Character Sheet - Hecate Brown

Species:

Human - Sinner

Black* Bat*.

Made a mistake during the chapter she appears. She has black fur. I just did a derp.

The species is ambiguous. She looks like a 'generic' bat morph.

Sex:

Female

Age:

? [As far as she is willing to tell? She was legal topside when she died]

Height:

Very roughly around 1.8 meters*.

Similar to her brother, it is very hard to point down her real height and she is unwilling to let anyone take measures.

Hair:

Redhead. Generally short and very well kept.

Eyes:

Very bright orange.

In life they were blue.

Skin:

Black fur cover, but the skin seems to be brownish.

Particularities:

Has a chunk missing on her right ear. Likely a thing while alive that persisted after death.

Various spots of her fur are burned off and show the brown skin hiding under it. Like her ear, probably burnt while alive.

Rather muscular and generally (appears to be) taller looking than her brother.

General fear/dislike of doctors and medical practitioners alike. It takes a lot of convincing (or force) for the pair of bats to seek any medical attention. Usually chalks it down to 'not needing them'.

Interests:

Explosives.

Fire.

Unsurprisingly: Blowing shit up.

Keeping her brother safe at all costs.

Using her inescapable desire for destruction to do something positive instead of fucking things up.

Magic Affinity (If Applicable):

N/A?

Attire:

Blast padding reinforced clothes.

Generally wears a jacket, pants and boots, all of it custom made to resist most explosives up to fragmentation grenades.

Will usually wear exactly the same shit day in day out. She has two wardrobes full of exact copies.

Fancies frilly shit that she keeps under lock and key. Good luck surviving if she finds out that YOU found out.

Anything fancy like jewelry will usually get either molten down and used for parts (if metal) or outright rejected (if literal jewels). She doesn't care for that stuff.

Physical:

A reasonably tall and very strong built woman, Hecate Brown was not too dissimilar in life to what she is today, minus the bat body and all that. With an amazonian like complexion it is easy to ignore that most of Hecate's body is covered almost twenty four seven, with a few spots showing her body, which usually also sports bald patches from accidents while alive. While uncovered this becomes more prominent: Old burns, cuts and bruises have left her physically impressive body nothing more than a map of abuse and misfortune while alive. Whereas her brother's body is white and pristine to show off what he was, the allure he was meant to use to keep himself safe, and the life he carried, so is Hecate's body meant to showcase the many failures and brutality she was both subjected and had to subject others to.

Personality:

Dutiful, fearful and mentally unstable, she is very loving of her brother and has a deep sense of justice having been led astray in life. She is also greatly distrustful of others thanks to past events. Comes off as very brusque, combative or outright hostile at times.

Once a cowardly and weak, underfed child, Hecate grew up as a deeply afraid little girl that only had an even weaker brother as her only true and trusted company. As a means of self defense, to protect her brother, and for her own entertainment, she learned how to make firecrackers that would lead to experience, explosives of more power… and a slight bout of pyromania.

Cowardice left her, but hidden fear would remain. This also turned out to evolve into a general mistrust of others which would worsen after certain experiences while alive. Slightly mentally unstable thanks to general paranoia and other natural problems, she hardly gives her trust to anyone, and is extremely quick to take it back and force punishment on those she deems to have betrayed her or endangered her brother. As such she generally comes out as hostile when she doesn't know anyone or thinks she may have been played.

Her dutiful aspect did not come to be until her death. As selfish as her brother in life, if out of necessity, she hoped and tried to look at all she did as if it was the right thing just because there was little else she could do. Once in Hell she kept doing what was needed, but shame over her previous actions and hate for how things were made her butt heads with many over the years. This constant battle of wills has grown a desire for 'justice', even if she is unsure what it truly is, having a skewed view of life. Still, she tries to do what she thinks is right, but her general demeanor and aggressive approach with those she seems to be comfortable with makes her interactions a bit awkward at times.

What song or music would fit:

Demolition Man. Did you expect differently? She likes both the movie and the song itself.

Visual Aid (if any):

None yet!
