This is the 59th chapter. I don't own the series of My Hero Academia or the series of the Justice League.
The Test
After Izuku destroyed the boulder with a single kick, thanks to the upgrades of his costume and his new fighting style, Toshinori, Kan, Aizawa, and Bakugo were completely stunned of his new move. Toshinori grinned at his successor, impressed with what Izuku was able to come up with for his suit. He's already seen him tried to copy his moves but seeing him coming up with something on his own and using his feet and legs for the new move, further astonished.
"You okay, All Might?" Izuku asks, running over to him. "That was close."
"Yeah!" Toshinori answered with a smile.
"Dude, Midoriya, what was that? You swooped in and wasted that rock." The voice of Denki said as he and Eijiro walked over to him. Both of them changed their outfits.
Denki's updated costume consists of a slightly shorter black jacket with fewer white patterns, only two near the hem and collar, and a yellow-rimmed white lightning bolt around each of his shoulders. He still wears matching black pants and brown shoes, but the pants only have a small white zigzag near each of their cuffs. He wears a white belt that holds his pointer ammo with and a white V-neck shirt. Around his right wrist, he wears a wristband with a circular mechanism from which he can shoot disc-shaped Pointers. He also wears a black choker with a silver buckle on the left side and a headset with a blue-tinted visor.
Eijrio's costume remains the same but gains black sleeves.
"I always thought you're more of a puncher." Eijiro states with a smirk.
"I am, or I was." Izuku said, showing his new shoes. "It's these new soles. Hatsume suggested them, and I think they'll really up my game. Plus, Iida's been showing me how to use my body better and Tai taught me the basics of Kickboxing and Muay Thai, so my fighting style has changed. I've only just figured out what direction to go in, I still have a lot of work to do. Nothing I'd call an Ultimate Move yet."
"I don't know." Toshinori said, earned his attention. "Based on that kick and all that training from Wildcat and Tai, I'd say you're further along than you think. So, you should be ready for the test."
Izuku is getting confused, but Aizawa walks over to the former #1 Hero.
"Hey, All Might." Aizawa called him, earned his attention. "It's dangerous in here, you should be careful."
"Yeah, I know." Toshinori replied, before looking up towards Bakugo. "Sorry for the scare, young Bakugo."
However, when Izuku looked at his rival, he saw Bakugo glaring at him, which it's something he's used to, but something's different. How he glared at Izuku at that moment differed significantly from all the other times he did.
"You watch yourself, All Might!" Bakugo snapped, before leaving an explosion.
When he heard those words, Toshinori paused for a moment.
'Watch yourself, huh? I guess it only make sense.' Toshinori mentally thought. 'To everyone else, I'm a weakling now. So, who needs to be protected.'
"You guys made improvements to your costumes, too?" Izuku inquires with a smile.
"Yeah, I see you've noticed! We look pretty awesome!" Denki answered excitedly with his thumbs up.
"You're not the only one here with a brand-new style." Eijiro adds. "We involved in making changes here and there, now's the time to upgrade, right?"
"Just wait! My special gear is going to blow your mind!" Denki said as he shows his gear. "It's a serious power boost! Wanna see? C'mon! It's totally amazing!"
"That's enough!" Kan shouts in annoyance when he turns to them. "If you got time to showoff, do it somewhere else! We only have few hours until 3 in the afternoon!"
"He's right, it'll have to wait until the exams." Aizawa agrees with a serious look on his face.
"Man, what a buzzkill! Crap timing!" Denki whines.
That's when Monoma decided that he's going to open his big mouth.
Neito Monoma is a young man of average height with slick blond hair, which gets shorter the further down his head, styled so that it's parted to the right, his bangs left hanging over his right eye. His irises are a periwinkle blue, his pupils white, and his eyes are shaped so that they're standing downwards towards the far sides of his face, usually left half-closed; this, along with his signature smirk and head tilts, gives him a rather contemptuous look. His costume is a black, double-breasted tuxedo with two long tails almost reaching his ankles. Three clocks hang on one of two belts around his waist, presumably to help him track of his Quirk's time limit, and he leaves his shirt collar upturned, a light and dark blue dotted tie done up around his neck. A left breast pocket can be found on his tuxedo, a small blue handkerchief sticking out. His tailcoat and pants are plain black, except for the cuffs of his sleeves and the inner-facing sides of his tails, and his shoes are white with a simple design.
"Hey, did you hear? The license exam has a 50% pass rate. That means your entire class might fail." Monoma mocks with a smirk.
"That's enough out of you, Monoma! Do I have to call Eri for kicking your family jewels?" Kan reminds him, making Monoma's face pale as a sheet of paper. "Honestly, I'll never understand why you chose the butler suit for a hero costume instead of something else that doesn't bring someone to shame."
"Yeah, well, at least we're not dressed as 007 Agent." Aizawa points out as he, Kan, Denki, Eijiro, and Toshinori snickered. "Besides, if he hasn't been acting like that and take this training seriously, he'd be able to put his power to use while making up in combat."
"Wait, is that Monoma's costume?" Denki asks and stops laughing, points at Monoma who's laughing.
"Well, since his Quirk is 'Copy', he said he didn't need anything too eccentric. Just that." Itsuka explains.
"This is him tone down?" Denki said with a sweat drop as Tokoyami entered the conversation.
"Unfortunately, his observations are correct." Tokoyami said. "If we're taking the same exam, then we'll crush each other. That's the hand fate has dealt us."
"And why we were working together, as Ethan suggested, but we still have classes that applied to different spots." Aizawa adds which it got Monoma's attention.
"There are two exam days." Kan told them. "In June and in September. And the tests are held in three different places. We don't want students from the same place fighting. We split you up. Each school has at most one class at a single location."
Monoma sighed with relief. Then, he went back to his usual superiority complex self.
"How sad we won't be able to face each other directly." Monoma said, starts laughing again, but Itsuka knocks him out.
"Monoma, that's not funny." Itsuka said sternly, sighed. "Honestly..."
"I think he's officially gone off the deep end." Denki states.
"All those other schools, huh, interesting." Hanta muttered. "I didn't know that was the case. So, we'll be facing kids from other places."
"Yeah, and on top of that, we're taking the test earlier than most of the students." Izuku nods.
"That's true." Aizawa said, looking at the students with his usual serious expression. "Very few first years in the country try for a Provisional License. In other words, the test will be made up of students who've trained longer than you and with Quirks you don't know about. Ones that are powerful. The actual content of the exam is a mystery, but you can expect that you're going to have a rough time. Try not to get hung up about it, but keep it in mind."
"Yes sir!" The students replied in unison.
Later that night, the students are inside of their dorms after the intense training at U.A. High, which it's almost as similar to the Time Chamber and at the training room of the Watchtower. Of course, Aizawa and Kan were much of a taskmaster like Wildcat, Big Barda, Bronze Tiger, Tai Dragon, and John Stewart, when it comes to training heroes-in-training. Though, some were assigned in missions with the other heroes in different nations while learning the situations in between saving civilians, taking down criminals, terrorists, and most wanted criminals, investigate the scene of crime, recon, etc.
Mina, Tsuyu, Toru, Kyoka, Uraraka, and Momo were the only ones at the main room.
"Ugh! Does have to be this hard!?" Mina complains with a groan, leaning her head. "I swear, it's like we're still at the Watchtower, getting our butts beaten!"
"Well, it's not called intensive training for nothing, even if we're like inside of the Time Chamber." Toru points out.
"That's true." Momo agrees. "But it's strange to think that there's only a week left before the exam."
"Hey, Momo, how's your Ultimate Move coming?" Toru asks.
"There's something I really wanna do, but my body just isn't ready yet." Momo told her with a ponder. "During my time in training with White Canary, Bushido, and Broze Tiger, I still need to develop my Quirk and improve my general endurance and martial arts."
"How about you, Tsu?" Toru asks, turns to Tsuyu.
"I've got some help from Vixen and Cheetah." Tsuyu answered. "With their help, I've perfected a move that makes me even more frog-like before, and some improved flexibility and acrobats in martial arts, Capoeira. I'm sure even you look surprised, Toru."
"I bet, I've got training with Vibe." Kyoka said. "He helped me out with making shockwaves. And...he's quite handsome looking, and really likes the music."
"Oh! You are so into him!?" Mina said, teasing her.
"N-No I don't!" Kyoka argued with a blush.
"I bet you do, Jiro." Toru said. "You've been laying eyes on him since the first day at the Watchtower!"
"W-Whatever! I'm going to bed!" Kyoka snapped, had enough as she heads to her room with a huff, but smiled. 'Vibe is cute...maybe I should ask him on a date.'
"What's your story, Ochaco?" Toru asks, but no respond from her, who's got something on her mind.
"Hey, Ochaco." Tsuyu said, lightly pokes her arm as Uraraka yelps. "You seem a little tense."
"No, it's nothing! Everything is going awesome! I'm just getting started!" Uraraka denies with confident smirk, leaving them confused as she blushed with a smile. "At least, that's how I'd usually be...The thing is recently, my heart has been stirred up about something..."
"It's love!?" Mina shouts with a smile, making Uraraka flustered.
"W-What did you say?!" Uraraka shouts, waving her hands in defense. "Glove?! Shove?! Dove?! Never seen one, what's that?!"
"Who is it, Midoriya or Iida?!" Mina questions. "You're always hanging out with those two boys!"
"You've got it all wrong!" Uraraka cried out, covering her face in embarrassment while activating her Quirk to float herself in the air. "This is not it; I swear!"
"She's floating!?" Mina exclaims.
"Which one? Or someone else? C'mon, spill!" Toru said with a teasing look. "You know we're not leaving until you tell us!"
"I swear; it's no one!" Uraraka snapped. "But...Besides, it's not like I even know anything about dating."
"It's not good to force an investigation." Tsuyu points out.
"She's right." Momo agrees, stood up from her seat. "More importantly, it's late. We should call it a night."
"AAAHHH! No! I wanna here everything!" Mina complains. "You can't just spring a hint of romance on us and expect me to go to sleep?!"
"What romance?" Uraraka asks with embarrassed look and her eyes swirled, but snapped out of her trance when she turns and saw Izuku practicing martial arts at this late of night. It her awed while watching Izuku practicing the kicks, but looks at his book.
"That's not it, Iida look different." Izuku said quietly. "Bend his back, I think. He's so flexible, I can see the shape of my head right now. But Tai's a lot different, he's flexible because of his martial arts style that's based on using kicks."
While Izuku continued to analyze, Uraraka watches in admiration of his dedication and his determination to pass the exam.
'That's not it.' Uraraka mentally thought.
The next day, the students of U.A. High have arrived at the Takoba National Stadium that looked much like the Yoyogi National Gymnasium. But apparently, some were nervous about taking the exam and asking themselves if they either fail or pass.
"Ugh...I'm getting kind of nervous." Kyoka said with a groan.
However, out of all the students, Mineta is mostly nervous because he's restless and shifted his body from left to right, and nervous about going into the building.
"I wonder what they're gonna make us do." Mineta groans in despair. "Ugh, what if I can't get my license?"
"Either you're having second thoughts, or you're giving up that easily?" The voice of Ethan asks when he, the Bat Family, Clark, Lois, and Jonathan arrived. "After all that training, we've given you."
Clark Kent is wearing a high collared long-sleeve button down dress shirt with a tie and dress pants with the double-breasted pocket blazer jacket and black dress shoes.
Jonathan Kent is wearing a brown leather jacket with a black shirt underneath, blue jeans, and black shoes.
Lois Lane is wearing an office suit in shades of purple, a skirt, stockings, and purple high-heel shoes.
"Those courses were super hard! I can't even beat you guys!" Mineta complains.
"Well, that's what you get for being a lech instead of taking it seriously." Jonathan said with a smirk, crossed his arms.
Mineta was startled when Aizawa bent over, setting his height near the same level as his student.
"They're not wrong." Aizawa agrees with a scowl. "If you'd take this seriously, then you would have confidence. Also, don't ask if you can, say you will."
"Right! Sure! I so got this!" Mineta exclaimed, pumping himself up.
Aizawa stood back up and looked at the other students.
"If you can pass this test and get your Provisional Licenses, then you novice eggs will hatch into chicks. In our case, you'll be semi-pros, but with all of you in the League, you'll still be learning from them and outside of the field. We expect your best." Aizawa said.
"And remember what we taught you and the key to teamwork." Clark adds.
"Alright, I can't wait to be a heroic chicken!" Denki said in excitement.
"Really? Does that mean you'll be laying eggs so all of us can have breakfast?" Emily asks, making Dick, Jason, Ethan, the Oguros, Eri, Clark, Lois, Jonathan, Lita, and James chuckled at her joke, much to his annoyance.
"Man, why do you gotta do that?" Denki asks with a groan.
"Never mind that, let's call out the usual, guys!" Eijiro said with his usual grin. "On my mark Go Plus..."
"ULTRA!?"
It got them startled by a male student's sudden appearance.
He's a very tall and well-build young man with buzzed, dark brown hair and black eyes. He wears the white collared shirt and dark pants, and a hat.
"You know, it's pretty rude to barge into other huddles like that, Inasa." A male student named Seiji Shihikura told him sternly.
Seiji's a young man of fairly average height with thin, slanted eyes with tiny black pupils, and straight purple fringe, parted on his right so it covers his eye. Around the back of his head, his hair is fluffier, sticking out his tuft. He wears the same uniform as Inasa's.
A female student known as Camie Utsushimi is a young woman of average height with straight, light brown hair that reaches just below her shoulders and large, dark brown eyes. She has noticeably plump and glossy lips as well as quite curvaceous figure. She wore a similar uniform, but has a dark skirt.
Ethan and the others can that Inasa is just quite cocky and strong, but Seiji and Camie, they're the opposite and quite arrogant.
"What?! Pardon me!" Inasa exclaims. "I am..."
He then leaned himself back, causing his hat to fall off.
"...Very..."
His hands slapped against his thighs.
"...Extremely sorry!"
POW!
With a face that's still smiling, Inasa deeply bowed to the students in such an extreme way that he bent over and slammed his head against the ground. Some of the students yelled in shock at this sudden and extreme apology. Though, it doesn't even surprise the Justice League members, but little did they know that a certain man known as the Joker is watching the scene with a sinister smirk on his face.
The Joker had a different suit that has black double-breasted pocket blazer jacker with a white high-collared buttoned shirt underneath, a black fedora hat, a flower on his pocket, black dress pants, white gloves, and black shoes. He had his face covered in tan makeup.
"Well, well, well, it would seem the kiddies are getting themselves ready for the exams. Blegh! Schools are such a bore." The Joker said in disgust. "But that's going to change, once I turn the exam into a full of laughter with my Joker Venom."
And with that, the Joker quickly left with a laugh. Ethan turns his head when he heard a certain laugh, looking for someone, but both Jonathan and Clark can hear that laugh thanks to their super hearing, which led them to shock and recognizes that laugh.
"Clark, is something wrong?" Lois asks with a worry, earned his attention.
"It's nothing, honey. Don't worry." Clark answered with an assuring smile, but his wife isn't convinced as he sighed. "I'll tell you when we're alone."
He then placed his hand on Ethan's shoulder, earned his attention.
"Ethan, we need to talk." Clark told him, then turns to Aizawa. "Aizawa, you too."
Aizawa turns and saw the serious expression on the Kryptonian's face as he nods.
"Who is this guy? I do not trust his enthusiasm!" Denki exclaims, points at Inasa.
'It's him.' Aizawa mentally thought with his eyes widened.
"Guys, look at the uniforms." James said, points at the students. "They're from the other school on the other side of Japan. Shiketsu High School."
"U.A. in the East, Shiketsu in the West." Bakugo muttered.
'Of all the Hero courses out there, the one at this elite school actually rivals U.A.! Shiketsu High!' Izuku mentally thought with his eyes widened.
Inasa swung his body back up and still had the same grin, even as his head starts bleeding.
"I wanted to say it just once! Plus Ultra! See, I really love U.A. High School! I am extremely honored to compete against such incredible students! I'm so looking forward to it!" Inasa yelled.
"Whoa, blood." Camie said calmly.
"Let's go!" Seiji called him.
"Okay, who's this loudmouth?" Lita asks sarcastically.
"Inasa Yoarashi." Aizawa answered.
"Do you know that guy, Mr. Aizawa?" Toru asked.
"Indeed, he's strong." Aizawa answered, making the students gasp. "He's the same year as you all, and received the top scores admitted through recommendations. But for some unknown reason, he turned down his accept to U.A. and went to Shiketsu."
"Then that means he's the same age as them." James said, turns to Momo and Shoto. "Do any of you know him?"
"I can't say that I do." Shoto answered, shook his head.
"I'm at a loss as well." Momo adds. "Why?"
The Bat Family, the Oguros, and the Superman family turned to Inasa who rejoined with his classmates.
"If he has the top scores for the recommendations, then that would mean he's likely as strong as Shoto." Dick states.
"Maybe, but with that look on his face, that says otherwise." Lois points out. "Who'd thought that blowhard pass the recommendations and say 'no' to U.A."
"Hold on, is anyone else confused here?" Hanta asks. "This guy said that he loves our school, but he turned down his chance to enroll with it was offered?"
"Yeah, what a weirdo." Mina states.
"I think it's more than that I bet." Tamao guessed.
"Maybe, but he's the real deal. Keep an eye on him." Aizawa suggested.
However, unknown to him, his life was about to turn upside down when a certain someone has arrived.
"Eraser?! I know that scowl anywhere!" The voice of a woman shouted.
When he heard her voice, Aizawa's body flinched as an even more annoyed expression grew into scowl.
Walking over to the teacher is known as Emi Fukukado, AKA, Ms. Joke, the Smile Hero, who's a young woman of a strong athletic build with noticeably muscular arms. She has sea-green hair that reaches past her shoulders, and short fringe with splayed ends which is usually obscured by her bandana. She has dark green eyes with bright pupils, but by far her most prominent feature is her unwavering joyous smile. Her costume consists of a sleeveless navy-blue shirt with a high collar that's buttoned up all the way to her chin, puffed shorts with a green and orange pinstripe design and a corset adorned with yellow smiley-face pins, dipping down in a shallow 'U' in the center. Below this, she wears a white V-shaped belt, and on her hands, she has padded yellow gloves with golden plates over her knuckles and lower fingers, which extend in orange-striped tubes lower arms, with thick metal cylinders acting as wrist-guards over the top. She also wears an orange bandana.
"I saw you on TV at the Sports Festival, but it's been a while since we were this close in person." Ms. Joke said with a smile, greeting him.
The sight of the woman made Aizawa's blood run cold. His facial expression showed the horror he felt toward the woman.
"Who's this clown?" Jason asks, raised his eyebrow.
"She looks familiar." Izuku said.
She stopped before him, pointed to herself and him.
"Let's get married." Ms. Joke suggested.
"No." Aizawa said quickly.
Immediately intrigued by the idea of her teacher being in a romantic relationship, Mina gasped.
"Ha ha! You're a real laugh-riot, buddy!" Ms. Joke said with a burst of laugh.
"As usual, you're impossible, Joke." Aizawa said, scowling at her.
It was at that moment that it clicked for Izuku.
"Oh, that's Ms. Joke, the Smile Hero!" Izuku said with a smile. "Her Quirk is Outburst! She forces people around her to laugh which affects their ability to think and keeps them for being able to move. Her fights against villains are always full of insanity."
"C'mon, imagine it! If I was your wife, you'd have a future full of constant laughter!" Ms. Joke exclaims with a grin and a thumbs up.
"That sounds like an actual nightmare." Aizawa said, causing her to burst out laughing again.
"And I thought the Joker is bad." Dick said with a sweat drop.
"More like Harley Quinn." Jason adds, also sweat drops.
"It seems like you two are close." Tsuyu said, placed a finger on her chin.
"Our agencies were near each other." Ms. Joke told her, then went all lovey dovey. "As young heroes striving to make a difference in the world, a mutual love bloom."
"No, it didn't!" Aizawa quickly denied it.
"I do miss your quick retorts!" Ms. Joke quipped, enjoying the fact that she could still get a rise out of Aizawa after all these years. "You're my favorite person to tease with, future husband."
Aizawa sighed in annoyance, seeing that there's no sense of getting rid of her because of the students in different high schools are getting ready for the exam.
"So, Joke. If you're here, then that means..."
"That's right! Over here, everyone! This is U.A.!" Ms. Joke called over to a group of students walking over to her and Aizawa.
The students were wearing plain, gray polo shirts along with dark brown trousers and skirts for the male and the female students respectively. They have been shown to wear blazers with pockets on the sides of them, the blazers also have what appears to be the school's logo on the left side of the chest, as well as striped ties that are worn normally by male students while female students wear bowties.
"Oh, whoa! It really is Class-A!" A male student known as Yo Shindo exclaimed.
Yo Shindo is a tall muscular young man with shaggy, unruly hair which is such a dark brown that it's almost black, sticking up in all directions around his head. His eyes are a loose diamond shape, warm brown in color, his bangs hanging low above them.
"Wow, it's so amazing!" A female student known as Tatami Nakagame adds, gently slapping his shoulder. "I've seen them on TV before!"
Tatami Nakagame is a pale, curvaceous girl of a reasonably muscular build with large, pointed teeth. She has wide, rectangular eyes with thick upper eyelashes and pronounced lower ones, their irises notably small, blue in color. Her hair is short, ash blonde and is styled with two long clumps spiking outwards on either side of her head which somewhat resemble the fins of a fish and a single, chin-length bang on her right. Further contributing to her aquatic motif are her two earrings, which are turquoise and shaped like fish. They hang vertically from each ear, so that the tails point down.
"Second years from Ketsubutsu Academy." Ms. Joke told him. "This is Class-2, they're my students."
Izuku was then approached by Yo, who surprised him by grabbing both of his hands and holding them.
"Hey, I'm Shindo." Yo greets them. "Seems U.A.'s having a lot of trouble this year, must've been tough for you."
The Bat Family, the Oguros, and the Superman Family can tell something was off about Yo, which neither of them are buying his smile. He then moved to the other classmates.
"But even so, you're all still aiming to become Pro Heroes, despite those hardships." Yo said, holding Denki's hands before moving to Kyoka. "It's wonderful! Hearts full of fortitude! I believe that's what every hero in the world needs to have!"
'He's too nice.' Izuku mentally thought.
'This charming pretty boy is going to steal our girls.' Denki mentally adds with a complaint as Yo turns his head to Bakugo.
"And Bakugo, it must've hard for you what with that whole kidnap attempt incident." Yo said, turning to him.
"Huh?" Bakugo said, confused and unconvinced.
"You've been especially strong-will, don't you?" Yo said, extends his hand. "Today I'm going to do my best to learn from you. I really hope you don't mind-"
"Stop pretending." Bakugo said, smacks his hand away. "Once you say this, doesn't match the look in your eyes."
Yo's smile turns into a smirk.
"Hey, man, don't be so rude!" Eijiro yelled, then turns to Yo. "Sorry, he's just like that."
"It's fine. It proves how tough his heart is." Yo said with a shrug, causing Bakugo to scoff.
Aizawa decided to cut the conversation short since he needs to hear from Clark.
"Hey. Get your costumes and head to orientation." Aizawa informed them, turns to the building. "There's no time to waste."
"Yes sir!" The students replied.
Inside of the control room, the number of the security guards were either killed or died from laughing by the hands of the Joker, who's making his way to the control room since he's planning to spread the arena with the Joker Venom after he rigged the entire section with a little helping hand, and making the students die from laughter. He now went inside of the room which it got their attention.
"Greetings, gentlemen. Watch as I make my pencil disappear, but first, I would like a volunteer." The Joker said with sinister smirk, pulling out his pencil and placing it on the wall.
They're not buying that as one of the guards walk to him, about to grab him when the Joker grabs his head and slamming him right at the pencil, impaling him in the eye.
"Ta-da! It's...it's gone." The Joker said but pulls out a gun and fire at the guard, killing him. "Now, if you all excuse me, I've got an announcement to make...HAHAHAHAHA!"
He then starts working on the control system, hacking it and getting everything ready for his plan.
While at the hallway, Clark and Jonathan starts explaining to them about what they have heard and learned, telling them the Joker is back and he's here in the arena to kill the students and civilians with Joker Venom. The Bat Family, Aizawa, and the Oguros were completely stunned with shock and disbelief, learning about Joker's return and couldn't believe that, either.
"I don't believe this!? Bruce killed him!" Dick snapped angrily. "How could he be back?!"
"Or better yet, who brought that psychotic clown back from the dead? And why?" Aizawa asks with a scowl.
"I don't know, but I don't think we'll get answers here. And I doubt he'll tell us who." Clark answered.
"We'll get our gear ready and have the civilians and the students evacuated." Ethan said as they call Milo to get their gear ready.
"Lois, head out of the arena and call the police." Clark suggested to his wife. "Have the Commissioner know what's going on."
"You got it." Lois nods. "But be careful out there, Smallville."
And with that, Lois left the arena to call the police.

"Well, it looks like you're about to meet him." Clark said as he and his son pulled out their clothes, revealing the new Superman suits.
"Sir, your suits are ready at the main lobby." Milo informed through the communicator as the Bat Family and the Oguros head out to get their suits ready.
A few minutes later, hundreds of students from all over the regions of Japan were gathered into the orientation room. They were all waiting for the Provisional Hero License Exam to begin. During the biannual test, the Hero Public Safety Commission would make announcements and monitor the exam, but learning about the suspension, they can still make the event happen for the students. Evaluating each student's performance and determine if they're eligible for the license. While they're waiting for the HPSC to arrive, the monitor went static which it got them confused, wondering if it's part of the exam.
"Whoops! This broadcast is out of order at the moment, but don't worry, we're still on the air...because the Clown Prince of Crimes, the Joker, has arrived and back in town!" The voice of the Joker announced, revealing himself with a sinister smirk which made the students widen their eyes in shock. "Now, for all of you want to know how, well I can't go and give you kiddies a spoiler, because that's a secret for me to keep!"
'What's going on? Is this part of the exam? Or...is it...'
"But here's a little something that I would do, and it's something what I do best...by filling this arena with my personal favorite, the Joker Gas! Everything around here is filled with my latest Joker Bombs filled with the latest gas!" The Joker told them. "And the touch of a button, the bombs will go 'Ka-Blooey!' and the Joker Venom will spread, making every last of you kiddies die with laughter and getting you to understand my joke! Now, would that be funny or what? So, once the bombs set in 30 minutes, all of you...oh, wait, I've hidden them so well, you'll never find them!"
And with that, The Joker starts to laugh with a maniacal smile, making the students widen their eyes with dread since the Provisional License Exam is starting to turn into a living nightmare for everyone. The Bat Family, the Superman Family, the Oguros, and Aizawa are now splitting up around the arena to cover more grounds to find the Joker Bombs while try to get the civilians and the students evacuated, which time isn't their side.
