Ainz, will probably sneer a... she was crawling towards him over the table. Very alluring. Very attractive. "Whatthefuck?" He rattled out.

"Well..." She said, a tone he'd never heard in real life before- as cringe as that sounds- lacing her sultry voice. "I'm not opposed."

That was when Ainz bust through the door. "Sasuke, I've got... the... damn." The skeleton man said, his white eye dots disappearing. "Albedo?" He softly spoke as a soft green glow supplanted him.

"Yes, my lord?" She stated as she was bowed before him in a flash.

"You are... interested in him. Romantically?" He asked outright.

She nodded, honest to her lord until the very end. "I am."

He looked at Sasuke, then at her, then at the space between them. "You may... actually. Sasuke, can she travel with you and back?" The last semi-loyal Uchiha nodded. Ainz looked at Albedo. "I give you permission to do... whatever you want regarding him. Just nothing harmful." She was almost vibrating with... either anticipation or excitement. She was still bowed when Ainz walked around her. He handed Sasuke a small, blue wrapped candy. "It's a rare candy. It can level up a single skill to it's next evolutionary stage." He then turned away. "And Sasuke...?"

The addressed man nodded. "Yeah?"

"She's like my daughter, I think you know what that means?" His tone was serious.

Sasuke nodded and, playing a bit of a joke, raised his voice to a respectful tone. "I will take good care of her and we'll be back before supper!" Ainz snorted.

"See that you do!" And he flashed away.

Sasuke looked at the candy. Would he really get the Mangekyo free of charge? "Sasuke, dear~" Maybe not so free...
