This is a crossover between Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and BNHA. This is also the trope of Men are Quirkless/Only women have quirks with all gender-bent characters (except Izuku), but the focus ISN'T ROMANCE! There may be some crushes and some jealousy, but it's basically the amount of romance that is in the canon show. And earlier, the only crossover from TOTK is the glowing hand. If you never played TOTK and want to, proceed with caution when reading, for there are spoilers. I don't own either of these works. Enjoy.

"Izuku, time to get up for school!"

Fourteen-year-old Izuku Midoriya opened his tired green eyes. "Great. I woke up…again." He sighed and slowly got up from the only sanctuary that he has. He took off his pajamas and grabbed the uniform hanging from his closet doorknob.

Same thing. Different day.

He buttoned up his top over his undershirt.

But my life will always be like hell.

He pulled his pants up and slipped on his socks and his shoes (that were made for quirkless people-mind you!)

It's bad enough that I'm quirkless, why did I have to have the minority gender too?

He trudged to the bathroom and brushed his teeth. He grabbed a brush and swiped it through his hair one time. His hair was naturally messy so it wasn't much of a difference. He sighed at his face in the mirror. "Great. Now I have eye circles…"

He slapped his cheeks to wake himself further. "No. Away dark thoughts. So what if you're a boy and quirkless-you're going to become somebody! I'll show everyone-even Kacchan!" His countenance darkened at the memory of his childhood friend-turned-bully. He knew it wasn't exactly her fault for becoming an egoist about her gender and power.

Before having her quirk, Katsumi Bakugou believed in gender equality like he did. She didn't care that he was a boy and she encouraged his dreams of becoming a hero too. She also stated that she would become his hero partner and she would always have his back.

And then she turned four and got her quirk…

And then her teachers, friends, and mother told her the truth about why there were mostly females in the hero society and what roles the men had.

She became a completely different person to Izuku after that.

Izuku sighed but smiled wearily. He still had faith that someday he and Kacchan would have the same relationship they had when they were kids. He always watched her, even after her denouncing their friendship. Even when she was harsh and saying some things to her friends that seemed hurtful on the surface, she always said what she meant through her actions.

He washed his face with cool water, straightened his countenance, and walked out of the bathroom in confidence.

…..

"Bye Mom!"

Inko Midoriya smiled as she handed the bento to her son. "Bye, Sweetie! Have a good day in school!" Izuku smiled back as he opened the door. The moment the door was closed, Inko dropped her smile.

"My poor baby…" He never said anything, but Inko knew he was being bullied. She hated that everybody, even the teachers, hated her son because of his gender, but what else could she do? If it was up to her, she would pull her son out of that school in a heartbeat. But that school was the only one who accepted male applicants and it was the only one she could afford.

She never understood why women treated men like how they were treated. They were human like everyone else; her husband was more human than a lot of women…combined. He had to move back to his hometown in America because of his job, but he always sent money and love to her and their son.

"I will come back, Inko. Even if things will never change, my love for you and Izuku will remain."

"I wish you were here, Hisashi. It's painful to watch our son take so much. The world might tell him he's nothing, but he's worth so much more than they are." She let a few tears fall down her face, but she sighed and wiped them away.

In true Midoriya fashion, she plastered a sunny-bright smile on her face. "Since it's close to the end of the year, I think a dinner of Katsudon will be in order!"

"Now, settle down, ladies! Since graduation is six months away, it's time for you all to focus on where you want to be for the future…" The woman looked monotone as she gazed at her class. Her bored face turned into a smirk, "But, who am I kidding?! You all want to be Heroes, am I right?!" She threw the papers that were originally for the students into the air, reveling in the cheers.

Midoriya sighed, "Ignore me, that's fine…" A few girls that had to sit by him glared at him, but he ignored them.

"Teach, don't fill me in with these bunch of losers!"

Midoriya discreetly covered his eyes with his palm. Kacchan, why do you want to start things?!

A blonde girl was leaning back in her seat, a cocky smirk on her face. Her ruby-red eyes were filled with mirth as she gazed up front. A lot of the other girls growled at her, but she only moved her ponytail out of the way.

"You're not better than us, Bakugou!" A brunette glared at the blonde like she was trying to set her on fire.

"Yeah! We all have the chance to get in as much as you do!" A bluenette this time yelled.

"They only allow the best of the best to be there, losers! And, let's face it…that's me!"

Midoriya groaned, feeling embarrassed.

"Oh…Midoriya…you applied to the Heroics too, huh?" The teacher said it with a tone that seemed like it was full of concern, but Midoriya could see that she just wanted to cause some drama into her class.

Midoriya sighed softly as loud stomps along with small bursts of heat came closer to his desk.

"Deku..!"

"Satan?"

Bakugou looked stunned, causing Midoriya to wonder what was taking so long before he realized what he did. Now, he was scared.

"I-I'm s-s-sorry, Kacchan! I r-really don't know where that came from. Heh-heh…ugh."

Bakugou became red with rage as she started screaming, "Didn't I tell you not to apply to UA?! You're nothing and you always will be! You can't get in without a quirk! Plus, you're a guy!" She had grabbed onto the collar of his school uniform as she screamed.

Midoriya stuttered, "W-well, technically they're allowing a-applicants of quirkless and males to go into UA n-now, s-so t-technically I c-can…I'm m-more than you think I am, K-Kacchan."

The class became silent, but not for long.

"Ooo…little Deku is getting feisty!"

"He thinks he can stand tall like the rest of the Heroes! Loser!"

"Go on, Bakugou! Discipline your pet already!"

Before Bakugou could berate Midoriya, the teacher decided she had her fill of drama.

"Okay, that's enough! Everyone start their assignment on who is your favorite hero and what qualities they have that you would like to embody yourself."

Midoriya sighed with relief as he was able to slip out of the class unnoticed. He sighed at the ground, remembering a pig-tailed little girl that grabbed his arm and pulled him around the playground all those years ago.

I miss the Kacchan that was my friend…

Suddenly, a gravelly female voice sounded, "You..! You look like the perfect suit! Stand still, little boy!" A gush of slime flew out of the pothole below him and began surrounding him. A gush of slime flew into his mouth, causing him to choke. He trembled and hacked, but every time there seemed to be a respite, more slime filled his mouth.

Mom…

Dad…

K-Kacchan…

"I AM HERE!" A motherly yell was screamed as he suddenly felt the weight of the slime lifted off of him. He gagged and hacked the remains of the slime out of his mouth. Fighting the urge to faint, he looked up, about to thank his rescuer…

"ALL MIGHT?!" The shock of his favorite hero caused him to pass out.

…..

All Might studied the pages of the journal that belonged to the boy. He certainly knew a lot about heroines. At first, she wanted to take him to the police because, come on, it looked like something a pervert would have. But as she read it, it wasn't really about the women themselves, but about their quirks, and the different ways they could use them on the field…she was VERY impressed.

She had managed to trap the slime villain inside some old soda bottles, so she figured it was a safe time to start waking the boy up…after she signed her autograph in it.

"Dear? Dear, wake up." She lightly slapped the teens' cheek, causing him to gasp and sit up. "I'm okay! Uhh..?" His green eyes grew even wider as he saw his favorite hero in the flesh! "A-ALL MIGHT?!"

The woman blushed in embarrassment, "No need to yell like that, son. I'm human like everyone else…" Midoriya nodded, "Uh-huh! Okay, so…can I get-?"

She turned the opened journal to him, displaying her autograph for him. He let out a wheeze and his hands shook as he gently took the notebook from her. "T-thank you..!" She nodded, picking up the bottles from the pavement.

"Um…can I ask you something?"

She raised an eyebrow, "What is it?"

He grimaced, "D-do you think I c-can become a hero?"

Midoriya smiled softly to himself. The Number One hero said that she believes that men can become heroes as much as females can. But he could still tell:

The Number One Hero didn't have full confidence in those words. Maybe she felt some truth in those words, but not enough that she believed them herself. Still, he appreciated her trying to make him feel better.

"I'm not going to give up. I WILL become a hero!"

That was the last thought Midoriya had when he fell asleep.

In another world…

Rauru watched with pride as the young man, Link, helped to channel his power into the Light Dragon. He felt his wife's gentle presence and saw her on the other side of Link, channeling her power into the young hero as well.

There was a bright light that filled the void that they were in. When it dimmed, the Light Dragon was gone and in its place was Zelda, the Princess of Hyrule. He gazed at the time-traveled princess who became like a daughter to him in such a short amount of time. His wife, Queen Sonia, gazed at the princess with motherly pride.

He gently took his arm back, using his light magic to restore Link's proper arm. Link gasped as he gazed at his returned arm and the boy turned toward the couple. Rauru held his hand out towards Sonia, who took it gently.

Both of them disappeared…

…..

Rauru gasped as his arm began…blinking as one would say. It turned into a bright blue color, then back to normal, then back to blue…

Now, Rauru did not just stay in the sky all the centuries he was dead. He managed to see other dimensions…other…worlds.

And his arm was guiding him to another one…he felt someone needed him…someone special…
