"Whoa!" Taiju came over after Kuri left. "Senku are you actually flirting?" Taiju backed off when he noticed how pissed Senku was. "Ah…that's a no. Let's go home."

Senku grunted in frustration. "I'll be home in a bit. I need to take a walk…."

Meanwhile, the priestess in question was working on the runes in her house, the runes glowing around her as she assigned the proper words to the prosthesis she was designing."

Following the magic, Senku barged into the house and stared.

"Wah! Uhm…uhh…" Kuri stammered as the magic swirled and flew to him, letting him absorb the knowledge. "Ano!"

Senku was in shock as he began to understand. "That's actually possible…"

Kuri ran over and grabbed him. "You mustn't!"

"Why not?" Senku gasped. "It's like science. Concrete, follows rules, and yet its more like…a cheat code…"

"But it can harm you…" Kuri protested. "A-Are you alright?" She touched his cheek. "You're not dizzy or light headed?"

"No…I'm not." Senku gazed at her as she touched his cheek.

"Your not hurt?" Kuri was flushed with magic. "Then you really are quite amazing!"

"So are you." Senku said genuinely. "This is how you made that prosthetic?"

"Y-yeah!" Kuri said wondering why he was gazing at her like that.

Senku looked around everything she was making.

Suddenly Kuri hugged him. The magic was failing and turning his skin green. It could kill him if she didn't stop it!Kuri leaned up. "I'll always remember you." She remembered everyone she lost this way. Kuri kissed him, erasing his memory, and pushed him outside in the snow.

Senku, dazed, shook his head.

Taiju, still on his way home, happened upon him. "Senku? What are you doing out here in the cold?"

"No idea. I should be getting back." Senku began to recover, an idea that he thought was his own forming. "I have something I gotta work on! Get excited!"

"Whatever," Taiju sight. "Your getting warmed up before you do anything! Your skin is turning bl—green…"

Senku looked at his hands, the tips of his fingers were indeed green. "It's turning green? Why would it be turning green?"

"It's ok. It's going back to normal. That's good."

"You're not making any sense." Senku sighed. "Not one millimeter. Come on let's go!"
